1341  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The patience to hold is a gift on: March 16, 2023, 08:53:56 PM
maybe those who understand say keeping money in the bank years is worse and better to keep it in bitcoin, but for those who don't understand it's hard and they don't believe it. believe me I've told my friend and he said it's impossible.
It must be remembered that banking has been around for a long time and has become a part of the life of the majority of people who have used it to store and allocate money so far. so it's not easy and you can't change that behavior to switch to bitcoin which may also be foreign to those who don't know. but of course not for those who already know about bitcoin thoroughly, it is certain that those who already understand will prefer bitcoin. because the value of the profit is very large compared to banking in general, only adjustments will be able to make them understand.
Why would really be making yourself that struggle up on making choices if you could actually be able to use both? Its not necessarily for you to choose only one if we do speak about Bitcoin and Banking.

We do have our own wills on what are the things that we should really get involved in and we do know about the limitations. In speaking about holding, then we do really know that this isnt something
that anyone could be able to attain or achieve since each one of us does have that different level of patience on particular things.

Try to look into those who had been able to hold for a very long time specially with Bitcoin? They had been able to benefit it out but of course you should always set that selling point.
1342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The journey of successful business man who were professional gamblers on: March 16, 2023, 08:22:12 PM
If become a professional gambler will make them rich and easy to make money, they wouldn't jump become a businessman, so the conclusion is a professional gambler isn't a good way to make money, but become a businessman is better.

Or maybe they're get restricted or blacklisted by those casinos because they always make money on the casinos, so they don't have any way to continue to make money except become the house or looking for the other opportunity.
Well, you have a good point. But gamblers will never be profitable all the time, regardless if they are veterans or professionals in gambling. That’s why these gamblers explore another endeavors in life, and that is taking chances to become businessmen. And they all prosper from it eventually, their hard earned money and possessions have proven it. Let’s just say that these people have more than just luck but also hardwork. They will never become as wealthy as today if they don’t gamble responsibly and become ideal businessmen.

They might be responsible gamblers who manage to put up a business or better career out of their winnings. Maybe they have decided to quit after winning which I think is a wise move for they have used it to make their lives better.
If you are winning in gambling, it doesn't mean that you have to stay with it forever. There should still be a future goal that we must set and reach because we couldn't always be lucky.
Not necessarily quit but you should really know on when to make use of those huge wins if ever you do be able to hit it up.Some would really be that sensible towards their actions on which they would really be tending

to built up a business and would turned back themselves on gambling and then focus out on new venture. Some do stay up and play even more out of those winnings and lose it all back.
This is indeed the reality which outcomes or your fate would be entirely be depending on how you would gonna act along the way.

Which it is really that important for you to make out good decisions if you are really that planning to have a good or better life.
1343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coins still a good invest? on: March 15, 2023, 11:54:27 PM
Do you think that meme coins still have a chance to do well in the next bull market? Would you still invest on projects like shiba inu and floki inu.
If we do look into its all time low then i could say that it is really that already too far off for you to enter but if you do see on how much it did go down into its all time high then its up to you whether you would be getting

in or not.Speaking about SHIB, they are tending to have launched that Shibarium but what happened into its price? Whales do sold 10T of their coins.Reason? We dont actually know.
Some people do get rich with meme coins and this is where some people are trying to achieve on.

Yes its true that there's an opportunity but of course it would really be just to those people who do sell off into the right time.
1344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 15, 2023, 11:19:20 PM

It will be a test for Inoue if he can really strip the belt out from Fulton after choosing to move up in this new division.

Let see how he will continue if he can still dominate to this new weight division.

It's a test, but not a big one, because even though Inoue is the challenger, people still believe he'll win without a problem. If Inoue beats Foltun easily, it will reveal that the current division is weak, so Foltun has to be aggressive and go toe-to-toe against the challenger.

This is huge achievement to Inoue if he defeats Fulton because he can get more bigger fights after this can can challenge other more champions on other division. Inoue have potential to be a hall of famer and I can see this guy that there are more belts he can get on his career on his career.

But also for sure Fulton will not make this an easy fight for Inoue so expect we can see a great head to head battle between them.
This is what we hope for on seeing Inoue does have some good fight with other fights specially with Fulton whose an another champion on this division.Hope we could see some toe to toe fight on this one.

If ever Inoue would win on this one and able to get the belt then getting those belts in line wont really be that a problem. He would be again undisputed for this division
or would really be climbing up again on higher to purse on what he's trying to achieve into his career.?
1345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Early bitcoin investment for my baby on: March 15, 2023, 10:30:21 PM
Few days back, I came across a post encouraging people to use the money well wishers gives to newly born babies and mothers as a gift  to invest in bitcoin for the baby,  then I was pregnant, just delivered 3rd of march. My baby and I has made up to $50 if converted just 10days after giving birth.  I am definitely going to use the money to invest in bitcoin this year for my baby so that in the next 18 years my baby will be proud of the decision I took for him.
Im so glad I discovered this platform this year, I believe I am going to achieve a lot from this forum
I wish your child a bright future. But you have taken a very nice step. I hope you have logged into this forum for the past year. And already able to earn from here. You will earn from here if you can invest bitcoins for your child. But I think your child can see a lot of property before he turns 18. I always pray that your investment is successful and your child's future is bright.
As a parent who do have those kind of plans and when he/she would tell about those bitcoin investment? until he turns 18? Hopefully that it wont really be wasted up all over the years of saving up.

This is why it would really be ideal on teaching up your child along the way on what Bitcoins or crypto is all about on which it would really be that making him/her to be fully aware about its potential
and on the time that he/she understands on what it is and tends to hold then this is where you would be giving those private keys of that particular wallet.
You could assure that those coins would be converted it up into fiat since your child do knows on whats the benefit of holding for too long.
1346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Street Gambling Risk on: March 15, 2023, 09:46:41 PM
Is street gambling safe?
Well, I can say it's 80% not safe but even if you're into some kind of premium casinos safety is not guaranteed when there's something really bad about to happen. Well, depends on the street you want to gamble, before hitting up on someone it's best if you know them well first. The fact that there might be someone who will probably report you to authorities considering you're in public places there is a lot of thug minded when it comes to street gambling.

Street gambling is strictly prohibited in our country but lots of gamblers here still break the law. That's why there were raids and curfews over the streets most of the time. I think this is to control crimes and illegal activities and to mantain peace and safety in the streets both in rural and urban areas. It is not safe for gamblers especially if there's huge money involved. There's a right and legal place to gamble where players could play safely far from criminals who might chase them because of their funds.
Correct me if am wrong, but it's not possible to curb street gambling, government officials can only instil fear, and even the sanest countries still find it difficult to curb this. Also, the curfew can't work on street gambling as the government can't declare it in important places simply because of that. Government officials are overwhelmed as well with the tackles of the gamblers, so they let them be in many cases.

And as for safety, it depends, if you are a street guy, you should have known the street way, I guess it's the novice that falls victim.
Street guy had started on being a novice and this is where it all started which is really that a common cycle. In speaking about letting off these places then its not actually that the government couldnt really be able to
handle it out but rather there are people who are on the position who do let up these places operating and been protected out and this is why they are still operational.
As a gambler then if you are really that keen on going into these corners and minding off the risks then its your choice, you do know its illegal then why
would go?
1347  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is ageing and old people part of bitcoin? on: March 15, 2023, 09:09:07 PM
The advantage of bitcoin is that it can be owned by people of any age - regardless of age or other factors. Yes, quite a few people are still conservative, but time forces such people to change. The convenience of mutual settlements with cryptocurrencies is becoming more and more obvious.
Just let them be in speaking about recognition and consideration.Yes, it would really be not simple for them to adopt on whats the current trend or the new innovation that has been created when it comes to finance

sector which we do know that it could bring out some benefits that no one ever on this world could ever give.Although it might impose up some risks since assurance couldnt really be given on this one.

Its true that there's no age restriction on the ones who could really make out engagement on this one, as long you do know the basic principles or on how it does works then that what matter the most.
It is really just people are always that skeptical.
1348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 14, 2023, 11:51:52 PM

I do see that Donaire will win this fight as he's facing a not ranked boxer here. Not degrading Santiago here but there's no big achievement yet he did even though he's currently at the peak of his career.

In this case, he can still show his skills and promote his next fight with lots of sales because we all know, he still has that flash speed and huge power when it comes to kinds of opponents like Santago. It's really hard for Donaire to retire because as of today, there is no Filipino boxer who is more famous than him who is still active because others are just a bunch of still climbing the ladder. He worked hard to get to where he is right now and to fully use it to his advantage until the end, it's just one of the wisest decisions in his life that he could ever make. Maybe he still can fight for another 3 or 4 fights if he easily wins this one.
Most people been saying that he's getting old, yes its true but he do still have that firepower and speed.Although it might not be still the same compared into those old prime days but still he could still give a good damn
shot and jabs that could knock down in todays opponent. There's still no word about retirement or whatsoever. They would really be planning on getting belts into the division on where Inoue had left.
If they do still able to dominate out that division and acquire several belts on that line up then retiring might be in mind but i do still doubt on that considering that Donaire do really comes
for the glory and not for money mainly.
1349  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do we manage our crypto trading strategy on: March 14, 2023, 10:59:22 PM
Nowadays there are so many crypto trading strategies in practice but the true challenge here is how to continue trading with out being obsolete as we know efficiency brings profit
If our trading strategy is appropriate and generates lots of profits, we just have to focus on the trading strategy. This will be simpler than having to try trading strategies again which may not suit us. Maybe what we need to do is adjust a little to crypto developments, or what subject or token or token. So that our strategy can be more effective and profitable even higher. Because in my opinion, when we study more trading strategies and we become unfocused, then we will actually lose focus and can't be optimal.
This would be a never ending trial and error if we do speak about having our own strategy. We would continue to formulate one and finding on what suits our needs or something that give out positive results which is really that very common. Managing yourself into this unpredictable market is a must because being versatile is much needed which is understandable for a very random market.

You wont really be only handling out or managing your trading methods and ways but also you would need to handle up your emotions which would really be on overall thing where you do need
to handle it out.
1350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A costly gambling mistake on: March 14, 2023, 10:09:37 PM
This can be very costly I completely agree. Some casinos have very strict rules about what they allow like unintentional use (forgetting about) of VPN can get you instant and permanent ban with all your assets frozen. Its definitely not cool to experience but there are rules imposed by casino and country which casino is based in. So everyone is obliged to follow rules so you cannot claim that "I didn't know". KYC is something imposed by casinos because it actually protects not other way. Details must be read.

There are really times that we're lazy too read long TOS but we should require ourselves to read everything before registering because it might affect our journey in the long run.
They say that the only excuse to the law is being an idiot so we should never say that we never knew that we are already violating their terms of service. We are risking our funds here so right from the beginning, we should be responsible for our actions. This is actually the common mistake of gamblers who fail so we must learn from others' mistakes.
Main behavior on which applicable for most people or specially on gamblers on which we are really that lazy on reading up terms and conditions on which this is an important thing before on dealing up with something

specially when you are really that tending to make some deposit into some site or does simply involves money. It is really that important that you should really be that considerate on reading up things so that you wont really be that missing the most important thing which could potentially put you up into some problem when you do able to violate it just because you hadnt just read it up.

People would be only making out realizations on the time that they would be experiencing problems.
1351  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there anything like Bitcoin savings? on: March 14, 2023, 09:49:01 PM
Some will call this a stupid question 😅 but yea, it's just something that came to my mind today after giving a lot of thoughts about Bitcoin.

Is possible to open a personal savings account in the bank and always send money to that account and when you are ready to collect the money, bank will give it to you, my question is, is it possible to also creat a Bitcoin wallet and always send Bitcoin to it as a savings? if you do that for some year without going back to the wallet, will anything happen to your Bitcoin or the wallet?
Doesnt need it out because this is the whole purpose of Bitcoins existence on which you could really be your own bank on where you could put up those Bitcoin savings into your own wallet which no other can control
or own but only you and this is the beauty of it.

You could make use of non-custodial wallets which you do possess its keys. When you are planning to save and accumulate for long term then you could do on what you do like.Just make sure those PK or seeds
wont be exposed to someone because if so, then you are giving them access into your wallet.

Having a Bank is totally contrary on what use case does Bitcoin have.  Wink
1352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some of my big losses (Gamble Responsibly) on: March 14, 2023, 09:11:10 PM
Since you post your lose, am sure most people will now believe you are also losing and they will stop disturbing you, in gambling nobody can be winning frequently, you will definitely lose sometime and you might even lose a game you won’t believe you will lose. Most people proving fix games are just cheater’s, I don’t believe there is anything like fix matches. If you are a gambler, always do your analysis well and gamble with just the amount you can afford to lose.
People would really be just taking this as a normal thing but its unlikely for someone to make out those kind of words on accepting out or mentioning out their losses considering that on huge wins on where most people do

make out those boastful kind of claim that they are really that indeed lucky or trying out to impress people but seeing OP which is totally opposite.Yes, gambling is for pure luck and if you do keep on pushing for you to have that winning then it would really just make you that desperate which is something really not that recommendable.

This is why people should really be realizing that no matter how small the odds of losing but still those chances could really happen.
1353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A remark on casino bonuses on: March 11, 2023, 10:15:16 PM
Enticing promo banners but tncs that make these promos largely useless and these tncs aren't obvious from looking at banners. Upon click they redirect you to login/registration page whereas I feel click on to banner should redirect user to that particular promo's tnc.

In most cases I encountered though, there should be a link leading to the "Terms and Conditions" , "Bonuses Conditions" or something like that on the registration page. I have rarely seen a promotional banner that will redirect you to the Terms and Condition page exactly as the purpose is to lead users to the registration page.

It should also be a good habit to always read the terms regarding any kind of bonus. There's no promotional bonus that doesn't have terms.
I dont see it for it to be that applied considering that it is really that understandable that these bonuses does have particular terms and conditions. If the site or platform would be giving out some links or alerts about
those bonuses terms and conditions then it would be great but just like you do said that they would be just directly be showing off directly on registration page on which it is really that common.
As a player or a gambler then we arent that dumb not to know or believing that they wont really be falling out on some terms which it is really a bad mindset because you would definitely be
making yourself that expect on something it wasnt right at the first place.
1354  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Share your Crypto experience. on: March 11, 2023, 09:46:29 PM
I am just wondering if those who have been involved with crypto for a few years at least could share their experience and offer any advice for those new like myself?

Surviving investing in crypto definitely requires a lot of patience. It can be seen that many bad times come in the market when the market goes completely down. Then it becomes very difficult for an investor to survive in that market. But one should never lose patience by investing but he should survive in the market with great courage. Many investors have very bad times when the market is in a bad position for a long period of time. So those who have experience in investing have a lot of patience and they don't feel volatility in investment even in bad times but they are patient.
Patience is really needed in this space, and there are not many people who have that kind of patience, especially when they see the profits that are already in the portfolio, they definitely want to be quick to enjoy them. Fear must also be suppressed because the market situation will not always be good and profitable, and it is in situations like this that we must suppress our fear and not make the mistake of panic selling, for example. We have to instill basic things like this in ourselves to become a good investor. These things may seem trivial, but they really matter in a world like this.
Agree, when it comes to patience then each person does really have that different level when it comes to patience on which not all people could really wait up for too long and not all would really be liking on
doing nothing at all and this is why they do really put up into their minds that they should really be doing up something so that they could really be able to see profits on shorter duration without needing
on having those long term holds.

Crypto experience out of long years is really like a roller coaster ride.Lots of things could happen along the way which is something not really that shocking since market is unpredictable
and cant really be known on where it would be going.
1355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about stop gambling services issued by gambling platforms? on: March 11, 2023, 08:46:50 PM
If gambling sites start a stop gambling service then it would directly impact their business.
They wouldn't want their customers getting away while they are in for the profits.

I don't think it will affect their business.

Those users who will put themselves on a self-exclusion program might be just 0.001% of the whole gamblers that are using the site (don't take the percentage seriously as I just used it as a figure of speech). Adding to that, we are not talking about whales here. Most whales know what they're doing that's why they reached the stage of being a whale.

Those are the loyal customers that needed to keep and not those who will stop, from what I view it.
When it comes to actual numbers then for sure people would really be less into those who do really make use of those self exclusion features and when it comes to success rate for a gambler to completely
stop isnt guaranteed considering that to those who had decided to exclude out themselves is that they could still easily play if they wanted to and this is why its somewhat useless if you do ask me.

I agree on most points on here that this is really just looks like some sort of showing concern into their gamblers but in behind they are really that happy that they are spending too much
money into their platforms which we know this is where they do make money.
1356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel selling your BTC against your plans? on: March 10, 2023, 11:30:48 PM
I had the same thing plenty of times in my life, and that made me feel pretty good actually and not bad. In one of the cases it was actually a good decision to sell, because price went lower afterwards so I sold at the peak and that was a good feeling, but twice I had to sell when it was lower and I had to live with it, I am still paying the same debt, but could have been much higher but I cashed out all my money twice when it was low.

This doesn't mean it's a bad thing, it means it's a good thing, because I had some savings aside for these type of urgent and emergency related stuff, all three were related to life or death hospital stuff, and I am happy that I was able to pay them all without a trouble thanks to bitcoin savings.
I recently experienced almost the same emergency activities that lead to me selling some of the BTC I was planning for DCA weekly till achieve my goals of accumulation before the total bullish market.
It hurts and it somehow dispirited me but when I think about the importance of the reason why I sold the BTC against my plans I feel happy because it is still for the greater good.
Feeling of regret or having those doubts is normal since we are really that aiming for accumulating for the upcoming bull run on which there are really situations or things in life which we cant really be able to avoid
on where we do really ending up on selling our coins because of some emergency but just like the rest that there's nothing we can do specially if we do have no other choice but sell some part of it.

You are right that we should really be not that angry on why we do able to spend out of those. We are saving up on something which emergencies is included and this is why
when you are in need then it is really just right or something needed to do when we do face up problems or challenges in life.
1357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: March 10, 2023, 10:51:15 PM
No matter on what it would be as long it would be putting those bookies on disadvantage, then we do really believe that they wont really be making something to get rid of it if it does really work?

It is really just that a false hope if someone do really mind off about using AI on their betting on which trying out to prove that it does work or have higher chances of winning which we know that it cant be possible.

If you are really that curious about this then you could really test out for yourself whether it is really that working or just people are trying to push up on something
which doesnt really work at all.
I think bookies would not be in disadvantage at all, remember every winning side has a losing side and they make most of their money that way. You may think that the team that won caused the bookies lose some, but then there are other people who wagered on a draw or a win from other side and that could be the case in this situation as well.

I believe that we shouldn't really be doing anything regarding AI with betting because expecting bookies to have a losing side is a funny thing that shows we do not understand the sportsbook business at all. Plus, there will always be situations where the team that is high favorites will end up losing, and they make a bank on that too.
Okay lets say that there's winning side and losing side, but what if all bettors would be going into one side which the AI had been predicted out or recommended out? How they would really be arranging out that kind of

particular situation? This is why existence of it could really give out those kind of doubts and worry on those bookmakers but they are confidently that knowing that it cant really be possible for it to be giving off precise
predictions basing up on past history or events or informations that had been accumulated overtime or been added up into its library.

This is why its still not that relevant if we do speak about AI specially into this particular industry which there's no way for it to be that effective.
1358  Economy / Economics / Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ? on: March 10, 2023, 10:13:12 PM

Well, the inflation in my country now is not extremely high but has already damaged the economy. The cost of living is increasing and does not seem to stop. Last week one of my friends lost his job after working in the same company for a decade. His life abruptly changed, putting him in a place where he could not support his family. If you were him, how would you survive this tough time ? As a friend, I am trying to help him as much as I can and meanwhile, I am planning to save more money to prepare for the unexpected challenges in my life. What about you ?
This is one of the risks when you are really that having that dayjob on which you do really believe that it would really last out for a lifetime which its never been a guarantee to be on that way. This is why its really always

been that recommended that you should really be minding on having a savings or making out some investment as much as you could because you dont know on what the things that would happen on tommorow.
Whether you would be still having the job or not.Just like on what happened into your friend into other people as well on similar conditions then you would be finding yourself that get fucked up
on the time that the work you are depending on would be gone.

This is why savings is really a crucial thing to be have and just dont make yourself spending all of those money on monthly basis without having those emergency allocations.
1359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about stop gambling services issued by gambling platforms? on: March 10, 2023, 09:54:48 PM

What do you think about this?
I do see that it would really be just some sort of respect or showing off some concern that they do really have care into those gamblers who had ended up on being addicted on which they are really making themselves

looked good or really have that in concern but deep inside we do really know that they do much prefer on seeing those gamblers who are really that experiencing that much huge problems in towards their activity.

The more the addicted the person the more revenue that they could really have and this is what they do like. This is why its really that fully contrary on what they are
trying out to achieve. They dont really just like for them to be seen as bad things throughout the market and this is why they do really have this.
1360  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anonymity vs. KYC: The Pros and Cons of Cryptocurrency Exchanges on: March 09, 2023, 11:33:35 PM
Many crypto exchanges require KYC only if a user needs to make transactions in fiat currencies. Where fiat deposits are involved, anonymity isn’t possible from the source of deposits (payment systems or bank cards).

And many like Binance then start requiring KYC for everything, and many even if don't ask KYC for every transaction have limits on transactions without KYC anyway. And that's why we expect DEX will develop as intensive as possible. As for me I never pass KYC in crypto so any type of KYC is unacceptable for me. If an exchange is requiring it just for fiat then okay, but more exchanges start asking it for everything and it is definitely not okay. Crypto should be free of KYC.
You could still make use of Binance but of course the limit wont really be that something that bad too if you are really just intending on trading up some assets from other coins which doesnt involved
some fiat conversion or withdrawals which is something that really requires kyc specially when you do make use of p2p.Same goes on other top exchange platforms which you would really be
still need to be verified if you do make use of this feature which does means that it is really  that inevitable if we do speak about kyc which i couldnt deny
that it is really that leaving you no choice specially when you are pulling away your funds.
