I keep saying on fence with Gaw, but these constant delays in announcements or showing something of financial transparency is not acceptable. Wait a week he say, WHY?  ? What is the reason for that? I just think releasing full facts that phase 1 has been sold to real investors and was as good as he said at this point would just create more people buying hashlets as they would know it's totally legit as far as ICO is concerned. When I was a teenager personal computers did not exist yet. People were committing computer crimes like hacking into banks and stealing money and there was nothing criminally they could do to prosecute. Took them a while for the law to catch up with technology. Could be same issue is at play here. No crimes committed because no laws apply to crypto currency mining. Not sure, but just a thought. this is so true i remember the people who had stolen alot of money from banks and exchanges and used exploits of collecting everything after the .XX12242 place in cents. Was just little by little but done millions of times for some time they got lots of money and only got slap on hand probation. |

I find it hard to understand how this isn't an obvious ponzi scheme.
Hashrate is 1.1btc/th (-9% to vip users with referals), and even the most conservative estimates (5c/kwh, 0.5w/gh, zero overhead) indicates that there are at least $180/year in costs. A more realistic estimate (0.7w/gh, 7c/kwh, minimal overhead) put costs at over $365/year.
Unless fees are implemented out of the blue to recoup these costs, this makes no sense.
I think they said pictures of the mine should arrive. They could have a really good deal on hardware and they may be ready to invest some money in the beginning to become bigger; when they got big enough they will ask for some maintenance fees at least for new contracts. I think it would be great to have the pictures. I definitely understand the amount spent to promote the site and its a great strategy. i invested a small amount in the beginning, and is have already got around 20-25% return. i agree with this pictures are a good thing for alot of people. Would preffer a video even if it is like 30 seconds of quick walkthrough showing miners and all that good stuff i am sure that will make people happy. Also people are always happy to see live miner stats from cloud mining and also allow people to plug in own miners like ghash.io allows people to do and still cloud mine off cex cloud shares  |

Is anyone questioning them legally at this point? Would be good to know what the current standings are. Cracks are forming with people asking questions but i suspect it will all go away with a new prime boost or amp or whatever that gives 100x paycoin value (which at this point has no value because paycoin does not indeed exist yet(released)).
The sad thing is once the pyramid of worship collapses the money will be long gone and moved so the investors will just have to be happy with jail time as punishment.
If people want to really see this happen faster they should be mining the actual btc from zenpool or genesis pools and withdrawing daily and stop selling their hashlets on the market to remove the income from it to support payouts. I suspect that over time withdrawals would start being locked.

It's pretty hard for an individual to prove that an operation like this is a scam or not. Every comment you see on hashie is speculation since no one really knows. I'd just say don't invest more than you can afford to lose as always.

Anyone some experience with Cointellect? I read a lot that it is fake, but I bought a starters contract and receive my daily €€. Most of the time, its all about how long will you be paid till they run away. If you were like in the first few people to buy a contract, then maybe you have a chance. Pyramid schemes seem to work until they collapse; they don't say they are a pyramid scheme but it is usually obvious if you study the scheme carefully. this is true that is why we always try to look for some research on our own but also depend to some degree on the people who can give advice. I dont mean people with like less than 100 posts on their profile with 2 week old account lol. |
