Due diligence in the blockchain age

What due diligence is needed for a smart contract?

A traditional analysis of the proposed transaction and the negotiated contract terms should identify practical and legal issues. A source code analysis should identify flaws in programming the smart contract before it is compiled.

In addition, the proposed smart contract should be run on a simulator to see how it operates in response to expected and unexpected messages from users and other contracts. Both the legal issues and the programming issues can then be addressed together. Expected and unexpected contingencies can be identified, evaluated, and mitigated.

Obviously, the due diligence team should be engaged well before a smart contract is added to the blockchain – even before the underlying deal is negotiated – to help avoid foreseeable mistakes. By conducting this new type of due diligence with the proper team, smart contracting parties can have much more confidence in achieving their intended results.

More rigorous smart contract due diligence may finally bring some peace of mind.

A team that sells an ico for a price higher than what can be bought on an exchange? I was interested at first in buying a few to hold but this second ico has really put me off. Not to spread fud but surely they should be lowering their ico price significantly although probably would have been best not having the second one at all.

A team that sells an ico for a price higher than what can be bought on an exchange? I was interested at first in buying a few to hold but this second ico has really put me off. The market was high when the price was set. You can buy from Polo as its cheap. Considering they have raised $3.2 Million at this price would show a lot of support for this project. https://sale.synereo.com/

I bought in the first day, and am now cashing in all my alts on Polo to buy cheap AMPs from Polo. Its a 20%+ guarantee in the next 10 days.

there'll be some panic buys on the last day of the 33k price when it becomes clear price won't budge, and with all this accumulation it can skyrocket. but all depends also on the synereo team. they need to release some good demos along the way.
so far i haven't seen anything exciting and the only demo video available it is still that botched vancouver one. not good enough to generate FOMO.
