1501  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: what do i need to learn to be a good blockcahin developer on: March 21, 2021, 05:22:38 AM
Since @BitMaxz gave you some pointers about the blockchain, then I will just give you the programming languages that some of the famous cryptocurrency used to make them. Solidity is the primary language and SWIFT was used for proof of concept for Ethereum, C++ was used for Bitcoin and C++, Java, C#, JavaScript, Go, Python, Ruby, and Solidity are some of the famous languages used in Blockchain.
1502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Being impredictable on: March 20, 2021, 09:15:22 AM
There is no easy way to do that but you can for example bluff when you are playing during a hand with low amount betted on. I would not suggest you never bluff in a hand when many people have gone all in.The more you play the more you will know when to bluff.
You can practice having a poker face and make your strategy of playing mixed so as to make people think that you are playing randomly and always giveaway a red herring that the other players will notice but not in an overt manner like simple chin rub. Also the word is unpredictable, impredictable shows red lines when I type it in the post so it is not a real word.
1503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: March 20, 2021, 08:25:09 AM
Maybe a Doge, Ripple and Litecoin will do the job, I don't gamble so I don't know which one is good and the coins that I suggested are some of the coins that I have heard in the forum used by some gamblers but I don't think that any coins with high transaction fee like Bitcoin or Ethereum is a good coin for gambling, not to mention that their prices are high.
1504  Economy / Reputation / Re: Eventually, 1xbit has launched its Signature campaign on: March 20, 2021, 07:49:00 AM
How many more quotes will you need? I didn't get my deposited funds yet.
I have to say that you won't get that deposited funds anytime soon, 1xbit is a proven scamming website so no matter how persistent you are in this forum and not pursuing legal actions I think that you won't be getting those money that they have stolen from you. I hope that they won't come back in this forum but considering they are attracting non-forum users, I think that they are still going strong.
1505  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Gigabet stole my coin for complaining in chat on: March 20, 2021, 07:09:02 AM
Sounds like you got fucked..

Gotta be a bit more forward thinking than to shit talk  service when you have money still tied up in it sadly.
Thanks for the heads up though on behalf of the whole community. Not sure who owns gigabet or whatever but you can likely get your coin back if you either pressure them legally or knock their site offline until they return your stuff.
I'm not condoning or encouraging that you DDOS the bastards... But if you did it would be warranted imo.
DDoSing sucks man, I highly discourage doing that even if for the greater good. I think that it is the customers right to complain, I mean wouldn't you complain if their services are bad? I haven't heard of this website but that amount of bitcoin is no joke, I think that pursuing a legal action and taking the slow-burn approach is the best thing to do because they will spend their resources just to accommodate your legal action which is definitely going to make them cave in.
Looks like someone dead wreck them. so they're closing shop now. anyone here better withdrawal funds immediately
You can still pursue legal actions even if their closing shop right?
1506  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Smg.ltd - Ponzi scheme on: March 20, 2021, 06:31:37 AM
Maximum amount can be Infinite. Joke of the month it seems.

Funny they reduced the minimum amounts on their page now to 1/10th of the what the OP has posted. They even have basic spelling mistakes all over the website. Team descriptions is a joke. None of the pictures taken seem to be legitimately posted here. All these points to a scam but I am sure there are several more like this cropping up every second on the internet.

All that "Registered company" BS is fake. Any knowledgeable person can check and verify the same and it is not difficult to forge a picture like that.
I can't fathom the idea of earning interest when you put an infinite amount of money hahaha, they don't know what amount is maximum for them to scam so they have to aim for the infinity. The registration is a pretty tricky one though because they can refute the evidences and stuff like they put their company in a building and say that they are renting an office space. Anyway, nice catch OP.
1507  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] GamingProfits - Ponzi Scheme on: March 20, 2021, 05:49:17 AM
Impressive! they are really lazy since they are running an entire ponzi scheme / SCAM without a website!
I can't understand how people can trust such return and some random account on discord! Sad
Discord is growing in users and many people can connect with each other, I think that this is not a random approach, maybe the scammer did some social engineering. If you are smart about it, you can ask them the questions that are going to make them tense because someone is seeing behind their façade. Maybe the reason that they are lazy is because they are trying to find new ways to scam people.
1508  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: They will do anything for your money, run from them on: March 20, 2021, 05:16:00 AM
The moment someone offers you something like that, you can be 100% sure that it is a scam.

What you shared is a standard scam scheme, and unfortunately inexperienced people still fall for it, despite being too good to be true and an obvious scam.
Most of the time it is a scam, I mean who on their right mind would want to make money with other people, humans are selfish by nature so the only reason that a stranger or an acquaintance will approach you saying to make money is when they know that they are going to get something big out of it. The problem with people falling for this scam is that they are afraid to be rude so they don't ask the right questions that will make the scammers sweat.
1509  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Bounty Cheat] 2 Users, Two Links, One Twitter Account Connected on: March 19, 2021, 07:10:31 AM
~
I think he is but in a bad manner  Grin I checked his past bounty history and he has been getting paid all this while by different bounty managers, creating a new Twitter is not difficult but getting the required followers is, so instead he decided to play smart. i hope he gets what he deserves.
Yeah, I forgot about the part where you need a decent following for the account. Bounty managers should be more competent considering that this person is able to make a decent money out of multiple bounties and the accounts were able to operate despite blatant cheating.
1510  Economy / Reputation / Re: What happened to Yoshie? on: March 19, 2021, 06:25:36 AM
bpip also says he/she requested a password change via email on the 16th of march...

To be honest, I have no clue what might have happened to him/her. I hope he/she is OK IRL. But that's about it... If it were me who dropped from the forum, i wouldn't want others to start digging into my life, so i'm not going to dig into somebody else's life either.
You can't really stop people from digging though, the experiences that we shared with strangers online is very addicting so when a person that we once shared was suddenly gone, I think that we should just let it be because if we were careful about our tracks online, I think that no matter how much many people search they will never find anything.
1511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit My Full Time Job to Trade Cryptos Full Time on: March 19, 2021, 05:43:02 AM
for me it is very unfortunate, because quitting a job makes income uncertain, we know if we quit real work and switch to cryptocurrencies,
especially in trading, then your income will have an effect on capital, if your capital is large then you will get a lot of profit,
if you have small capital then the profit you have is also small.
That depends, as trite as it is, it is the truth. Quitting your job to pursue trading depends on your performance in trading, if you are doing really good and you feel that you can do better if you focus on it then quitting is an acceptable thing to do but if you were a newbie trader that just jumped right in the market to trade and you don't know what to do, quitting your day job is the most dumb decision you can do because it can help as @monineklutak stream of income, not to mention that your day job can help you grow your capital and have a steady fund for your trading.
1512  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have a Bitcoin exit strategy? on: March 19, 2021, 05:00:07 AM
Sell in chunks, don't sell at one price. I did this mistake of selling half of my holdings at 24k while remaining half at 30k. So in the end I am at loss, should have sold in small chunks of 5% or 10%. Make sure you exit before this bull run is over.
Selling chunks is not an exit strategy, as you are still hodling bitcoin. My exit strategy involves accumulating a lot of bitcoin and selling it when the prices are so high that quitting is an alright thing to do and then investing the money on other things that makes a passive income stream like Index Funds, ETF, Mutuals, Stocks or a business. Exiting is a difficult thing to do because we don't know when will the bull run stop, exiting at the right time is astronomically difficult.
1513  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: whale tactics? on: March 19, 2021, 04:06:17 AM
tactics like this will cause the effect of panic buy and panic sell. when the price starts to pump, the price will continue to rise and some people will also start to enter so that later there will be FOMO which makes the coin rise drastically. Then when the Pope gets his profit they will start selling it, things will turn around, the price will start to fall and people who have just entered at the high price will panic to sell it back.
many are stuck with this tactic and make some people lose because they cannot take advantage of the flash pump and dump market situation.
This is how the whales make money, with them dumping their coins and knowing the direction, they can trade based on that and make more money besides the coins that they have sold to flood the market, in cases like this, you have to think like a whale and do the opposite of what the other is currently doing because that was what the whale intended, for many people to lose and for the few whales to win.
1514  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Data suggesting more than 95% traders are losing on: March 19, 2021, 03:28:16 AM
I think the article isn't specifically talking about crypto trading. That's why I see the result of the poll is different from the statistic in the article. In crypto trading, most people now already mature enough and aware of the proper way (strategy) to use. So, most of us can gain profits during the bullish season in crypto nowadays. It is a bit different from the common trading in the article.
But will these be enough to defeat the statistics considering that the people entering crypto trading is steadily increasing and we all know that majority of this are total newbies that is definitely going to lose a lot of money trading, I think that in a way, stock trading and crypto trading have some similarities that isn't easy to pinpoint but really are uncanny when spotted. Hopefully we can defeat the statistics that there are more losers than winners in crypto trading.
1515  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Now that cryptocurrency trading volume surpassed the south Korean stock market. on: March 19, 2021, 02:42:41 AM
South Korea is one of the biggest market that we have in cryptocurrencies.

They seem to be lowkey in terms of exchanges but if you're going to live there and get to know more about exchanges, they are contender for having good volume.

And if it has managed to surpass the volume of stock market. That only means that more and more South Koreans are now getting into crypto which only shows that adoption is increasing there.
That could be a possibility but I think that South Korea is not the biggest adopter of cryptocurrency in East Asia, maybe Japan could be one but if we were to add Southeast Asia, Singapore topples everyone. As the cost of living in South Korean cities go up, I think that cryptocurrency adoption rates is going to increasing even further, AFAIK average living in Seoul is so expensive than those in the countryside.
1516  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to Secure Your Assets on Exchange in the Event of Your Death? on: March 18, 2021, 09:37:27 AM
I still prefer the old way! Get your will done and mark your private key into a legally sealed envelope and get in registered in the local court. That means, the envelope will be opened in presence of an attorney and by the person who is legally inheriting it. That's safer!
I agree, why fix it if it ain't broke right? I mean by the time that you have a family and you might not be dealing with bitcoin or if you still are, it will be lessened hopefully to spend more time with the family. It's not just safer but also you can do a lot more things with it, like testing who really is the person that cares for you when you are older, there are Reddit stories about this inheritance things were the greedy will not be able to take anything.
1517  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Questions regarding signature campaigns/managers on: March 18, 2021, 09:07:29 AM
You can check out the Service board for a Campaign managers, their portfolios are posted in there so you can see who you think is the best for your campaign. The reason for the level is that lower levels can't wear an avatar and an aesthetically pleasing signature so most campaigns look for the higher ranks because they can display better signatures and avatars but that depends what the campaign manager wants. Here are some links of campaign manager's portfolio to help you check it out.

1518  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Artificial Intelligence Engine App predicts price movements on: March 18, 2021, 08:13:29 AM
Ahh yes, using historical data to predict price movements. I wonder why we weren't able to think of that before  Cheesy I'm keen to know how 'accurate' this AI is, especially on trading days wherein the charts are wild. I'm pretty sure it would be making a few bad calls a day, making it somewhat unwise to rely on the AI for shot-calls on taking or leaving a position.

There are a few known bots/AI that can do the same thing for an even higher price. If this AI is the real deal and claims to have correctly called some buy signals, why is it charging less?
There are algorithm that is similar to this that is used in the stock market, scouring the Internet with keywords that is interpreted as to whether it could be good or bad for the stock but this one is automated and doesn't need human intervention, they automatically buy and sell stock depending on the scoured information. That was my question too, I mean signal providers is a pretty scary waters to wade when you are trading because most of them are just a cash grab, maybe if there are people that will testify to the effectiveness of this AI within a long time period, I think that it will be enough evidence.
1519  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: zainx.co -- Plagiarism whitepaper on: March 18, 2021, 07:35:12 AM
I don't get the part where you highlight the title, I mean yes they do have a plagiarized content but what is the problem with their logo? Considering the pie chart, I would guess that those that are not in the red are a change in the brand of the scam and the name of the "founders".
1520  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] DogeBank Ponzi scheme on: March 18, 2021, 07:04:34 AM
All I can say is that the victim of this such a ponzi are just greedy, lack information, lack knowledge and need experience. But in this matter, I think experience is not that needed because it is not possible to earn such a great amount within such short period of time, but what can lure greedy people, even if I do not know it to be ponzi, I will know it is definitely a ponzi and should be avoided.
They really are, but we have to keep in mind that greed stems from the lack of information and experience from scams. You will be able to spot Ponzi schemes if you just ask the right question and you think that they can't answer it then the chances are high that they are a scam.
