These too good to be true offers should already give the hint to everyone that there's no easy money even in cryptocurrency, the same goes in the real world and finances.

Greediness is the one leading these people to fall onto those traps but the lesson that it will give them will make them realize what the reality is all about and it will sink hardly to them.

A lot of people find it difficult to make proper research before carrying out an investment, especially when there is an enticing profit involved in it. Most people who do proper research before investing in anything are mostly people who have been victims of scams or people who do not get attracted to the motivational speeches of the scammers who will sugarcoat their words in other to convince their victims to invest. Anyone who follows op's advice will always escape from scammers unless the person is greedy or selfish.
And you know what's with these people? They'll only talk when they're done investing into those scams and will ask the community or anyone that had given them advise about DYOR and everything to avoid if they can still recover their money. No offense to them but that's what exactly is happening.

Na'Vi as a Dota 2 team no longer has that charm compared to when they still have Dendi. After Dendi's departure, Na'Vi is no longer a household name in Dota, and has rather became and obscure name in the Dota CIS region. With the arrival of Crystallize, there was a breathe of fresh air, but it didn't last long. If Na'Vi still wants to compete at the highest level in Dota, they need to do some serious overhaul of their team structure and their organization too. They were at the top, but they just became weak over time.
Na'Vi is no longer that Na'Vi that we used to like because of Dendi and its achievements. But I think, Na'Vi is doing its best to shape their roster and trying to be favorites again. Although they're not the one who have won the TI slot, they're still on the last chance.

I honestly like the current roster of Na'Vi and there's like the sense of former VP players that has much experience to use and help the team together with the other teammates.

What I think they need is to have an analyst or coach. They have artstyle as their general manager now but I think he can be part of the coaching staff again.

Anyway, congratulations to BetBoom, it was unexpected while everyone is expecting that the slot will be for Outsiders.
1783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's biggest flops are now pumping ? But why?! on: September 07, 2022, 04:49:10 PM
Yes... no need to FOMO into projects that have ruined thousands, maybe even millions of investors.
The pump and dump for LUNC is for real.

Don't get FOMOed there as we have learned from the past and projects like LUNC isn't going anywhere. The remains of it is no longer good and if it's pumping, it's just all about the pump that he's taking but eventually, we'll see it start to drop.

Otherwise, if it continuous to pumps, then don't catch the falling knives because it will not be forever at that situation.
1784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul VS Anderson Silva October 29th on: September 06, 2022, 11:42:37 PM
This fight is just another match for the sake of clout but yeah, let's take it that Anderson is getting paid decently for agreeing to this match against Jake Paul. I do agree that soon, it's better for him to challenge the real boxers so there's nothing to reason anymore.

Just saw this news. I am so sick and tired of this kid and his brother fighting these old dudes who aren’t even boxers. I mean Anderson Silva is 47 years old. I guess if I could fight someone who played a different sport, is much older and past their prime yet still make millions of dollars I’d do it to. I just want to see these dudes actually fight a legitimate boxer their own age.

Regardless I’ll be tuning in hoping for a Silva KO.
Well, this is their niche and expect that there will be more of these fights because they earn a lot from this.
1785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are people doing except holding Bitcoin? on: September 06, 2022, 10:38:19 PM
It is like not just owning bitcoin but also being an actual businessman and investor in some other assets. That's what it should be and that's the real diversification that one is suggesting to us.

Owning houses for rent and earning from its passive income.

And as you earn from it, you're the one to decide whether you'll reinvest that money or you'll use it for spending in anything as you wish.
1786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all 100x hunters out there on: September 06, 2022, 07:54:56 PM
There's a sense on what he said.

It's true that those projects that have grown that much won't ever grow again with that much gains. That's why some new projects could pump for the next bull run.

As for these known projects, they can still gain for the next bull run but it won't be the same as the last bull run that we've got. If you're hunting for new "gems" of what you call it.

There could be a new trend that shall rise and those projects that are on that sector might be the one to get the next attraction and gains.
1787  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stressful crypto market on: September 05, 2022, 11:59:03 PM
~snip~

Well, we should be glad that there is a bear market for Bitcoin.  If there is none then when how we find a window to re-enter the market.
Yes, and not only that. Everything that comes up, must come down and vice versa. So, if we're seeing the market that's down for now, we do expect that it will rise soon in the upcoming years to come.

~snip~
The mt gox rumor become one of the biggest impact to the market uncertainity ... we were on bullish run few weeks ago , nearly touching the $25k and heading to $30k but shit just got real .. people scared to hold too much bitcoin when there might a massive sell off in the coming months .. which yeah it's still uncertain though.
It could be but as a matter of fact, we're really done with the bull run and it took several months until it ended. The FUD and everything that's spreading fear to the market is typically happening when the market is about to rise.

And that's being done the big players/whales for them to still have that entry to buy at lower points.

There might some people keep buying but yeah there a lot more who selling it right now.
There are many thoughts on this but most likely: 62% of wallets did not sell Bitcoin for a year amid the bear market: Data
1788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: September 05, 2022, 10:54:38 PM
Looking at the CIS region or EEU for Dota 2, there are now two teams that are guaranteed with the last chance qualifier. Although both of them are waiting for their match at the upper bracket, but they're guaranteed the slot now whether they win or lose.

Still, they're fighting for the TI2022 slot but that's already a guarantee to them for the last chance qualifier.

The teams are Outsiders and Na'Vi. Speaking of Outsiders, I think that they really are pushing and showing that they really deserve a slot after Fnatic took their slot after a deficit in very tiny amount of point.

While on the South America region, Infamous and Tempest are guaranteed for the last chance qualifier slots.
1789  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stressful crypto market on: September 05, 2022, 09:51:23 PM
And now that the market has shown the price of bitcoin to be cheaper than before, those people that were problematic about its price as they say they're about to buy, are still waiting for some good time to buy.

Well, the market is truly stressful but they're those people that I've mentioned are the ones putting pressure and stress to themselves. They keep on waiting for the right timing but when it's there, they neglect it.

When the market recovers, they'll think that it may fall again until they miss the whole thing. The same thing goes for those that have seen bitcoin @ $3k.
1790  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: best way to keep cold storage wallet, but connect it to internet rarely to send. on: September 05, 2022, 08:51:48 PM
I would just feel more secure with a laptop that is still brand new, many years old, that I will use just for this. I don't know, I could be wrong with all of this.
It made me remember that someone has done this and posted it also in the forum years ago. If that's the plan, you can do that since you're aware of what you'll do.

But why not just avail an hardware wallet and just keep on a place where you're about to hide it and just save the bitcoin address for you to check how it does from time to time on the blockchain?

Having the hardware wallet saves you more space and you can easily keep it in your house wherever you want to store or wherever you want to go and bring it with the seeds.
1791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Strategies & Betting Psychology on: September 04, 2022, 11:27:51 PM
It's a consolidation of different strategies, good compilation I should say. I like that it has different articles about betting psychology too. Well, I haven't read most of them but the topics are interesting to me.

All the lists on the page provided by @OP are articles that people can read. But I'm not sure if it will work according to the situation and circumstances because I think when the situation changes, we have to be able to adapt too. But at least it can help people who want to learn more about sports betting but better have their own strategies that can suit them.
It could work for some but we know that not every strategy works best for everybody. So, if there's some of the strategies that could work for some then they should try it out.

But if it's not working, better not to push it and be hard on it unless you want to face the consequence of it.
1792  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Reason Putin Targeted Kyiv on: September 04, 2022, 10:26:46 PM
Would ukraine have been better off holding $28 billion in bitcoin assets.

It wouldn't matter the size of Putin's army. He could never steal the assets unless he had the private key.
That's actually much better but the problem is that, they're quite late to realize that it's the best way to hold an asset. And plus, a government can't wholly depend on putting the country's wealth into bitcoin.

When the attack came, they can't dispose and liquidate their assets and put it into bitcoin. That's just too late.

And as for the central banks, it's really where it's placed in most countries on their capital.
1793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to claim ETH fork on: September 04, 2022, 09:27:44 PM
It's better to have it there if you don't have elsewhere to store your ETH for the fork. But if you don't like it there, still take time to research about popular wallets like Ledger, Trezor, MEW, mycrypto, etc.

The usual wallets that are supporting ETH. You will have the idea if they're going to support the fork through their blog pages and if you've missed it and they support it, they'll just automatically credit it.
1794  Economy / Economics / Re: MONEY IS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR, what do you think? on: September 03, 2022, 11:46:34 PM
That's why you make your money for you, let your money be your own slave and not be a slave of money because it can you do things oddly.

Nothing wrong to be rich with your hard and smart work but don't let money be eaten you and change who you are. Just like the literal rich folks, they're making their money as the one that generates more money to them.

Be like them if you want to or have your own journey in making your riches.
1795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play online/offline without your wife or family knowing it? on: September 03, 2022, 10:41:59 PM
I think it's better for you to tell your wife that you bet. It's a much better feeling if both of you are open to these things that you do and it's up to you what reason you'll say, whether it's a hobby or you're really into it and just prove that you're not addicted and you're still in control.
It'd be really great if they were understanding of it. If not though, then OP hiding it seems understandable, especially in the cases of families (instead of your partners).
Well, there's really a justification why someone has to hide his gambling activity not only to his wife but also to his family. There's a valid reason why many are doing it.

But, if you can tell it directly to them then that's much better so that both of you won't hide anything that you do secretly. It can be a reason for a marriage to fall because you're not telling it to your wife.

Or for family, it could lead them to suspect you at all times.
1796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play online/offline without your wife or family knowing it? on: September 02, 2022, 03:25:24 AM
Now, this would be something of a thread where users can give tips as to how we play online/offline without our family knowing it. Curious how you do it.

My wife suspected me for almost a year already when I was watching a UFC channel on youtube where they suggest who to bet. Of course, I said No when she asked if I was betting. From then on I just hold my phone whenever she is not around.
I think it's better for you to tell your wife that you bet. It's a much better feeling if both of you are open to these things that you do and it's up to you what reason you'll say, whether it's a hobby or you're really into it and just prove that you're not addicted and you're still in control.

But if you really want to hide gambling activities from your loved ones then you already have been doing it and I guess others are doing the same that they do bet when no one's around.

It's a long argument when your wife suggests buying this or that on amazon yet you gambling your funds. lol
And that's why be just open to each other so that you have no fence and hindrance for what you do both.
1797  Economy / Gambling / Re: MBit Crypto Casino | mbitcasino.io | 110% up to 1 BTC First Deposit on: September 02, 2022, 02:03:08 AM
I suggest the moderator to locked this thread to avoid being spammed. There will be lot of reply with same answered post which is not advisable
That is what will happen, there's the report to moderator button to report this to them and have them decide to lock it. But the staff is active and has replied to the thread so, I don't think that they'll lock it.

or probable this thread should be deleted to avoid further damages since the fake website is already associate over here anyone might get connected with the site unknowingly.
IMO, it's better remain to have it seen by everyone that has accusations against them and it compared about the legitimate and fake one. But needless to say, there are scam accusations about the said casino.

Its not verified yet that OP is part of mbit team and newbies or the past scam victims of this casino should be more careful because OP might exploiting the incident and try to catch the attention of the victims then act to help them up then ask some amount from them to recover their funds or even work with it. Don't get fooled guys and be vigilant because scammers are doing some nasty tricks to scam newbies.
You have the point, it could be just someone riding the problem and wanting to deal more damage to the said casino. But if he's a legimate part of the team, then they have a lot of work to do.
1798  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀MOONBET.IO Community-Owned Crypto Casino 💸 $100 USDT Deposit Bonus on: September 02, 2022, 12:53:55 AM
Moonbet token is already registered on bitmart but unfortunately coinmarketcap has not updated the list of exchanges that trade this token, I think they should contact CMC to update it immediately because many people may not know that this token is also registered on CEX, that's why the price display in CMC follows pancakeswap.
When it was added in bitmart?

And not just in coinmarketcap but also they have to update it on coingecko. On coingecko, there's even no exchange for their token as it's just an ad, a sponsored ad if you tap on the markets.

If it's just recent, then this has something to do with the pump that has happened on it.

MBET token was listed on Bitmart since November 29 last year and trading with decent volume. Many user already point out to the team about the lack of information about the exchange this token was already listed but the team seems not in an urgent to fixed all the details on CGC and CMC which makes this token under the radar. Mbet is listed too on Bitforex which you might add to your list.

I saw the Bitmart listing announcement on Bitmart twitter account before.
If it's already in Bitmart, even til' now there's no update from the coinmarketcap because it's only in pancakeswap as per that listing. Also, another update after half month, they're no longer in coingecko.

No listing there anymore unlike before that they were there but no list of exchanges. I guess the team has to work on these listings because most investors and traders are always checking there from time to time.

And it's sort of affecting the decision if it's not found there or even if it's found there but only listed to a few exchange, still the decision could change of not pushing through.
1799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏅 NewCryptoCasinos.com - Our channel at BitcoinTalk.org 🏅 on: September 01, 2022, 11:32:10 PM
Hey everyone,

Right know we have a casino at NewCryptocasinos.com that offers ZERO WAGERING and you can get up to 300 FREESPINS.
You can find Winz on our mainpage + more info
I thought that it's the mega don since it's on the center of the front page. I really thought that it is your game to start with but I'm wrong and it's offered by 3 casinos.

We like this kind of bonuses, players get a chance to try the casino and have some fun, without doing a deposit.

We also listed BitSpins ( Powered by Bitcoin.com ) and many more.

If you have any tips of other Casinos or other games we should list, please let us know.

//Andreas
Everyone does like these bonuses until they give that requirements that most don't like to comply with just for the sake of those free spins. The first two on the front page don't have that good reputation, mbit and bitcoin.com.
1800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: lost 10 BTC in between Feb and May on: September 01, 2022, 10:46:12 PM
Don't trade OP, you better just hold whatever you've got right now and for adding more, you just purchase it.

I want to say that if you've got out of frustration and probably depression since it's a huge amount. I commend you with that, it's one of the hardest battle that you've faced and you overcame it.

I'm sure that you've learned a lot of lessons from the mistake you've made. I admire you because it's not that easy to come out of that problem and you have to become stronger this time around.
