While discussing with some friends one of them said that there is a new kind of money like paypal but it;s called bitcoin and i was like 'wow', people are thinking positively about bitcoin, not like others that think that bitcoin is only used by hackers.
It must be a good idea, we can target the paypal users to make them adopt bitcoin. Because when some people are already familiar with the online transactions then they must be capable of understanding how bitcoin works and how much it is better than paypal. Yeah you right. Actually paypal users are already experienced with online currency so for make they use bitcoins is easy imo. But for people who don't about online currencies. It's gonna be hard like the people in my country. We cannot target or force Paypal users to use bitcoin, if they find bitcoin is better then Paypal they will use it or simply they will continue with Paypal. |

First things first they need something that they can use to go online. Then they need knowledge for that. Who will be the one teaching them? The government? I doubt that.
The golden rule of living your life in this world is about adaptation , if you cant adapt then you will surely be the victim of this harsh worlds. If government will switch to online payment then they need to provide education for the people as well because it is essential for them to learn on how to use it properly Governments supporting bitcoins? I don't think so that is possible in near future, they will always support paper money as they have full control on it, in compare bitcoin enjoys the freedom. They want to manipulate the price of bitcoin by saying that it is dead so that majority of people would get panic and sell their coins for low price so that big whales can take advantage of it.
Only stupid people selling their coins when they hearing that bitcoins is dead. I don't really understand who beliving on it.. Narrow minded and people with negative mindset will always follow this kind of news as they will never put their won efforts in knowing what is the reality. |

I spend the bitcoins mostly because i have to pay some bills , but nowadays i try to hold a good amount of my earnings
We have not got much opportunities to do active spending with bitcoin. To spend it actively right now the only hope is to convert to fiat and use it. Converting it to fiat isnt so good cause of fees. I hope in future we will have a good exchange bitcoins to fiat without this huge fees. Things will change in future but right now we don't have any other option left, we need to convert it to fiat first if we want to spend it. |

I sold some of my coins last week, but rest I am holding as I feel that bitcoin will go to higher level in next few months, so planning to sell when the halving occurs.
Better to get some coins before halving cause price can grow fast and profit will be almost instant. I think now better to hold before halving comes. That is smart, buy now and hold for next couple of months so that you would be enjoying some higher profits selling now is not profitable as it will not give you best returns. |

Then there is this site where you would post something that could help the forum or community. Some ideas and questions.
Then I saw signature campaign got a lot of potential to earn some.
I dont want to talk about the gambling story that wont help.
Then eaening more buying and selling.
Simple as that.
Buying and selling is good to make some quick money, signature campaign is time consuming and needs efforts to earn but a lazy person who doesn't want to work hard will choose gambling for making money. |

not only 75.5% maybe 100% user voted for yes to hold and buying to help bitcoin price up but it's seems not help much because see the price a quite bit stable. The price is low because the big whales are suppressing the price so that they can accumulate more coins. We really cannot decide whether the price is high or low, just because what you are seeing today, it ain't guaranteed that you will see the same tomorrow... So, instead of waiting for the price to just jump ahead which doesn't happen easily, just move with what you are currently seeing, you may not see even that price the next day as dumps are more easy than pumps... Yeah if you are earning profits with current price then you should sell it, waiting too long can be unprofitable if price falls in future, as we don't know what will the price tomorrow. |

Very complex , old and repeated question. Future projections of any currency are based on several tangled factors . Everybody have different view on that. But my intuitions say it has a bright future.
yeah, the idea of projecting the future of bitcoin is very broad...lots of things can be cited, but mostly bitcoin would really be going to a bright future and high price.. many people believe that the future of bitcoin has a high price? but there is no guarantee that happen right? I'm sure it happens if the user continues to grow and bitcoin become quite familiar by peopel and famous, then I'm sure the prices will soar high I do not agree with you at all. Number of user of a currency do not control the price of currency. It is amount and no of exchange which decides the price. Even if no of users are less then also bitcoin can grow in future We need more users to take the value of bitcoin to a higher level, without user adoption higher price is impossible to achieve. |
