1561  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am Never going to Leave this Forum no Matter What on: May 30, 2023, 02:23:47 AM
Whether you, I or someone leaves the forum, there will be an important reason why it has to be done. Those that have left can always comeback freely and at anytime they wish to do. Sometimes, personal matters don't have to be publicly announced whether you'll leave or not. But if you need to focus into something in real life and it's like giving up your activeness in the forum, that's okay. It's part of someone's detoxing and taking time. Just like satoshi, he's left the forum for years and we'll never know if he'll be back or someone will open his account but that's more of unlikely.
1562  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Do you recommend investing in hyip on: May 29, 2023, 11:53:05 PM
@OP and for everyone who's curious to think that if they'll invest on the "right" HYIP will they be okay? There is no right "HYIP" and all of them are likely a scam. So, what you're trying to say is if you invest on them there's a chance that you'll get good rate and you'll be safe from the scam ones. Remember of what everyone is saying that most of them are likely scam and the ones that are enticing with good rates are even scarier than what you think because they're there to trick everyone and people like you who's in the middle of thinking of investing on them.
Honestly, it's a good thing that you've come to ask about this last month and it's still applicable as many newbies come in here asking for suggestion into this matter. And hopefully that you're reading and those that are gullible, everyone's opinion about the topic. Because if you haven't asked it, there is a possibility that you've followed your heart without thinking and you probably fell for an HYIP already and will cry out soon that you've been scammed.
1563  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chat GPT do a TA about bitcoin on: May 29, 2023, 10:12:11 PM
What it had provided for its probability is like a safe term to be given even by someone who analyzes the market.

It seems to me that these percentages do not add up to 100%, because they relate to different time intervals. The bot seems to give the most likely scenario for a given period and gives its probability. The second analysis seems better.
While it has given these analyses and predictions of what it thinks of the market. Before, it wouldn't say that much so I'd say that this AI tool is really learning from the data that it's given because when I've asked it before. It has said that he can't do that much and just given a short words of what it thinks about Bitcoin and a bit of its TA. Thanks OP, really a good topic. Newbies might be dependent on it but it's still best to just use this as a reference but not the deal breaker of their decisions.
1564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Today I Have Shared About The Benefits Of Bitcoin With My Friends on: May 29, 2023, 08:53:25 PM
3. Can Gain Huge Returs : I have also shared that you can make huge profits by buying and holding it. But you have to buy when it's price is cheap and it's very easy to use. You just need to have an internet connection only which may be a limitations too.
It's nice that you've shared how good Bitcoin is but please, with this quote of saying to them that they'll get huge profits and it's like a guarantee to you. Please don't do this.
This is where people are getting rekt because of the thinking that they'll be making a lot of money in Bitcoin without experiencing something isn't nice. When you get to introduce it to them and these people that hear you out will think that it's okay to invest without worrying about the fluctuation.

I also told about it's volatility but assured them if you buy at cheap at the end of the day you will win surely.
While this is true in the long run, you'll never know how patient they are.
1565  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I've lost $10 when depositing to OKX (formerly OKEx) on: May 29, 2023, 02:33:53 PM
I guess we're just looking for someone to blame with our negligence of checking everything first before doing a transaction. This is a norm for most exchanges that we check first the minimum deposit/withdrawal amount before doing anything just to make things comfortable for ourselves.

I don't know if it's still negligence on the part of the user not to "frequently review" the terms for certain changes. OKX's terms of service was last updated 2 weeks ago. It might again be updated a couple of weeks later, and then another couple of weeks later, and so on. Is it fair to expect users to read the kilometric terms of service every once in a while? Have you done it?

OP checked the limits but then it changed, and there was no communication whatsoever informing him/her of that. But the terms say that it is enough that OKX change the "last updated" date in providing notice of the changes. To me, this isn't fair.
Not about the TOS but just the typical words that we see when we're about to withdraw or deposit. There usually those amounts posted there before we do any of those. But, I could also be wrong that it's not a negligence on his part and it should really be blamed to OKX for changing terms without informing anyone with a blast email of the terms for these amounts have changed. Because if he just did checked it out first and read a bit, not the TOS or updates but the notes that's there before doing the transaction of depositing of how much the minimum amount is, I doubt it that he'll proceed with the deposit.
1566  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto influencers secrets that all newbies should be aware of on: May 29, 2023, 11:50:49 AM
It is nothing new, they get paid to at least give these shitcoins and projects to have some exposure on their contents. Even like making some discussions and will have some script that they'll be given by those projects like "Look, I've found an interesting project" will say the name but then there's some disclaimer that it's not a financial advice. And for these projects, that's already more than enough specially if the influencer always gets a lot of viewership for every video they make like thousands. That's like a one time - payment for these influencers and after that, they'll just forget that they've advertised these projects and will ignore if their viewers will ask them what happened to the project that they've shilled before.

The best advice to bbigtart is to stop relying on ChatGPT and other such AI tools that can generate the text based on the questions. Do your own research and learn the topics deeply first and then answer it with proper knowledge and understanding without using artificial intelligence tools.
Your advice should not only be for bbigtart but for all of us here the rules about the usage of AI applies to all who post here, whether you're in a campaign or not.
It's really for everyone who still hiding a secret and relying on these AI tools for their conversations and posts in the forum. Don't they like it when it's natural and they're thinking on their own of what they're going to say? We are not yet robots and then they use it for their own advantage and shows that they're only doing little efforts from the discussions. It's best to see them go with natural discussions and we're all for genuineness of the posts we do. There could still be few that's never caught and keep on doing it, don't worry time only can tell until someone catches them.
1568  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I've lost $10 when depositing to OKX (formerly OKEx) on: May 28, 2023, 09:12:22 PM
I guess we're just looking for someone to blame with our negligence of checking everything first before doing a transaction. This is a norm for most exchanges that we check first the minimum deposit/withdrawal amount before doing anything just to make things comfortable for ourselves.

After this case I am considering to switch over to another exchange as I think what they've done is not fair. Anyone still using OKX should take caution about this new minimum deposit amount as once it happens they are not willing to help you to get your funds back (I have tried to contact their support).
There's a bunch of exchanges out there and I think if the same situation is being experienced again, you'll be ending up finding another one. So, if ever you find one, always make sure how much the minimum amounts for deposits and withdrawals to simply avoid this problem.
1569  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to the bitcoin rate if the global economy collapses in 2023? on: May 28, 2023, 07:48:32 PM
This is the first time bitcoin has faced its biggest challenge ever. So it's hard to say anything in advance. But given its deflationary virtues, scarcity, and out-of-the-box features, we might expect it to benefit from an economic fallout rather than worry about it.
I don't even think that there's some hardest and biggest challenge that Bitcoin has faced or will be facing for this year. Because as I've said, the one that's hardest based on my experience was 2018.

It's just your feeling, but if we rely on market conditions from the impact of macro news of the world economy, this is the biggest challenge bitcoin has faced when created so far. I have also experienced bear season in 2018, it can be said to be harsh, but because it is the first time experiencing bear season, the feeling of fear is much more. I panicked and dumped my assets in 2018, but this year I want the bear market to last as long as possible. That's because we've experienced and understood how the market works, instead of being scared, we're excited when the market crashes. Because it gives us the opportunity to buy everything at a high discount.
There's the different sentiments that I've heard about this year, many including me says that it's almost gone while you want to have it last long. But then, if we look at the market situation, it's more likely that it's about to end soon. For many newbies, they don't like seeing the market crashed because who doesn't want to see the price of Bitcoin goes low is that they're included. I'm still contemplating about the challenge that you're saying if it's not reflected on the market and if it has recovered it after going under $20k and it's now above $25k.

While it's true that you need to know more so that you can earn more. But if you've got also a brilliant mind, even if you don't know something but you're able to use others intelligent mind and start earning from it. There are too many strategies that one can do.
It's all about being wise and working smartly through outsourcing some of these jobs and you'll be the one like doing the middleman thing by finding clients and proposing stuff to them. In the end, yes, it all comes by being knowledgeable and how sellable you are.
1571  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How i can manage my job and my Bitcoin Trading at the same time? on: May 27, 2023, 10:41:23 PM
If you want to trade, you have to start with an amount that you are okay to lose it. Why? Because it's not guaranteed and being a newbie, you really have to go through the process and even it's kind of risky but from there you'll get to learn how the market works. It's not going to be an overnight process for you as most of the traders truly are losing from time to time. 1572  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to the bitcoin rate if the global economy collapses in 2023? on: May 27, 2023, 01:59:11 PM
We do get that a lot of time and it's been dead for so many times. That's why with these negative speculations, people should have learned a lot from those words and they've been seeing how strong Bitcoin is. Whether there will be a lot of factors that will show how devastated the global economy and Bitcoin might be affected by it, the thing here is that Bitcoin will remain as is and won't be easily dying just as what others have been thinking for years.

Yes, bitcoin has been through many ups and downs during the last 14 years, and it has not only not stood up but has grown more robust in the previous 14 years. But one thing we need to know is bitcoin has never experienced an economic crisis and has never been under interest rate pressure like last year.
I guess we can compare that economic crisis that people are considering is the bear market. The toughest that I have experienced was the 2018 but I know that there's the tougher one in the past years but I haven't experienced that and that's why I am only speaking on my experience.

This is the first time bitcoin has faced its biggest challenge ever. So it's hard to say anything in advance. But given its deflationary virtues, scarcity, and out-of-the-box features, we might expect it to benefit from an economic fallout rather than worry about it.

1574  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to the bitcoin rate if the global economy collapses in 2023? on: May 27, 2023, 08:25:38 AM
It's been a talk ever since before the pandemic came in, USD crashed, economy of most countries have been down and so.
As Bitcoin have seen to be somehow have that small attachment to the world economy, then it can have some impact if the global economy will collapse for this year.
But we're already near half of this year and did we see anything something happened that lies between a collapse? No or not yet.
I am not counting on it and that should just put my mind into stress and let's just tackle wherever Bitcoin is heading and bringing us on this bumpy journey.
just consider of the previous years that people speculated BTC will be doomed. but up until now, it remains standing. and how many crises that we have encountered throughout the years? we may have seen a lot of ups and downs but bitcoin is still here. the global economy may collapse, but in my opinion, btc may goes down but won't disappear.
We do get that a lot of time and it's been dead for so many times. That's why with these negative speculations, people should have learned a lot from those words and they've been seeing how strong Bitcoin is. 1575  Economy / Economics / Re: Success in finance and investment is a journey of finding your true self on: May 27, 2023, 06:38:36 AM
The approach really differs from each person's perspective if it's about investing and finances. But I do get the point that those successful people aren't really the greatest shape of themselves. What they're all telling is that they love what they're doing, the passion is there and no matter what the results will be, they're prepared for it and they just love working and grinding with what they're doing. There's no need for any motivation on them because they believe what they do and that's the best form that they can be. It's the same as us, we believe in Bitcoin and despite people telling the same discouraging words again and again, we're here to stay and the same goes for Bitcoin.
1576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 51% attack on Bitcoin on: May 26, 2023, 11:49:15 PM
This website:

PoW 51% attack cost
https://www.crypto51.app/

says that for someone to operate a 51% attack for an hour to Bitcoin, it will cost them around $1.6M. This is prolly just an estimation and it could even be more. While it's gonna sound like a threat after looking at those projects that have been 51% attacked but it's highly unlikely to happen to Bitcoin. Whoever is gonna fund this much to just attack the network will cost them a lot and it might not be worth it because of how strong the network is and this is the beauty of Bitcoin's network and its security.

I think I've seen this posted in different freelancing communities where these "employers" are trying to hire people and that's the actual job that they're about to do as per OP's description. It's gonna require KYC and the ones that will adhere to OP will be involved in money laundering.
Otherwise, this can also just be a data gathering offer for which OP is just gonna collect your info and you'll be added to their database that shall be sold somewhere for marketing purposes and much worse, scamming purposes.
It's most likely stolen credit cards or something of that nature. Whomever is dumb enough to fall for this will likely face jail time if/when convicted. Let's use our brains here and not help people like this screw over our forum members.
Hopefully, no one will be gullible on this offer and no help OP will get. If everyone don't want some FBI folks to surprise knock their doors, don't patronize this.

I don't think that even you earn anything close to $500 in a month.
That's what they'll say that they're earning this x,xxx amount so that people will feel that there's an easy way to earn a lot of money in real life. But we go back to the traditional way and advices like.
