It is called: patience. The guy does not exist to serve and handle your requests when you ask for it. If the comment is retracted and so such further comments are going to be made, then your case is will be handled sooner rather than later. I wanted to delete my comment but I felt it might seem like I was supporting a scam intentionally and deleted it when caught, shall I delete it? Please suggest  Good question, and good thinking. hacker1001101001 surely deserves a ban for hiding his payment receiving activities and his alt-accounts even though he had ample time and opportunity to own up but whether a permanent one or a temporary one is given that is the real question.

If hacker1001101001's misdeeds were not apparent to the admins this time last year when he was unbanned, I cannot help that. They should have been. His misdeeds were highlighted four months ago, and the admins chose to not take action.

Hacker1001101001's probable bump spamming should have been apparent to the admins when he was unbanned, and given the amount of time that has elapsed since I believe he did this, I don't think it would be appropriate to prosecute him for this.

I'd say it is worth a flag. Maybe not type 1 since there aren't any damages in the end... Type 1 is the lowest flag you can leave somebody. Due to various concrete red flags, I believe that anyone dealing with this user has a high risk of losing money. (This flag will only be shown to guests/newbies.)

--> this is a NO-GO and clearly violates their Terms and Conditions (not just with Nitrogen but with every affiliate program out there). And in my opinion this is not some shady term hidden deep in the terms to f*** up affiliates/players, it actually makes sense and is absolutely understandable.
You shall not register as a user or make deposits to any user account (directly or indirectly) for your own personal use and/or the use of your relatives, friends, employees, agents or advisors, or otherwise attempt to artificially increase the affiliate commissions payable to you or to defraud us. Violation of this provision shall be deemed to be Fraud Traffic.
This does not mean what you think it means. Read it again. It means you should not register AS your (listed relations). This does not mean you can not use the affiliate link of somebody you know to register your own account. It definitely does - you are not allowed to sign up under any friend´s / family member´s / co-worker´s affiliate link - as simple as that and that´s with every program out there! I just pasted some excerpts of the T&C that are also somehow related... No. This T&C does not state what they want to state. It is improperly written if they want to state what you claim, and is improperly written for other casinos then too.
I didnt even need to read the T&Cs by the way as this is industry standard - do your research plz. It being or not being industry standard is not my concern. This is what happens when you do in-house T&C writing by a blog writer or outsource it for $20 to some pajeet.
Side note: This is not that much relevant, you can open a separate thread if you want to discuss why T&C's are improperly written and therefore their intended use is invalid when executed. OP needs his money returned. |
