The commentator is talking about the Uruguay and Portugal revenge and that both the teams are would not want to loose.
What is that revenge about - can anyone shed light on it.

At the last championship four years ago in Russia, Portugal was kicked out of the tournament by Uruguay with a score of 2:1. This is why the commentator mentions revenge, probably from Portugal's point of view.

These two teams have played three times so far and have one win each, while one match ended in a draw.

I got scammed before now that's is why I'm able to figure out that the message to me was from scammers.

Yes, it's definitely a scam. I've been hearing about fake USDT mint and trading platforms for a while now. But I'm not sure this is the same as what you're talking about. They will often contact you via Telegram or Whatsapp and provide you with a username and password. As if by accident. When you log into the website, you'll find that there's an unusually high amount of USDT (of course it's not real) which you won't be able to withdraw.

They're using old techniques but coming up with new names everyday for scamming new set of people.

Half-time: France 0-0 Denmark

France have dominated possession in the early stages of their second Group D match against Denmark, but they haven't been able to capitalise on their opportunities. But, despite the lack of concrete goals, France takes this game very seriously. The French have put three shots on goal, while the Danes have none. Christensen's interception on Mbappe looks like a pivotal moment in the game, as it would surely have resulted in France taking the lead.

EDIT:
France 1-1 Denmark
K. Mbappe 61‎'
A. Christensen 68‎'

Christensen's goal from a corner kick brought Denmark level with France, after Mbappe had scored for Les Bleus just seven minutes earlier.

EDIT 2:
France 2-1 Denmark
K. Mbappe 61‎'
A. Christensen 68‎'
K. Mbappe 86'

Mbappe puts France back in the lead.

<...> some people in the forum are already feeling frustrated of not having much merit, while some person's posses merits, and giving it out seems hard.what can be done to get this merit.

Which people? Can you show us some examples?

Anyway, there are several merit-sharing topics started by some merit sources. If you think that a post of yours or someone else's deserved merit but was overlooked, posting it to one of those threads is likely your best bet at getting warranted attention from the merit sources and getting some merit.

1727  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it possible to get bitcoins for free? on: November 26, 2022, 02:29:12 PM
I think faucets are not worth your time. I mean, because the chances of them paying out is quite low. You will have to wait for months before you reach their minimum payout threshold. I think we, who are always looking for ways to earn more bitcoins should also bear in mind that time is the most precious resource in all of this, hence using our time on faucets is not the best thing to do.

So the conclusion is: yes it's possible to get free bitcoins but only in small amounts. If you're up for spending a lot of time accomplishing this, then go for it, if you don't have the time, then it's not worth it.

Deposit, withdraw and wager with a wide range of cryptocurrencies, all transactions and deposits are  transparent and secure.
<...>

@HunnyFinance, do you even support Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals? I don't think you are allowed to promote a casino in the BitcoinTalk.org Gambling board if your casino only works with shitcoins.

As can be seen from these screenshots, the supported networks are: BNB, Fantom, Polygon, OKEx, Harmony and Avalanche. No Bitcoin.

EDIT:
I just saw this.

$HUNNY is not the only only token you can use to play with in HunnyPlay, you can play with many other coins, and soon BTC ETH.

I don't think many people here care about your shitcoin (which, by the way, lost 99% of its initial value and has almost zero trading volume atm). Until you start accepting BTC, you are not welcome on this board.

My aim being here has always been to introduce Hunnyplay to the bitcointalk community, ...

This is not entirely true since your first post on this forum was to introduce HUNNY DAO:

💎💎HUNNY DAO💎💎

The first DAO on BSC backed by DUAL TREASURY RESERVES!
Price rocketed from $14 to $100 at launch and it’s still early stage!
Insane APY of 200,000%! Get your $LOVE while it’s still cheap!

Judging by how your Hunny DAO investors have been rekted in the past, I think the members of this forum have every right to be suspicious of any other project of yours. You are an unlicensed illegal gambling operator, so the only insurance you can offer to your customers is your reputation. I have to admit that I don't really like what I've seen so far.

Currently we are pretty healthy in cashflow and are able to give out MegaWins from slots many times without any problems.

As some members have already suggested, the only way to prove your words is by showing proof of funds.

@Hunny, can you provide proof of reserve for your bankroll? This will might help you to convince player that you are serious on operating your casino in long term.

And now, the referee shows the penalty spot. Ronaldo seems to be taking this opportunity.

Yes, unfortunately. A very undeserved penaldo in my opinion.

But now we have an equalizer from Ghana!

Portugal vs. Ghana: 1:1
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 24, 2022, 05:15:50 PM
Today, Ghana is playing completely defensively. The first half is over. Ghana's players did not attempt any attack. They are focused on keeping their defense strong. Portugal's players made several good attacks, and even Cristiano Ronaldo scored a goal, but the goal was disallowed. Portugal is playing well. But there is nothing surprising if the match is a draw. Because the performance of Ghana's defenders and goalkeepers today is excellent.

Yes, Ghana plays the classic bunker game. It may not be pretty or attractive to look at, but I can't really blame them for sticking with it. At least it works for them, right? At least, it works when you're playing against a team like Portugal. It's not like the Black Stars are playing a team full of slick dribblers who can cut through their lines with ease. Ghana did an excellent job of keeping Portugal's offense from finding any openings. The African side was also able to get some good shots on goal themselves, which is more than I can say for most teams playing against Ronaldo & Co.

True story.

The defense of Korea is made by Kim-Kim-Kim-Kim

They have 4 Kims and that is a good team it will not be easy for Uruguay.
Because of you I'm really looking for this lol

I have to say this is the most amusing fun fact I've heard so far about the World Cup.  Cheesy
It is an understatement to say that Kim is a very popular surname in Korea.

Arabs stopped Argentina, Japanese stopped Germans and anyone would be completely shocked by the results of these two fights. Who would have thought that two non-seeded teams like Saudi Arabia and Japan would be able to beat Argentina and Germany in almost the same scenario?

Although I'm very disappointed with the German team's performance at this year's World Cup, I think that Japan played well and deserved to win. Japanese team played a very disciplined game, with excellent teamwork and solid defense. Germany dominated possession, especially in the first half, and had more shots on target, but Japan showed greater creativity and flair in the second half, which ultimately led to their win. I don't think it was a case of the Germans being flat or not playing to their potential. They just weren't as good as they could have been. It was a case of the Germans being outplayed by an opponent that knew what they were doing and played to their strengths. Japan's defense was also very good, and their goalkeeper made some excellent saves to keep Germany off the scoresheet.
1733  Economy / Reputation / Re: REQUEST FOR ATTENTION OF: All 1xbit Signature Campaign Participants on: November 23, 2022, 07:13:45 PM
I hope that the 1xbit campaign here in this forum would be totally disregard by others. I mean, it has been proven countless of times that they fail to acknowledge all the allegations against them. Even with substantiated proof, that casino refuses to pay its players with their winnings, yet people still advertise it here in this forum.

I would suggest everyone to simply put all participants of 1xbit campaigns on the ignore list.
It's really not that hard to do, so there is no reason not to do it. All of them are spammers anyway.

Yes 👍, I am not looking for BTC sending tool but for altcoins like BNB and others like Fantom etc, thanks for all your feedback guys.

This is the bitcointalk.org forum. All questions related to altcoins should be posted in the Altcoins section of this forum. Find the "move" function at the foot of this thread, and move it to the correct board.
1735  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Invest without predicting a time of bull on: November 23, 2022, 06:52:29 PM
I would like to say that it's not a good idea to invest without any prediction. If you want to be successful in investing, it is necessary for you to predict the future market trends and make decisions based on those predictions.

I'm trying to collect the information from everywhere and from different sources and then try to put them together to make a prediction. It is not easy, but it's not impossible. There are many factors that can affect the price of any cryptocurrency and we cannot predict those factors with 100% accuracy. But we can make an educated guess. The key here is to stay updated with the latest news, research and trends so that you can avoid making any wrong decisions. It is very important to make the right prediction in order to invest successfully. If you don't know about the market or you don't have any idea about what kind of coin you want to invest, then it's better to stay away from it. Don't think that you can get rich overnight just because a friend of yours has made some money with cryptocurrencies. It doesn't work like that and if you don't know anything about the market, then it would be better if you stayed away from it.

This is the first time I have encountered this problem at freebitco.in, but it appears that the server is not working at this time. Hopefully it will be back up soon, but in the meantime there's nothing we can do.

1737  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will there ever be any safe centralised exchange ? on: November 22, 2022, 11:02:04 PM
It is better not to mess with BTC on an exchange, keep your coins safe in cold storage or hardware wallets. If you must trade with a centralized platform, make sure it is a reputable site with a good reputation and has an established track record, and be sure not to leave your coins there for an extended period of time.

The first thing to do is to become informed about the risks of custodial exchanges. That being said, there are quite a few steps one can take to mitigate these risks. First, only keep funds on an exchange that you're actively trading. Next, set a time limit for yourself for how long you'll let your funds sit there. Finally, make sure you enable 2-factor authentication on your account which will be required to withdraw any funds - a good way to ensure no one gains access to your account if your password is stolen.
1738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Posting about new miner on: November 22, 2022, 10:25:25 PM
So he should create new account, isnt that like ban evasion or whatever if he was already banned? How is that different from what he already did from sending mail to bitcointalk ppl? so they never read their mails and thats why he should post in forum where they actually read stuff?

You never said he "sent mail to bitcointalk ppl", and how do you know that no one responded?

All I'm saying is, if you want a public discussion about why your (his) account was banned, posting in the Meta section would be the best place to go. The ban evasion rule applies only if you post in sections and threads other than a specific one in the Meta section.

Fork of cpuminer-opt that adds another algo is not ok?

How is that logical? Your logic also makes you a plagiarist of cpuminer-multi in that case as well.
If you say that forking GPL code and adhering to GPL license (staying open source) is bad, I have a lot of questions in that case

If it's "just" a fork of GPL code then why didn't he release the full source and post his git repo? Why only binaries?
1739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 21, 2022, 08:59:01 PM
Now the match is tied at 1-1. The first half was completely boring. I did not see a tendency to attack or score goals among the players of any team. But in the second half the match became enjoyable. The players of both the teams tried hard to score. And both teams played well. Bale scored from the penalty in the 82nd minute of the match. They will play for another 10 minutes. But I think both teams will be happy with a draw. No team will want to admit defeat in the first match.

Yeah, the first half was a bit slow. Both teams were feeling each other out, trying to find the right intensity. The second half was closer to what people were expecting of this Wales team. They were able to use their speed and athleticism to keep USA on their toes.

USA - WALES 1:1 (Weah 36'/Bale 82'-11m)
Only a few more minutes of stoppage time until the end of the match. Looks like it will end in a draw.
1740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Roshtein fake money streamer or not? on: November 21, 2022, 08:38:36 PM
I don’t understand exactly what’s the importance of determining whether the streamer is using real money or fake because it’s his personal deal to the casino and has no responsibility to disclose to us there deal just to satisfy our curiosity. There’s no benefits for us to pursue this curiosity since they probably have NDA before they become partnered streamer.

You enjoy his stream and that’s the most important thing. You don’t risk any money on the guy so just move on.

I can't agree with your opinion. It's not just his personal deal because he promotes the casino with his streams. Have you ever heard of the term false advertising? Promoting a casino with fake money gambling streams without being upfront about it is deceptive and in most cases illegal.
