If you think they are going to be banned for that, then you are having the wildest of dreams

First sort out your mess before people can back you up or even the ones who tagged can consider removing for changing the tags. What I am looking right now is you digging a deeper hole instead by sending stupid retaliatory feedback. Who in their normal senses is really going to support you with such feedback?

1762  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] SellDefi.com ~ Sell files for Bitcoin on: January 24, 2023, 12:14:39 PM
It is important for business to write all rules and terms. And then try their best to implement them. These terms are useful in legal processes. Some countries or network providers can ban our website because they think we sell products to minors. But once we have written it in our Terms of Services everyone knows we only offer our services to adults only. Also if we ever know someone is abiding by our rules then we can delete their products. For example if an underage Twitch streamer (less than 18 yo) puts SellDefi link to some magazine or game coupons for selling to their viewers then we can delete their product because we can find that streamer is not 18 years old.
Thanks for the answer

I don't if this question has been asked yet but using this example of a seller trying to sell some files

Wow amazing, guys hurry! Buy my new images, moon being destroyed by nuke explosion, devastating scene. You could buy and see the images from this link: https://selldefi.com//gLPQZOpnel9raKBzyVXv
They are really cheap right now and limited, go go go and buy them all before someone make a NFT out of them. Don't say I didn't tell you.🤑🤑

I am not even able to preview what is contained in the files. How do I know that the seller is selling me what I actually want, or he's just selling some bunch of files that may not be of use to me, ending with me getting scammed?
1763  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🎁Welcome Pack on BetFury| 💸300 Free Spins + 150% Deposit Bonus on: January 24, 2023, 11:22:59 AM
Either betfury create another usecase for the BFG tokens or figure out new bonuses, or their token will never gain popularity or demand. Who would buy to get dividends when staking other altcoins gives more profit for holders. Id better stack DEX altcoins, then bother obtaining BFG.

What was BFG ATH? A bit more than 3 cents. And that was not even during week when ATH got new ATH and pulled every other altcoin price. What was BFG doing when BTC got new ATH? Loosing its value. Imho when (or if) BTC get a new ATH, we wont see a huge change in BFG price.

Betfury said their goal is to get to #100. The best they did is to enter 3k range. Since appearance, all BFG was doing is loosing its value. Imho platform is more focused on earning from gambling, then on their own token. That is why we are not going to see price increase.
This pretty much happens to any other token out there, and not just BFG. You can't control demand. people rush to buy and hold tokens they feel they will profit from in the short run. People FOMO due to hype

If the token has no hype, however good it is, it will stay down. Bitcoin is revolutionary, you can't compare it to BFG.
1764  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅🍅 wintomato.com 🍅Dice 🍅 Slots 🍅 Sport Betting on: January 23, 2023, 10:45:57 PM

Hi there,

We just made a review about WinTomato Referral Sign Up Bonus Coupon

When it comes to online crypto casinos, one of the best ways to get started is by using a VGOPromo referral or affiliate codes.
So you are all about promoting your affiliate links without really showing the user experience when one decides to use the casino?

Take an example of this scam accusation - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5384260.20. It shows a real user experience when using the casino and how awful their customer care was. This should be what I would be expecting in such reviews if they were honest.
1765  Economy / Gambling / Re: Maverick Games 🚀 BTC & USDT Sportsbook & Casino | Licensed & Regulated on: January 23, 2023, 10:05:27 PM
But isn't this approach better, rather than wait for you to play and make some winnings only to shock you with KYC verification requirements when you are trying to withdraw?
Maybe it is more precise to provide withdrawal limits for non KYC users so that it is not too burdensome for users who must meet the KYC requirements at the start. Because the speculation that fell on this casino made me unable to move freely even to just test it with a few cents.
Let's say the did implement some withdrawal limits which you were eyeing but then along the way, you make a very small deposit and then win big, way many times bigger than the withdrawal limit, what do you do? Abandon the winnings because you don't want to KYC in order to remove the limits and be able to withdraw all your winnings?
1766  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] SellDefi.com ~ Sell files for Bitcoin on: January 23, 2023, 09:46:41 PM
Since according to your terms and conditions, you say a user must be above 18 years old and also in the same terms and conditions you mention that your service is fully anonymous, and that don't collect any user information, How do you go about ensuring that the users accessing your platform are indeed above 18 without collecting any user data?
1767  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] [banned mixer] | Best Bitcoin Mixer | Low fees | Fully automated on: January 22, 2023, 10:11:09 PM
I have done it, So far I don't have a problem and everything is going smoothly. Maybe my internet is a bit slow, because TOR is very slow and buffering when opening page by page yomix,io.
What slow and buffering are you talking about, mate?

I used what is considered to be a slow connection in the present day [I had no choice since my regular Wi-Fi connection was acting up] while streaming a football match at the same time and I didn't face any problems while trying to load the site via too via tor browser

The loading speed seemed normal

Here is proof about my alternative Internet connection speed

1768  Other / Meta / Re: Binance pays Google Ads with the word "bitcointalk" on: January 20, 2023, 11:15:44 PM
I don't remember seeing it. But did one of these big exchanges ever run a subscription campaign here on the forum?
Is bybit also considered a big exchange? Well it didn't last that long though.

I think I remember a Kucoin signature campaign too.

Well out of curiosity I tried too and didn't see any result on Google but did try Microsoft Edge's Bing and this is what I got. A sponsored link to Binance academy as an ad at the top. It's unfortunate I didn't take a screenshot, but I swear to God, I saw it twice. Right now I can not reproduce it. I have tried several times, Coincidence?

1769  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BTCFinder.net 🔑 Bitcoin Private Key Finder on: January 20, 2023, 11:18:33 AM
-snip-... if one finds by chance a private key and cashes in, that's... stealing.
That's exactly what all people should be aware of. It is and remains theft. It's not a lucky find or anything like that. You steal someone else's property and enrich yourself at the expense of other people. Anyone who does something like this should think about how it would feel if their own coins were stolen. Even if the chance of finding a key is very, very, very small, no one should support such sites. It's usually just a waste of time and resources.  Angry
True, it is like getting someone's safe box and then trying different unlock combinations and then finally managing to open it and taking out the cash. That is plain theft or robbery. For many reasons, I am leaning more into tagging OP. Why should such a person be trusted?
1770  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LeLe Gold Farm accusation on: January 20, 2023, 11:00:44 AM
Even after years of Pyramid and Ponzi scheme scam... People still don't understand how these schemes have been trying to evolve with new catchy words and phrases, but the mechanics and model of the scheme is always the same.

I guess people have to first learn the hard way before the OP eyes

1. "If you don't understand where the yield is coming from, you are the yield."
2. If you don't know the source of yield, you're the yield.
1771  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bustabit.com owner @Devans False ban and unnecessary locking of funds. on: January 20, 2023, 10:38:17 AM
The day I am shown where in the TOS gives him the right to indefinitely lock my funds (as per the governing of Curaçao), I will stop going to bustabit.
But he still has the right to lock up the funds until you have sense in your head to avoid bothering him ever again

The operator may temporarily halt all deposits to and withdrawals from the service if he deems it necessary to ensure the safety of users' funds (e.g. in the event of blockchain forks) or for any other important reason.

Man, you are like these kinds of people who end up accessing a restricted area in a zoo having a deadly animal like a tiger because you think you have a right to go there, and you paid the zoo a fee.

I receive my weekly payment from the signature campaign on the same address, and then I transfer it to my account on Binance. I may also use the same address when I am not at my desk to generate a new address from my wallet.
I now understand

Quote
It also happens that I buy crypto from a local seller who uses one address that is sent to me directly to one of my accounts on the trading platforms.
This make me miss localcryptos a lot. They would automatically generate a new deposit address for you once a transaction is detected in the old one. I think even localbitcoins had such a feature before they decided to go full KYC.

1773  Economy / Reputation / Re: Multiple red tagged "Duckdice" have launched "Towerbet" on: January 20, 2023, 09:13:19 AM
I can't belive it mannnn, how tf they manage to do such sht things, still they have thousends of accusations and yet introduced another website, seems profitable business.
The best thing to do is keep away from both platforms. People should practice looking up such threads before using a platform, rather than only searching them up when they have scammed.

Launching a side casino is common, especially for shady platforms, and you can't stop them. Another one I know that did the same thing is Nitrogensports. So it's not something new. Just up your due diligence game and caution.

1775  Economy / Service Discussion / Has an exchange ever blocked your Bitcoins from Signature earnings? on: January 19, 2023, 10:27:58 AM
I am just trying to know from forum members if there is anyone who has ever had their bitcoin payments from signature advertising get blocked by an exchange, citing "suspicious transaction"?

What was/would be your course of action if they asked for source of funds or proof of source of funds, especially if you were dealing with payments from a bitcoin casino or bitcoin mixing platform (since most CEXs seems to be no so friendly with bitcoins from such platforms) ?
1776  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BTCFinder.net 🔑 Bitcoin Private Key Finder on: January 19, 2023, 09:36:27 AM
So someone just woke up and created a website that generates Bitcoin private keys and shares it with the world for people to use, hoping that maybe someone could land on a private key with bitcoins?

Obviously, there's a hidden motive behind the site. Maybe using people's computer resources while they think that they are busy looking for private keys
1777  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] [banned mixer] | Best Bitcoin Mixer | Low fees | Fully automated on: January 19, 2023, 09:08:50 AM
Recently, I participated in Mixero review campaign, I received bitcoins on my own address and then deposited them on my Binance account, only to discover that the balance was frozen and I was unable to use it until after 24 hours. Binance support did not provide a clear explanation.
Less than a week later, I deposited $80 from the same address that I received bitcoins from Mixero, then i was surprised to find that my account was completely frozen and that I had to contact support. The support team said that they suspected some activity on the account and that the verification process will take a month.
I believe that Binance succeeded in tracing the chain of transfers and recognized that its source is the mixer. I don't know what technology Binance uses to do this.
Is it possible for the same thing to happen to Mixing balance from YoMix? Can these transactions be tracked?
They have a number of blockchain transaction tracing tools at their disposal, so it's likely that they were able to trace the transactions. The other mistake you did was to reuse the address. If you are privacy conscious, once you reuse an address, the privacy level drops, and you made the job so easy for them.

IMO, I think mixing coins should go hand in hand with using a good noncustodial p2p service. Unfortunately, one of my most use p2p service, localcryptos is shutdown their business. I don't see the point of mixing coins then sending them to a centralized exchange.
1778  Economy / Services / Re: 🌟 5-STAR REVIEWS FOR YOUR BUSINESS - Increase sales and lift conversion rates on: January 19, 2023, 08:57:55 AM
These false accusations are the reason why we don't usually advertise our services to the general public. Instead, we have been working in close contact with online merchants and small businesses within private groups and communities. We carefully select our customers and we do not deal with scammers.
The fake is that you provide fake reviews. That's the issue and it's not a false accusation

Why would a legit company buy fake reviews, for starters. It's only shady ones and scams that would do so because they want to create a false impression that the service is awesome.
Quote
Plenty of legit businesses have purchased online reviews from us. For obvious reasons, we can not disclose the name or any other information regarding our customers.
The obvious reason is that you know this is an unethical and dishonest practice

Quote
If our services are against the rules, our sales thread will be removed. However, I see plenty of users selling stolen accounts, gift cards and other kinds of illegal products. I don't see anyone enforcing the rules against these users.
Scam is not moderated here, however if a scammer is identified, they will be tagged just like your account has been tagged from selling fake reviews. Identify a stolen account seller, report it in reputation or scam accusations board and see if they won't get tagged.
1779  Economy / Gambling / Re: Maverick Games 🚀 BTC & USDT Sportsbook & Casino | Licensed & Regulated on: January 18, 2023, 10:59:11 PM
Welcome to the forum

To investigate more about this casino, I signed up, but at first, I didn't like entering my country of residence in the registration chart, it was clear that other users were annoyed too. Maybe username + email + password is more than enough.

https://iili.io/HaP11yP.png

Keep in mind before you play that this KYC is mandatory for the casino, as said by @Yogee so I think please reconsider before trying to play because at the beginning you must have KYC it is clear to forum users here that is not what is wanted. If you can make revisions, then providing a withdrawal limit for non-KYC users like other casinos, for example "max withdrawal of $1000/day is far from being considered.
But isn't this approach better, rather than wait for you to play and make some winnings only to shock you with KYC verification requirements when you are trying to withdraw?

Very many casinos now require KYC, especially on withdrawal. They may not ask for verifications immediately when you open an account or lose some bets but just try winning and withdrawing some profits.

Yep, KYC sucks, but I would rather know the devil I am dealing with rather than an Angel I don't know well about when signing up.
1780  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: January 18, 2023, 10:36:39 PM
On a serious note. I don't have any experience with this platform. However, based on the verdict of my friend who previously was a member of this platform, the user experience is below the belt. Also, on this forum, I can see bad reviews for this site. Therefore, I would request everyone to be vigilant and not become victims of any potential scam or loss.

User experience below the belt? What do you mean? Could you please clarify

If your friend faced serious issues with the platform, why didn't you encourage him to create a scam accusation in this forum?
The platform has a reputable owner who is so responsive here, I believe if the negative reviews we see carried some weight, maybe he would have negative tags by now like it is the case with 1xbit, but his reputation seems pretty clean.

Also, some negative reviews are just malicious until they prove that they have been scammed.
