1741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery In Your Place on: December 31, 2019, 03:58:35 PM
Lottery is the only legal option for gamblers in a wide scale in my country. The lottery mostly consist of goods rather than money and people win cars and TVs and pay a small tax to take the prize. The lottery runs around the year but are more frequent around festival time i.e. during this month.
It's popular too in my country and many really aims a lot to do it. It's also what others aim to be successful and rich. There is a question always that what if you win in lottery what you will do. I do hope to win atleast even once. Since I'm addicted on betting in it when I feel lucky.
1742  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Facebook Messages roaming around this Christmas and new year Beware on: December 31, 2019, 03:22:38 PM
Happy New Year, palagi g mag-ingat.
1743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO's popularity is starting to slump on: December 31, 2019, 02:56:31 PM
Its because of whats happening to those coins after the IEO. Most of the coins on Binance have become pump and dump coins. They get pumped without a strong reason and then gets dumped. Its exactly like how everything happened with ICO.
There is no proper planning in IEO after being listed the price decline faster, some still seems to be a scam project which is accepted in some exchanges. That's why its hard to trust even there is a guarantee that they will be listed as after that funding, it will be only like ICO, exit scam, no volume and value, a useless investment.
1744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Recap for the year 2019 on: December 31, 2019, 06:10:03 AM
throughout 2019 this is more about learning. where be patient in dealing with a falling market and also a scam project. overall there is no high income I get this year in 2019, everything ended badly. It is different from previous years, but I hope 2020 will be even better.
2019 is not a profitable for me unlike before but still been able to not a loss a lot and still earn when there is chance. Its a year to appreciate even the smallest earning as others may not been able to earn at all and  just quit crypto. Its still good and hoping to be better next year despite of Bear Market.
1745  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: it's so hard trading my day now! on: December 31, 2019, 02:47:58 AM
the more difficult my day on trading day, some speculation and predictions that I make are always wrong, and to get profit now it is very difficult for me to get it, are there any other ways and ideas for me to increase my trading, so that I can get a little benefit , please advise and input by the big traders here or those who have more experience in day trading?
For that, I consider watching expert traders via youtube thus I can feel that I'm being mentored personally as most of them enables you to feel that for you to get motivated. I've known a lot of youtubers wethere it's local or foregin. Trust me, they are really motivating and very professional at the same time.
It's good to have a coach too. Or some references to look at. YouTube can help if we're looking for motivations and looking for new techniques for free as some coaches now are need to be paid high and have limited time too unlike in YouTube. I uses both before as there are time I need to see physically and consult what to do.
1746  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question for me and others? on: December 30, 2019, 02:34:59 PM
Can I ask in every post for getting some merits from people at the end of the post line?

That's not possible, try to be more creative in sharing ideas, news or learnings that may benefit others. In that way you can get merit if they will appreciate your post. It's quite hard to get but wait as sometimes there are give away merit post that you'll be asked to link your post and may consider your post. It's in their judgement whether they will give you or not. Try to share more interesting posts and it may came without you noticing it.
1747  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin might be over but blockchain will live on: December 30, 2019, 02:05:44 PM
blockchain exists because of Bitcoin, and Bitcoin exists because of Blockchain, the two of them are interconnected,
and it's true they won't disappear from this world, Bitcoin will become one of the international currencies I'm sure of that
No, both don't have to be related, because right now we can see that many countries adopt Blockchain technology but don't take Bitcoin, and it's okay. They just want to make Blockchain technology a technology that is able to facilitate tasks in government without taking Bitcoin.
Blockchain have more chance to be use by governments who want to create their own token or do government projects to improve their economy as well their allocation of budget. Blockchain should be use by developers now for better performance of their project even they don't want to relate in crypto, but much better if they can accept crypto to gain adoption for cryptocurrency and for bet market prices.
1748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Business ideas with 60 Bitcoin? What would you do? on: December 30, 2019, 08:06:43 AM
if I have a lot of bitcoin, I will use some of it to open a business, for example, selling tools or food. and others are invested and also do daily trading, because if you do both simultaneously it might be better even though time will be drained a lot
It's good also to have rental businesses, may it be thru land or thru housing and business establishments. Just make sure the are is a busy place with many people. Find business that suits your interest like restaurants etc. If you love what you're doing you'll be successful in it.
1749  Economy / Digital goods / Re: How would you like to get learn how to get 100$ in bitcoin for free on: December 30, 2019, 06:25:59 AM
I doubt if there will be someone here who will avail your service for just spilling some info in the Internet. Users here were already tired of scammy services. If you will be able to explain the complete detail on how it works and shows some proof then it can be possible, but still will seems like ponzi even you said it's not.
1750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Reasons why traders fail in Forex on: December 30, 2019, 01:12:40 AM
It's all about Psycological actions and emotion. I certainly agree about all of the listed in the article. But let me add up some that wasn't said above;

  • Stick to your own GUTS and INSTINCTS
  • Good Management in Trading

Those emotions were being managed now by most of the traders but newbies should really read the article.

Plus having the discipline and being updated can help a lot, I wanted to enroll in a forex trading seminars in my area but the fees were too high to consider that's why I'm taking one step at time in studying. It may seem the same in crypto but they both have different distinction. As we will be needing to focus on different currencies and set ideas on both. Trying to trade forex next year.
1751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs on: December 29, 2019, 03:54:30 PM
I have never experience gaining profit from IEO's from both bounty and investment.
I think investment in initial offering isn't profitable anymore compare to when it was new.
People only tries it as it is considered the new ICO, but like ICO it’s time is now end as we see there are problems faced in IEO that causes some exchanges ruined their name as they accepts projects that seems scam, I didn’t invest in any IEO too unlike before in ICO that I tried to invest once in a while.
1752  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the weirdest thing you have seen for sale for Bitcoin? on: December 29, 2019, 01:29:03 PM
The weirdest thing that I saw in internet where the seller are ready to accept bitcoin is a set of condoms. It is really weird for me, I also saw another posts that offering a human organ just to have a bitcoin. Bitcoin is now becoming mode of payment in the world and many people want to acquire bitcoin and that is why there are weird things that we keep seeing in the market place.
As its an unknown transaction all weirdest things or stuffs we can’t buy personally we were able to buy and sell through paying in BTC. It just they don’t realize yet the amount of btc in the future that’s why even they can bought it physically in stores they tend to buy it in online or in dark web for much weirder stuffs in payment for their bitcoin. Some sold items were too grossed and seems inappropriate to buy really.
1753  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with planning on: December 29, 2019, 11:35:03 AM
I think trading is considered as a career for those that are called as "professionals ", those who have plans and built strategy overtime and this is why they stay through it even when their order is going down, they don't exit until they are sure their plan at that time has been swallowed by the market. But those who run out and in for me are not yet traders but they want to make money through trading.
I know people who already quit their job to focus on trading. Maybe they really are good in trading as they chooses more to trade than to expect a regular income. There are pros and cons but all we need is  really to plan and not be too fast in thinking. I'm planning to do it so but will need to set my goals and identify whether it will be sufficient or too risky to do so.
1754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to promote new alt-coins ,tokens or wallets. on: December 29, 2019, 05:12:14 AM
As far as I know, if the contents you describe are clear and the details will not be deleted by the moderator. Moderators will usually remove content that contains less detailed information and that contains elements of fraud.
So try to explain as clearly as possible so that your content gets good feedback from moderators and members who read. Don't forget to put it in the appropriate thread, for example like in the Announcement section.
There are also rules in each section even in local sections. OP should specify what he really posted as there be no reasons for it to be removed since he can be simply ask to move it to right sections and regarding the payment it might be he hire someone who can post it in his behalf  or it's literal a scam project he tries to promote that it is deleted.
1755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Taxing Bitcoin? Here's the Answer on: December 28, 2019, 07:01:50 AM
in my country, especially in the local market, every time I make a withdrawal of funds subject to tax that I know of the deduction of the other funds are used for my country's taxes. maybe it's one way for the country to get income from these taxes, but maybe the tax is still in a company name not from individuals who use bitcoin or altcoin
In my country too there's a certain fee for converting in our fiat, I think it's the only way now that they can get tax crypto transactions when it's officially converted in their own fiat or by using exchanges that are authorised or registered in that country. Anyway those crypto converted to fiat are have taxed when we buy stuffs locally. But holdings are no way to be taxed now that's why many still invest and hold to keep their investment untaxed.
1756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be bearish as well? on: December 24, 2019, 10:51:52 AM
it's likely to be still bearish but that's only in the early 2020, after the halving happened I'm sure price increases began slowly. well, for altcoin I'm sure will follow the conditions of bitcoin, it's just that it might be a little late because many investors and traders will focus on bitcoin first.
It can still be bearish as long as there are no news or event that will break this season. But news this days are also hard to believe with, let's just hope that the market will soon to recover as many hopes to experience another bull run that we were unable to experience for quite long. A pump in bitcoin as halving approaching can be seen but I doubt if it will be available in some other popular altcoins.
1757  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Loss, A life saver or a evil? on: December 18, 2019, 02:53:30 PM
Agree with you that set stoploss sometime is not too good in crypto. Manytime stoploss price hit and make we out, but i dont think stoploss is a bad option for trader. If you want stoploss become really useful, then you have to learn, get experience on each time stoploss hit, summarize all yours trade history and find the best way to set stoploss.
I prefer setting my own stop loss amount in specific coins. This year I plan to monitor my trade, buy and sell prices to see if I really earn, preferably will stop using bit and just do it manually. I want to stop being greedy on waiting and setting unrealistic price. Will set goal and try to trade more often by next year. It will depends on how we set our stop loss to see it's effect on us.
1758  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you ever trade at work? on: December 16, 2019, 02:25:49 PM
Yes I have done trading at work and I am still doing it whenever I get time but it is difficult to keep your terminal open in office hours for a long time so trading during work should be very selective. If you already have your template set and if you can analyze the trade within a small span of time then only you should attempt to trade else trading should not done during free time only. Trading needs lot of concentration, a proper homework should have been done to select a potential trade so that it takes a few minute to check the complete setup during working hours.
I guess many do it on their free time or even they are busy they might be a trading tab in our computer. I also did some ponzi like mining before in my work computer but the btc value were too low that I wasn't able to transfer it. As long as we were able to submit and passed our work tasks then it's fine. It's a matter of skills how we will be able to do them both.
1759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your Bitcoin cash price prediction on: December 16, 2019, 01:10:32 PM
That will be hard for bitcoin cash to reach $4000 in 2020, but that could be possible to happen. But I never predict bitcoin cash to increase higher, but I might be wrong at this moment. But if we take a look at bitcoin cash history in 2017-2018, bitcoin cash price already reaches $4000k, but at that time, the bitcoin price is more than $15000. So if bitcoin cash wants to increase the price to the higher price, it will need to wait for bitcoin price increase first, then bitcoin cash price will follow.
It all depends on BTC price, bitcoin cash may not be able to reach such amount unless bitcoin pumps again. Year 2017 ATH is way too high that is hard to beat in these days that market is being manipulated and been regulated by many countries and states. If BCH will find a way to be adopted without BTC increasing then it can be but it's still doubtful as it all based in BTC price.
1760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It’s a curiosity to know on: December 16, 2019, 10:44:34 AM
as they say that there are more than 30 million coinbase users, and even more every year. but, it really is unstable. if you question the user, there will be stops, and there will be new ones joining in, we don't know the exact number, but because coinbase is a popular website, I think they have more than 30 million users today.

There are still many users who uses coin base. I still use it sometimes but I also use other exchanges. Maybe others do sign up to just check it's feature and for trial as many traders and investors really prefers to try and look in different exchanges and see whether it fits to them, I guess coinbase is still able to attract customers.
