1561  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam Warning] How Telegram & WhatsApp price signal group scam with us on: March 09, 2021, 03:08:14 AM
The moment that you know about insider information in trading, then you are already safe from this kind of scams because they are not so different from that, its just that insider information is illegal and there is an air of exclusivity surrounding it while signal groups in crypto, they are just a group of people that wants to make money by pretending to have the information and they seem to be successful with it because they are not yet dwindling in numbers.
1562  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin millionaire lists reasons most will never be rich on: March 08, 2021, 08:05:47 AM
~
Being rich or not is a choice. I believe that we can become rich like them. If they can use their money properly, they will have wealthy. We can rich someday, but that depends on how we can work in the right field and how we can use the money. If you can accept the risk that you will use to search for a new way of making money, you will see that you can have a chance to make money. Maybe if we can search for a new job that will not bond us to work for the company and that job has a chance to earn more money, we will take that money and slowly become rich, whether related to bitcoin or not.
You are right about being rich or not is a choice but do you think that if you say that to some dirt poor person who lives off of food stamps and the pity of his/her neighbors, what do you think will be his/her reaction? You can't make choices if you know that choosing will only lead to more suffering. Not everyone can get a job dude, if what you are saying was true all along, there will be no poor people that are living on meager lifestyle.
1563  Economy / Economics / Re: Strong kyc reason on: March 08, 2021, 07:26:38 AM
Cheers to everyone who can understand the point that OP is trying to show us, I tried to muster all the brain power that my little brain could make but I can't decipher what OP is trying to say, maybe OP is speaking the language of the Gods. I don't know if you are against KYC or not or if you are pertaining to KYC of banks or crypto exchanges as they are almost identical in my opinion, the gist of both is that they have to confirm your identity.
1564  Economy / Economics / Re: Big test for Bitcoin during the next Economic Collapse. on: March 08, 2021, 06:52:00 AM
Senate democrats in the United States congress pass one of the biggest spending bills in history. 1.9 trillion dollars...USD is not a stable currency anymore. When you have politicians that believe they can print money on a machine for political victories, you have destabilized the currency in a way that will cause extreme inflation.

So there really isn't a test for Bitcoin. The long term goal for any BTC user/investor has always been -- let the largest currencies in the world collapse due to irresponsible spending and let BTC take the throne because of its decentralization. Unfortunately for Americans, this process will be expedited thanks to this spending bill.
That is saying a lot to be fair, 1.9 trillion dollars to stimulate the economy in my opinion is enough. Maybe they have a plan in mind to prevent the potential collapse after this stimulation. How can we really gauge that the USD is really unstable as of this moment? I don't think that bitcoin has to prove anything because bitcoin is tied in some way to USD, also I don't think that this is an irresponsible spending because the people wanted this and the politicians are not always at fault here, they are just the puppets.
1565  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the world be without poverty on: March 08, 2021, 06:02:04 AM
~
Read this text severally before I comprehend the message now, shall the mentality can't be destroyed easily because of new innovation of life living, previously people don't think or taught of poverty because not like Rich's and poverty, what really in existence is hard working and protection via unknown spirit's that attacks humans, but now people mindset is enrichment, and then country leaders were leading without enough fund's.
I want to really understand your side but the way you posted this one got me baffled on whether you directly did a machine translation of your native language because I can't put two and two with your combination of words and phrases. Why is there is a spirit involved in destroying the mentality that I have mentioned? Does God or the spirit realm care that we destroy that mentality?
1566  Economy / Economics / Re: Economics of perpetual poverty - R. Kiyosaky and the dude on the street on: March 08, 2021, 05:14:25 AM
If R. Kiyosaki were to just get those lines and not create a book then how can he earn money? The reason that he created that book is to earn money and not to teach you the obvious, I mean it isn't really different as any writer who publishes a book, no matter how much you advertise that you want to help someone with your book, the root of reason for making that is always money. I would like to add another advice that I think that everyone should follow besides investing in crypto and that is to do your best to get your hands on index funds, they are the best way to earn money without actively managing it.
1567  Economy / Economics / Re: The End of Covid Scam? "Governor Abbott Opens Texas 100 Percent" on: March 08, 2021, 04:28:55 AM
~
Unfortunately in USA (and from the looks of it some other nations) there are people who think that COVID is just a scam and not a real thing and people do not die from it and it is just a fake media thing that is there to "get them" or whatever.

I know that may sound silly to any sane person, that is the common place of the idiots, they think that they are the only smart person to see the reality while every single human fails to see it, same with anti-vaxx and same with flat earth people as well because thats how they believe the world to be. Hence republicans are the majority of these people and they want to live like there is no covid and their republican governor gave that to them and I believe that is going to stay for a long time even if cases get even worse.
That is the saddest thing to hear that my suspicions that there are US citizens that believe that these killer pandemic is just a bullshit that is spread by the media is true, they have the spirit to be skeptic about the media but they don't seem to have the brain capacity to separate the bullshit from the truth. These anti-vaxx and flat earth people aren't a lot but their audacity to tell the people that what they believe is right is what makes them look like there a lot of them but in real life, I think that they are just a small group and I believe that the only way to get rid of these kind of mentality is to eradicate them, think of these idiots as cancer, if you do not remove it when it is still small, it will kill you someday.
1568  Economy / Economics / Re: Tweets as Non-fungible tokens (NFT) - Dorsey's million dollar tweet on: March 08, 2021, 03:46:08 AM
I do not know what the value is about this thing, it is not an art and it is not supposed to carry value.
Frankly, I do not understand NFT's tokens, nor do I think they are ideal investment tools. They are exactly the same as the deals made to buy paintings.
I also think that the founder of Tron is trying to make some indirect profit by buying that tweet. He does not aim to buy it because it is of value, but because this news can move the market.
Think of it like an autograph or something that can be a collectible as NFTs can take the form of collectibles. I can explain NFTs although I am not sure whether it is accurate, for me NFTs are like online baseball cards that you collect hoping that it will appreciate in value overtime. Your claim about it not being an ideal investment tool could be debatable as there are a lot of NFTs popping up but that means that you have to sift through the mud to find the best one and when you find it, everything that you invested in it will multiply by a lot because NFTs are unique tokens and that uniqueness is what makes it a good investment tool. NFTs are for the poor as Artworks are for the rich.
1569  Economy / Economics / Re: Am I too late to Bitcoin? on: March 08, 2021, 03:02:10 AM
Bitcoin is still at the early stage, until bitcoin supply still not fully mined it's still not too late to jump in bitcoin train.
Do we still consider this stage in bitcoin as early stage? What I mean is that its been 12+ years since bitcoin inception and I think that it is a lot of time so I think that I consider bitcoin stage as of this moment as middle stage because I believe that we are on the verge of greatness if we were to solve the fundamental problems that bitcoin has been facing for a long time and if not then bitcoin will become stagnant. Even if the last block is mined, it is still not too late but the prices from there and so on will be astronomically higher than what it is currently.
1570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much btc do you need to secure your future? on: March 07, 2021, 07:50:55 AM
I’m not greedy at all. Think the amount of three BTC will cover all my desires. One BTC I will exchange on cash and will use that money for my everyday needs, second BTC I will use for trades, and the third one I will hodl forever. So yes, the amount of three BTC is ideal for me.
3 bitcoin is not enough to last a lifetime, this is all just hypothetical question about the amount and given the current prices of bitcoin, I don't think that 3 bitcoin will be enough for an insured retirement because along the way in your life, there will be emergencies that you might not expect to happen. For me, I would say that the adequate amount of bitcoin to secure a future for me and possibly a family along the way would be around a thousand because this way, any unexpected things are definitely going to be taken care of, even though they hadn't happened yet.
1571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where does Elon and Saylor store their bitcoins? on: March 07, 2021, 07:12:42 AM
Not knowing where they store their bitcoins is the first line of defense against people that are trying to get their hands on it. I mean where they store their bitcoins is none of our business in my opinion, and as @taufik123 said, it is personal and sensitive. You do not ask a man about his money unless he tells them so we better be off somewhere that doesn't need inquiry.
1572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin mixers are only for criminals on: March 07, 2021, 06:24:49 AM
I do not think mixers are only for criminals but rather anyone that intends to add an extra layer of security will do so by using a mixer. I personally believe most of the people mixing might have done so in order to get rid of their coin being traced but there are still some people that used it just for privacy. For instance it is very common to see ETH address of a fraudster being flag up by etherscan and metamask as scam but such criminal might get away with it by using mixing services
We can say that all the time but that doesn't discount the fact that mixers can be used for illegal purposes, remember that when there is a chance to abuse a system, people will always take the opportunity to exploit especially if it means that the watchful eye of the law will not be able to find what they are doing. We know that not only criminals are using mixers but are we going to be ignorant to the fact that mixers cater criminals too?
1573  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1.9 trillion stimulus passes senate on: March 07, 2021, 05:39:33 AM
Democrats doing what they are famous for. Printing banknotes like crazy and spending them in a haphazard way. The latest round of stimulus has hardly anything to do with the pandemic. It is a politically motivated measure that makes sure that the vast majority of the funding goes to blue states and inner city areas that have supported the democrats. Anyway, big spending should be good news for the Bitcoiners. And the market has reacted in a positive way. Bitcoin prices are up by 2% in the last 24 hours.
If you can survive without the stimulus, you can hedge yourself in a potential crash by investing that stimulus in bitcoin which will definitely grow as evident as the last time the people did buy bitcoin with their stimulus. I have to save more bitcoin because once this stimulus rolls out, the prices are going to be running high again.
1574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian Finance Minister on Cryptocoin. on: March 07, 2021, 04:57:55 AM
Elections are around the corner and the government has realized that they can't suddenly antagonize 15 million strong Bitcoin users in India. Already they have suffered huge losses due to the government policies. When the Bitcoin rally had just started, the government came up with the proposal to ban cryptocurrency. A lot of investors sold their coins at a loss, only to see the prices increasing by 200% in the next two months.
Typical politicians, promising to help the people whenever their needs are to be met. To everyone who are going to vote, please refrain from voting the people who are hypocrite, those who oppose a publicly favored policy and then suddenly changing their minds when the election day is nigh. These kind of hypocrisy will destroy the people little by little because once they are on that seat, their promises is as good as gone.
1575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Younger Generation and Revolut on: March 07, 2021, 04:21:48 AM
~
This is the exact thing I would do — hold her by the hand. It's not enough that she's showing interest in Bitcoin, you have to make that interest worth its while for her. She can easily get distracted once she ignorantly falls victim of hack or scam. As her father and a veteran member of a Bitcoin forum you just got your first close ardent Bitcoin disciple. So, make it count. Don't be a distant observer to her. I don't think monitoring and directing her on this will be counted as infringing on her privacy or freedom if that's what you're worried about.
I can agree with you in a certain way but being a doting parent won't help if you are trying to teach your children these things, especially the boring details. You had been a young one once, so you know how stubborn they are if they want to get in their way. Take it slow and just teach them the ropes in a way that isn't overwhelming her ideas.
1576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Younger Generation and Revolut on: March 07, 2021, 03:38:42 AM
If you are that worried about your daughter using Revolut, I think that you should teach her the hard way so she can secure her bitcoins. It is a good thing that younger generations are getting into the bitcoin business because I believe that these people should know the value of money and earn money at a younger age, waiting to go to college and getting a degree at this era is not a plausible option because the prices of commodities are piling up and any assistance can be of big help.
1577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Security Issues Question on: March 07, 2021, 03:01:01 AM
Why are you worried about that? You are getting your bitcoins and you can cash it in USD or local currency, what is the problem with that? Can you please explain how is the Chinese government stealing USD? You wanna know how those billions of dollars are lost? Some of them are stored in the cartel warehouses waiting to be laundered, others are burned, thrown in trash, shredded and became fertilizers.
1578  Economy / Economics / Re: Cathie Wood - Non Fungible Tokens (NFT) & Wallets will disrupt the markets on: March 06, 2021, 05:52:08 AM
NFTs have opened the doors for us to create and encounter new opportunities. More advantage if you are a digital artist with out of the box creativity to tokenize your art. This could be huge on the long run because the demand keeps growing right now.
Definitely, with NFT emerging, a whole new generation of artist are going to be born and with the advent idea of anything goes on the Internet, I think that we will see something different and good products. This will be a generation that will create new Banksy, Basquiat, and other artists, and together with more rich people being interested in this kind of thing, I think that NFT hasn't reached its full potential but it will definitely get there.
1579  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: March 06, 2021, 05:06:41 AM
In my oppinion this can become good way to make Bitcoin accepted by more people easier. When more people understand about cryptocurrency then it can make more people interested to invest in bitcoin. I think there is nothing to worry about it. Day by day more people like to choose cashless payment method, this is opportunity for bitcoin.
This is a competition for bitcoin and if the government chooses to be involved, I think that they are going to be doing any means necessary to make their digital currency more favored than bitcoin. I would say that if they were to go in the industry right now, I think that they are too late because most digital currencies either died down or are useless. The people will always choose what is going to be more convenient for them no matter who offers it.
1580  Economy / Economics / Re: Global debt soars to 356% of GDP on: March 06, 2021, 04:22:25 AM
Tesla reminds me of the Yahoo stock during the dot com bubble. Back in the late 90s, Yahoo had some sort of monopoly in the search engine market. The stock price went up like a rocket during 1998-99. The P/E ratio was in high hundreds . And when the dot com bubble burst, it all came crashing down. Yahoo never recovered, as Google quickly became the most popular search engine. There is a strong possibility that the same can happen with Tesla. Right now they have some sort of monopoly in the EV sector. But competition is also increasing. And the current P/E ratio of 700-800 looks extremely high for me.
There is a possibility that Tesla won't go down too, AFAIK EVs are still a luxury item which means that many will still buy Tesla because they already have a foothold on the market compared to other start-ups that needs to prove themselves first before they can earn the trust of the market. I don't think that Tesla won't suffer like how Yahoo did back in the dot com bubble era. There are other car companies but most of them are still doing great, and I believe that this will happen to Tesla too, there might be new markets but they will still get by. I can't imagine the world having debts, I mean the idea of global debt is ridiculous in the first place but we have no choice but to pay for it.
