1881  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: About crypto? on: October 15, 2022, 08:56:54 PM
how to earn crypto <...>

The fastest way to earn cryptocurrencies is probably by trading but that's far more challenging than it sounds. You need to have a good understanding of the market and be able to react quickly when opportunities arise. You need to have a deep understanding of technical analysis and market psychology, and you need to be able to predict short-term price movements. Even if you do, it can take years to master the art of trading successfully.

If you're looking for an easier way to make money with cryptocurrencies, then you should probably focus on earning them in the same way that most people do: by offering services and products that people need or want. Cryptocurrencies are digital assets that can be used as payment for goods and services like any other currency. If you want to earn cryptocurrencies, then you should probably focus on becoming an expert in a niche area of interest. Once you've become well known for providing value through your expertise, people will be more willing to pay for what you have to offer with their hard earned cryptos.
1882  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Threat lies in every corner while investing in crypto (a must read for newbies) on: October 15, 2022, 07:53:34 PM
Before you enter the field of cryptocurrency investments you should be as much informed on the subject as possible. You should also carefully analyze your personal finances and give a detailed plan for your investments so that in the event of unexpected changes, you will find it easy to protect your funds. In the end, each person decides whether or not to make the step into crypto investments, but the key thing is to take this step without unrealistic expectations and without neglecting the risk that exists therein.

While there is no investment that guarantees returns or a safe haven from market downturns, crypto investing is particularly risky due to its unregulated nature. Anyone considering buying crypto coins should first educate themselves about Bitcoin and the crypto world in general. It's also worth doing further research on each of the coins you're interested in to make sure their usage suits your needs and expectations before buying them. The market is full of sharks and scammers, so be careful!
1883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of benefits can Metaverse Gaming Project get in the future? on: October 15, 2022, 07:47:29 PM
As an immersive game experience, Metaverse will give users the chance to enter a virtual world and play with each other, like any other PvP games. However, Metaverse is going to be much more than your average video game. This is something that has never been done before, and it's probably the most ambitious project in this field so far. Everything will start from the project itself: how the digital assets are linked to each other and how the trading system works. There's also going to be a lot of creativity when it comes to asset creation: players will have their own avatar, for example. The game itself will be a platform for players to develop their own digital assets, but also a place where they can trade them with each other. There are already plans for tournaments and competitions that will provide the opportunity for people from all over the world to meet each other in person.

I am also wondering what will the future bring to it, but it seems like it's going to be pretty promising. I can't wait to see how this project goes.
1884  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Every email is a scammer's target, open only if you are expecting on: October 14, 2022, 09:35:30 PM
Ideally, of course, you want to avoid unsolicited emails entirely, but in the absence of an ideal, using a unique address per site is probably your best defense against being added to an email lists without your permission and for preventing your inbox from being flooded with spam. Your best bet is to use a throwaway email. Set up an email that you don't mind getting spammed, and use it whenever necessary. This way, you'll have a unique email address per site, and your main inbox will remain relatively spam-free. This is especially important if you're signing up for sites that are likely to send out unsolicited emails; it's unlikely that they'll care whether or not your email address is valid.
1885  Other / Archival / Re: Another Reminder for New Investors on: October 14, 2022, 09:27:31 PM
For me it is best to separate the trading and a valuable an long term holding. sometimes I do both depending on the market conditions. But if I want to diversify my portfolio effectively and want to hold the coins for a long time then I tend to choose Bitcoin and Ethereum. Investing in altcoins may seem enticing from a purely financial perspective, but if you're looking for a long-term investment, it's important to understand what each altcoin aims to do and how they plan on achieving it. The technology behind these currencies may be revolutionary, but it still needs refinement before it can be considered a viable alternative to established and proven cryptocurrencies. While some may promise great returns, others may fail miserably and leave you with nothing but regret. This is why I don't advise altcoin investment; it's just too risky and unpredictable. Who knows, maybe someday Bitcoin itself will crash, but that seems unlikely. So investors should stick with Bitcoin as it is much safer compared to altcoins.
1886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The First Bitcoin to USD Transaction is 13 years old today.. Is This True? on: October 12, 2022, 10:27:43 PM
do you mean the BTC50 in those different addresses which made up the BTC5050 bitcoins actually belonged to one person/that is one address?

One person/wallet but multiple UTXOs (Unspent transaction outputs) from multiple addresses. You know you can generate an unlimited number of receiving addresses in a Bitcoin wallet, right?
1887  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why are crypto exchanges not truthful? on: October 12, 2022, 10:03:27 PM
As long as there are people out there who want to get rich with little effort, these schemes and fake "free money" opportunities will continue popping up online. That's the sad truth about internet scams, and this isn't something that's going to end anytime soon. I'm not saying that everything out there is a scam, but you should always make educated judgments, read the fine print, do your due diligence, and never be lured in by a deceptive ad campaign. Only then will you avoid the dangers ahead.
1888  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you visit the casino while travelling? on: October 12, 2022, 09:11:29 PM
Casinos are great when you are in the area, but they shouldn't be your destination. You can find plenty of other activities to do that are more unique and interesting. You can attend a sporting match, have dinner at an ethnic restaurant or just stroll around the city to learn about the history. There's so much more to a city than a casino and every city has something different to offer. The reason for this is that most of those activities will cost you less money, and often times, are more interesting and meaningful.
1889  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 12, 2022, 07:11:37 PM

Any reviews can be bought and sold, so first of all you need to study where these reviews are published. But even in a trusted source there may be purchased or paid reviews, it's just harder to make them. Therefore, there will be fewer such paid reviews.

That's true, but I was responding to Lunafox, specifically the part where he states that "it is useless to check casino reviews" which I strongly disagree with. While some reviews can be biased and/or poorly written, they're much better than no information at all. And in the very least, they give us a first impression of each online betting site before we do anything else. You should still be doing a lot of your own research, checking things like the overall reputation of the site in question, their licensing and regulation status and if they're offering games from reputable software providers.
1890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High roller looking for KYC-FREE casino on: October 12, 2022, 06:41:56 PM
I don't think it matters much whether he plays high-stakes or low-stakes. Regardless of whether he will be a high roller in each session, the moment he wants to withdraw large amounts of money from the casino, he will have to complete the KYC procedure.
We must be willing to complete the KYC procedure because all casinos have added it in their regulations, although the KYC procedure is not yet mandatory unless you have a trace of suspicion and high withdrawals, but as long as there is no suspicious activity and withdrawals are below the withdrawal limit then you don't have to worry about completing KYC.

Sorry, you missed the point of this topic. I recommend reading the original post if you haven't already. Even the title mentions the term "high roller" so it's almost certain that he won't be gambling with small amounts. We can assume that the same applies to his deposits and withdrawals.
1891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High roller looking for KYC-FREE casino on: October 10, 2022, 09:29:08 PM
I want to find a new casino without the need to expose myself to the KYC process. I don't want this thread to discuss the pro's and con's of KYC.

I think you won't trigger the alarm if you play it slowly. What I mean is, we are not talking about being a super high roller in every of your session.

I don't think it matters much whether he plays high-stakes or low-stakes. Regardless of whether he will be a high roller in each session, the moment he wants to withdraw large amounts of money from the casino, he will have to complete the KYC procedure.
1892  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How can I run a new campaign on: October 10, 2022, 08:08:16 PM
I would like to advise experiences about the new campaign,

What is your question? Are you interested in participating in a campaign or starting your own? What kind of campaign are you thinking about?
If you want to start a new campaign for your project, it would be best if you hire an experienced campaign manager.

Here you can find a list of some of the most reputable campaign managers:

1893  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: That one thing I like about Bitcointalk on: October 10, 2022, 07:47:53 PM
Always be careful and try not to disclose your identity too much, it is definitely a very good habit. If you don't share anything then there is no way that you can get involved into any unwanted situations. In my opinion once you start earning decent amount of crypto you should not disclose your portfolio to public. Better be safe than sorry. You're dealing with money, they're going to target you as much as they can.
1894  Other / Meta / Re: MODs, where art thou? on: October 09, 2022, 08:12:31 PM
So, Based on that. I assume Mr. Right will not get banned because he already deleted those posts before moderators saw the report. So instead of reporting them on the Report Plagiarism thread, You can report to Moderators silently describing the reason. Of course, if you badly want to get him banned. Or maybe you can ask him to add source and follow the rules.

Why do you assume that the user deleted his posts himself and not the moderators? Those reports are months old, so there was plenty of time for the moderators to react, which they probably did. Mr.right85's profile on bpip.org shows that 7 of his pots have been deleted by moderators. Second, if you read the OP's post more closely, you'll notice that he quoted reports from the Report plagiarism thread.
1895  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Hacked?! What we can do better to protect our funds? on: October 09, 2022, 11:43:05 AM
What's your solution?

What's my solution to what? Storing cryptocurrencies?
How about a personal non-custodial wallet installed and properly secured on your personal device? Or, depending on your situation and the size of your investment, a hardware wallet would be my second recommendation. There hasn't been much change in this regard in the past decade or so. Is it really necessary to discuss this topic again?
1896  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 09, 2022, 11:03:06 AM

Now there are a lot of fraudulent casinos, so before playing at a casino you need to check its reputation, license, and how long the casino has been operating, as well as reviews about the casino.

It is useless to check casino reviews, since you can order any reviews, both positive reviews about the casino and that the casino deceives people. Negative reviews can be ordered by competitors.

I don't agree with this. There are many reputable sources where you can find honest, reliable reviews that can help guide you towards choosing the right casino games, without feeling like you're being duped by some phony review site. Since it's always best to be a smart player and read reviews before taking a chance on a particular casino, it's important to know where to look for helpful information. In other words, do an appropriate amount of analysis before deciding to trust a review source. Anyone could have a professional-looking site and print any kind of content that they want. You should consider how trustworthy the source is, how true or foul the content is, and whether or not anyone is being paid to provide biased information, so you can judge what you read using critical thinking. Once you know what to look for, it should be easier to pick those sites that are most likely to be helpful to your own analysis of online casinos.
1897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I helped my dad bought some Bitcoin last night on: October 09, 2022, 09:56:16 AM
Okay just to clarify. From my Binance account, I sent it directly to his Binance account & not a non-custodial wallet. Then in his Binance account, we used the "Convert" option to other crypto so we converted USDT to Bitcoin. Hope this clarifies a lot.

Well, where you took the first step, your dad will take the second one. However, I agree that it would be a better option if you sent him BTC directly to his wallet. Somehow, I have a feeling that the first contact with cryptocurrencies through a centralized exchange is the wrong approach. The whole point of cryptocurrencies is decentralization and being your own bank. You would also save on some fees.

Of course, it would help if he also explain why is he betting on bitcoin and what's the factors that make him decided to invest in it, and if it's because of you.

I did opened up to him about moving it to non-custodial Bitcoin wallet if he wants to store and not trade, but he chose to stick with Binance. So it's his decision anyways, so I should respect that. He is illiterate in crypto as a baby boomer & senior citizen.

He's not really open minded though and has a lot of pride. It's just his own instincts that he only wants to buy Bitcoin.

You need to be persistent and introduce him to all the advantages of a properly secured personal wallet, and all the disadvantages and risks associated with keeping money in custodial wallets. I'm sure he will understand if he values your advice. I would hate to see his first experience end up being negative in case of any issues with holding money at the exchange.
1898  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why it's so hard to rank-up? on: October 09, 2022, 09:26:06 AM
I'm still very new here and recently I saw a one line post with 4 merits from 3 different people. And let's be human please and admit that that alone is a major discouraging factor in the forum as getting 4 merits from a one line post and you, after taking out your time, maybe after a stressful day at work to make a post that seemed quality to you, only to see that it has no single appreciation, that most times isn't fair.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with this. Sometimes a one-line reply is more valuable and useful than a wall of text. I don't think there's anything wrong with showing off your writing prowess in a piece of content, be it an article or response to a forum question, but my biggest concern is that more often than not, long pieces have nothing to do with the question in the OP. In other words, quality should be valued over quantity. Ultimately, how you reply to a post is up to you. Some people will want more information, others will only want a simple reply.

I just hope people would be fair enough to help and assist people most times knowing that we all have a different schedule and activities.

It really boils down to this: if you want more helpful replies to your questions, treat others with respect and courtesy. It's not just about the quantity and time invested - it's about developing a genuine, trusting relationship with the community. But remember, always keep in mind that everyone comes from a different background and has different motivations for being online.

Here is the proof for your guys
my recent game

its going to 6200x

One every how many rolls? That doesn't prove anything, all crash games work like that. But unlike yours, the others are at least provably fair and from reputable casinos.
1900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why BTC can not zero at present time on: October 08, 2022, 08:16:20 PM
Please briefly explain, why BTC can not be zero at present time?

Although technically the value of a bitcoin can go to zero, there are several reasons why that's not likely to happen. To start with, it would be incredibly unlikely for the entire market to become worthless overnight. There's no single entity that controls the market, and there are over a hundred million active users in the 'market' at any one time. Therefore, in order for Bitcoin to be worth 0 at this point in time, there would have to be no active users on the market who would want to buy it. That's pretty hard to imagine, don't you think?
