Thanks, I will edit the post now.. I have seen many clones appear in the form of google ads so that made me doubt them. True. In before, we have seen many such fakes of blockchain.info being advertised on Google SERP through Adwords, which stole people's fund. Its good to be skeptical in Crypto world. Regarding the authenticity of LocalBitcoins.net, I just found this discussion on LocalBitcoins.com's own forum - https://localbitcoins.com/forums/#!/localbitcoins/general-discussion:what-is-localbitcoinsnet-a

Thanks. But, if I pay to this address from a wallet that does not support BIP 70, will BitPay consider that invoice as paid?
Well yes, that's the whole point from the decoder, being able to pay without having a BIP70 compatible wallet. I have done it multiple times, It works. Good. I thought they check metadata too.

Hard work never counts. It is always smart work that counts.

Hey, that's a great update!! hopefully, they can create something like that as it would help bitcoin with trust.
I'm sure GST is coming to Bitcoin. I'm worried about the tax slab. Rather than the tax slab, what matters more to the Bitcoin community is certainty in policy. The RBI wakes up one fine day and decides to get banks to squeeze bitcoin exchanges. The government seems to frame committees but does nothing beyond that. No long term focus or policy direction. BIG tax may eat out the chance of profitability.

I suppose you want to use this to decode a Bitpay payment URL?
Yes. If so, you can do yourself without trusting any website by sending a GET request to the URL with the header "Accept" equal to "application/payment-request", which is basically what the tool does; It will return the address and amount to send. Here is an example by using Postman: https://i.imgur.com/7EkFSDJ.pngThanks. But, if I pay to this address from a wallet that does not support BIP 70, will BitPay consider that invoice as paid?

Some recent news said SBI is going to acquire 30% of BCH hashrate so there's no way they could ban all cryptocurrecies
That is SBI Group of Japan. Not the Indian bank.

This appears to be a more realistic project - https://www.freesociety.comMoreover, it has recently been found, most bitcoiners prefer Tesla over Lambo.

Does anyone have any idea how they would process the refunds? Would that be in the bank account? I have an account on koinex and want money in bank. have around 0.05 Btc. Can anyone shed some light on this?
If u want INR, sell it and withdraw INR. If u want BTC, withdraw it as is. Simple.

Investors would only be able to do peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions with a fellow trader. One would only be able to transact in the form of exchange with any another cryptocurrency. Some exchanges WazirX and Koinex Loop are working on peer-to-peer model.
Thats good for now atleast they are doing something to continue trading cryptos If in future, I convert my cryptocurrency to rupee by P2P transaction, how will I prove that it is legal money ( not black money or any money laundering ). Maybe, crypto will grow x100 in 2 years. So I can have over a crore rupee in crypto. That may attract attention of authorities if I one day get a crore rupee in my account. Did you get your coins more than a few years back? If you did and you haven't moved your coins, then you can argue (if required) that most of the money you earn by selling these coins is capital gains tax. Capital gains tax applies on recognized asset class. Crypto is not yet a recognized asset class in India.

For now, just keep earning Crypto. There are hell lot of people in India, honestly making their living off Crypto. The voice to regularize Crypto is getting stronger everyday. Whatever comes... we'll face it together.
p.s. If u r 18+, try to have a PAN card as soon as possible and file NIL ITR, even if your Crypto gain does not fall under taxable bracket.

Why the board appears to be so dead now?
Because the site is getting close to dead as well IMO, last bet was more than 10 days ago. It seems that after they reduced the winning payout from x16 to x10, people started to leave the site. As long as I remember, the winning payout was x16 which had low house edge, but now it is x10 only which means higher house edge. Other than that, the game itself is not so popular although it is a provably fair game. Gamblers prefers to play on dice game if they want to get x10 payout, which is simple and does not require fee for every bet they make. I do feel the same...
