You realise it's a wiki? If you think those would be nice additions, you just add them A word of caution though from my personal experience: Simply copying over locations from a copyrighted map (i.e. Google maps) is (from what I gather) not permitted by OSM and as such frowned upon (at least) in their community.

Where does BitcoinAverage.com gets the conversion rates? To calculate global average we choose a target currency (USD as example).
