I personally think, that Facebook, and Twitter will be more and more censoring all kinds of anti establishment dissent and to be honest that is best chance for decentralized censorship resistent social media projects to get traction. But from what I gathered, it seems like all these projects have some kind of "solution" that pushes "wrong" ideas on periphery. And to be honest Im afraid we will end up with the same thing we have today. Is there any political stand from creators of Synereo on this issue? Im sure they as private people have political opinions, that might not mirror those of users wanting decentralized social media.

Can someone please comment on what can we expect from synereo developers regarding their behaviour towards non mainstream or unpopular political opinions?
Thank you

Absolutely nothing.

Users will be able to deal with it themselves, as they see fit.

There will literally, physically be no "god's eye view" where any content can be seen by the network, nor any mechanism by which to alter, remove, or censor things.

So you get to write your own answer to that question.

Stop daytrading and invest long term. Whole cryptoworld is dominated and manipulated by whales. And of course way undervalued. There´s no usage/market beside trading. Buy and wait for the mass adoption.

For your info:

Can anyone explain what the big bag here is for??

http://omnichest.info/lookupsp.aspx?sp=39

Will it be released to the markets or not?

This is the total amount of AMPs in existence. The AMPs investors/traders hold are included in that number. Some coins (held in wallets by Synereo) which are not in circulation yet will come onto the market within the next couple of years. For example to attract users to the platform and to do another fundraising campaign to perfect the platform. These coins will come slowly.

The 949,291,062.75 you are talking about started at 2 billion. The reason that it is less than a billion now is that Synereo burned a lot of tokens. The first time they did this was in the ICO in 2015, that time they burned 319 million AMPs. The second time (in september this year) they burned 731,108,937 AMPs.

But it even gets better.... Synereo will burn coins again for the third time, they said before the recent fundraising campaign that they would burn unsold tokens. They reserved about 45 million coins and there are now 27,680,033 coins left in that wallet. So we can expect this number so be burned very soon Smiley  The total AMPs in existence will get smaller once again. 921,611,030 coins will be left after the burning event takes place.

The coming burning event will be a bullish event for the market, that's for sure. I won't sell my AMPs, to many good stuff coming!

I can say the team and the project overall are in excellent position. I believe things are moving ahead now and the future is bright.

last hangout?  Huh
would be nice to know that progress is being made so I hope to see at least some video dev updates weekly. maybe from one of the new offices.
also key will be the economic model (Gaia seems to be a smart cookie) which needs to be solid from the get go, unlike Steemit which started as classic pyramid scheme and now switches economic model as it goes along to maximize the profits of the devs whales (they switched to scarcity cos the price fell too quickly to unload their stash at high prices) . Steemit launched with over 70% of Steem Power in the hands of devs & associates, hopefully we won't see the same rigged crap in Synereo after the burning of half the devs AMPs.

Nope. AMP was already down before BTC pump.
