Nefario and scammer tag?  Shocked

Must be kidding....

If Nefario would get a scammer tag, this would be the wrong thing in my p.o.v.

1045  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Der Aktuelle Kursverlauf on: September 08, 2012, 09:21:14 PM

Short term alert to subscribers issued.

that cannot be very bullish.

there is no way to find out for non subscribers if an alert is bullish, bearish or neutral

Sure there is.  Load up mtgoxlive and wait a few minutes.  You'll know.

:-)

 Wink

well if i am wrong and the alert is bullish it sure would contradict what is on your website from just a few days ago...
seems the aug 31st post was quite bearish and the price for todays date seems to still be below the 2 red lines.

but what do i know? i sell all the time :-)

His private recommendations often conflict with what he tells the sheep on his public site.  Frequently after public alerts there is a big move in the other direction.

That is not true. I just do not publish a public update in the time frame around the subscriber updates. This makes a difference as short term signals can change within hours. At the same time, when I issue a public update, these always reflect the honest analysis.
1047  Economy / Speculation / Re: Search Volume as a Forecasting Indicator on: September 06, 2012, 07:40:55 AM
If you look at the graphs, you'll find that most of data clearly shows that changes in price do not follow changes in search volume, but it's the other way around. Increase in price usually predicts future increase in the search volume. I know it sounds stupid and boring, but that's the fact so far.

+1. this is exactly the way it works.

Here is an example of the many positive feedbacks we are getting for our forecast which contains BITCOIN, STOCKS, PRECIOUS METALS.

"September 1, 2012: I just wanted to send another thanks your way. I've been subscribed for over half a year now. The last few weeks, you've given the most actionable advice. Specifically, you gave us the ability to act on trends as they were happening, in an informed decision. It's so refreshing to be able to have taken some funds out, and now be positioned to add bitcoins to my account at a targeted buy! ... when it gets really volatile like this, I've sure appreciated your timely updates. If this most recent idea pans out, your annual subscription will have paid for itself many times over. Thanks for stepping it up as the market has gotten turbulent - it's appreciated."

For first time subscribers, we continue to offer the special -60% offer for 1.99 BTC per month. Just send an email to S3052@gmx.ch

1053  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: If BS&T didn't start out as a ponzi, did it fail because it paid out in BTC? on: August 30, 2012, 08:20:45 PM
sorry if this point was brought up already, but I can't follow the 1000's of posts here:

What if pirate would pay out all funds he received from customers, without the interest promised. if he still has the funds, then this would be at least something.
now the question is if he really has kept all the funds he got..?
1054  Economy / Speculation / Re: [SHARE] Your Personal Analysis (only post with pictures) on: August 27, 2012, 08:57:17 PM

time to hit 7 again ?

if 7 $ will be hit, this is not healthy..
1055  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: August 27, 2012, 08:10:28 PM
Probabily I'm a bit offtopic but I don't mind judging the general level of the late posts ;-) so: could someone explain me how to buy a put option for AAPL?

I find the apple capitalization is pure madness, and I suppose that now that iphones get so much competition from android apple will be unable to keep the fuzz to this height and some time after the iphone5 is out the stock value will begin to plunge.

I used to trade a bit on several stock exchanges but I know almost nothing about options and covered warrants: if someone wants to share a bit of knowledge I will be delighted Smiley

This is not really the place to get stock options advice.

Here is a Dec 2012 650 Put quote. Charles Schwab One Brokerage Account is great and the checking account's ATM card has no fees at all. Once you figure out what the hell you are doing then you can move over to Interactive Brokers.

PS. JMO, Don't short Apple .... you will get eaten. If you want some put selling strategies you may want to check out Fully Informed.

shorting Apple is nothing for unexperienced people, but still, if you do it right, it can be very rewarding. I gained 80$ per share in Spring 2012, then losing two times 5-8$ per share, and today I shorted again at 678 $.

1057  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: FOPIA Request to the FBI Processing on: August 26, 2012, 05:51:25 PM
can you explain what this means ? as a non US citizen, I do not know what this is about
1058  Economy / Speculation / Re: Search Volume as a Forecasting Indicator on: August 24, 2012, 07:32:06 PM
My take: Bitcoin enthusiasts are generally long on Bitcoin, and the general level of excitement/chatter/blagging/instant messaging on Bitcoin-related topics varies in response to the exchange rate.

This chatting/blagging/instant messaging/etc. creates an ongoing flow of bored/reluctant girlfriends/family members/friends/work colleagues who go on Google to find out what all that 'Bitcoins' [sic] nonsense is all about.

lol
