141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance is a good exchange but don't expect forever surge on: May 23, 2020, 09:47:36 PM
Absolutely mate. Just because a coin is listed on Binance  means its value is going to grow forever. The growth of any coin comes entirely from its developmental stages as well as technological accomplishments in this crypto industry.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hello everyone! Do you still have confidence in altcoin? on: May 23, 2020, 09:36:05 PM
Of course mate. The profits that i have taken from altcoins is way higher than from bitcoin but don't forget you can't make any decent profits with any altcoin on the market. You have to carefully select among these coins and do a good background research as well considering the use case of the project and its feasibility.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETHEREUM UNDERVALUED OR OVERVALUED on: May 22, 2020, 11:37:13 PM
I think Ethereum is really udervalued at the moment considering the fact that it's launch to the use of PoS consensus mechanism is fast approaching. Once this launch takes place the value of ETH will keep rising as validators will prefer holding more ethereum in order to get rewards than just selling it off.
144  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Started selling on paxful & my bank just called to say my account is closed on: May 22, 2020, 05:33:09 PM
Don't fret mate, how about you pay a visit to your bank and make some inquiries yourself. I believe they can look it into it. Maybe they are not really open to making crypto transactions through their account. I think the best they can do is to fine and later warn you of such transactions as it may be against the company's rules.
145  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best advice for Bitcoin ATH investors ?? on: May 22, 2020, 04:53:51 PM
It's hard to see that some investors in those bull run days suffered such a great loss but the safest and secured proposal I can make is to hold till we reach another all time high suitable to sell and take profits. On the other hand, if he is adventurous enough then he can forget about his lost at the moment and  invest into something else that can make him profits in the long run. An example is investing in masternode that have working products. Take for instance DIVI Project, Link, Digibyte, Tezos
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible that number of miners will decrease for a while? on: May 22, 2020, 04:24:57 PM
Most likely this is going to be so in the future unless the price of Bitcoin is really soaring to make it still valuable to mine bitcoins. The cost involve needed to set up a mining rig is very high and if the price of bitcoin does not move along with it in the future some miners would definitely have to drop out since they can't keep up with the cost involved.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your stategy how to grow bitcoin on: May 19, 2020, 01:48:04 PM
Almost everybody has his/her style of increasing his funds in bitcoin but I think what I am about to say works best for most people. If you have a day job just decide to  set aside a quota of that to purchase some every month and plan not to sell them till a set target. You can also decide to purchase USDT and be swapping in bitcoin whenever it gets low. By doing this you will increase your bitcoin holdings
148  Economy / Speculation / Re: Personally i think bitcoin is future on: May 16, 2020, 07:39:56 PM
Sure, bitcoin is certainly a future asset which will be cool to invest in at this point in time. So many assets have not seen the increase with which bitcoin has seen over the years and its finite supply will definitely make it increase more in the future when most people get to know about bitcoin.

150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UK Real Estate Cryptocurrency Breezecoin (BRZE) Lists on Bithumb Global on: May 12, 2020, 06:02:28 PM
Tsk tsk tsk...this sounds weird and fishy, I think this is a paid promo where users are getting paid to bump this thread. Anyway, my advice to everybody in here is pretty simple. Real Estate and cryptocurrencies have never found a common ground to relate well, all those I projects I knew died off a year or two. I am not saying this would also die of but I am saying tread cautiously if you intend to invest in  this.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Way To Make Money From Crypto In 2020? on: May 12, 2020, 01:58:46 PM
Investing in masternodes has been working for me all throughout last year and I think it will be great this year too. It all depends on you finding a good project to run a masternode with. Among some of these projects are DASH, DIVI, DGB, XMR etc. Always do a good research before investing in any masternode coin because some do turn out to be scams.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best crypto currency in 2020 for online investment? on: May 12, 2020, 01:48:30 PM
I don't think we can single out just one coin as the best for investment among all the numerous coins out there. however, the few that I can recall to be good assets of investments are the ones that have developed products in this industry and have shown some form of trust in this industry. Coins like BNB, DIVI, ETH, DGB are good choices.
153  Economy / Speculation / Re: Major dump started like 5 minutes ago on: May 11, 2020, 03:09:49 PM
This recent dump was just the last attempt to bring bitcoin down a bit just before the last bull run of bitcoin before this halving. If you look currently at the price of bitcoin you will realize that it has started pumping again. My prediction is similar to other TAs own which is around $10.2K.
154  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Halvings impact on Bitcoins price on: May 11, 2020, 02:57:50 PM
I would advise anybody still waiting for the price of bitcoin to reach exceedingly high price to stop hoping on something which is not going to happen. Once this halving occurs the price of bitcoin is likely to dump pretty hard. This is the last pump before halving so invest wisely.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra the new crypto king on: May 10, 2020, 03:04:25 PM
Don't bother worrying about any development of this Libra Project because it's likely never going to hit major stream. last time I read the SEC were still not giving them the permit to go ahead with development of this project. Moreover, with Facebook's poor track record of handling data do you think it's advisable to use their coin for transactions?
156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach an astronomical all-time new high. on: May 10, 2020, 02:38:33 PM
This is a highly exaggerated mate, there is no possibility that the price of bitcoin will near the price of $20k by the end of this year to even think of a new all-time high. Where do you think monies are going to come from to invest to push this price again. Normal manipulation of the market will not cause such a huge rise in the price of bitcoin. only huge investment can and that is not coming any time soon.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COVID-19 is helping to expand the crypto world on: May 10, 2020, 02:25:51 PM
Absolutely, I think it has really expose the safer way of making transactions with the use of cryptocurencies as well as an investment plan. I have met new people who come into our local crypto group asking of advice about investments into cryptocurrencies and others. Though we do share some information we still tell them blatantly that they should do their own research to be absolutely sure!
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful using MEW to create Ethereum wallet and also opening them on: May 09, 2020, 03:11:30 PM
You should try to download mycrypto desktop wallet and just try to open your keystore use mycrypto desktop wallet and i have been using it since MEW has made me feel inconvenience.

I hope that will be working perfectly.
okay, I would give this a shot and see. Actually, I was a bit reluctant moving away from the use of MyEtherwallet even though some friends of mine advised me to stop using their platform. I guess I have learnt my lesson the hard way Sad.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Be careful using MEW to create Ethereum wallet and also opening them on: May 09, 2020, 02:22:59 PM
I created a topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5246731.msg54384321#msg54384321 earlier describing how I was finding it difficult logging into my Ethereum wallet which I created last year. I saved only the keystone file because of a past experience where I lost huge amount of money by saving my private keys. I decided to open this new wallet which I use my keystone file to access about two days ago and the feedback I received got me disturbed. Initially, I thought this was just a little glitch and I could get it solved but it happens my funds are gone forever.

I reported this in several other communities and it seems this has been the fate of others as well. Going forward I want us all to take the advice of not using Myetherwallet platform in creating and accessing our ethereum wallets.  I think there is a loophole with their platform and hackers are exploiting it at some point in time and the saddest thing is that they are not aware of this loophole. If you have ever been a victim of this situation please support this post with just a comment just to warn other forum members to stay away from using MyEtherwallet and if your funds are valuable to you I suggest you start moving them one after the other!

Below is the image of feedback that I get when I try accessing my wallet. I have open this wallet for like 3 times with this same Keystore file. All my other Keystore files are working just the one with the money lmao.

160  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that the price of bitcoin can come down to below? on: May 09, 2020, 02:04:21 PM
it's a volatile market mate, you should not be surprised if it goes up or down but what I can clearly say is that post having of bitcoin is always a dump. In this case, it's not yet post halving yet so my guess is that it is a manipulation from the market by whales to fill their bags with more bitcoins. Don't fall for this fear yet.
