1681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What have you got rid of to accumulate Bitcoin on: March 30, 2023, 03:16:34 PM
In our era, you don't do those things that the others did because you can just spend some time doing some bounties and use all the rewards to invest in bitcoins and just do that cycle until you decided to withdraw them all. Back then bounty campaigns are legit and only a few projects are not paying but when some scammers made their version of ICOs, that's when the problem begin, and until now the chances of getting payment from those bounties are dramatically subsided and also most of them are no longer worth to work for.
1682  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Change of government on: March 30, 2023, 01:29:52 PM
Most of the time when the opposition wins the election, they will go to postpone all of the ongoing projects of their past opponents because they don't want them to advertise their names through those successful projects and the result is always wrong because the country will delay its progress in every aspect and mostly you can see such happening in the cities and the other provinces that still freeze in time in terms of improvement and other important things.
1683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 30, 2023, 12:48:19 PM
Last night was the first time I saw Westbrook have an MVP-worthy performance. With Leonard and Paul George absent, he took charge of the game and led the Clippers to a big win against Memphis with a full roster. Westbrook scored 36 points on 13-18 shooting and added 10 assists, effectively turning back the clock with his play.

That was the kind of game the Lakers badly needed from him but it seems like he can't do that freely because of the pressure against him at the Clippers, he has some teammates to rely on and it's working because they are now getting more wins in this circus runs in the western conference and it is the most important thing he can contribute to the team because they need him to play on that level, especially in the NBA playoffs. Let's just hope they won't get choked this time.
1684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top AI Crypto coins that can possibly change your life on: March 30, 2023, 12:26:34 PM

After that, web3 came in, and now it's AI that seems to be just like Defi and metaverse too, which was ignored when it started, and I think it will gradually be noticed because it will be trending eventually, for sure this is just my opinion. That's just the time for the trend to explode.

AI is different because they have some futuristic project which wasn't there before and most of them are useful and innovative that can even make other jobs extinct in the upcoming years. But as we talk about how trendy these projects are, some scammers will gonna use this opportunity to make their version of an AI project which they will gonna create just for the sake of pump and dump investment everyone must be careful about it and warn others as well about its potential emerges in social media and their community.
1685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: March 29, 2023, 03:54:07 PM

I agree with this. In fact, I believe that he already made some drama, which was the reason why his fight with Pacman before was cancelled. Because if he had gone through a serious operation, he should not have fought Ugas after Ugas won the championship against Pacman. Now that he is back with a big win, Crawford challenges him, but nothing has happened. Maybe Spence knows his limitations and that he cannot win against Crawford, which is why he is making up excuses just to avoid him.

This is so common nowadays in the boxing industry and also he is not the only one doing this other popular boxers as well are dodging the right opponent to pro-long their high-value career because if they lose just once, their value might go down and they cannot sell for a multi-million dollars fight again like last time. As they became popular, they wanted to preserve their influence until they are no longer able to fight in the ring and maybe become one still earning huge amounts of income even when they retired.

1686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 29, 2023, 03:14:50 PM
As boxing fans and bettors, we have no choice but to wait for that moment when we can witness a unification fight. While this won't be Donaire's first time in a championship fight, we want to see him become a unified champion since Inoue is no longer in this division.

Therefore, I hope the promoters don't play games and give Donaire what he deserves, which is a big fight. His time in boxing is limited, and he deserves a chance to achieve his goals before he retires.

That's good and there will be no other good thing to have when they retired than unifying all the best in their current weight division. since Donaire still has the power and speed because he is still getting intense training, he can go and take this chance before he finally put down his gloves but before that, he should put a lot of effort to win his next fight first and think about that after he wins it. He needs to focus on this one and get into the right shape to unify all the belts and become one of the legends in this sport.
1687  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I love politics and I want to be clean politician! on: March 29, 2023, 01:46:50 PM
Someone will become a clean and good politician if he wasn't asking for the position he is currently in because when someone doesn't want to be a leader but the people ask him to be the one who leads them, it means he is the real deal and he is the only one who is fit to be in that position and when you read histories, these are most of the successful leaders and the man who is now added to the history is no other than President Rodrigo Duterte. If the person will campaign and beg the people to vote for him, that's a crook and I think no one in the history of the world became a clean politician by doing that.
1688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 29, 2023, 01:00:42 PM
If someone would have asked me where do I see Heat before the season starts , I would have answer most likely with achieving NBA finals without any doubts. Now , I'm not even sure they will have a deep playoff tournament because lately this team is super shaky and barely makes important victories and the victories that are coming , are with teams from bottom of standings.. . I really hope Heat are aware of this and they are trying to change what is not working for them. Smiley

Looks like the Cavaliers are even better than them at this point because they seem getting hard to regain back to compete in that NBA finals once again and looks like this time is a different scenario and if it's not the Bucks, maybe it's the Boston Celtics once again in the NBA finals. After all, when the star players are constantly with their injuries, their games also change and that's what we witness with the heat currently if they cannot improve their play, then they have a lower chance to win the NBA championship as well.
1689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [NEWS] Biden budget proposes 30% tax on crypto mining electricity usage on: March 29, 2023, 11:39:13 AM
I find it funny seeing so many people think that this has already become a law already. There's a huge difference between proposal and law. Crazy crypto related proposals are suggested all the time, but very few become laws.
This particular proposal sounds like one of those proposals which will get swept under the rug pretty quickly since US senators stand to lose more thanks to it in the long-term.
Stop jumping to conclusions and think for a second. Just my 2 cents.

This is just maybe a proposal but those who are hostile towards bitcoins and cryptocurrency will use this opportunity to cast doubt towards the people and will gonna confuse them with it in their headlines.

I wonder why they always make such kinds of proposals when they are getting something good from these miners and they are getting juicy money from them. They even forgot their real problems which are the important things they need to work on with to improve their economy and their country.
1690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is crazy on: March 29, 2023, 10:51:40 AM
Why would you fall for it?

An outrageous claim and a lot of people commenting on the positive side of the video is undoubtedly a shill attempt. I don't know why those people would do it since the subject they are shilling is a popular crypto, not specifically the one they made. Nevertheless, such similar scenarios are known way long ago, it is a scam or shill method. It is just the contents itself that are differ, but the main point are alike.

There are always scammers like this and as we are heading into a better future, they are also improving their way of scamming people it would be best to always equip ourselves with knowledge in order to prevent from getting victims to these scams. I never thought they can use chatgpt to fool others about their scam content and that's why it's really recommended when it comes to crypto investment you should not underestimate these kinds of people and it's better to not join the hype to be save from these scammers.
1691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 28, 2023, 03:36:52 PM
Yeah, probably it's the smart moved to do right now, not taking the risk and let Joel have his rest against the Nuggets, of course we wanted to see him and Jokic 1:1 because they are two front runners for the MVP race, but that can wait, what's important is that they are now in the playoff and they need to be careful for Joel not to get injured or something.
And as the regular season is about to close, there are going to be a lot of very close games.
Specially teams fighting for the last play-off spot and then the play-in teams.

They're doing this thing now because they already know when their star players are out in the NBA playoffs, the opponent team will easily beat them and if it's not the case, the next rounds will be harder for them and they can't do anything about it because the trade is no longer available.

This is also been the practice of the other teams as well and mostly they are succeeding in doing this just like what we have seen with the GSW last year.
1692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment involves being realistic, doesn't it ? on: March 28, 2023, 02:50:30 PM
This only applies in most of the altcoins because when it comes to bitcoins you won't have this kind of problem whenever you have the patience to wait for its price to rise because that's always been the case before and it will be like that from time to time. But when it comes to altcoins, you have different stories because most of them may or may not recover after the price will crash and the only thing you can do when that happened, is to sell the remaining altcoins so that you can still get some of your money because most of those people who wait for the price to recover, ended up regretting their decisions.
1693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Nghitumbwa (May 3) on: March 28, 2023, 02:00:51 PM

But it's okay if you think Nghitumbwa might able to beat Casimero, the odds is really high if you bet Nghitumbwa to win in this fight. This reminds me the fight between Rolando Romero vs Gervonta Davis, Romero was a KO artist but he got KO'ed by Davis.

It's really a good fight for Casimero because he won't be dealing with someone who is not willing to go clash in the middle of the ring against him. This guy might not be famous but I think, he will gonna go dance with Casimero in the middle of the ring without running and I think this fight might not go to the judges' decision because we all know that Casimero has been frustrated with his last fight and wanted to regain back his honor and popularity. He will finish this guy as soon as possible but at the same time, he should be more careful because he can also get knockout as well by Nghitumbwa.
1694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why I might consider selling my Bitcoin. on: March 28, 2023, 01:18:31 PM
In this case, when you still have some source of income, you should be careful about where to spend it and one good thing is to buy some bitcoins instead of spending your money on some bad habits like cigarettes and alcohol because it will only add you in misery because those things don't benefit you at all. so instead, buy some bitcoins and it will grow and will secure your funds whenever there will be an emergency you won't regret that decision because it has been tried before, and as we can see, there are lots of successful stories when doing that method of investment.
1695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MultiversX - Thoughts? on: March 27, 2023, 04:24:14 PM
Now there are so many different projects created on the hype of the multiverse. Personally, I am skeptical about all this, because I see only one video and different project trailers. And at least some semblance of a finished product is not. Maybe in the future

It started last 2 years and it seems like they are really serious about it because most of the other big companies also joins this huge innovation which will be heading towards it in the next few years to come. Most of the time they talk about this a lot and they are not joking about their enthusiasm and wanted to adopt it in their companies.

I also see a metaverse where they will create a whole city for the sake of tourism and even if you can't go there, you will have some idea about the place and they will gonna make it more realistic so that the tourist will enjoy their visits next time they visit Dubai for real.
1696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 27, 2023, 03:04:34 PM
Very disappointing lost for the Warriors tonight, I mean they claim back from a huge deficit in the 4th and have the chance to win the game. But it was a costly mistake on the part of Green, Wolves was able to steal that ball and then KAT that dagger 3 on transition.
The Wolves though are shooting great % in 3's at Warriors home, Naz Reed connected a lot of it.
Even Slow mo Kyle Anderson has one to beat the buzzer.

They should be cautious in their next game because one more wrong move and miscalculation, will send them away from NBA playoffs and they have to gamble in the play-in tournament which no team in the NBA really wants to be there when they have the chance to secure a playoff spot.  Grin Grin

I hope the Bulls will somehow enter the NBA play-in tournament and will find a way to be in the NBA playoffs this year that would be another milestone for Patrick Beverly and he will gonna given a chance to celebrate that championship-like celebration once again but this time with another team.  Cheesy
1697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many BTC needed for retirement in 10 years? on: March 27, 2023, 02:19:13 PM
The amount varies depending on what kind of source of income you have in your account or what kind of job you have. also, the amount will depend on wherever part of the world you are living in because there are some countries where you don't need to save huge amounts of cash in order o survive for the next 50 years. As for me, I think whenever you have spare money after you spend it on your essential needs, you should buy bitcoins instead of spending it on your hobbies because in this way, you're not only saving it for the future but you also help the bitcoin market to grow.
1698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | POSTPONED on: March 27, 2023, 01:02:43 PM
Agree to this statement, if Casimero will convince the council chances that they will set him to fight with a much
higher ranks from this division or they might set him up and give him that opportunity to fight the champ.
All will be dependent from how he will bring hypes to his upcoming fight and drives the attention of both fans and the organizations.
Who knows if they will allow him to challenge Fulton because of the postponement of the fight against Inoue.

This is not the first time when it comes to Inoue's fight to be postponed, they might just not want to put high risk when it comes to his next fight because they are taking care of his clean record and current popularity. it's really bad to see them postponing this one because everyone seems to look forward to seeing Inoue's fight in this upper division but that does not really matter for them because this is how boxing nowadays, they become so soft that even a small injury will become a reason for a fight to be postponed which was not the case in the past.
1699  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Don't rush life.. on: March 27, 2023, 12:11:52 PM
Nice advice, and one that is relatable. It is true that what is written for you will not pass you by, and it is also true that in order to achieve success in life, you must stand up and work for it. There are times to rush and times to be calm in life; just make sure you do the right thing at the right time. Life does not wait for anyone, so make the most of it while you still can.

You need to have the knowledge and also you need to be motivated on doing those things in order to successfully achieve it. therefore, invest in something beneficial when it comes to your personal life because no one really in this world will gonna help you on doing that except for yourself don't rely on anyone in this world to help you achieve your goals because there is a saying "it's a man for himself" it's better to be silent when you are preparing to reach your goal and just be humble when you finally reach the top.
1700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: March 27, 2023, 11:10:19 AM
Fair enough, yeah it could be big as the Ali upset on Liston that time, and it seems that's where Ali has started his trash talking though and from what I read it was like over before the actual fight because they say that Liston is really affected on what is Ali is saying on the public against him. I mean the psyche war is already won by Ali already.
Not just that he look very educated + charisma. It maybe stem from him always praising God first during his win or when he is interviewed.
It seems that the kid is God fearing and that's where he got his strength.

Also, he is the underdog which really doesn't matter to him because it comes inside the ring it should be a different story because they are both capable of knocking out each other and though Davis is the upper hand in the eyes of the boxing expert, I'm sure there will be lots of fans cheering for Garcia because he has lots of fans and supporters all around the world. That's why he really needs to practice how to successfully land his signature punch against Davis so that it will become a never-forgetting moment in boxing history.
