I have used btcquick for 4 transactions thus far, and have had good experiences. Price is above spot but you get to pay with credit card so its all about convenience. Quick receipt of private key after order. Consistent.

I've had two successful bitcoin purchases through this vendor.  I've put in a third order.  It's not instantaneous, but I've had orders filled within several hours.  Identity verification was required before placing my first order, which I provided in the form of a drivers license..  I forget what other id options were offered as options for verification.  The seller uses Google Checkout, so debit/credit was an option.  The base fee was 7.5%..  which sounds high when compared to BitInstant's 3.99%, but there is also no $3.95 fee or hassle of going to a physical location.

Decided to give btcQuick a try to see how it works. Membership cost $0.99 and required identity verification. I was able to take a picture of the name and address on my bank statement and upload it through the membership purchase process. I was verified very quickly (within ten minutes).

I bought BTC1 using my debit card. Fees were around $1.88, which was cheaper than the $3.95 I pay for ZipZap/BitInstant. This fee was based on a percentage, however, so BitInstant will probably be cheaper for larger orders. btcQuick had a fee of 7.5%, but your fees drop once you've bought enough BTC from the site: I think it goes down to 6%, which is still a bit higher than BitInstant. However, the slightly higher fees may be worth the convenience of paying with a debit or credit card and not having to track down a MoneyGram location.

It did take a little while to receive my BTC. I placed the order at 8:24PM EST and payment cleared my bank account at 8:39PM EST. I received the email with my BTC at 9:43PM EST. It seemed a bit long since the website says that the BTC is sent once payment clears, but it's still around the same time frame as BitInstant, minus the driving time for depositing the cash. I emailed customer support about the status of the order and they replied very quickly and in a friendly manner; I received the BTC shortly after they replied.

btcQuick sent a .zip file containing a .pdf that had both a public and a private key (and QR codes for both). I scanned the private key into my blockchain app and sent the BTC to my main client. I do like that the BTC is sent in its own wallet, which gives buyers a lot of options for using the funds.

All in all, I'm very satisfied with my order. I definitely plan on using btcQuick again! ;)

Awesome explaination. Btw, where does it say about the lower fee if you purchase 'x' amount of BTC?

Logged in with Google, paid the $0.99 "membership", and ordered 1 bitcoin, all in the same session. Got email with link to pre-loaded privkey in a couple of hours. Downloaded and immediately swept it into a working addy. The sweep is confirming even as we speak.

Very nice. Very slick. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it IMHO.

I really, really hope that BTCQuick succeeds in the face of what I anticipate will be relentless attempts to defraud and charge-back. The site reminds of the many times that we have found a wonderful new little restaurant nearby, only to see it fold in six months. I wish BTCQuick all the best, and I plan to be a regular customer. Keeping my fingers crossed for them.

Great service.

Too bad they cannot keep up with demand, and stock runs dry quite often.

I have used the service 4 times. The "customer service" is a little bit unresponsive, and orders are far from instantaneous. I understand that it can be hard if it's just one guy or a small startup. Otherwise I like this service. I hope they can automate it a little bit better in the future.

Been waiting all day for membership verification. I keep going back to the FAQ just for a laugh and to read the question :

How long does it take to process the verification for my Bronze Membership?
Verification takes around 5-10minutes. We will notify you via email when your membership has been activated.

5-10 mins huh...?

First verification I sent was a bill with my name and address, after almost 8 hours it was declined. Sent another application with a scan of my State Driver's license,  and been waiting over 6 hours... God I swear the Bitcoin gods are punishing me..

5-10 minutes is the typical time frame if google checkout instantly approves your payment. In your case your payment was not approved until 2 hours after you submitted your order. We have sent you an email regarding your membership. If you have any issues please send us an email or give us a call.

Note: btcQuick.com showed sold out for 1฿, 2฿ and 3฿ to private key, but "Pre-Paid USD to Bitcoin's" worked fine for $40 got 0.99฿

I've placed 5 successful orders with btcQuick. They are very responsive to inquiries. Note delivery of bitcoins can take a day or two, but this may have just been due to my order volume and being a new account. I look forward to many more purchases from them in the future!

I've been trying to buy - but they are OOS.

Can someone walk through the precise ordering process/receipt process?

I saw that you receive a PDF containing a preloaded Key.

This Key can then be used to fund any account, right?

Does BlockChain track such a funding?

Last time they sent out a notice about stock they sold out in a matter of minutes, if I'm not mistaken.

You buy a bronze membership, which essentially is the verification process. You pay them $0.99 from your google wallet and upload a photo of ID.
https://www.btcquick.com/buy/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=50

You import the key into your wallet. I believe any client can do this. Worth mentioning that if you do this, either send those coins to another wallet or replace all your backups of the current wallet, as pre-import backups will not be able to spend the imported keys' coins.

the blockchain (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Blockchain) tracks (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bitcoin#Privacy) all. That being said, use a mixer (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Category:Mixing_Services) or two and send them to a brand new offline wallet and you should be pretty safe, I think.

With all the hate for CC => BTC, what measures is BTCQuick taking to counter fraud, stolen cards, chargebacks, etc?

These guys are awesome. I placed a couple of orders yesterday during the correction which were priced near the high. Despite it being rightfully my own risk, BTCQuick personally called and spoke with me to see if I still wanted to fulfill the order. They offered to cancel my larger order in order to soften the impact of the price depreciation. They didn't have to do this, and yet they did.

You can count me as a very satisfied customer who will make all future CC BTC purchases with BTCQuick!

They will obviously not respond to that.
Why? How can they know if you are actually a carder trying to gather some intel about their safety measures?

you guys are brave for selling btc with credit cards, i just wonder what are your chargeback ratio? i used google check out before for selling
some software and their protection for non tangible goods are zero, got a decent number of sales that resulted in a chargeback later, people
got my stuff for free  >:(
about the verification, it's understandble, but for me and after have being scammed before (when someone used a copy of my id/utility bills
to make loans on my name) sending copies of my id to some unknown entity is something i'll never do again, and there are also plenty of
similar cases out there,  also imho it doesn't protect someone to get chargebacks later, you know that's really the jonh doe that lives on new
york, but nothing stops john doe do a chargeback later.

They already took all the bitcoins already at the IPO.
Whatever is being traded in bitfunder is secondary market, which means that it is trading between You and me, btcquick doesn't see a dime. That's how it works here and in any stock exchange in the world.

That means that if they want to scam us, they can do it right now and leave with all the bitcoins they have already collected.
You can get pretty much screwed. It happened in the past, both in the "real world" so to speak and also in our bitcoin world.
It is a risk you must assess and analyze.

If you are incapable of solving your "what ifs", you are not ready for investments.

It is not really about balls. That's reckless and plain gambling.
Investments are about critical thinking, information gathering and analysis. Very cold and brainy stuff.

My information gathering and analysis showed me that's a better deal to buy the bitcoins directly at bitstamp at 0.5% instead of buying them via gift cards, sms and similar sites as this one which put another fee on top of them (plus also increasing the chance of getting a scammer along the way), nothing against the profit, but if i can avoid another middlemen and be able to buy directly from the source, the choice is easy..

This is my experience with you:

Hi guys,

I thought I'd share my experience with you so no one else falls the way I did.

I am mining LTC but only making 2 LTC/day and wanted to buy more, I was searching for days to buy BTC or LTC online using a credit card and I found http://btcquick.com, which looked very legit as they sell you the a private key with the bitcoins loaded in it instead of transferring to your address.

I used my google account to login and used google wallet for the checkout. Although the fee is 8% higher than Gox, but I needed that bit coin to trade for LTC and I accepted to pay the $179 when it was at $160 market price

After waiting 6 hours for the payment to clear (which it does in 1 minutes), I found that logging in isnt enough and I need to buy a membership for an extra $2. I bought the membership and uploaded the verification document and my trustcloud account and waited again for the payment to clear... 24 hours and still no BTC.

I received an email stating that the membership couldn't be finalized as there must have been an issue with the document attachments and they asked me to send the validation document by email to them.... Which I did and request by BTC ASAP as it dropped $30 from the time I bought it and I could have sold it back then because that was my main aim... 4 hours after resending the verification documents I had enough and sent the yet another email stating my frustration and asking them again to process my BTC otherwise I will seek to take action... I woke up this morning and there's still no action on my account after 24 hours of sending the documents again.

Please be careful everyone, even when it looks legit, still do your research.

For anyone from btcquick who is reading this please fix this. People should not be able to checkout and pay you unless they are verified if that is what you require in order to withdraw the coins. At least a warning to make sure the customer DOES understand what they are supposed to do!

I think your coins are safe and I believe btcquick is good and not a scam or anything like this. Losing a  trade opportunity is not fun and you have the right to be frustrated if that was because BTCQuick were not clear enough about their process. I feel for you.

I am concerned that they would give you coins at the current rate after the verification. If that happened go red bro. You have Satoshi's blessing!

Please PM me your order # and I will take a look.

Thanks,
-Ascension

For anyone from btcquick who is reading this please fix this. People should not be able to checkout and pay you unless they are verified if that is what you require in order to withdraw the coins. At least a warning to make sure the customer DOES understand what they are supposed to do!

I think your coins are safe and I believe btcquick is good and not a scam or anything like this. Losing a  trade opportunity is not fun and you have the right to be frustrated if that was because BTCQuick were not clear enough about their process. I feel for you.

This issue is being addressed with our new site which is going to be launched soon.

I am concerned that they would give you coins at the current rate after the verification. If that happened go red bro. You have Satoshi's blessing!

Will see what will happen, when I wanted to trade LTC/BTC was sitting at 0.0225, now it's at 0.0283 LOL, lost heaps already :-)

I have done a total of 5 transactions with btcquick so far. Ascension has been helpful in these forums when needing assistance. The site has several issues as stated previously by other forum members. The processing of orders from start to finish varies. In my experience, with these few transactions, I would estimate 3-6 hours time.
Otherwise, this site has the right idea going and I hope they can improve it. Hopefully in the future maybe offer purchases on the weekend
as well. Good luck improving the site and transactions with the end consumer.

Ascension has been really helpful, he sorted everything out and gave me the key with the current market value, which ended up more than 1.15 BTC

Thanks for all the help Ascension! :)

Hi!

I have had my early, self-inflicted problems with btcquick, which have been totally rectified by the nice customer service!

I can absolutely recommend the service right now, I have received a substantial amount of Bitcoins for my purchase using my credit card, which is something they put themselves on the line for.

The craziest part is this one: I kept bugging customer service and Ascension, and after all was time, they apologized for the delay because "We don't normally work on the weekend."

So let me get this straight: I didn't know that and they went out of their way to get my verification and order done, in their free time.

Heads up guys. Thanks for the good business!

As a small stake shareholder on BitFunder.com I am very glad to see that my small investment in BTCQuick is going into a team that CARES and SOLVES user problems by going that extra mile. As this service matures I will be buying more shares as I believe this site has what it takes to be a major player in Bitcoin.

Hi Ascension,

I bought some BTC from your website before and actually love it, making everything easier for me. But you recently changed the way you handle orders along with your new website, and my last one seems somehow compromised. My phone number is verified, but when I received the SMS just after my order I couldn't reply at all because the sender's name is "SMS" and there is no 'from' number. Thus, I can't confirm the order and receive the bitcoins I bought.

I already sent an e-mail to Jerrod to tell him I'm confirming it, and even created a support ticket on btcQuick, but it's been 15 hours now and I didn't get any answer or update about my order. I hope you will find a solution to solve this annoying issue. :)

Thanks!

This is kind of a strange situation. One of my friends recently bought 2 btc from BTCquick, and got the QR code and everything seems to have worked fine. However, he has no wallet and isn't sure how to get his BTC onto sealswithclubs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do have a wallet that I could let him transfer into and then directly into his seals account, if that is possible. AFAIK he doesn't have coinbase or anything.

The most practical ways:
1) Download Electrum
2) OR create an ewallet account in blockchain.info

Electrum is very user friendly, way friendlier than the official client.
Just import the private key.

It took around a few hours for me at the first site, since there was a bug in the phone verification. Once that worked, it took 5 five minutes for the new site.

I signed up and placed the order for membership/copy of id around 3pm central time yesterday and just checked right now...Says it's still awaiting payment?? I did receive a email that payment was received from google wallet. Maybe they're backed up? Everyone seems to have gotten through it pretty quick.

Will check back in a couple hours and keep everyone posted.

Is this a well-funded start-up or what? Even if you use Google Checkout, you'd need at least 1 business day to receive funds, gather BTC and send to paying customers. Verification seems like minimal protection against charge-backs and what's with the membership fee? Some sort of legal loophole?

They said my ID "failed to upload" when I paid for membership so I emailed them another copy. Been another hour with no response. Made clear that it was extremely time sensitive....
I now see the initial membership fee payment is still "awaiting payment" hours after I paid through checkout. Kind of scary.

Thanks and cheers I suppose.

EDIT: 5 Hours after paying for verification, no progress..

EDIT2: Called the BTCQuick # and was verified in under 30 seconds. I have placed an order for 1.6 BTC and will report back here on how fast they process. I am trying to get these to win an auction that is ending soon - hope it's quick enough.. I confirmed SMS as requested after paying and confirming the order.

EDIT: Got the Bitcoins in private key form in under 30 minutes after paying. Too bad it was over 5 hours after I actually started the process. Missed the auction i was meaning to win due to this.

Overall a very intuitive and easy to use service. I can confidently say that BTCquick will purge coinbase from the world if they add bank linkage. No one wants to wait 4 days to get bitcoins when the entire premise of it is that it's FAST. They just need 1-2 more people handling customer support.

Thanks!

We are currently working on bank account integration via Google Wallet. Here is a link on how to link your bank account (http://support.google.com/wallet/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=3137946&topic=3031708&ctx=topic) with google wallet. This method of payment is currently untested but it should work the same way as paying with a credit card. We have not received the SMS order confirmation. Until this is sent we cannot proceed with processing the order.

I had replied the message with the code, the status on my phone says it has been sent. Should I use any special international code or just reply?

I've just received another message asking for confirmation (thanks if it was you), but it asks for a confirmation on order #703, my order number is #6343.

Should I accept? I'm really looking forward to put my hands on that BTC fast. I will wait for an hour, hoping you will read this in this time. If you don't appear, as this confirmation seems to cause no damage, and it was sent just after your reply here (so probably by you), I'll reply the SMS.

Fingers crossed.

We are not showing that a reply has been received. It should be a 6 digit code. Please send the code via email to customerservice@btcquick.com

Thanks,

Would funding with Google Wallet eliminate the need for verification with your site (since Google will have done it's own validation)? No offense, but I'm pretty reluctant to send something like a copy of my driver's license to just any company. There are frankly only a select few where I'd consider it, and Google is possibly one of them.

I know you assume a lot of risk in your business, but I'm balking a bit at your verification process none the less.

Thanks - I really hope your business succeeds.

BTCQuick (same as others)

It took 13 hours to respond to membership signup .. to tell me to put picture of Card to be used for purchase, and DL.  Page really needs to state what is needed.

13 hours is really to long ..

No way to upload documents after signup ..

Waiting now for response .. I'll assume will take 13 hours again or more .. If you want to be quick you have to be quick.

I continue as a backup since bitinstant is having update issues .. with new website .. but would move there I think in the future.

I got your order mixed up with someone else. Your order is still pending payment confirmation from Google Checkout. We have received notification that your payment has been submitted but we have to wait until the payment has been processed before we can release the bitcoins. You may want to call your cards issuing bank to see if they can shed some light on why the payment hasn't cleared.

thanks,

I've had delays in the past too, but in the end btcQuick came through. I've got an order pending too (1hr and counting...) It's a decent service, but claiming "5-30 minutes" might be a bit too bold, since it leaves people waiting around thinking, "Any minute now..." when in reality, there are probably all sorts of variables btcQuick can't control for, like issues with google checkout, individual banks, etc.

Anyways, just gotta keep your fingers crossed and hope the price of bitcoins deosn't tank during the delay.

you talk about 5-30minutes. I waited just for the verification 3 days + they told me on the 3rd day I had to sent additional information...

I ordered yesterday and have still no bitcoins, this service is really slow. I hope this won't happen in the future, otherwise I can just order thrugh bank transfer! (its faster)

We are still awaiting payment confirmation from Google Checkout. You may want to call Google Checkout and find out why your order hasn't been authorized yet. We cannot send you your bitcoins until we have received notification from Google Checkout that your payment was authorized.

Hello,

it says in your Panel, that you already received the payment... . And I can't find any Contact Information on my google wallet account. Maybe you call them?
And can you explain me, why it took 3 days to verify my account? Was it because of google authorization again?

Payment Received means that we have received a notification that a payment has been submitted. when the payment has been confirmed the order status will update to Payment Confirmed. Once it reaches this status the order is put into the queue to be fulfilled.

Guess this is the more appropriate thread to post my experience.

Tried service this morning. I'm very impressed. The whole process took about an hour to complete from registering to actually receiving the confirmation SMS for my private key. My only complaint is I wish they would  increase the initial buying amount, but I can completely understand their policy (start small and build trust). Great service I will definitely use again.

Exactly. This has happened to me a couple of times and I called Google. The last time the problem was related to my billing address on file with Google Wallet. Google was able to process the transaction while I was on the phone.

The problem is unrelated to BTCQuick and beyond their ability to control.

keep up the good work, and i know you are basing the price based on mtgox/bitstamp average, but i hope you would go fully bitstamp price instead

I placed an order on 8/14, order # 11032. The order screen still states the order is " under review ". I have sent several emails and called 3-4 times and have yet to receive a response. I still wish to complete the order, please let me know what I need to do to make it happen. If there is a problem on my end. I will be happy to do whatever is necessary. I do not want the order cancelled, I bought the BTC in good faith at the price quoted at the time. To cancel the order now and require me to place the order again would amount to penalizing me for a problem that was beyond my control.
Please advise...

Hi

I opened a ticket 6 days ago and don't have an answer yet.
I completed the 28 points of the bronze level (actually have 38.6) and need to know how to upgrade to bronze+. I can't find the option anywhere and still have the $250/day limit

Any way to upgrade?

I created an account on Friday - 09/06/2013

I was verified as a Bronze that evening and received the email notice.  However, upon logging into the website, I found I was still not listed as being verified.

I emailed the person who verified me (Mike) and noted this problem.

I submitted a ticket about the problem.

On Monday - 09/09/2013

I added another message to the ticket since nobody responded.

On Tuesday - 09/10/2013

(24 hours since now)
I wrote Ascension here on the forum asking him to look into the problem and provided my order number.

It's Wednesday - 09/11/2013

No response to any of my communications.

Just wanted to provide general feedback and ask a question. Overall, I've had good service so far with BTCQ. Usually get a funded key within 1-3 hours. For pinches, I would recommend them.

My question is regarding the membership level. You can use external websites to increase the 'trust' level to raise membership purchase. Why can't you just buy an upgraded membership (or did I miss that option), considering you have my personal details (govt issued ID card, utilities bills, access to my Google Wallet) etc.?

There are times I would like to quickly get maybe 3-6 btc, but no easy way to do it.

Simply being able to buy a higher level membership does not allow us to mitigate fraud. We have several options to increase your membership level. These options allow us to ensure that you are who you say you are. Being that we allow people to use credit cards to buy bitcoins we have to reduce fraud as much as possible.

Here are the current options available to become a member/upgrade membership
  • Knowledge Based Authentication Questions
  • miiCard
  • trustcloud

Thanks for the reminder on the additional basic verification, I forgot about that. That's definitely a nice option for a simple increase.

Now if only I had money lol

Hi Ascension

I have a history of 61 orders made with btcquick, almost without problems. But the last four orders I made are "awaiting payment", one of them since 3 days ago. I submited payment for all of them, but it doesn't appear as it. I noticed that the ticket submition link is not there any more.

Is there way you can check the status of that orders?

Thanks!

Would it be possible to receive any official information from you about how you are going to solve the situation with bitfunder?

Hi, this is the fourth/fifth time I try to contact you, first by mail to customerservice@btcquick.com, second by customer support on btquick.com then by mail to Jerrod via Google Wallet, other via Google+.

On Sunday Oct 27 I tried to buy some BTC, but my credit card (Visa 4646) reached his limit. So registered another card (Mastercard 0037) in Google Wallet but the order is still "Pending" on BTCQuick.
I guess it's because I didn't submit the credit card info to you before.
I've uploaded a photo with my driver licence + VISA + Mastercard both cards with the first 12 numbers covered according to the intructions given by Mike when I verified my account.

I've also opened a support ticket on btcquick Ticket #11996

Is this real life? Are you really saying this.

TradeFortress, where is the communication on CoinLenders debts? While we're at it, how do you explain pushing this "ID verification" policy when your users never had to supply even their name before? What exactly are you "verifying"? And maybe you should reveal some light on the incredibly opaque policy on inputs.io refunds?

I did pickup .22 btc. My first order of .85 took 12 hours but only after I made a squawk on this forum. I believe once your in the system its much faster you build reputation. It really shouldnt take that long as long as btcquick's hot wallet is good. Most problems come from google wallet processing the card. I didnt have that problem but btcquick had a few delays the last two weeks- all should be good now

I've asked in both BTQ threads, why does it show 0 in stock, and does that affect buying? I've wanted to buy for several days now, didn't want to try with 0 in stock in case something went wrong.

It's been nearly two weeks since I ordered and my private key is still not funded - it has been "in queue to be funded" for 13 days.

I've tried calling, and left a message on the voicemail service. I've submitted two tickets on the site over the past two weeks, and today I sent a support e-mail.

So far, I've not gotten any reply.

My order number is 21047.

If there is some issue, I am trying to be understanding, but if someone had your money for two weeks and still had not delivered, I'm sure you would be a little antsy too. I really have enjoyed the service thusfar, and would like to be able to continue to do so.

Looks like you need to verify the order. They send a text message that you have to respond back to...

Does answering back the SMS work if you are outside the US?

Hell if I know... I'm in the US. Are you allowed to send SMS internationally? Better yet, how did you verify your number if you can't send international SMSs?

Oh... Then the only thing I can suggest is... contact your cell phone carrier to make sure you can send international SMS. Or find a friend in the US and use their telephone number.

Once I forgot to verify my SMS.. but once I did, it was sent immediately.

But the problem is BTCquick is always out of stock, seems it's very hard to buy any coins there.

I don't have any experience buying coins there, but searching "btcquick" on twitter would get tons of results asking when they will have stock again.

Yip... last time I checked, they only had .1 in stock. I snatched that up but still waiting for them to get them more.

Ascension! Here you are online!

I am calling customer call center but nobody is answering , I am a customer from Turkey and I have some problems In verification process.

I can't pay that 1.99 USD TO verify my account , besides , I am going to use "Virtual Credit Card" Service that my bank provides to increase my personal secuirty , with this service , bank gives you a virtual credit card number , expiration date etc , and you deposit some money into this credit card from your bank account , and use it in online shopping. But with this service how I am going to send you Image of my credit card?

And Google Wallet is not working anymore.

Why not change your telephone number? Find a friend in the US who will let you use their number to verify the order... not sure if that'll work tho; since the order has already been placed.

You have a ticket service for this cases.....you just don't even look at them

You have a telephone number......messages must me heaping there.
You have a post here.....you just give an sporadic answer.

Give me my cutomer support service that you suppose to give as a serious service whose main capital should be TRUST.

Follow my case, enlighten me.....tell me what to do and problem solved.

With that simple thing this kind if posts would not be necessary.

I too am trying to get help with an unfunded order.
My order# 21980 dated 11/13 @ 2:14pm, SAYS it was processed, but the bitcoins never arrived.
I've opened a support ticket, sent e-mails, left voicemail messages....but have yet to get a response.

Ascension, please send my bitcoins or refund my money.

I've done a blockchain search, so I know they were never sent to my wallet.

I would prefer not to get in a big and drawn out fiasco.  If I can get my money, I will quit bugging you.  If you ever get your issues resolved, then I will probably use your service again.  Until this order, every other time I used btcQuick, I received my bitcoins quickly and I was very satisfied (in fact, I actually recommended you to a couple of friends).

Please let me know what I can do to get this resolved.

Also, please let me know if you don't plan to do ANYTHING (i.e. you're closing down).

Thanks and I wish you luck.  Like I said, I was very satisfied until now.  It's a shame.  I hope you can get things turned around.

Eric

I've registered and I've been trying to verify with them for the past two days, I've sent several emails but they only answered one (after sending it three times) and then complete silence, doesn't look serious at all and since we are talking about financial transactions it really doesn't give you any confidence.

Wouldn't like to be owed money by this 'company'.. :-\

Someone suggested Twitter as an effective way of getting an answer from them, in case you want to try: https://twitter.com/btcQuick (https://twitter.com/btcQuick)

I've tried twitter. just sporadic responses, not like a channel of comunicatrion should be if you whant to give a problem solution.
The thing is that if we are trying to guess wich of all the offered channels of comunication is the one that they answer the problem is not ours is THEIRS!!!

Of course, that's crystal clear, I wouldn't consider using their services, just exploring available means of working out the current problems many users of this forum seem to be having.

Same problem here - waiting on 1.2 btc that were promised on January 13 - the $$ was taken out of my account on January 7.

I've sent a number of emails and opened a ticket.  In the past, they were always very quick to respond.  Now, they've apparently adopted the Coinbase model of customer support.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over a week now. EDIT
If you are trying to reach this company the only way I got in contact was either twitter or email. The only email address I got contact back was Jerrod@btcquick.com. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with their service. I used them back in October for 2 transactions. 1 for 1 BTC and another for .5BTC. Basically I never transfered my .5 to my wallet which was only $75 at the time. Now however it's about $420 and they completely resolved my issue giving my .5BTC. They found my order # right away and even gave me the correct info to log in. I was logging into wrong account so in actuality it was all my fault. Either way I am completely satisfied with their service and would recommend using them. I would follow on twitter and keep Jerrod's email handy just in case you do need customer support, but other than that I am 100% sasified.

I'm glad you were able to get a response.  They are still ignoring me, but hopefully this means that they are just backlogged and trying to get through requests.  Either way, this is totally unacceptable in my opinion.  I certainly will never trust them with my money again.

I plan on filing a complaint with the Colorado Dep't of Regulatory Agencies - Division of Banking by COB today if I do not hear back from them.  It is fairly simple, the link is here - http://cdn.colorado.gov/cs/Satellite/DORA-DB/CBON/DORA/1251626387387.

It seems that they are not registered in Colorado as a Money Transmitter, at least not under the name that they use, though I do not know if they are required to be registered.

A quick search for "btcquick" here - http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/BusinessEntityCriteriaExt.do - shows that they are registered to do business in Colorado.  It appears that they are run out of a residential apartment in Littleton, CO.

Ascension in the customer support gives no answer.
Neither tickets, phone calls, twitter, emails...
I need you to resend SMS from Order N° 20817 dated Oct 30, 2013 4:39 AM MDT and  from Order N° 21973.

Come on! Give an answer.
Do you really think your bussines will work with shabby customer support.

You can resend the SMS from the order details page.

Sorry, but your answer does not solve my problem.

I'm not saying that your answer is not right . I'm saying that a sporadic reponse is not good and what I need is a proper customer service.
I used every channel of comunication you have.
You have a ticket service for this cases.....you just don't even look at them
You have an email......I don't know what for!!!!
You have a twitter....that you ignore.
You have a telephone number......messages must me heaping there.
You have a post here.....you just give an sporadic answer.

Give me my cutomer support service that you suppose to give as a serious service whose main capital should be TRUST.

Follow my case, enlighten me.....tell me what to do and problem solved.

I bought a bronze membership (or something like this) at btcQuick.com. I think it was 2 or 3$. I won't bother trying to log into their crappy app to check. Anyway, it was in November. In freakin NOVEMBER. You know, when the bitcoin was at 200$. That's when I wanted to buy them. Not now.

Anyway, I sent 4 emails and 3 twitter messages. I used their support box. No answer what so ever. Nothing.

And I scanned my documents and sent them for my application, I regret this.

Basically, I lost my 2-3$ on a crappy Website and I uploaded official documents to it. I don't really care about losing 2-3$, but when you accept money from customers and especially official documents, you must know what you're doing. I'm not telling that they intentionally stole my money nor my documents. But they obviously don't have a clue about how to run a Website.

When you create a SaaS or Website with online payments and don't know what you're doing, you hire people that knows. If you don't have money to hire the people, you do something else.

That's all. Try any other solution, but not this one. Forget it. They're not secure. They don't know what they're doing. Their website is unstable. They obviously don't know about continuous integration, unit testing and other best programming practices. It means that they certainly don't know about security. So go somewhere else.

My first and last post.

I hope your bitcoin stories are better than mine.
Have fun! ;)

Well, after all the hassel I could get my bitcoin.
My conclusion of all this thing is that in btcquick work honest people but they are  exceeded by the demand.
The answer I had makes me think that they have realized the importance of the customer service and would take measures on this matter.
Time will tell!!!

Wow. I just signed up with btcQuick when looking for ways to buy bitcoin faster and I ran into two problems. The first was related to the credit card verification and not having any place to enter the amounts charged. The second was for signing a bitcoin message with my address to allow direct deposits. I submitted two help tickets through the web interface and received responses within 5 minutes. They even fixed both issues in under 10 minutes. I'm pretty impressed.

Wait a minute... Why are we DOXin Jerrod? He took off with people's coin or something? I'm confused... I haven't used this service in a long time, but I've purchased well over 15k worth of BTC from btcquick and had no issues...

Can someone let people know what the hell is going on???

And you forgot the Twitter. That was the primary way to contact him. I created a twitter account just to keep tabs of their supply and to check my order if it were delayed for some reason. You'll see a tweet from me demanding my 5btc, lol. Oh, the good old days. :)

I dont understand yet, why this has come back around, and i will delete this post if the shareholders and BTCQuick have subsequent agreement/s in place i am not aware of....but at the time, his shareholders didnt receive anything close to a clear breakdown of his business revenues. Therefore, you could only conclude that funds were being siphoned off by him, and shared between himself and Marco Santori in the shape of a retainer.

Stereotype/ Lucky Cris,

Jerrod did two illegal things with his BTCQuick scam.

1. He sold unregistered securities
2. He stole 100% of the investors money

There is an ongoing investigation with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Securities.

I am working with stock security & fraud lawyers to start litigation against him and the company.

I am also planning on filing a complaint this week with the SEC.

Oh. Interesting. Good for you.
I was a shareholder, but wrote off what i was eventually left with, as it wasn't a large amount in the end. My interest in this regard, was always, how much Mr Santori profited from this, and how ethical/legal his involvement actually was.

Wish you well, with this.

That is such a self-harmful thing to do, because the coutes could dismiss cases because of that stuff..
