HODLERS make the best lovers.  Grin
1422  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Banned From BFL Forums For Honest Debate on: March 02, 2014, 02:50:36 PM
Anyone dumb enough to still be involved with BFL at this point deserves what they get, which is ironically about what I was saying about Gox last summer.  More evidence for my theory that people are basically stupid.
1423  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Butterflylabs about to file bankruptcy on: March 01, 2014, 02:44:35 PM
Oh that would be a special kind of cosmic poetry if true.
1424  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [OFFICIAL MT GOX IS DEAD STOP TALKING ABOUT IT] on: March 01, 2014, 02:43:24 PM
So wait, are you guys saying that LTC won't be on Gox?  I been effin waiting on that!
1425  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: NO PROOF MtGox is insolvent - Document possibly a Hoax? - STOP THE FUD! on: February 25, 2014, 02:50:59 PM
Mt.Gox support site has been deleted ... and the subdomain is now available for anyone to take !??!

Quote
No help desk at support.mtgox.com

There is no help desk configured at this address. This means that the address is available and that you can claim it at http://www.zendesk.com/signup/

Despite what the landing page may say, subdomains are never available for anyone to take.  You don't register a subdomain with a registrar, you simply make DNS pointers to the webhost and since only the main domain registrant can legitimately create DNS entries for that domain and all subdomains they are the ones who control where the subdomain lands.
1426  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: html source of mtgox.com on: February 25, 2014, 02:46:50 PM
gox.com seems to be forwarding to mtgox.com. Is that new?
1427  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: This doesn't look any good on: February 25, 2014, 03:21:17 AM
they modified it
1428  Economy / Speculation / Re: MtGox business conduct and former waiting periods. on: February 25, 2014, 03:17:08 AM
I didn't read that whole wall of text up there but the beginning where you outlined a whole bunch of problems Gox has had in the past, that right there is why nobody should have had anything on that two-bit POS exchange at this point.  Not that I don't empathize with people who just got burnt but as the saying goes: fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
1429  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BFL - Butterfly Labs, are they a scam? on: February 23, 2014, 04:34:29 PM
Depends on how you define scam but the short answer is that if you order from them you will regret it (and potentially feel very angry and abused by the time your interactions with them are concluded).

yes I see the same thing.
1431  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the remaining reliable exchanges? on: February 18, 2014, 10:42:13 PM
In my experience all of the following exchanges are 100% reliable (in alphabetical order):

Looks like maybe we got caught up on stats but the one thing that did not update is the payouts made during the lag time never showed up in the latest payouts list.
1433  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any feedback on kraken? on: February 14, 2014, 04:47:40 PM
I am unimpressed also.  I just wanted tier 1 verification (crypto deposit/withdrawal only) but as soon as I signed up they told me I had to do tier 3 verification so they could verify where I live due to "regulations".  If tier 1 and 2 don't exist then don't jerk me around and list them as options.  Alls I'm sayin.  I am not interested in sending a bunch of personal documentation so I can trade cryptos on an exchange with no volume when I can already do it on many exchanges with a lot more volume without giving them all of my dox.
1434  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why people don't switch to Kraken? on: February 14, 2014, 02:20:05 AM
I tried to sign up today, I thought I would check them out as another place to do a little day trading.  I tried to verify to their "tier 1" which is basically only crypto deposits/withdrawals and they sent me an email saying I have to verify to "tier 3" including sending a whole bunch of documentation.  Fuck them.
1435  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 TH] Bitparking Pool, DGM 0%,vardiff,stratum,Merge Mining on: February 07, 2014, 12:36:17 AM
Hmmm...website no worky.
1436  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [9 TH] Bitparking Pool, DGM 0%,vardiff,stratum,Merge Mining on: February 01, 2014, 10:21:50 PM
We are losing hash rate again.  These long rounds are killing me.  Makes it look like expensive gear is not making money.
1437  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptsy turning a new leaf? Deposit in 5 minutes. on: February 01, 2014, 08:04:34 PM
All jacked up again today.  The shitty thing about this place is it works fine one day and then the next (or sometimes the next hour) it becomes unusable.
1438  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Looking for best merged mining pool on: February 01, 2014, 03:01:47 AM
Check out bitparking. Smiley

+1

We need more hash on the pool frankly but you won't find a better payout system or more merged coins.  Don't let the DGM fool you.  Stick it out for a few blocks and see what you actually get paid and you will be sold on it.
1439  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: be careful,cryptsy scammer on: January 31, 2014, 06:23:00 PM
the support cannot be any sucker

You obviously have not dealt with support from all of the other exchanges.  Cryptsy has far and away the best support out there from what I have seen.  Which is good because their exchange tends to have a lot of issues.
1440  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CampBX...watch out guys, is it gone? on: January 31, 2014, 06:20:47 PM
I had an account with them since last spring but the first and only time I went to actually use the place I regretted it.  They held my BTC hostage for 8 weeks before I finally got it back.  They took weeks to respond to tickets and when they finally did they did not resolve anything, instead they blamed me for their problem and closed the ticket without doing jack.  They suck so bad its pathetic.
