Add to that the rates they were offering for "parking" MNX was a pathetic miscalculation because there simply were never going to be enough coins going around to fulfil those promises and interest rates.

As pointed out by thunderjet, this Minex project was set up by demolition man Boris because it was a front for him to get hold of money to pump in to his AI and VR dreams of conquering the gaming world but the fool was never ever going to even make a small dent in that business.

The truth is that in this forum and beyond, we all have a responsibility to try to protect each other as much as possible from all forms of crypto scams and the best way is to keep each other fully informed.

Unfortunately newbies and gullible people will always be targeted by scammers such as in the way scammers Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 and several others were promoting Minexcoin. Several of those scammers were trolling and spreading propaganda about this Republia scam too.



Some key notes:

1-) republia.io is diverted to paxchain.io (https://paxchain.io/english.html)

republia domain is no longer actively showing a website, it just diverts to paxchain.io



2-) "Republia" project does not exist anymore, it has been renamed and branded to "Paxchain"

Paxchain is not be confused with Paxnet, they are two unrelated and separate entities



3-) "Republia Group, British Virgin Islands (BVI)" no longer owns this project. The new owner is "PAXChain Group, British Virgin Islands (BVI)". It is just an off-shore company to try to hide the names of the owners, to make thing difficult for investors and users to sue them in Court when they make their exit scam and until that happens probably for tax reasons too.



4-) paxchain.io (https://paxchain.io/english.html) has a free Lets Encrypt SSL installed. These scammers could not even fund the cash to pay for a SSL.

5-) All of the links in the image below which open a page or pdf have one thing in common: there is no mention of "Paxnet" (http://www.paxnet.co.kr) which is the South Korean tech company which Republia scammer claim "merged" with Republia

How can there be a merger with a South Korean tech company worth millions of US$ and a Ukrainian start-up with nothing tangible to show except hot-air, empty promises and group of shady individuals with questionable backgrounds including a history of Court cases for tax evasion issues and a sister company called Minex which is a blatant scam?



6-) The paxchain.io website "Team" link in the header does not work. They are trying to hide that very vital part of the "project"



How can anybody be foolish enough to invest in a project where the Team do not even explain who they are on the main website but foolishly enough state everything in outdated pdf links on the same website where they still refer to their project by its former name Republia?



7-) There was NO MERGER between Paxnet and Republia

Once again, there was NO MERGER between Paxnet and Republia. A multi-million dollar US$ company with 6 IPOs and 200 company strong portfolio would NEVER merge with a start-up that has no product, no money, no investment and nothing to show except empty promises.



8-) The bounties that were due to be paid for those participating in the Republia bounty program were due on 15th April 2019, they have now been promised to be paid on 15th May 2019.



Have a read of the excuses they are using to withhold bounties. They now claim the bounties will be paid on 15th May 2019. We all know that will not happen because they have no real project. They are using a 3rd class amateur style MVP along with promises of cutting-edge innovation in the hope to seek investment from a big company



9-) There is NO MENTION OF PAXNET on the whole website and in all download pdf and links except the medium press release dated 21 November 2018.

Well, there is no mention that Paxnet will buy Republia. There is no mention Paxnet will merge with Republia. There is no mention Paxnet will do anything at all with Republia except "sign final terms and conditions with Paxnet". Maybe it could be to sign final terms and conditions that Republia will pay Paxnet $15000 per month to use their South Korea offices, or maybe it was to use one of their exchanges to trade ERC-20 tokens if/when Republia ever launched them.. who knows?

It was mentioned by Republia scammers in a very ambiguous manner only so they could use it as an excuse to try to dupe gullible investors by fooling them in to thinking much more is going on than there really is.



10-) The roadmap targets have failed and they are still referring to parts of their project as Republia (as in their wallet)

It probably will not reach $200 before the end of the month because just 6 days remain before the month of May is upon us.

Eth is having a tough time like most crypto right now.

I have no personal suggestion but the team really have access to a wealth of information about their users. It might be a good idea to ask investors and users via mailshots asking for their views.

With all the analytic data you have at your disposal it would be a good idea to consider using some of that data to work a forward-thinking strategy.

The only thing I would suggest is to be wary of adding too many coins, especially those of little value because it might end up devaluing the websites. They should not be known for accepting low level coins and should attract a certain type of user.

The super-scammers such as Temhuk, Racquemis1 and Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83 along with several newbies accounts that were trolling and promoting this thread and promoting the Minex thread with propaganda that would shame even the lowest-of-the-lowest scammers, have decided to vanish. They left the English Minex and Republia threads then ran to the Russian language threads to try to make a last-ditch attempt to maximise their scam in trying to get gullible investors to buy in to their scam - then they left.

Minexcoin has been at all-time-lows c.$0.15 when it was over $56 less than 18 months ago. Its total market capital is around $800,000 (including pump/fake prices) when it was valued at over $169 million just under 18 months ago. The collapse was in-part because of the lies they spun trying to shell out illegal Mastercards using 3rd parties instead of going for a real Mastercard program in the official manner.

Members of Minex decided to set-up Republia, so you can imagine the end result for Republia but right now the key is simple, they were supposed to pay "bounties" to their bounty participants on 15th April 2019 and so far nobody has received anything and both Republia scammers and Minex scammers have gone quiet on their social media and communication facilities.

With stability in the market it might be possible but I doubt it very much.

Maybe it will peak at $300-$400 then stabilise before January 2020 but I think $1000 might be a bridge too far.

Thank you for the explanation about the Upaycards being permanently blocked. It was kind of them to allow users to withdraw funds before completely locking their accounts in to zombie mode.
