Like I am sure a lot of you are doing, I am enjoying playing with 2 new IOS apps; SaruTobi and LuckyBitz.
I've made well over 15 cents CAD for only ~15 hours of PURE ENTERTAINMENT!
Suckers decry; "aw man...you should go and get a job!" But I wholheartedly disagree!
If I can figure out how these Romanian hoodwinks have embedded malware into IOS applications, slipped it past the ever vigilant and quality obsessed vetters at Apple, and infected every fibre of my hardware, software, and online existence. I'm simply impressed.
Please, take my wife.
1122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Got 100+ Bitcoins refunded from Butterfly Labs today on: January 10, 2015, 10:15:04 AM
A) I don't believe you. I think you are a purchased account shilling for a half-ruined concern, desperately trying to flog a dead horse.
B) I could be wrong regarding A) but even if I am, very clever of BFL to hold out refund long enough to meet price point of btc/usd from your original date of spend.
3) nice try josh, I'm still not buying.

Don't sell your accounts pee poles! This is what happens

The market moves on little to no information, suggesting inside moves from Bitfountain. This security has done nothing for the public shareholder for over a year but still the share price fluctuates. Someone, if aware, is making a killing shorting the hell outta this stick in the mud.
It ain't me.
1124  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lucky Bitz | a free, fun and unique way of winning bitcoin! Download now! on: January 09, 2015, 05:49:07 AM
ok, I found how to properly tweet and follow (you get the option when you buy a raffle ticket) BUT when I went to enter the raffle I clicked the button a few times quickly by accident and now it says I have -599.99 (MINUS five hundred!!!!!)
How did I wind up in debt? WTF?Huh?
1125  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lucky Bitz | a free, fun and unique way of winning bitcoin! Download now! on: January 09, 2015, 05:25:57 AM
I followed you on twittwr and liked/shared you on facebook, but my user name on luckybitz is different than my facebook and my twitter. how do I link it?
1126  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Official CaVirtex.com Thread on: January 08, 2015, 10:13:53 PM
my issue is with cavirtex interac deposit. It says; "same day deposit" but they don't say "unless the price of BTC is falling below 320 CAD, then they have INTERAC "issues" and hold your funds for 3 business days. Smooth.
1127  Economy / Securities / Re: 20 Bitcoins to Invest on: January 08, 2015, 11:37:54 AM
Do yourself a favour and hodl the btc. Don't invest anything here. Read the threads. Full of pain anguish and heartbreak. The only users here who have anything good to say are trying to sell you something.
If you want real world stocks, use fiat.
1128  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: January 08, 2015, 11:32:23 AM
That would be fantastic. He promised 100% return on IPO price. Paid only 0.25% in divs... I wonder what metric they use to decide what the settlement should be?
Will the settlement be paid out via crypto trade I wonder? Damn, I'm desperate.

1130  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: January 08, 2015, 01:28:07 AM
I don't get it. They can just not go ahead and just leave it at that? What is the point?
1131  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: OVERVIEW: BITCOIN HARDWARE WALLETS █████████████████ Secure your Coins on: January 07, 2015, 08:12:39 AM
This is not normal. When opening or closing the key, it shouldn't make any mechanical friction. Either the COB has been misplaced, or it is a default in our production facility. Could you please take a picture of it and send it to support@ledgerwallet.com ? If it cannot be fixed by gluing the COB in a better solution, we'll send you a new wallet free of charge.

No no, I did not mean to say it is scratching the chip, I'm saying, if I am not careful I could scratch it. The metal is flexible and has sharp edges. If one squeezes the case too tight while closing it it looks like it will scratch. This is not huge, I am always careful, I just think a smoother case or softer vinyl case would be better. Maybe something to consider in next version. I am enjoying this ledger nonetheless. Easy to set up and use!

WikiLeaks 2.0? Slur platform wants to be new online market for leaked info]http://rt.com/news/220279-slur-market-leak-security/]WikiLeaks 2.0? Slur platform wants to be new online market for leaked info

Basically, they are using BTC to auction encripted files protecting the whistleblower.  Kinda like a Silk Road /eBay for whistleblowers. I love Russian Times 😘

EDIT- fixed link
1133  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: January 07, 2015, 03:08:27 AM
AM payed upfront, or am I wrong here?
I seem to recall they have no debts, at least from last gen.
Plus they promised they have enough BTC to keep going for a long time. Whatever that means.

So. Fried Cat, or par-boiled master of ours, please assauge our fears. Lay some fuckin numbers on us d00d
1134  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: January 07, 2015, 01:48:46 AM
looks like cointerra may be leaving the game

can you please elaborate?

EDIT- nevermind, I just went and read for myself. They've been circling the drain forever. I just forgot about them in the sea of flailing dissapointments that is everything connected to BTC mining (even BTC itself these days)

honestly though, I'm just holding my breath, hoping against hope that the next we hear from FC it ISN'T going to be something along the lines of; "Things are going great over here, we've taken all the profits from sales and projected future profits to create AMCOIN!!!! Premined, 99% owned by AM, and guess what guys??? You can go spend more of your money on them when we IPO next month. Financials soon Wink"

It would make me barf, but not make me surprised.
1135  Other / Off-topic / Re: Using Intel CPU and Motherboard ? Your Bitcoins may be in actual danger. on: January 07, 2015, 01:39:35 AM
You know...most people are law abiding and harmless, and we expect our govt. to protect us. If NSA CIA etc. would simply show that they can have some positive impact for the regular old honest citizen they might win a few supporters. The Romans had no problem conquering the world because they brought roads and aqueducts and generally improved the quality of life for the nations they took over. Those people loved them for it.

If NSA etc. would simply use their over-reaching rights-smashing powers to do the average joe a little good, like say BUSTING A FEW HACKERS! then they would be heroes overnight. Imagine that hacking becomes an act of terrorism in the law's eyes, and every shitty Russian hacker who steals coins gets busted and thrown into some dark prison for torture and death. also coins returned to victims... I personally would throw up my hands and say "you know what guys, these NSA dudes aren't so bad after all"

I know they have the capabilities to do it. just throw up a 1-800-GOT-HACKED? helpline, retrieve a few stolen BTC and make life miserable for anyone daring to hack anything and people might not mind them quite as much. Nobody complains about cops when they do their fucking job, its only when they start breaking the law themselves, bust innocent people, and ignore real crime that we all get sick.

I guess NSA doesn't need to do anything like this since they already own us and there's nothing we can do about it, but a little help from above would be awful nice. Too bad all they care about is making wars.
1136  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: OVERVIEW: BITCOIN HARDWARE WALLETS █████████████████ Secure your Coins on: January 07, 2015, 12:26:07 AM
I just got a Ledger. Have not set it up yet, but straight out of the box I have one issue. The physical design.
It has the chip on a plastic base that swings on a hinge attached to its casing so you can protect the chip, but the casing or cover ( the part you hold when inserting the chip into USB port) is metal. It has sharp edges. Every time I retract or open the chip I risk scratching the chip. I no like!
This is a pretty minor flaw which could be corrected pretty easy. I hope they improve this.
I let you know how it works as a wallet after I set it up.
1137  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: January 07, 2015, 12:12:05 AM
Why are there no financials anyway? What reasons could they have? Let's see...
1138  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: January 06, 2015, 10:59:36 PM
yes. wasnt the big news for them the fact that they secured 10 million in VC funding? Half of that gone. poof. that could be irreparable. I sure hope not. They are good guys but I wouldn't like to see them "finish last"
1139  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: January 06, 2015, 09:00:29 PM
You're right. I shouldn't post at4 am. Still... The profits were negligible. and now i'm recalling some video of racks. that didnt work out too well either. anyone got a copy of the dividend history? I recall he returned IPO price only 0.25% or some such. ? Huh ?
1140  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK](SFI) Seedcoin Fund I on: January 06, 2015, 06:26:11 AM
Yes, sure, I agree, but... In a few years there should be some sort of viable decentralized exchange. I'm leery of counterparty since it is so new and the bugs are yet to be discovered. Also I would need to spend an entire afternoon figuring it out.
I see this SF1 as long term. I am inquiring about long term ideas.
Just seems to make sense that a crypto company would operate within the block chain if and when ever available.
