Unfortunately? Lol!

Imagine a scenario where everyone works online...
Oh, you don't have to imagine a scenario, we just had a real-life experience where for a few months a part of the workforce was forced to work for home and a part was forced to shut down.
And you can see all the shortages still happening one year later, the price increase, the bankruptcies, the broken logistics chain?

Unfortuantely?
If everyone would be busy designing logos, making videos, and trading, who is going to pay for these?
If everyone would be doing freelancing work, who would be the customer?
And who would sell you bread and milk, a computer, clothes, and furniture provide you with electricity and heat and internet?

Quote
online skills in the face of war

I can see a lot of demand for digital skills there, especially with no electricity for at least 10 days counting.
Digital skills are diversified just like offline jobs are diversified. If some move digital marketing, some other might have interest in content creation, a few others might decide to move to cyber security, many others might embrace data analysis. The option is too diverse Even with the world population the opportunity in the virtual world can't be exhausted more work force will still be needed
1462  Economy / Economics / online skills in the face of war on: March 24, 2022, 11:23:03 AM
I was thinking within me and my thoughts was if  everyone needs to get a digital skill in-spite of their profession or discipline. looking at it from the angle of declining economies where political, societal, ethnic, cultural, religious, territorial and economic war is hitting the apex as well as currency devaluation. Following this high level of declining economy is it best to get a digital skill either as a full time business or a complementary pay check.

Salaries and wages this days aren't sufficient any longer to handle daily bills, most salary earners still live below their salaries which keeps them in perpetual debt. Now in this era the best place to meet a vast crowd of clients is on an online platform and this way more services can be rendered within lesser time with more patronage. So i began my thoughts is digital skill the alternative

If we try to analyze this critically we might say this insufficiency in pay checks is one of the factors that is triggering greed, selfish and money conscious services around organizations. I was thinking If many get an side paying job with digital skill that can help handle bills it might be a gateway to reducing the self centered services we receive

Are you thinking what i am thinking or you have a different view

1463  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: March 24, 2022, 08:07:42 AM
How this casino can call themself "most rewarding casino"

I lost 7k to this casino on single deposit and all I got back was 80 dollars. After that I closed my account as livesupport told me that there is nothing they can do for me. For me it was most horrible experience ever.

Which casino is promising to give the more amounts then what you have deposited? You have deposited 7k to wager and then lost them on any bet but claiming that it's casino fault is silly on your part. You are gambling not investing so you should play in your limits otherwise blame games on casino is of no help.
This is a real picture of users blaming casinos for their greed and carelessness. Gambling is no investment you only wager an amount you can comfortably lose. I think Ruximix got the ideology of most rewarding wrong. Maybe the user is feeling he might get back his wager if he losses them. But no casino guarantees you this after all. Gambling is for the financially matured . And always best to keep the risk minimal
1464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you even helped anyone with bitcoin? on: March 24, 2022, 07:52:30 AM
In our society today it's very risky doing Bitcoin donation in the open. because you are putting yourself at high risk considering how high bitcoin price is at the moment. If you must do a bitcoin donation it must be an anonymous donation and as long as the recipient knows he is receiving a donation from you then fiat should be the best for security sake so that your charity won't be used against you
1465  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation hitting the world every year on: March 24, 2022, 07:45:53 AM
Inflation is a result of high cost of production and scarcity of raw materials. Fiat exchange rate in the international market too is also a key player and happens mostly when a country depends solely on importations with less or no domestic production and very low exportation rate. The only way Inflation can be managed is if there is alternatives to raw materials and well equipped production with minimal or no exportation. But many countries keep depending on other countries for survival and so inflation will be unavoidable

i would have considered comparing Facebook to merit system on the forum if there was something like demerit system. Unlike Facebook where you have lots of emojis representing different reactions to a particular post. But on the forum you can only earn merits for quality posts or spam hunting or even for been unique and creative. Merit is just a single element that can be given multiple times if a user deserves it but on Facebook only one emoji can be used on a post to show you reaction and it gets the highest compromise mostly for celebrities, content creators and social media influencers
1467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 23, 2022, 04:34:21 PM
The match between Liverpool and Manchester City will be very key. This will be the most important match for the championship. My guess is that it will be a game that will end in a draw.
I'm not sure the history of last season will repeat the draw this year, based on the analysis Liverpool have the potential to win despite playing at host Man City, Liverpool will lead the Premier League table and Of course will leave the points standings further than Man City. I believe Salah and Diogo will lead Liverpool to victory until they win the Premier League this season.
If you look at the depth of the squad and their readiness, I think Liverpool is indeed superior here because their squad, especially on the front lines, is really quite good and even without gaps, Salah, Mane and Firmino are still at the forefront now but on the other hand they can't be considered trivial. Diaz and Jota really prove their capacity when given the trust.
On the other hand I don't know why but at City even though their players are quite good on an individual level they can't be compared like Liverpool up front. They are sometimes very difficult for their front line especially when the players are rotated
Hope we are not underestimating sterling, De Bruyne and G. Jesus and Grealish then the likes of Fernandinho and B. silva. I am not saying Liverpool's front liners are not capable but Mancity are playing at home and will not want to lose to Liverpool like they did to tottenham. I both can't say who wins but i am sure goals will come from both teams
1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinions about simulated reality games? on: March 23, 2022, 04:10:24 PM
No matter how smart artificial intelligence and machine learning has proven to advance in the gambling sector it's reality games leagues is still not a complete luck trial. This is just an advance technology of real-life football experience that is still open to manipulative works and since it has a central control so nothing is perfect about the system
1469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Wont Sell his Bitcoin on: March 23, 2022, 03:41:34 PM
Elon owns lots of assets so if he chooses to hoard his Bitcoin, Ethereum or Doge then he can keep up to his words because he might not need to touch his coins as his electric cars is sufficient enough to handle any project he might intend to launch in the future. Bitcoin investment is actually sweeter in the hands of the rich
1470  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips and tricks for day trading on: March 23, 2022, 03:32:16 PM
physical mentorship for trading tricks is best especially for newbies. It's complex for newbies learning online. i see online trading academies reserved for intermediate and advised traders who understand the basics and wish to further at their own pace. Day trading for newbies learning online will take longer time to stick with and it can be tempting to want to trade live even when the concept is still strange
1471  Other / Meta / Re: A question about reposting my own content on: March 23, 2022, 03:14:32 PM
If sources to the mailing lists are available i think you have full license to repost them on the forum. But you will likely lose your total privacy except you don't care much about your privacy on the forum. A post made even by an original author on a different site needs to be referenced else it will still be classified as plagiarism because as  anonymous as the forum is no one knows who owns what.
1472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donating With Bitcoin on: March 22, 2022, 04:30:01 PM
Many who are religious fanatics will want to donate as well. I won't stand to discourage you from seeking more donations with crypto. But crypto donation is no longer a new scheme in the charity industry. Ukrainians are good example of massive Bitcoin donations. Many might also buy the idea as it will serve a comfortable worship arena
1473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 22, 2022, 02:44:52 PM
Personally without the El Classico I think Chelsea has more chances of going through Real Madrid in the champions league. If anyone thinks because of the what happened between the Spanish giants that Chelsea is the favorites is wrong. That's not how football works. The game between Chelsea and Real Madrid in my opinion is a different ball game.

@Magicalking Real Madrid ain’t a weak opponent and Chelsea would not be taking any chances by underestimating them, hence I have a strong feeling that it’ll a game with lots of goals in it. Also it’s too early too say which team has an advantage, because if their key player’s get injured then both teams will be vulnerable, hence let’s wait till we get closer to this fixture before considering wagering on either side.
For sure Real Madrid will not repeat the mistakes of last season when they met Chelsea and now they meet again of course it will be different from what we imagined, Benzema is currently injured but when it comes to the game I hope it will be fine and so will Chelsea the players for preparation later which wait two more weeks.
I think it's going to be a little different and I'm not sure who's in the lead because both of them have great quality players.
This match will mean a whole lot to both clubs. Real Madrid will want to secure their place in the next round likewise chelsea. But following Real Madrid's loss in the El classico the won't want to take chances of underestimating Chelsea and Chelsea who are good at defensive attack might just go for a single goal and decide to play defensive in the both legs
1474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: March 22, 2022, 02:35:05 PM
Xavi managed to make a change for Barcelona, slow but sure, now Barcelona is in 3rd position with positive results in the lat s5 matches. I was also surprised by the result of the match against Madrid yesterday, barca appeared superior with a 4 goal win. Next season, Barcelona will have AC Milan player Franck Kessie, this will strengthen barcelona midfield to reclaim the La Liga title.
Barca's opportunity this season may be far away. but next season with more consistent play than at the start of the season I think Barca can win the La Liga trophy next season.
at least this season Barca has shown an extraordinary spirit. Don't give up and fix mistakes slowly. bringing in the right coach and buying some very effective players. Hopefully, next season Barca will be more ready to compete.
Barcelona was 12 points behind Real madrid when Xavi came on board and with a very slow and steady progress Xavi was able to push the club to the third position. Next season is a sure league for barcelona because i know Xavi has been able to establish his starting xi following the recent progress and also has a very strong strategy to back it
1475  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Getting more skills in trading on: March 22, 2022, 02:24:36 PM
Trading is not about using all the technical tools you find on your exchange to analyze a trade. The most profitable traders keep their chat simple and void of complexity. Instead of flooding your brain with complex chats its best to pick two tools and develop on them. The goal is improving your trades and making good profits complexity will only make a trader pay to the market most often
1476  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Signing a petition against Putin on: March 22, 2022, 02:13:24 PM
Putin dosen't look like one troubled by the numerous petition filed against him. From the look of things Putin is even ready to wage war with any country that will interfere posing treats here and there. It won't be nice if Zelensky decides to compromise for the sake of peace.

If Zelensky should decide to use peaceful measure to handle the invasion then he should be careful of the extent to which he makes his deal with Putin so it doesn't trigger another war in the future. carelessly signing of documents can lead to modern slavery
1477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Impact of bitcoin if Satoshi Identity is revealed on: March 22, 2022, 02:03:56 PM
If Satoshi identity is revealed there will be much pressure both on Satoshi as person and the satoshi coin and also there will tempting offers by high profiled individual to make bitcoin centralized or even offer to sell the software or maybe other horrible offers and all this will affect the market value either positively or negatively depending how investors respond to the offer. So the possibility of the price t devaluate is dependent on the investors you and i how we react to outcome of his identity been revealed
1478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 21, 2022, 04:44:30 PM
the remaining matches are getting less and less, and all teams are ambitious to get full points to secure a ticket to the Champions League. United, Arsenal, and Tottenham are fighting for the current position.
i don't see any competition for Arsenal ahead of next season champions league ticket. The competition now lies between Tottenham and manchester united and Tottenham looks more in form to hold on to that position. Kane and son will so eager for more points ahead of future matches knowing what is stake if they fail to secure 3 full points in all remaining matches
1479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: March 21, 2022, 04:35:32 PM
It's really incredible..
Without Benzema, I also thought that their gameplay will not be as good as usual, but I didn't expect that it will be very high like this.
Barcelona was very motivated and powerful, from the beginning, their offensive really cornered the Real Madrid defense.
I also realized that Barcelona might have a bigger chance to win when Benzema is absent, but I didn't expect that the result will to be 4-0. Wow, holly suprise.  Although I guess that Real Madrid may let this match be lost because they wnat to focus on UCL. But, This is El Classico and this is prestige.

It is unlikely that this defeat can be explained by the fact that Real is concentrating on the Champions League - right now Real have a simple segment of the calendar and they could play here at full strength. I think this is Ancelotti's coaching mistake. Real had to give Barcelona the ball and sit in a deep defense playing on the counter (then maybe Real would have won 4-0 and not Barcelona). This is the most effective tactic that allows you to achieve results against a team playing ball control. Or play total pressure and ball control like Bayern. Real played something in between and lost.
If they were preparing for the champions league they should have atlas defended well not conceding four goals in a single match to a club that was struggling in the beginning of the season. The fact is barcelona under Xavi management has proven to be the best currently in the spanish laliga series this season.

"joy of missing out" excitement for not buying a coin because it was pumping and all of a sudden you see the coin dump so drastically. I agree with you it should always be a two way thing if 'fear of missing out' occurs when one goes into buying a coin because they feel they might miss the next bull run which ends up deceptive times. The joy of it should be for those who ignored the signal
