That is the only option we have for now. If we do not pay high enough fee, our transaction will be ignored for days. So I always follow the suggested fee my wallet is giving. It does not fail me to get my transactions confirmed, so far. I do not want to use those tx accelerator they are suggesting. I doubt it will work.

Good for you. It is not that hard to defend bitcoin since its involvement in your project is just a payment option. Those who know and use bitcoin can opt to pay thru bitcoin. Those who does mot can choose from other payment schemes.

As far as bitcoin is concern, there is still no limit on how high the price could go up. The demand is still high and still growing. If all good things continue to go for bitcoin, we can see a very high price in the near future. First ETF, then segwit, and a lot more to follow

But what will be the difference of your exchange against an online exchange site?If you cannot present a remarkable difference or advantage against online exchange, your business may die because of lack of customers. Personally, I prefer to do transactions online in the comfort of my home. But if you can present an advantage that can convince customers to get out and go to your store to exchange bitcoin, maybe your business have a chance to thrive and make profit.

I have not seen anything like that yet in my country. In my opinion, motorcycle dealers are the last to adopt to technology. There is no need to change anything because this definitely will not happen. It is nice to dream that bitcoin will be expensive in the future but there is a limit on what we are dreaming or else we will live in a fantasy.
