in my opinion, casinos need to train their employees in the support department, for example, the ideal would be the following: the casino would hire 5 support employees who had programming knowledge, how a casino works from the code, games and frequent problems and then the casino would submit these employees to training that would consist of: knowing everything about the casino, casino TOS , fees and time of withdrawal, deposits... everything! with that, when a customer had a problem, the support guy wouldn't need to forward the problem to the technical department, he would be able to say what is happening with the customer's account and only when it was to solve the problem and that support would forward it to the department technician. what has been happening is that the support guys are people who seem to know nothing about the casino I strongly agree with this approach. I'm not sure about the number of the trained support employees though. Maybe a big casino needs more of them, but even then it's worth doing. I see no reason why they will reply to you given that you are caught red handed on the scam accusation you made against stake. There are some flaws about your scam accusation and even admitted that you used your family member for the KYC which is a red flag for most of casinos.

Yes especially if it goes sideways on a big timeframe 4hrs minimum. When sideways happen there's a chance that it could possibly disrupt the technical analysis you are using as a guide but yeah it depends, Sometimes you just need to reposition or change plans like putting the fund allocated for that trade to other positions since you don't want to be stagnant in a position that give you slower result than you are expecting. |
