1901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play Slots? (long sessions / jumper / focussed) on: August 25, 2022, 08:25:45 PM
I've brought up this conversation before and kind of got a lock of flack for suggesting that there might be some legitimate ways to learn how to get an advantage when playing.  It sort of seemed like there's no proof at all that any strategies work, however my buddy and I who've I've been going to casinos with since we were of age, always would play slots after a player had sat on them for hours on end.  Likely zero true advantage here, but it was a strategy that we liked and ended up working a decent bit.

When I was a student, my friends and I also used this strategy and it worked fine in land-based casinos. Beer and friendly company contributed to keeping track of all the slots in the casino without fatigue for 2-3 hours. Unfortunately for a few years now I can only afford to play at online casinos, so now I can not use this strategy and I have to rely only on luck.
The main difference when you do deal with physical slots and online ones is that you could really be having that real experience on various things which you can attached and able to engage with not like when you are dealing with online which you would really be just facing monitor and trying out to test several slots without having those real life experiences.Speaking about playing behavior then it would really be varying because
some would really be that having jumping style on testing out other slots whenever they do experience consecutive losses and some would really just stick out and trying out to persevere on hitting good spins
until they do bust up their overall capital.
1902  Economy / Economics / Re: Thought: how far can you go in a career without going against your principles on: August 24, 2022, 11:53:34 PM

It came to my mind that a possibility could be that it's not important how literate, rightful, honest, prepared you are, rather the important is if you are able to sacrifice your morale principles, and beliefs to follow and fulfill the orders, desires, and interests of others who can potentially boost your career upside, or simply to avoid having them as enemies, rivals who could sabotage you somehow.

In my experience, following a career path entails one to forgo a previous way of thinking, behaving, dressing, carriage, and even language and signs to learn by indoctrination or orientation a new set of codes. These new codes would recommend one to of course sacrifice one's principles, most times beliefs inclusive to fully gain what such a career promises.
It takes a resilient personality strongly rooted before such a person can not only maneuver but absorb and filter what is important or not. No one actually tells anyone how to behave at work. One doesn't just assumes and respond unnecessarily. Intelligence, ability to be able to carry out instructions and fulfil tasks, also great communication skill no matter if one is an introvert or extrovert.
Whether you do check it out if it would be worth or not and this is where choices and decisions would really be made because there are things which arent worth sacrificing for.
Some people do really put up important with their ego and principles on life and never ever touches something that is outside of it despite of the career and opportunities that they might
face on but there are people who do just neglect it out for the sake of the good specially if they are really finding some job for them to sustain financially then they would
really just get along on what they are currently involving.
1903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it profitable to hedge/cashout bets before end of sport event? on: August 24, 2022, 10:19:18 PM
You should understand that there is something called :

1. Personal Preference
2. Practical Advice

Some people can panic and they can try and get as much as they can and at the same time this might give them less amount that they could have won but at the same time they cannot just follow the rules and the regulations considering the brain is an excellent organ and still amazed me how it makes everyone anxious in seconds.

Practically evaluated system generally shows that though it depends on the situation but it's not 🚫 profitable always and some players should try and away from it as well since their anxiety can get in the way { by practical opinion I mean the articles I read regarding the experiences of various betters on Google}
Whenever your brain and together with your emotion would really play out then you could really make decisions on point or suddenly even if you had already make yourself do have plans been set earlier.
It cant be assured that it wont be changing out and as you said that it makes everyone anxious in seconds and made out sudden actions which we know that it isnt really part of our considerations.
Speaking with hedge/cashout before the end of a certain game or event isnt a bad idea, profit is profit right? But majority will surely be waiting up for the entire game to be over
and would maximize potential winning as they could.
If I agree with you, this is something like in trading, that when you are winning, you should stretch that profit and not do as others do, that when they reach their top, they simply withdraw and stop winning, something like this can be applied here, the only thing is that there is no pattern that can indicate certain trends, unless very accurate statistics are used, but in the same way everything is based on probability, and here, as in trading, he can get carried away by his emotions, and this can make him lose or, failing that, win. I think that here all the security that the bettor has has to do with a lot, and being very clear about the objective so that he does not falter in decisions.
Depends on someones emotion and on how they would really be reacting into that because not all would really be falling into the same decision whenever they do already see some gains.
Most of cases where bettors do really wait up until the game ends or totally able to see on whose the winner without the need on cutting off their winnings or do make out some early cash outs.
If you are really that tending to hedge out as much as you could even though it is really just small then its your choice but in most cases or situation where people do really
tend to wait up until the game ends and wont matter if they would receive full or would totally lost out their bet.
1904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It For The Money Or For The Sport Or A Clear Exploitations on: August 24, 2022, 08:59:28 PM
I wonder what's the real reason of Gharibi for doing such a thing because it's tok obvious that he has the strong stamina to face Titan fairly. This is unfair to those who bet because it seems like the match was arranged. They should have provided a concrete explanation regarding this fight so viewers and bettors will understand things clearly.

Why blame the event instead of the bettors who put money on that?

It's not always advisable to bet on an exhibition match for an obvious reason that it's not even an official match. Any technical analysis will not work in an exhibition match because at most of the cases, the result was pre-planned as the goal is just to show entertainment to the people.

I just wondered if that exhibition match really listed on the sportsbook. Sometimes those fights are not being considered by bookies.
Most exhibition matches do really indeed doesnt really care nor follow about fundamentals and other analysis which you do said that results are already determined or had been already known before the fight starts.
Some exhibition fights are been posted but there are some which arent because most of the time results would really be just too obvious on whose gonna win specially into those players or fighters

in between cross sports with just having your own common sense you would really be able to determine whose gonna win even if you do just hear up their names.  Tongue
1905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one do you think its more healthy for a project on: August 24, 2022, 08:25:12 PM
Most especially new projects do you think its healthy to rush things up or take a lot of time and gradually release updates and follow roadmaps slowly? There are some complains that most projects aren't following the exact timing on their roadmap and some even takes this is Red Flag.
Whenever a project hadnt showed up any progress or development or simply following their roadmap then this is something indeed a red flag but for  those projects who do still show up some progress despite of being
late then it would really be still that considerable which at least the team do really make out some movement or progress or trying out to achieve on what they had stated on their roadmap.
Whenever you do see zero progress then it is safe to presume that this project is shitty and never worth on making investment out of it.
So choose which you do see that it does have potential but well this sounds simple but cant really be that easy.
1906  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mastering the market movement is what aid profits and not the price. on: August 24, 2022, 06:58:12 PM
As a day trader or a passive trader, most are confused about how to make the best out of the market, and many will always complain of losses during a bear market, meanwhile with the right mastery one can make massive profits in the bear market and this goes further to clarify the fact that market conditions do not have much to.do with your profit maximizing but proper market mastering is what gives profits in whatever market.

Agree upto a certain extent, but yes not completely agree.
I mean it’s very hard to always predict the market movement, so yes risk is involved here. But as time passes, many traders gain experience and find similar trends in the market for which they are able to make profits.
Moreover price also plays an important factor in trading, so if you don’t consider it as an important element, then definitely you will buy any coin at many wrong prices.

Its just standard or common sense that you would really be needing to deal up with market movement or  volatility since  you've been dealing with market which price would be always volatile.
The thing on here is that you should really know on how to make a move on various conditions or movements that you could see on this space. You cant just throw out some position order without
having any basis and being a good and profitable trader is to that someone who are fully aware and do knows on what to do on certain market conditions although it wont really be that precise
since no one could predict the future or what things lies ahead but with due experience you could really have some advantage compared to those who doesnt have.
1907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling schools importance on: August 23, 2022, 10:41:38 PM
Like every other games, there are academies to get the training, But I never heard of gambling schools to train the people.

Do you think we need gambling schools to prepare people for gamble?
We dont really need for this one yet its not really that complicated to learn up gambling games since it is really most luck based which it isnt really hard to learn or to understand even if you are a first timer.
When it comes to strategic ones then all of information that you could learn on online with having that simple google search then you would really be able to get those information and wont really be needing
for you to go into some schools or learning centers or something like that.It wont really be that relevant since learning gambling games wont really be that complicated or hard.
So its not really important at all i would say.
1908  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: August 23, 2022, 07:53:13 PM
1. Be patient, don't panic.
2. Buy and hold.

It's becoming increasingly apparent that other coins are very influential on Bitcoin. So, the opportunity to buy to increase the volume of Bitcoin can be done again for long-term investments. The current market situation in my opinion is a very tough test to be applied by those who are impatient.

Do not panic. Everything will get better.
Those two options are always good for anyone who doesn't panic and also has a lot of patience. Because the risk is clearly there, but people who have positive thinking will always prefer a challenge by applying patience and also buying in the ability that he has to hold in the long term. Remember that the market situation will not always remain or forever decline, because changes are always there and occur in the market so being patient and not panicking is the way to get wiser profits.
A very common strategy (Don't panic and hold), but it is very useful to apply when the market is experiencing a price drop.
The situation now is challenging many people. Those who are weak will sell and I am very happy that many hands are selling. I call this a period of challenge.
This challenge will be won by those of us who think positively by looking at Bitcoin in the long term.
Those people who do consider out on buying within these times are the ones who do really see the opportunity on making profits whenever this market do make out some recovery or made out some turns of events.
Somehow its not really that simple to avoid on not to panic out since we are just humans which does have emotion which it cant really be avoided not to make out some reaction whenever we do see price decline on this market. If you've been here on this market for a while then you would really be not able to panic out easily because you've been aware on how this market move or behaves which
it would really make you to be wary on what should actions you would really be doing in these times.
1909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet (UPDATE) + fixed match on: August 23, 2022, 12:02:03 AM
Making bets with those loan or borrowed amounts is considered suicide even putting up on investment is already risky,How much more if you do make out betting or gamble out with those funds?
Gamble with your extra funds or which is only allocated for the sake of leisure things and never ever consider on taking up some loan because you would eventually lose it all in the end.
Im aint saying that you cant make winnings with sports betting but it wont really be giving out any guarantees that you would really succeed on this one.So its better
gamble on the amount that you can afford as always which is always been the primary rule when it comes to fund management.

Yes there's no guarantee nor assurance in gambling, better not to take a risk with this. Yes there will be a chance that he will earn by using that loan but the thing what if a sudden change may come? having a loan is such a pain, many people love to take loans just for them to use in other things that aren't necessary or using it to gamble and getting in a big trouble because they can't afford to pay the loan. Better not to play for awhile, rather than taking loans.
And this is where you do end up on;

1. Losing your assets
2. Losing your wife
3. Losing your loved ones
4. Losing everything

If you arent that good on controlling your gambling addiction plus taking up some loan
then you would really be ending up on miserable life.
1910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best time to buy or wait a little bit ? on: August 22, 2022, 10:59:27 PM
Honestly, that’s up to you because we don’t know which price will go up. If you think, you can take the risk, then you can buy. Or else, if the price goes down, you can buy at the dip. So, analyse the market and take risk accordingly.
It all matters about risk taking and people should realize on this one and you do have the full decision when it comes to this on which you would really be that making analysis and lots of consideration before taking action.
Buy time or Sell time it would really vary on you and its not bad to snip out some idea from other people who do have more experience but dont make yourself totally relying into those analysis since we are just all
speculators on here. Whether you do decide to hold on a little bit more or would really be making some risk taking decisions and presume that this is the best time to buy.
Its up to you and be sure  that there are no other people who could really affect your investment or trading decisions.
1911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: POSSIBLE THINGS TO HELP US TO WIN AT CRYPTO CASINOS on: August 22, 2022, 09:59:28 PM
I think doing the home work to know the particular game to play and the one that you can do well with best result guarantee more of winning than the casino itself or relying on it to win, the casino don't win game but our ability to know which game to have result does it. Where the reputation of a casino come in is when to withdraw, so a casino with bad history of withdrawal may delay your winnings but won't stop you from winning except you are referring to the case if a casino can manipulate the results against the player.
Understanding the game you're playing surely helps like with card games for example but only to a certain point since most games still relies on luck and there's not much we can do to offset that luck whenever we're playing. I somewhat agree that picking a good casino helps because there are different casinos that offer certain rewards which you won't always see in other casinos and some of them have different calculations on how they distribute these rewards so in a way it helps us win since it increases our bankrolls.
We do know that games could be classified on two;

1.Strategic
2.Luck based

So it would it would really be just common sense that you would really be using up on your skills on something that you could eventually able to do so
but for luck ones then dont bother because everything would be random. There's no way that you could really take advantage on something which do fully rely
its results on RNG or totally random. Play for leisure and dont chase for making money or profits because that would create desperation.
1912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching Bitcoin To My Friends| You're invited too on: August 22, 2022, 09:31:58 PM
You did a nice job of letting your friends know about bitcoin and the forum. I commend you for your enthusiasm for taking such a step. Am also spreading the same awareness to my friends by letting them know about bitcoin. It seems not an easy task but we are getting there gradually. thanks to this forum for embroidering my knowledge towards the teaching of crypto to them
It is really that commendable for those people who do consider out on sharing information bitcoin or crypto as a whole.Even though in small scale but at least you are still spreading awareness which is really good
since this would be talking about awareness and recognition in overall.Teaching up the one you do know or simply with your friend does somewhat help on spreading up about its existence
which would really be adding up in overall recognition which i had said earlier but not all people would really be that mindful on about sharing up this opportunity because it could
really be that hassle and most of the time where people doesnt really believe about its potential.
1913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Influence of "Paid" Streamers on Online gambling..... on: August 20, 2022, 09:35:18 PM
~snip~
People are also saying that "Paid" streamers are basically "sweeping" all money that are being played by others on those specific slots. (You often hear people saying... "I cannot play XXX Slot now, because streamer YYY won big on that Slot) - If I am correct... all funds that are played in a casino goes into one "Pot" .....and wins are paid out of that... or in the case of a Jackpot system.. into a "Pot" at the 3rd party service provider. (Is this true or false...any experts out there that can clear this up?)

Just to make something clear .... not all Streamers of gambling content are "Paid" streamers or affiliates of casinos.... some use their own money. (Example : Syztmz)
^Goes to into one pot that we called a house edge or a banker.
But it does have an effect if the paid streamers will win at that time, while other gamblers will lose. Each of them has its own RTP that we can verify on our own. Paid streamers are also similar to the regular gambler but the difference is they seem a higher wager because they have a lot of funds that come from sponsors' money. However you are right, they also use their own money for the sake of the content of the video but all of these are limited when it comes to spending funds.
As an influencer or streamer then i wont really be using up too much money on playing on a gambling site just because its been part of your job or simply like that because we are doing such job to earn more
money and not to waste of it which it would be understandable that most of them would be sponsored it out and it true that when it comes to chances or odds on winning then it would really be just the same
into those who do tend to play on that time or even on old players or others. It is really just they are really making significant wins since they do really bet out something big since they do have that big
funds been provided which it would really be that common sense that it could really trigger out someones interest whenever they do see these numbers.
1914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet (UPDATE) + fixed match on: August 20, 2022, 07:57:31 PM
thanks for the responses everyone, I am placing bets using my own funds now I just needed to win a few big bets first and both of the matches I posted won Smiley
I am glad that you won your bets and that you only used your own money in our to do so instead of taking a loan, however in the OP you express that you think that maybe you should have taken that loan, but you need to understand that there are things that regardless of the outcome should not be done, and taking a loan to gamble with that money is one of those things, it is simply a bad idea to make a bet with money that is not yours, it doesn't matter if you think that it is a sure thing, this is something that must never be done.

Lucky that he's not a type of addicted gambler who still have a good control inside him, unlike with addicted gambling, where most of the time instinct and aggressions are the factors that pushed them to do things that shouldn't be done while in gambling. Taking loans is a big risk not because you into gambling but more on the side that if you lose your bet the loan money needs to be paid, it will be a pain in your butt finding ways to pay the bills realizing that everything just went to one mistake that will continue to chase you while paying the loan amount.

It's good that afterwards, he realized that it's not good and things like this should not be backup or be followed. Always use spare money when gambling, an amount that you can easily let go.

1915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will be running in your mind if Bitcoin reaches $1000 again on: August 20, 2022, 12:09:48 AM
Won't lie, will be feeling not-so-mild panic. But I've held on when BTC dropped below $4k and I do remember feeling pretty panicky, but that didn't last long. Of course, that was "only" a 80% dip from ATH... would be a different feeling holding at $1k after seeing $67k!

That said, I'd be really confident of a terrific bounce up if we do touch 1000!
Bouncing up wont be a guarantee because after seeing 69k and dropped on $1k then it would really be showing off different story where it cant really be avoided that you would be thinking that this might be the end
of bitcoin since it is really just too low if we do consider on whats the ATH and it do ends up on dropping that low which even experienced or old timers of this market will really panic if this time happens.
Some might be still considering on buying up on these prices since its pretty cheap but as long the price wont really go to zero then there's always the probability of recovery
or huge pump ups and this is where those buyers been hoping for for it to happen.
1916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet (UPDATE) + fixed match on: August 19, 2022, 11:22:00 PM
Believing yourself that you could really get fixed matches information is something that you cant really able to obtain unless if you are part of some mafia or big organizations then you would really able to acquire these
things

And OP isn't really sure honestly if that information is legit. If he is really sure, then he should just go ahead and ignore our advice.

It's already clear that the information was just passed by other sources from other sources and so on. OP is not a part of a big group or organization that is involved in the fixed match but rather maybe he was lured to a service of the fixed match which is a paid service.

I hope OP will not always take the bait and be responsible for his future decision.
Mostly this do came from paid services which same as you do said but we know that these informations arent really that sure if its a fixed match information a legit one or just simply a speculation
and those services will really be trying out to claim that it was real when it do really end up on a win which we cant really even assure if its real or not on the first place thats why you should really
be careful on dealing with these type of groups who do claim having those fixed matches information and the most dangerous thing to be done is to take up some loan
for you to make out some bets which it isnt always been recommendable to do so.
1917  Economy / Economics / Re: Why aren't people utilising cryptocurrency payment methods? on: August 19, 2022, 09:59:31 PM
Agree with what you say, because in some countries it is not meant to be a means of payment. Some of them even still do not allow their citizens to adopt bitcoin, so it is indeed very difficult to pass regulations.
My country is still in a neutral stage right now but there is still no talk of paying via bitcoin and it's likely that this will never happen so no matter how hard we do it it still won't work.
If Bitcoin is not added to the latest regulations for wider use including for alternative payment methods then whatever efforts we make will not be successful, so I think the government will not give dispensation for the use of crypto and keep it for futures investment not for alternative payments because of the potential replace the use of fiat.
Even they are afraid off about that probability of replacing fiat but still it cant really be possible if we are really thinking up realistically.Even though cryptocurrencies does have its pro's and benefits but it wouldnt be surely enough on taking replacement of fiat that we've been using through ages.It cant just be possible but instead it would really be just sitting around on being alternative.
People or merchants would really be that hesitant on utilizing crypto payments since we know that not all corners of the world will really be allowing this thing and if its allowed
but people are still hesitant on doing so due to volatility or moving prices which it isnt surprising for such reaction.
1918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet (UPDATE) + fixed match on: August 19, 2022, 08:59:29 PM

i am not sure  if playing with this is safer than Fire but using a borrowed money will double if not  triple your chance of being a loser.

What do you mean not sure if playing with this is safer than fire?
Man, there's nothing safe there in the first place. Taking out a loan to gamble is another of level of risk than just plainly gambling with your own money. How much more If you're taking out a loan to gamble to a said fixed match which sounds very shady for exposing it publicly.
There's not a chance of triple of being a loser here to be honest, coz the first time you took the loan intended to place a bet to the said fixed match, means you're already a loser.
Believing yourself that you could really get fixed matches information is something that you cant really able to obtain unless if you are part of some mafia or big organizations then you would really able to acquire these
things but speaking about on an ordinary day and you do able to see some claiming that these are fixed matches information then better not to believe those things and its true that whenever you  do make use of
your own money and losses then you would really make things even more worst if you do consider on taking up some loan and pushing on the same intent.
1919  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you guys think is the best crypto signals group on Telegram? on: August 18, 2022, 11:54:55 PM
I think you need to use those signals that have brought you profit.
It is very difficult to find singles that will give you profit, because Telegram is always controlled by fraudsters. However, if such signals are received from any exchange, then those signals should be followed. Moreover, it is better to refrain from following any signal from all other sources.
Discord
Telegram

These are the most common platforms where frauds and scams do exist and if you arent really that careful and not aware on how these things works
then you would really be finding yourself on being scammed nor victimized.

Signals provided on these messaging platforms whether it would really be that useful or total shit at all. This is why its important
that you should really make yourself that aware on how things works.

thanks for the responses everyone, I am placing bets using my own funds now I just needed to win a few big bets first and both of the matches I posted won Smiley

That's better. Regardless if you're winning or lossing as long as you're betting with your own money and not the loaned one, you're perfectly fine and free from stress and depressions.
Though, someone reliable told you about fixed matches, but still there is no assurance that the game is indeed being fixed. If it turns out that they got your trust, you'll probably going to get a huge loan and put it all in one bet. From there, you should be able to imagine how it would turn out when you lose?
You would only get stressed when you do lose your money but its normal rather than on having from both stress which is losing your money and you would need to pay up some loan with those losses which is totally
a disaster if you do have this kind of consideration on handling up things because its never been ideal on taking up some loan just for gambling purposes and it would be more worth if you do make
some considerations like these but if it would be solely be spend for gambling then you are just creating some real big problems ahead on the time  that you would need to repay those amounts.
Dont take loan for gambling purposes.Period.
