I haven't bothered tracking it down, but I do remember Theymos explicitly stating directly that this is an abuse of the trust system. Actualizations to past ratings are not abuse of anything. I will replace ratings as many times as necessary, and you will whine, cry and shout many more times than that.

Have most of you guys forgot the lessening of the guidelines post the introduction of the flag system? Yes, you can now leave negatives for many more things (and no, it isn't abuse/misuse like it was before - to a lesser extent now). It is the flag system that's for scams nowadays, and the trust system for more "opinionated-things".You should give these ratings for anything which you think would impact someone's willingness to trade with the person, but you should not use trust ratings to attack a person's opinions or otherwise talk about things which would not be relevant to reasonable prospective traders.

Incorrect. I have am not interested in his views or personal opinions not related to the trust system or trust in general. I don't know about that. You have a long history of trying to justify the use of the trust system to penalize people whom you have a difference of opinion with. Your negative rating left for me for example, supposedly for a months old discussion, but left exactly as I was becoming more vocal pointing out the lack of evidence in accusations against OGNasty leaves the motivations behind it very transparent. Of course you know I am not involved in any kind of fraudulent activity but the words I speak make it difficult for you to target your opponents with impunity, so you feel it necessary to leverage the trust system to try to coerce people to cooperate with your opinions and goals.
