1021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2022/23 | Group Stage on: September 08, 2022, 12:34:36 PM

Liverpool's odd to win the Champions League has increased to 8.00 after this result I assume. By the way, I find the odd for them to qualify from their group quite low now. My opinion about them has changed very much after seeing their terrible performance against Napoli last night. This performance level wouldn't be enough for continuing in this tournament. Napoli are already better than them as we saw it. Ajax are also in a very solid shape now. They crushed Rangers which shows that they have lost nothing of them after all that transfer activity.

Liverpool have a pretty difficult job to do against these two. I even started to think that the leader might be Ajax. Napoli and Liverpool would be in a fight to finish the group as the 2nd. It is early maybe but Liverpool have been like this for many weeks in the end. I'm having trust issues with them.

I think Napoli can beat Ajax, and they can be the group champions, eventhough Liverpool is not in their best form winning 4-1 against them is not an easy task. And I also think Liverpool still has quite a good chance against Ajax, they will share 1 point with Ajax, and the decider would be how many goals they can make against Rangers.
1022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 08, 2022, 12:24:17 PM
I suspect the sacking of Tuchel has something to do with Boehly liking Cristiano Ronaldo. There were rumors that Boehly wanted to bring a world star player to Stamford Bridge and that player was Cristiano Ronaldo in my guess. Rumors of Ronaldo's move to Chelsea had circulated widely after Jorge Mendes met with the American businessman and investor. You see, Tuchel is not interested in working with Cristiano Ronaldo.
When do you hear that rumor? And why do you suspect it is Cristiano Ronaldo? I am not sure they will have a high chance to sign Ronaldo because Chelsea is one of the strong rivals of Man United. Ronaldo never moved to his club rivals in the same league, especially to the strong rival. If you heard that rumor several weeks ago, I guess the intended world star player was Aubameyang.

By the way, I doubt Tuchel is leaving because he isn't interested in managing Ronaldo. Ronaldo is a superstar player, most managers want him to be a part of their squad. Tuchel also never has any problem with Ronaldo, so he has no reason to refuse Ronaldo on Chelsea squad. It is only your speculation that Tuchel isn't happy to work with Ronaldo. You have no strong evidence to prove it!

It might not the main reason nor a direct connection related to the Tuchel removal, but the Chelsea Owner actually wants Ronaldo to join the team and Tuchel is the one who against it.

Tho I might say that even Ronaldo contribution in Man Utd is not significant now, and bringing him to Chelsea won't make a significant impact either.
1023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to spot a x100, x1000 or x10000 coin ? Isn’t this the million $ question ? on: September 06, 2022, 03:33:24 AM
I don't think anyone can be sure 100% if any project could go x100, x1000 or x10000, even if you think the project's team is all famous and professional, the whitepaper is flawless and the idea is revolutionaries, there is always a possibility something bad happened to a project. I never aim to find some x1000 project, I prefer to make small amount but consistent profit over the years. But I think the easiest way to find a x100, x1000 or x10000 is just to put some small penny to every potential project what has $1 market price.
1024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Solana be the next Ethereum??? on: September 06, 2022, 03:29:01 AM
If we talk about possibility, there is always possibility that Solana might be as big as Ethereum now, but it won't definitely replace Ethereum as the top smart-contract platform. However, to make Solana reach what has Ethereum get right now, Solana team will need much more work, eventhough their platform is popular among developer their network has many flaw that has been shown by the recent hack.
1025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Price To Buy Ethereum on: September 06, 2022, 03:25:56 AM
I think buying now is not the best option, since it's currently testing the resistance, and I think it will make a correction soon. However, $600 is too low, I don't think Ethereum will reach that price even if the whole market is crashing. I already hold some ETH but if I want to make another entry I will wait until the merge end.
1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Terra Luna Classic pumping - can it last? on: September 06, 2022, 03:18:12 AM
I personally will not touch any project by terra again, I won't take any risk on my money. There is always possibility that if any terra coin project is pumping it might be another price manipulation, so my advice if you insist to put your money on Luna Classic you should be ready to lose your money.
1027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC, USDP & TUSD will be removed on Binance exchange on: September 06, 2022, 03:15:44 AM
I am on the Binance side on this, I don't understand why we need many stablecoins. I never consider stable coin is an investment, so I don't really pick which one should I use. The only reason why I have stable coin is just to prepare for an entry on market or just to send it to other people so its more of their option rather than mine.
1028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto has the highest potential?? on: September 06, 2022, 03:12:11 AM
I first want to make a disclaimer that my reply shouldn't be considered as an investment advice and everyone should do their own research.
From your list, my first choice would be Ethereum its a must have altcoin, I held polygon, bought it when the Opensea and NFT hype, but I sold it a couple months ago. I never hold Solana but I use some of their dApp so I guess Solana is quite good, I would buy small amount later if I sold some of my asset. I am still holding small amount of Cardano, and it has give me a good amount of profit.  Never hold the other coins, I don't even know what is ApeCoin and Cosmos.
1029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Dogechain (DC)? on: September 05, 2022, 09:45:49 AM
If this Doge founder itself reject the affiliation to this project, then I highly doubt this project will going far with the Doge Chain, except they change the project name getting the doge founder approval is essential otherwise no one will believe in this project.
1030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrencies eliminate the need for credit/debit cards in the future? on: September 05, 2022, 09:29:31 AM
Will crypto eliminate the credit/debit card? Probably not, but will it take over the domination, most likely yes. Crypto more seamless than Credit and Debit card, however the biggest challenge is the credit score, most people using credit card to get credit score so they can get some loan from bank.
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu has no value and shouldn't be bought on: September 05, 2022, 09:25:23 AM
Well, to be honest all of meme coin do not have any value, they only based on the community the coins does not have any utility. But then again Bitcoin basically does not have any utility too, but it has so much value because it got massive adoption, I am not saying that Bitcoin is memecoin or they are alike but it is what it is. So, if the community actually believe in memecoin it might have a future. But for me I will never buy any memecoin.
1032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2Mint & Play2Earn Blockchain Games on: September 05, 2022, 08:39:05 AM
I don't know if any of this games will be big or will actually earn you some money, but these are some of the games that I am currently playing:

The first one is The Sandbox, it's similar to Minecraft, if you enjoy playing minecraft or you are interested to play it, you will enjoy Sandbox. https://www.sandbox.game/en/

The second game is PirateXPirate if you are bored with all those mmorpg game, and monster theme game, this one will be a fresh game. It's a turn based strategy game with Pirate theme of course, you can build a crew, grow your ship. etc. https://piratexpirate.io/
1033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help me choose on: September 05, 2022, 08:13:45 AM
Among all of those three the only project I have heard is Lido DAO, and after I search all of them on Coinmarketcap, the Lido DAO is the top marketcap on rank #66, the other two Skale Network is #140, and Satoshi Island is #2726. For me investing on this kind of 'start-up crypto' means that you should ready to lose your money, and marketcap is one of the most important thing to prevent the project from dying. So, picking the project with the biggest marketcap is the safest option.
1034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for August on: September 05, 2022, 08:06:08 AM
The poll is wrong, but I think its not solely because of the ETH, the crypto market in general currently not that good. The sentiment toward crypto is not that good either, with the fall of Terra and the recent flaw showed by Solana, the the whole crypto industry is getting bad sentiment. However, this ETH merge hype is not ended yet, I hope the hype will take the price higher.
1035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sleep 2 Earn ll $WEZ ll WeSleep on: September 04, 2022, 09:42:38 AM
People are trying to squeeze ideas from daily activities to create money-making projects, this is going nowhere, ends up being just a hype and then disappears nothing more. I like the idea of move to earn, it's really helpful in our life, we can both improve our health and earn money. That's the crazy thing in the crypto market that no traditional company has done yet but look, it can't exist either because its ultimate nature is profit and not a health project.
Sleep to earn, I think lazy people who don't like to work will love this idea.

If you actually read the OP post, the requirements is not only sleep. The participant should also perform a significant amount of activity. Also, maybe you are not familiar but outside of the blockchain industry, there are actually some people that are being paid to sleep after doing certain activity. Similar to this project, those people paid to sleep and then their physical data is collected to conduct some research. What I am trying to say is that the idea of collecting data from people sleeping is not new, but then combine it with the blockchain is something that I haven't heard, and it's definitely not only for lazy people.

In addition, WeSleep is aiming to provide a tool for its users which would not only enable them to monetise their sleep time, but at the same time would encourage them to build a healthier, more active lifestyle. In order to achieve such goal, users will be getting Daily Tasks to complete on a daily basis, which would then generate their rewards in Moons.

Daily task examples:
- Walk at least 3 000 steps;
- Run 1 mile;
- Go for a 45 minutes walk;
- Have a swim;
- Have a gym session;
- Burn at least 1 200 calories;
- Etc.

1036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Solana still among the top 10 coins in market cap? on: September 04, 2022, 09:34:46 AM
Despite Solana lacks of security, I believe developer like how easy and seamless it is to make dApp on Solana, and its also very cheap compared to ETH and BSC. And there are also some Solana based dApp that are quite successful like Brave Browser and Raydium.
1037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sleep 2 Earn ll $WEZ ll WeSleep on: September 04, 2022, 09:22:52 AM
I really like the idea of this, my first advice is that you need to make a proper announcement thread that fully explain your project in the Announcement Section (if you haven't). My second advice is that I wish your project will be fully transparent about how you use the collected data. I understand that you might need to keep how you process it, but at least you should explain where the data goes, and how you make money out of it.
1038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Name ETHAX sounds like ETH on: September 04, 2022, 09:13:38 AM
OP seems like comparing these two just because they have similar name, within the fact that ETH is a smart-contract platform while ETHAX is a Trading platform (not only cryptocurrency but also NFT and other thing). So, both project is very different and I believe they don't have any connection. And I think there are a ton of other crypto that have similar name like ETH, most of them just vanish and not become anything. Now, I am not saying that ETHAX project will end up the same way, but if developer chose the name ETHAX only to ride ETH fame then I don't think this project will end any good.
1039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Problem, Is it Possible to be a Thing of the Past? on: September 04, 2022, 08:55:44 AM
To me it seems that while self exclusion is an important tool for that initial stage of trying to break the habit of using your regular and favorite gambling sites, some deeper changes must take place to the individual for them to be free of the addiction. People often stray into gambling because of boredom or wishing for a financial improvement, but they end up trapped in a vicious cycle. It is better to address the points that led you into gambling in the first place, often getting a better paid or more fulfilling job can free you of many burdens. Finding different hobbies or activities to fill your spare time is also critical because you'll need to find something else, hopefully more productive, to do.

Finding a better paying job might not only gambling problem but it will solve half of everyone problem, but to expect that everyone can get a decent salary is a little bit utopic. And most of the people who has gambling problem is the one who was unable to get a good job in the first place, often because they lack of skills and they can't get any opportunity. So, I think the more possible to left gambling is just to move to another place where you can start a new life, meet new people that does not do gambling and even to the extreme measure, moving to a place where gambling is completely illegal and banned.
1040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 04, 2022, 08:43:18 AM
Arsenal needs much more the win than Manchester United does.This does not mean it is going to be easy for Arsenal,I think that this is the strongest test they have faced so far and it maybe even getting difficult like getting a draw or even losing their first game of the Premier League for Arsenal.However I think Arsenal players and coach are much more motivated to win this game especially after both City and Liverpool again left points down the road,so I doubt Arsenal will not make good use of this opportunity to increase their gap with the contenders for the league.

I wonder why do you think Arsenal need the win more than Man Utd? For me, I think Man Utd need the win more than Arsenal, they need to keep the momentum. While for Arsenal I think sooner or later they will be caught of guard by one of their opponent. I am not saying that Man Utd will win this game, but they can do their best to make Arsenal experience the first lose/draw in this season.
