2001  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: LSM Labs on: April 28, 2014, 02:32:11 AM
This is a thread about a new mining manufacturer called LSM Labs.

They have listed:

Pandora
3 TH/s ASIC Miner
$7,199 USD
Delivery by 21st May 2014

As well as other machines.

Obviously a scam! Their logo is familiar though, but i can't recall from where.
Shipping on 21 is a big lie. If they were shipping on 21 why there are only 3d renders on the site? They must have at least the chips in hand by now. BIG SCAM!

I recognized the logo right away, and even the FedEx trucks: http://www.americansecurityadvisersllc.com/

2002  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: davout / Paymium - Instawallet on: April 28, 2014, 01:51:30 AM
Won't return coins that belong to depositors of the failed Instawallet service.

Used a 'window' of opportunity notice in obscure forum section for the filing of claims and refuses to accept any other requests for coin returns. Disregards totally any credibility and reputation of claimants, essentially implicitly accusing them of making false claims. If many of the people who lost coins in Instawallet cannot make claims davout will profit handsomely.

Suggest removal from bitcointalk staff as a minimum until this cleared up ... and possible scammer label attached if it drags on and other honest people are ripped off.

+1

It must be nice to be staff, thus allowed to further ignore a Bitcoiner that still has a 1,132 BTC claim against InstaWallet, of which is own by Paymium, due to its supposed "hack".
2003  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: My 1,132 BTC stolen by Paymium ongoing exchange index via BitStamp. on: April 28, 2014, 01:36:58 AM
Hello all !

Posting here for one of the first times, got really interested in the whole bitcoins community a little less than a month go.

As always when I discover something interesting I feel the urge to develop something revolving around it using the wonderful Rails framework.

So I've started developing something that would look like MyBitcoin but having in sight to add lots of interesting features and try out some economic models...

Features I'dd like to add :
 - Improved address books and transfers to e-mail addresses
 - Interfaces with other bitcoin services
 - Open and powerful API for other services and merchants
 - Facebook integration (that would be opt-in Smiley )
 - More generally speaking, enable people without any bitcoin knowledge or curiosity to open an account

Economic models that could be interesting :
 - Interest for your deposits
 - {insert interesting idea here}

So what I'm posting here for is basically :
 - Gathering interesting ideas and comments from the community
 - See if it would be a smart move to open the code in order for anybody to look for security breaches and therefore harden the bank safe Smiley

The above was davout's second post on this forum.

Currently, 1,132 BTC at $431 USD/BTC equates to $487,892 USD.
2004  Economy / Scam Accusations / My 1,132 BTC stolen by Paymium ongoing exchange index via BitStamp. on: April 28, 2014, 01:31:24 AM
When first deposited 1,132 BTC on InstaWallet: ~$13 USD/BTC equates to $14,716 USD.

When stolen: ~$116 USD/BTC equates to $131,312 USD.

At ATH: ~$1,300 USD/BTC equates to $1,471,600 USD.

Currently: $434.7900 USD/BTC equates to $492,182.28 USD

What davout amassed AFTER the InstaWallet "hack" sans any known source of income: 1,384.35491053 BTC as can be seen here: https://blockchain.info/address/16d1yGrEDqSY1xhCnAUWrkahGY2mkWdAYk

I will sell bitcoinbank.com if anybody is interested.

I'd only be interested in bitcoin-bank.com
Registered bitcoins-bank.com and a couple of others, also planning on actually opening a bank there.

Two other domains name David registered on Nov. 18, 2010 were Bitcoin-Central.net and Bitcoin-Central.net.

List of InstaWallet claims to date:

Phinnaeus Gage               1,000 BTC
Phinnaeus Gage                  132 BTC
Phinnaeus Gage               0.835 BTC (paid in full Feb., 2014)

1,000 BTC: https://www.instawallet.org/w/rL2DhMWW9tDvs24oFwtiq99zhh7A3ii6bg
132 BTC: https://www.instawallet.org/w/gZh1afVVl5aAtjNwXo0BiYChTxjwln33ab

0.835 BTC ~ PAID: https://www.instawallet.org/w/sMceOus2wYrDVAHxA5BssBwB7kgDqC9r4Q

All three claims were filed at the same exact time at the onset of when InstaWallet's claim process was made available to its non-customers, during which time many people were having difficulty submitting their claims, myself included at first.

The claim process was briefly suspended then, upon reopening, all three of my URL generated pages were reconfigured. I just assumed at the time that that was the norm once a claim was made, and heeded the warning by Boussac, et al. to not resubmit any of the three claims till after the 90 day grace period.

After being denied all three claims due to none of them being found on InstaWallet's servers, the lesser wallet was finally paid this past February (2014) after resubmitting the same exact information.

It was stated, and repeated several time by Boussac, et al. that no accounts over 50 BTC will be returned till after all the other >50 BTC claims were processed first. This proved to not be the case from the very first payout, forward, some of which funneling back to the principals and those close to Paymium, with davout currently sitting on 1,384.35491053 BTC as seen in this wallet https://blockchain.info/address/16d1yGrEDqSY1xhCnAUWrkahGY2mkWdAYk in spite of having no known source of income to generate such a large bankroll. 252.35491953 BTC is probably his from whatever, whereas 1,132 BTC of that sum is clearly mind.

In the spirit of the the title of this thread, who else is still awaiting bitcoins from InstaWallet? I will gladly add your claim to the second post of this thread that WON'T be locked till all claims are paid in full or all the principals of Paymium are behind bars.

2008  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What do we know about Gonzague Gay-Bouchery (of Mt Gox)? on: April 28, 2014, 12:27:40 AM
Is there anything that links him with Mt.Gox's stolen bitcoins and the background activity?

He worked for the company and had physical access to the offices. If Mark did not trust him with access to various resources, it could be easy to install key-loggers and stealth surveillance gear to get the information he was looking for.

So you are claiming that he stole the bitcoins?

Can't they atleast find out which address has the btc?

No, I'm not claiming that Gay took the bitcoins. Most likely it is Mark, but it could be someone using Mark as a scapegoat as well.

Truth is nobody knows the full story except for those involved. But since 200K BTC was recovered, people should at least get something back.

In all honesty we don't know very much apart from the fact that something is going on and there's some investigations, but what will come out of it - nobody knows.

That sucks. So they found 200k, so how much is still missing?

Would not that be about 550k btc?

But as the word goes a liquidation process can take years, and bitcoins might be sold for fiat money..

Don't forget, Bicoinica's funds were trusted with Mt Gox that were never returned.
2009  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-Central.net "We have been compromised" on: April 28, 2014, 12:25:48 AM
What the?! Again?!

The writing is on the wall, all! Bitcoin-Central is about to be "hacked" again. I'm willing to bet that Grandval, Pierre and David are setting the stage as we speak, for Boussac just locked the InstaWallet claims thread in spite of them still owing me 1,132 BTC.

I assume David François (davout - Staff of BitcoinTalk) was making sure that he still had access to his precious while siphoning off my 1,132 BTC, not to mention the other 20K micro IW wallets that will probably never be reunited with their original owners.
2011  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Open Letter to Gonzague Grandval - CEO of Paymium on: April 27, 2014, 10:27:18 PM
Important cross-post:

Correction: I erred and claimed it was Satoshi Dice, when in reality it was Just-Dice.com as seen in this tx: https://blockchain.info/tx/5f801a8dc14473a9e41c1ef455fe0b14917dd4f5ac5e76a1beb112f0f00bf63b

At this speaking, I wish to further state that Satoshi Dice nor Just-Dice.com seem to be involved in this fiasco, especially Satoshi Dice. I will be looking into Just-Dice though to see if there is any connection, hoping to not find any, for I have no qualms with them, again at this penning.

Boussac just locked the InstaWallet claim thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167215.msg6428319#msg6428319

To date, I've yet to be returned to me my 1,132 BTC that now resides in one of davout's (BitcoinTalk staff) wallets: https://blockchain.info/address/16d1yGrEDqSY1xhCnAUWrkahGY2mkWdAYk

The above coins were originally in InstaWallet's account, moved in and out of Bitcoin-Central's wallet(s), then in and out of Satoshi Dice, before being sent to davout's main wallet, then transferred once to the above.

All principals of Paymium should be considered thieves until my 1,132 BTC is returned to me.

I don't know how is best to use the words too vs to and would like some help better understanding how "to" do so.  I feel like I missed a day of English class when all of this was covered in my younger years and it's now time to catch up.   Smiley

To my limited understanding I think too should take the place of the word also, or atleast that is how I've come look at it.  I'd like to be more grammatically correct with my words and would like anyone knowledgeable and willing to help me and others that may have the same issues better understand what is right way to use these words.

This can also be about common mistakes you notice but for now let's try and keep it simple please so that people actually learn something instead of feeling intimated by the intellect or another and don't bother learning anything.  I'm also confused about words that spell check underlines as a word that has been spelled incorrectly.  For example atleast is underlined when I type it out but I think that is how it's spelled, am I incorrect?  Things of this nature is what I'd liked to be discussed, please and thanks for your help in advance..

Not sure what "day" you missed in school, but it's suffice to say that a lot of shit was covered that particular day according to your OP.

The following is a request of Joshua Zipking of AMT to remove a certain YouTube video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iO-EGJhdx4U

Joshua Zipkin of AMT a.k.a. Advanced Mining Technology (or Technologies) has 48 hours (from the timestamp of this post being posted) to remove the above video depicting me quasi-endorsing said entity or he will be access $1,000 USD per day from the date it was uploaded (March 28, 2014) plus 10% interest compounded daily.

If after 48 hours the video is still up, Josh Zipkin will owe me $30K USD plus 10% interest compounded daily.

I will now post this post in AMT's self-moderated thread so that he has a fair opportunity to see it, thus allowing him to act accordingly.

~Bruno Kucinskas

I denounced that video within ~10 hours from the time it was first uploaded, but Joshua Zipkin of AMT is using it to further promote their product line while customers of theirs are still awaiting product ordered over 6 months ago or for a refund of which they are rightfully due according to US law.

Plugged my miner is after I got a blackplane from another AMT customer.  Note: AMT has not shipped me a backplane.

This is the result:

The backplane started going up in smoke when I plugged it in.

Notice the burn marks at the top.

No wonder they conveniently forgot to include a backplane.

Looks like you're not getting a backplane because Joshua Zipkin is under the impression that you got it from me.

Plugged my miner is after I got a blackplane from another AMT customer.  Note: AMT has not shipped me a backplane.

No wonder they conveniently forgot to include a backplane.

Getting a back plane from another AMT customer voids (especially one who really don't like - phin) the credibility and reliability of the back plane.
And bitmine does not have a new back plane, who ever said that is retarded.

Carlos, we've requested that you RMA your miner on several occasions as the condition due to shipping seems to be an issue and may effect how your miner performs.

Just send it back and let us send you a new one. Thanks. Or stay here and bitch about it, either way can't get blood from a stone bud.
