It's a sad way to live.
and thats your opinion. Some people like to get told what to do.
please shut up about how you know whats the right way to live. YOU DON'T. people are different.

I think you both did not get what I wanted to say
I am not preaching for any kind of centralization

I just asked is it possible that miners switch their duties
of writing current transactions in newly mined block

miner A mines new hash
broadcasts that he found it

then miner B is is chosen at random
he will use this new found hash to create a block

miner A gets his reward and fees

in the long run, there is no extra unpaid work,
just the miner with most hashing power would not be able to write latest blocks

if again, i got it wrong, I won't post here any more
how do you distinguish between different miners?
how do you choose at random in a anonymous possible hostile distributed system?
do you really think that miners would pause the generating blocks, just because he/she/they found one,

and oh btw. miners just don't create blocks, they try millions(and more) different ones to find one that "fits".

your posts shows lack of knowledge, please go read some more.

you cant write something in a block, without changing it.

please stop asking questions that shows that you know nothing about how stuff work.
go read some more and find out why you are failing.

-1

Way to go, O' Superior One.
-1, no he should be in the newbie forum, not in the technical forum.
i would have(maybe...) been more polite to him in the newbie forum, but he thinks he know something he does not.
he is not seeking knowledge, or asks to gets something to be explained to him. NO! he suggests something stupid, without knowing how stuff works(or even wants to know, judging by his posts). Thats why i kicked his balls... and NO! you can not make me feel bad about doing it, by giving me a "-1", or making fun of my superiorness.

I just hope they don't start shooting up and down in value like they did..
oh it will. up and down many times...

You think so? When do you think we can start to see this?
And what a the major things that cause this to happen?
i think so. it will happen at "sometime"
about the next major thing, well i don't know.

but if you look at this(http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/mtgoxUSD#igDailyztgCzm1g10zm2g25zvzl), bitcoin have been stable and boring at least 3 times before this time, around SEP 10, MAR 11, JUL 11.

would be interested to hear if anyone else got something back... was it just recent? i think i last played this one more than 3 months ago and had no issues with it. although my bets were more like 0.01

i did the same thing. it worked for me. but i have not tried it for a long long time.

Do you really want to say something like that especially after today's action? I have not said anything negative about s3052's service on my public thread ever since he and I came to an understanding some while ago, but if you continue to write content like this (especially since you are obviously promoting s3052's service for him), I will start commenting about his on my thread. Do you want that?
angry crying noob detected!

its like BurgerKing suing MacDonald, because a customer at MacDonalds said BurgerKings burgers tasted bad.
see the point? get over it.

He's not just a customer since he is actively promoting the service. There is a big difference. And obviously that Burger King analogy is awful given that you would have to try the burger before you say it tastes bad. S3052 and I specifically came to the understanding that we will stay off each other's thread unless otherwise provoked. I had the right here to defend myself against an otherwise ignorant comment.
LOL you are not defending yourself! you are hurting yourself and your reputation(and so im I, but I DON'T CARE).
go draw some random funny-colored lines in your own thread, and ignore the haters.

1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] A public company will build a huge Bitcoin Mining Operation (ASIC). on: April 06, 2012, 07:40:13 PM
That was exactly the point of my question and again, afaik (and please educate me if that's wrong) orphans are not included into the block rate calculations, so the remaining 49% of valid and verified blocks produced will not all orphans. Of course I agree there will be a lot of orphans and mining efficiency of regular miners will suffer in the process.
If they all were orphans, a 51% miner had effectively 100%.

A 51% miner could have 100% of the generated blocks and 100% of block rewards.  So yes a 51% miner effectively has 100%.  Every block produced by the 49% would be orphaned out (eventually).

Either they are orphaned or not. What does the eventually mean?
i means a miner COULD do it, but COULD choose not to too.

Hello Bitcoiners,

Iran, all the Muslim countries that are sympathetic to Iran, are not for free enterprise. They are today what Soviet Union was before it crashed.

You will also find real socialists (see this for a definition of socialism - http://www.worldsocialism.org/articles/what_is_socialism.php -[not neo-librel Democrats or (centre)left wing politics]) and most reasonable people are sympathetic to Iran and especially Palestinians.  Also BTW the USSR wasn't socialism that was state capitalism.
you can't argue with OP, he a brainwashed confused child.

troll thread detected.

I support IBB.

I've proved that the historical character we call Mohammed did own slaves
no you have not. i don't know whatever he did or not, but you have proven nothing.
please stop trolling the religious guy.

All we know of Mohammed is from the historical record.  From that record, we know if he existed, we know he married some of his slaves.  That means that the historical character we call Mohammed did own slaves.

He's trolling me...if he is a Muslim, he believes Mohammed did own slaves.
no this is half-good proof http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_Muhammad#Ownership_of_slaves, because Wikipedia is a generally trusted source.
quoting the Qur'an is better proof, as muslims believe that its gods word, and therefor is the full truth.

you did not prove anything. you just annoyed the guy.

Code:

if ( in_array( $bits['scheme'] . '://', $wgUrlProtocols ) ) {$bits['delimiter'] = '://';
}
elseif ( in_array( $bits['scheme'] . ':', $wgUrlProtocols ) ) {
$bits['delimiter'] = ':';
// parse_url detects for news: and mailto: the host part of an url as path
// We have to correct this wrong detection
if ( isset( $bits['path'] ) ) {$bits['host'] = $bits['path'];
    $bits['path'] = '';}
