1221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One reason why bitcoin is still the King on: February 17, 2023, 04:50:30 PM

Altcoins should start moving away from bitcoin and not collapse whenever bitcoin does. This is beginning to affect the general market behaviour because people get scared whenever bitcoin falls and rush to sell their altcoins in fear and that causes price to fall. We should by now start seeing investors have confidence in whatever altcoins they have and keep holding them even when bitcoin is going down.
It will only be possible if altcoins can be considered trusted as Bitcoin, there are too many altcoins before who happens to be a scam project that loses peoples trust to invest in them for long term. The fact that it is mostly managed by an individual and companies those altcoins were dependent on how the Bitcoin moves. If there will be a time that altcoins can guarantee their investors that they will not be out of service then they can managed to have loyal supporters like how Bitcoin holders still doing UpTo now.
1222  Economy / Economics / Re: Untouchable Savings: Do you have it? on: February 17, 2023, 03:48:12 PM
It's everyone desire to have some savings however certain circumstances might deprive some individuals from having a savings, personally I wouldn't allow my myself and family to starve just because I am trying to save or trying to avoid withdrawing from my savings that doesn't make any sense, however after taken care of family basic needs and necessities in term of expenses, the leftover can be saved or I leave my balance from my savings if any opportunity of refilling or depositing more funds arises I will do so, though it's absolutely difficult to save now in my country due to high rate of inflation that lead to high cost of food stuffs and other services.
As much as possible I try to save in banks that offers annual or monthly interest when you save in them but there are instances that I uses it more in trading thinking that somehow the money can get better profit when traded since it seems to be sleeping only in banks when there are ways to make them grow. What I do now is have an insurance for health and save some usdt if emergency occurs. Though it will be better if we will still have savings in bank or in cash just in case no one in the family knows to access the account.
1223  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The 4 trading fears and how to overcome them on: February 17, 2023, 02:01:20 PM
.Fear of being wrong:

When im just starting on my trading career then i do have this kind of fear on which im really that hesitant on trying out to apply my own analysis because im afraid that it would turn out to be a mistake
or error which would case up loss of money.Sooner or later you would be able to realize that you cant really be able to succeed if you wont really be risking something and this should really be the mindset you do have.
It is really that normal that you would be having doubts and hesitation specially when you are just starting up and its something that cant really be avoided.
Overcoming them is via those real experience that you would really be able to gain up along the way.
It will take a lot of courage to be able to succeed in trading, the first try and year will be full of doubts and we need to overcome it if we want to pursue trading, I try different methods of different users that upload their ways in YouTube even in books but didn't works on me, but help me to identify what method can help me by trying them, we will need to seek some advice from expert but it's truly in experience that we will be able to discover what method suits best on us and what startaegy will give us profit.
1224  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: February 17, 2023, 01:43:07 PM
So it's better to have our own understanding about that specific game so that we can put our bet in very safe and prevent losing streak. But if we already knew That specific game it will lead us to a good bettors but  we all know that  every put our bet it will depends on our luck it because through our luck we will win. And also we all know that if we need to get higher profit then we will bet a big amount and take the risk for aiming the win.

I believe the user who made this kind of bet knew exactly what he is betting. Actually the bet type that choose is almost sure ball because there’s only few time left in the clock to made a 3 more successful goal. A 3 goal in soccer on the second half is very hard to do since both team is already exhausted while the goal keeper energy level is still the same since he is not running all the time.

Bad luck just him hard at that bet and that’s part of gambling since it’s not gambling if there’s no risk involved no matter how thorough you analyze a specific sports.
1225  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin market speculation for the month on: February 17, 2023, 10:31:13 AM
I’m starting to believe now that Bitcoin will dip again below 20k due to the impulse movement from 22k to 25k yesterday. This is the typical sign of a possible reversal on the trend since that 25k is the same resistance that Bitcoin didn’t break the last time it slow rally. It should be broken yesterday if the rally is strong yet we are now pulling back again and show an exhaustion by the bulls.

I hope it will pivot around 22k to 23k so that new uptrend to 30k will be confirmed.
1226  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2023, Bullish or Bearish? on: February 16, 2023, 06:00:28 PM
There will be a lot of swings this year. But generally, I am bullish on bitcoin. We may reach $45k this year but I am not too confident that it will also hold that long since in the past it is always the year of the halving and its next year. So this year will be better than the last year which was the year of the correction. This year is an accumulation and of course, some traders might dump their holdings if a big upward swing happens and then buy back when it is down again. One thing I am confident about is we aren't going to see that $15k bitcoin price again this year.
Bitcoin price shows a good direction at this early year if this movement continues we can finally say where in bullish mode, however we can’t still deny the fact that there are economic problems happening in different countries, war, inflation as well losses of job so we can’t guarantee if the price increase in bitcoin will continue so we will need to monitor it closely and see for ourselves if we have some holdings if we can trade it or still hold on to it till the market fully recover.
1227  Economy / Economics / Re: Can one achieve financial independence through crypto currency? on: February 16, 2023, 04:49:29 PM
As for me, we can reach the financial independence that we want to depend on how we deal with cryptocurrency and how we handle its risks. If we are earning and making a profit from it then we aren't far from financial freedom.
If we know how to take advantage of trading and investing then it can be our key to financial independence. If we know how to take advantage of cryptocurrency's volatility then we arn't far from the freedom that we want.
Those who start early in crypto before the bitcoin reaches this amount or early in 2017 who hold then sell when bitcoin pumps probably made alot now in bitcoin and reach some financial freedom or started to have some capital to attain financial security. I have read many feedbacks before here in forum how bitcoin changed their lives and how they were able to build houses and business because of bitcoin. At times like this it can still be possible but there is a need for more discipline as well skills to gain profit it is not enough that we buy and hold we need to trade it now to make some profit in our investment. If we’re skilled in trading then financial independence can still be possible.
1228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who would you trust? on: February 16, 2023, 03:48:28 PM
I don't just simply trust anyone especially those gurus that are asking money for their secret lessons. Most likely these gurus asking for money aren't really earning in the market so they want to milk their trading knowledge which is actually non-guaranteed otherwise they don't waste their time on pay-to-learn schemes. It's been also proven over time that indicators don't work for long. Some indicators work in bullish or bearish periods and then suddenly it will stop working. If an experienced trader and a new hot trader are giving lessons for free then I will listen to both but we should also DYOR.
I prefer to study alone and watch online tutorials as well read trading books, there are times that I will try their settings and advices and see the outcome by myself and if it’s worth it, we need to try it for ourselves the different method and strategies to see whether it’s working on us or it gives us a good profit. It’s good to seek advice but not to fully trust and rely on it since some strategies may work in them but not in us. We need to find which method suits us well.
1229  Economy / Economics / Re: A crypto hub: an answer to Busan aging population dilemma? on: February 16, 2023, 02:51:16 PM
Many governments are still hesitant to totally in the crypto industry, maybe because many cases of fraud and the latest FTX and Luna who made the founders of FTX and Luna go to prison, maybe it took a few more years to be able to see which city or country the most serious to become a crypto hub.
Some country have no plan to legalize crypto or be a center though we already see some advance countries who are open in doing this like Singapore. The recent news of scam projects fears many to enter again in crypto or buy altcoins but not in terms of bitcoin, proper promotion and implementation can help to spread the news and attract people. In terms of Busan dilemma of having more senior citizens than young teenagers in their areas they might need also other activities not just being a crypto hub or provide more jobs to attract their people, having it a crypto hub can be one but they will need a lot more to offer like what Seoul can do.
1230  Economy / Gambling / Re: Consider open live casino (street gambling games) on: February 16, 2023, 10:19:47 AM
Hopefully, @OP can figure out where he should open his casino and can pick a good place away from minors in the area. Maybe if the casino was in a business district, it could attract many people because they could be curious about the place. But you have to think about how much money is needed to prepare everything until the casino can run, including permits and regulations from the local government. And he mentioned street game gambling, was it the kind of game usually played in the streets as we know it or was there some other game?

The OP is already banned in the forum since he the alt account of Fishy0001 which keeps violating the forum rules for ban evasion. I doubt that he can really established a casino on his own because he known for doing a lot of talks about his gambling wins and often lose a lot of his bank roll. A person that wants to established his own casino will never be addicted on the gambling itself because it’s his business.

1231  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When to sell bitcoin before the next bear market starts? on: February 15, 2023, 05:48:50 PM
The best time to sell is when you see it as best time or you have made profits and now you want to exit the market cashing out profits but if you ask from others they can't tell you about this.So you are the one making this decision seeing if you want to sell or you see they will go down the next cycle and can buy again at dip but it should be your own decision.
Being too greedy will hinder selling, at some point we will need to sell so it will be better to sell when we already reach certain amount of that investment maybe a x2 or x10 still depending on our coins and how much we invest. We we're not sure when will the price will be high or low so when we got a opportunity to sell at higher price then better sell and just buy back once there is a chance to buy lower.
1232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling problem on: February 15, 2023, 05:33:45 PM
Threat titled "Bitcoin gambling problem". Maybe it's really just worse when a person has gambling problems related to Bitcoin than the ones who use cash. Is it?  Maybe here we are talking addiction while our signatures are casinos.  Grin
More gambling sites now offers varieties of games that can be played since Bitcoin or crypto payment is applicable and accessibility is much easier plus wide option of casinos we can play with. I think it's the reason more are into online or crypto gambling now than in physical casino as well in cash basis casino. There are more ways to pay now thru mobile apps or mobile banking but when it comes in crypto we we're urge to play more knowing it's value can increase in time that causes more thrill to some players to play.
1233  Economy / Gambling / Re: Recommendations for Good Esports Betting Sites? on: February 11, 2023, 04:12:14 PM
Agree to you mate Stake.com is a very good casino they have a good games and in Esports then stake.com have that and Op as foe me it's better to choose a casino inside the forum rather than outside the forum as we all know that if you choose a casino who has announcement thread here in forum then you can check easily and research the casino and also the recommendation of other user here is very good so take further research and then decide.

I personally don’t try Stake but they are the biggest sportsbook available here in the forum based on the high roller playing on their casino like Drake even before his partnership with the casino. There’s a lot of million dollar withdrawal on this platform without any problem so it’s really safe to assume that they have the best sportsbook based on their previous feedback from high profile player.

As for E-sports, Sportsbet is what I’m using the most because of their odds booster and quick balance credit once the bet is settled.
1234  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 - #1 VIP Crypto Casino on: February 11, 2023, 04:07:41 PM
The big promotions from the @Bitcasino really makes them unique in their way like Road to riches is something new I have seen on casino promotions like giving away foreign trips and business class travels is really exciting for anybody right?

Raffle ticket is only available for those player who finish on the top 20 pf the tournament while the top 200 players will share on cash prize. The top 200 player already have an 800 points which is equivalent to 800mbtc wager volume. The foreign trip and travel are for those high rollers who invest money on betting. I doubt anyone here will be excited to have a chance on winning a raffle ticket.
1235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC fights thread (predictions + money back guarantee) on: February 11, 2023, 02:21:45 PM
I went through your profile and I was still wondering why a newbie account will be having so many negative tag and it seems you want to shoulder a whole of responsibilities that are far beyond you and how will you offer to pay a $5 refund for everyone who bets on Islam and makes any loss how?

He has multiple account that already banned same as this account. This is not his first time creating a thread like this on gambling section and most of the time he is posting his game experience about his big win on sportsbook and casino games.

His account is already ban so he can’t honor anymore what he promised on this thread.
1236  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading addiction, are you coping? on: February 10, 2023, 06:10:28 PM
There was a time when I always want to have a buy and sell daily. Luckily for me, I am not much into futures since I felt like I am more enjoying the traditional spot trades. So I did a lot of daily trades although some of them are into my local stock market. I lost thousands of dollars at that time, but I cannot imagine if I was doing it on futures, I would've lost all my assets. And as most people do, I also learned the hard way. There's a lot of fun stuff to do in this world so diverting is not that hard to do and I was able to stop myself from trading for a while.
I do have some investment in our local stock market, when it comes in trading there it is much safer to hold their especially if we know that those stocks are from top companies however it will take more time unlike in crypto which will require us to focus on trading that can cause addiction since the price is moving too fast and the market is too volatile so we must be attentive in what's happening in the market since many altcoins are prone to be a scam when they walk out. As long as we know the project were investing it will lessen our problems to be involved in having addiction.
1237  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you consider spreading FUD to be unethical? on: February 10, 2023, 05:01:22 PM

FUDs have been massive since 2015, at that time many millionaires in the world continued to urge their governments to ban bitcoin, in China banned bitcoin has been officially enforced since 2017, and the good thing is that this is a free promotion that makes other people interested to know and finally invest bitcoin, there's nothing better for us to do with those FUDs than ignore.
FUDS makes the price high and lows, we can't deny during those times that FUDS is one of the basis how many traders able to trade with high profit since it's easier that time to manipulate the market when you are a whale and you spread news, but now many already learn and there are many ways now that we can fact check or verifies whether the news is true, as we experience more how the market works we happen to just ignore now FUDS and just deal with our plans especially when it comes in altcoins since they are too many we learn now to only focus on coins that we're able to study.
1238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching children Bitcoin is not in vain on: February 10, 2023, 04:34:08 PM
It's not necessary to teach kids about bitcoin at a very young age, it can shift their attention toward money and you all know that in school teachers don't teach students about money, so I'd say its better to wait for them to grow up a bit and check what this kids like doing, kids are always curious about things and if they have goals and you introduce bitcoin to the kids it can impact their thinking and goal.

I will only teach teenagers that are into tech and computers, if you think about it very well you will understand why.
We should let the children enjoy their time being kids but once they can understand the importance of financial literacy and savings we will need to explain to them some ways that can help them save. Not literally to for them to earn but to put their money into something worth investing than putting in gadgets or in things that will not generate money or will just lose value in the future. We're lucky enough to be able to learn Bitcoin now so it is good if we will be able to spread and make our families aware about this.
1239  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wiped up tokens by Scammers on: February 10, 2023, 01:39:41 PM
I think you are not using trusted platform on your trades. I never heard about an exchange name Hantec. Where do you get this kind of exchange and are you not familiar on Binance?

Also you should not trust anyone online to open your wallet or exchange just to recover because you are just giving them permission to scam you more. You are easy to convince and using unknown exchange. You should start changing yourself by using only trusted platfor and avoid giving away your account info.
1240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: February 10, 2023, 01:05:29 PM
Fnatic Dota 2 guys just disbanded. Although they're still participating in the last tournament which is the BTS Asia but that's going to be their last participation.

But the organization has already explained that they'll be out for Dota 2 and I think this is a good strategy for them because the team has already been sent to division 2. And by being there, they'll have a lot of time to get back to division 1.

I guess they'll be back if the qualifiers for TI has come.

For their official tweet and announcement, here it is: https://twitter.com/FNATIC/status/1624001046862241793

As per reading the official tweet of Fnatic. They are just temporarily exit on Dota2. I understand this because they are competing Dota Pro scene for a long time without achieving significant title such is TI and Major tournament. Their current roster is already very weak based on their recent performance on BTS. They are already burning too much resources on their team and continuing this will surely just waste money since their current roster is weak.

It’s sad but maybe it’s really time for them to rest so that SEA team will be more competitive with less team.
