On the one hand, I can understand this step. There is so much scamming going on on exchanges. On the other hand, a centralized service gets more information about you  It's actually all what crypto currencies stand against for. We should drive the development for decentralized exchanges forward in my option. Couldn't NEM be a forerunner?
