I laugh at my continent when foreigners call us poor. You make a statement online about the continent or any country in it and the first thing that comes to people mind is "That poor country or poor continent". Who is to be blamed for all these, it isn't just the leaders anymore but the people are to be held responsible because they voted those leaders into power. New poll just came out from WSJ/NBC stating that there is a majority of Americans who support an impeachment inquiry starting into Trump. Though there is no majority present for removing the President from office. This is a very unique position to be in. Lets go back in history to look at Nixon.By the time that the house had started an impeachment inquiry into Nixon, he had already had horrible approval ratings and about 40 percent of Americans supported removing him from office. Nixon didn't even have the support of his own party. Look at Clinton. Clinton had great approval ratings, 68 percent of Americans supported him at this point and only 28 percent of Americans supported removing him from office at the start of his inquiry. Clinton had about 40-50 percent of Republicans approving of him. Trump is somewhere between these two in terms of impeachment. And an extreme on his approval rating. His approval rating his between these two -- but Trump has most of his support from Republicans (80-90 percent support of Republicans) and 30-40 percent support from Independents and pretty much no support among Democrats. Over the past few days, it has been difficult been an African immigrant, living in South Africa. There isn't any assurances of carrying out your daily activities without the fear of getting abused/assaulted by either the South African police force or citizens. Businesses and (in some cases), home residents of these immigrants have been targeted, burnt/destroyed beyond recognition. Warning: Very graphic images.     Yes those images are correct, there have been reports of immigrants, cars, businesses etc getting burnt (alive) for no just reason. From my point of view, the South Africans are just displaying selfishness and a little bit of jealousy. These immigrants pose no threat to their economy as they claim, accusing them of stealing their wealth etc. It saddens me seeing my fellow Africa brothers & sisters doing this to others. American manufacturing like it was in the 1950s into its decline in the 1970s is something that'll likely never happen again. It was the biggest boom in manufacturing in the history of the world. It could only occur because all other country's manufacturing capabilities were crippled by bombed factories, and the US had a monopoly on the manufacturing industry, it had very little to do with economic policy. If we want to return to that, we'll need WW3 to take out all of Europe and Asia's factories again. We'll also need to triple the population, and population density, as our supply chain isn't nearly as compact as China's.
We had the same slave labor as China not too long ago. Bringing that back would also be a good step towards returning to US manufacturing's golden era.
