Notice when Satan came to Jesus to tempt Him in the wilderness. It was after Jesus had fasted for 40 days. Satan probably thought that Jesus would be weakest at that time. But, there is a trick in fasting that Satan and many people miss.

Often when a person prays, it is prayer out of need or desire. But a person who prays with great need, is going to be more earnest in his prayer. What greater need is there than for food when you are starving?

A person who has fasted as long as 6 weeks (almost) has a natural need that pushes itself into whatever prayer he prays. The NEED for nutrition being shouted out from all the cells of the body, translates itself into the prayer, making the prayer to have or reflect NEED. The prayer becomes more earnest, naturally.

Satan couldn't see the way the Father answered Jesus's prayers internally in Jesus. But it was in part the earnestness of Jesus's prayers that strengthened Him... strength from the Father. So, it might even have been that God wouldn't let Jesus be tempted until Jesus had fasted and been strengthened through His earnest prayer... prayer having been made more earnest by NEED, for food.

Russia does. China does. They never had it so good now that they are making agreements with other countries that they never did before. The US and Nato keep pushing themselves deeper and deeper towards poverty.

My understanding is that Biden isn't the President. After a new President takes his oath of office - swears on the Bible - he has thirty days to sign an affidavit of the oath, that he is accepting the office in government. All government people are required to do this, both swear on the Bible, and sign the affidavit within 30 days.

Nobody has been able to find Biden's affidavit. They haven't been able to find the affidavits of many of the high-up officials in Biden's regime... including the AG, and Biden's cabinet. FOIAs (Freedom of Information Act) requests for these affidavits have not produced them. They don't seem to exist.

The point is, if they don't exist, Biden's Oath of Office and Presidency expired 30 days after he took the oath in public. Same with the others, if they even took the oath... if they didn't sign an affidavit of the oath.

The big point is this. Government people who take orders from Biden and the AG (and others), are acting in their private capacity without knowing it. This includes the armed forces. These people should be sued, right along with Biden.

Money should be brought back from Ukraine, along with the military equipment sent. It was sent illegally.

I think the OP is a woman, and in the OP she is simply ranting about her husband failing her and making excuses that the failure was society's cause.

Somehow, naturally, the man is usually the head of the marriage. It is his responsibility, first, to understand his wife enough that he can make the marriage work. And, the wife instinctively trusts this. So, when the marriage fails, the wife suddenly realizes that her faith in the guy's abilities was misplaced... except when she is the one that intentionally makes the break, of course.

The point is, if you are a Christian, then you are not poor, even if you are a slave.

If you are a Spirit-filled Christian, you are richer,  yet.

BUT... as Jesus says, "It is harder for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven than for a camel to go through the eye of a needle." So, focus on where your wealth truly is, and don't let earthly wealth drag you away from true riches, even when you get the earthly wealth.

Rather, use earthly wealth to make friends of earthly people, thereby causing them to be saved through your friendly 'preaching', so that when your earthly wealth is gone, they will welcome you into everlasting dwellings.

Is mathematics logical? Someone who doesn't know much about math, might be tempted to say that most of math is silly.

But when that same person studies math and the things that can be done through math, he suddenly finds that math isn't so silly as he formerly thought.

Same with religion. Study the history of each religion, and see what you come up with. For example:
1. The Hebrew people have in the Bible some of the best laws for living life free and equitably;
2. The Hebrew people have passed their Scriptures down from parents to children for 3500 years... the historical time of the nation of Israel since Moses;
3. The Old Testament as a history shows over and over how not following God and His law caused trouble for the people of Israel, and how God saved them when they started to follow Him again;
4. The New Testament was copied around 25,000 times in the first and second centuries after Jesus birth. Why? Because Jesus was powerful, and the people kept the memory of this power;
5. The Bible is the most printed and sold book by far, not by accident, but because there is power in it.

In other words, when you start to examine the Bible, the info in it, the history of the nation that 'wrote' the Bible, and a lot of things about the whole history surrounding the nation of Israel outside of it, you will find that the Bible is an impossible-to-have-been-written book. God is in the Bible.

There is no other nation, and no other book that has a history anywhere near as strong as Israel and the Bible. People don't believe the Bible because they haven't looked. However, for those who have looked and still don't believed... God has given people free will... free will that is strong enough to resist even Him, His Holy Spirit working in them.

Try to make something without having anything to start with. Make a brick without having any natural materials at all to start with. Or, make a drop of water from nothing. We can't do this. Only God can.

If a person loses an arm in a car accident, and it is so mangled that the doctors can't replace it, where will he get another am to replace it? If he gets a mechanical arm and hand, it will never be as good as the first one. He can spend a billion dollars and still not get an arm that is as good as the first one.

How much did he pay for that first arm, the original, natural one? Nothing! Sure, he might have exercised it and made it strong, but it cost him nothing... and it was the best one.

We get our whole body, mind and spirit for free. We get it for free, from God, because that's the way He set things up. We get access to this whole world that God made, for free through our bodies that God gave us for free.

We need to understand what wealth really is, and where it comes from. If we didn't have the free wealth-things from God, there is no way we could ever have a shot at getting money.

Circumcision is not necessary for proper spirituality. And it is not necessary for a healthy physical life. But a properly done circumcision is advantageous for a healthy physical life.

Poland will not send F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, according to the country’s Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. However, he called on other nations to provide the aircraft at the soonest.

“We have too few F-16 aircraft. So at the moment today, there are no such expectations from us,” Morawiecki said during a June 1 press conference on the first day of the European Political Community Summit in Moldova. Polskie Radio reported that the Polish leader also noted Warsaw’s lack of Patriot air defense systems to send to Kyiv.

The Polish Air Force officially has 48 F-16 fighter jets, 12 of which are training variants. It has ordered 48 KAI T-50 Golden Eagle jets from South Korea and 32 F-35 jets from the United States. However, the 80 jets Warsaw ordered have not yet been delivered.

“We handed over our MiG-29 [jets] – good planes, good fighters –  and this is greatly appreciated,” Morawiecki added. Poland followed Slovakia in sending Ukraine some units from its fleet of 19 MiG-29 jets to aid the beleaguered nation.

The Polish prime minister added that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked him for organizing the “F-16 coalition,” pertaining to the effort by several members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to supply Kyiv with F-16 fighter jets. While Poland and other NATO member states have offered to train Ukrainian pilots, it remains unclear where the planes would actually come from.

Morawiecki also shared some “bad news” regarding the Patriot air defense systems in Ukraine that were damaged or destroyed by Russian missile strikes.

“Just as we don’t have enough F-16 fighter [jets], we can’t hand over our Patriot systems to Ukraine for the same reason,” he said. Nevertheless, the Polish leader exhorted other nations with Patriot systems “to share them with Ukraine as soon as possible.”

We can't know the things that are not of this creation except in a very general way. Why not? Because they are entirely different than things of this creation. God made this universe the way He wanted things. He is making the new universe in a similar way, but much more glorious. It will be different enough that we can't understand the new one from here. But it will be similar enough that we will have eyes to see God... but they will be a much more glorious set of eyes, able to see far more than our eyes can see in this universe.

It's like God is not only programming a new program for His universe-computer, but He is making a whole new advanced universe-computer, that can handle greatly upgraded programming.

The ideal age is between 17 an 20 years. A person is at his healthy DNA pattern at that age. By the time he is 80 or 90, even though he has the same basic DNA, it isn't expressing itself the same as at 20. Fasting causes the body to gobble up bad and crippled DNA for food, and only the healthy DNA remains... back to 20.

The early people lived as long as they did because the whole Earth system was not corrupted in depth as it is today. Consider that the North Polar areas were warm, as can be seen by the mammoths that have been dug out of the ice in Siberia, with flesh almost fresh enough to eat, and with freshly cropped grass still in their mouths and stomachs.

Further, frequent fasting is a practice that keeps people healthier than if they didn't. When Jesus fasted, He was wildly in prayer to His Father to be saved from death. He was heard because of His reverent submission. How many other fasting people even understand how to pray to God, but if they did, they would realize that Jesus has already taken the punishment for sin, and we can ask, knowing that we will get what we asked for, because Jesus said so. "Man doesn not live on bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.



Doubtful? Doubt is simply faith that the thing you ask for won't happen. There are prisoners who have gone on 2-month hunger fasts and lived.

With faith you can move mountains, and nothing will be impossible for you, if you have the correct faith. So, don't be doubtful, because "he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, tossed this way and that. Such a person shouldn't expect to receive anything from God."

When Jesus washed the disciples feet, note that Peter out of humility didn't want to be washed. Then when Jesus said it was a requirement to be His disciple, Peter wanted His face and hands washed, as well.

Peter was looking at the mystical and a 'holier than thou' attitude. Jesus was simply looking at the practical, and teaching His disciples to serve one another.

There is numerology all over the place. In fact we don't understand it. But a 40-day fast has results that are not numerological, or are in addition to the numerology. That's what we are looking for.

If a person has enough faith, he doesn't need 'tricks' to become youthful, again. But notice what Jesus often did. He used some earthly elements to heal, and He said, "According to your faith will it be done for you." We need the trick of something physical to bolster our weak faith... even though Jesus didn't for Himself.
