2001  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: September 09, 2022, 10:20:42 PM
You can't associate poker players with gambling either. Those are two completely different things. Of course you need luck with poker but you don't just depend on luck and that's the big difference. I think that poker is also older than (online) gambling. I'm still curious when online poker became popular and when it came on the market and originated. You also don't hear many new poker sites appearing, while at casinos and bookmakers you see one bookmaker after another emerging and new to the business.

Wow. Your explanation is invalid. Of course we can associate poker players with gambling.
There are millions of poker players around the world that gamble on their game. While this can be true for other sports, it is a very specific fact about poker. Sure you can know how to play poker and still not gamble on it, but that's definitely not the case here. If you think about it, poker is mathematically just a different game of probability. You have a certain set of odds as to whether you will win or lose.
2002  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: WARNING! SCAM SITE on: September 09, 2022, 09:55:10 PM
Op haven't posted any evidence, but the comparison of both the interface is almost similar with very few changes. Even the colour contours were the same, which creates doubt over the platform. Always good to go with the trusted casinos available. If you're entering into the BC.game and it can get redirected to this platform. In that point we need to be very careful while entering any particular casino.
^ If OP has full evidence about what he has been scammed that is good to convince more others to believe his warning but upon reading the replies above I am already convinced. I wanted to know how OP was scammed or in what way.

I don't think it matters whether the OP was personally scammed by the casino or not. It's important to warn the community and other players if there is something suspicious about a casino site.
All in all, it is in our players' best interest to post reviews whenever possible, especially if they're negative. If a site has terrible customer service, we want to know about it! If a casino is constantly cheating players, everyone needs to know about it. If anything, I learned that you have to be very careful when trusting new casinos with your money. This is exactly where the strength of community comes in, because when you have the experience of other players before you, you don't have to risk your money on a new, shady casino.
2003  Economy / Reputation / Re: What is the Different Between 1XBet and 1XBit? on: September 09, 2022, 09:38:27 PM
What I have to say is that the parent company decided to use one brand name for fiat casino and the other for online.
<...>

I think you made a mistake there. Both platforms are for online gambling, and both platforms accept crypto payments. If you pay attention to the posts before, this is exactly how some members were able to connect both platforms (including some others, like Kawbet, Melbet, and many others). Because all crypto payments lead to the same wallets.

You shouldn't be discouraged by the fact that your investigations are being questioned. All investigators go through this at some point. If you have valid evidence, you should persevere, even if some members are skeptical. Let the evidence do the talking.

Obviously they tried to erase it but wayback machine does not lie

Yes, that's right. And, if anyone didn't understand what that was all about, 1xbit was launched in 2016 while their parent company 1XBET was founded in 2007.
2009  Economy / Reputation / Re: What is the Different Between 1XBet and 1XBit? on: September 08, 2022, 08:18:54 PM
As someone already said, the main brand of the company is 1XBET, but 1xbit is simply an unlicensed and illegal derivative. This allows the company to operate in markets where 1XBET is prohibited.
What is most important, their background operations and their "security" team is the same, so all the scamming comes from the same source.

I've read countless complaints from both casinos on many online review sites and forums. Here are a few choice messages from their security departments:

The official response from 1xbet security team (five years ago):

source: https://www.reddit.com/r/sportsbook/comments/6s3xr5/1xbet_canceled_all_my_winnings_after_attempting/

The response from 1xbit security department (2017):

At 10:18pm, the security department answer me that :

Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 31 of the betting company 1xbit.
We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them. At the same time your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you  is final and without appeal.
You can withdraw your funds.

The response from Melbet security department (2017):

source: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/melbet-1xbet-refuses-to-withdraw.79608/

I think it would be foolish to think that this could just be a coincidence.
2010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of Mobile Gambling Is Leaving People Ruined and Unable to Quit on: September 08, 2022, 07:34:29 PM
I think it's safe to say that as technology advances and becomes more prevalent, we have seen both positive and negative effects; as with anything. As a result, gamblers will be able to gamble in ways they may not have been able to in the past. The internet has largely done away with the need for physical locations to gamble, for example. In fact, a lot of people who would have never even considered gambling ten years ago can now do so from anywhere, and with any device they want. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it does make it much easier for someone with gambling problems to fall back into their destructive habits. Sadly, it is a reality for many compulsive gamblers. On the other hand, however, those safeguards that were put in place may not always be enough to prevent problem gambling.

With that being said, it's important to be aware of the negative impacts gambling can have on your life, regardless of the platform, but it's also important to remember that gambling is a form of entertainment and it should be enjoyed responsibly. It all comes back to self-control and it's up to you to make sure that gambling doesn't negatively affect other areas of your life. Some of us may have an easier time saying "no" than others, but if you feel like it's starting to become problematic, then chances are you need to take steps toward eliminating that problem. If you think it could be affecting your life in a negative way, like your relationships, your career or finances, then it's time to take some steps toward limiting or stopping altogether.
2011  Other / Off-topic / Re: Gratitude for cryptocurrency on: September 08, 2022, 07:00:47 PM
The most common sentiment seems to be gratitude for Satoshi, who created the Bitcoin community and its enabling technology. After all, in accepting Bitcoin, we give thanks for all those who came before us and made this possible. But above all, you have to stay true to yourself and don't get swept up in the hype of speculation and misinformation that surrounds Bitcoin, or any other cryptocurrency for that matter. Listen to what experts have to say about these incredible new technologies, but make sure to process the information through a rational lens.
2012  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🍀 LOTTOCRYPTOS - Multi crypto Lotteries on: September 08, 2022, 06:47:28 PM
I have been thinking about implementing a Provably Fair System as suggested by FatFork.

But I can't think of how to do it with multiple simultaneous players and an undetermined number range until draw time.

It can be applied to dice or roulette games, because they have a determined range of numbers.

In my opinion, that's a lame excuse. The fact is that a large majority of crypto casinos and lotteries have successfully incorporated provably fair mechanisms into their processes. It looks like you haven't done enough research, and you're just saying all kinds of nonsense.

notblox1 asked you a question the first day you opened this topic and you still haven't given a concrete answer:

How do we know that numbers are selected truly random and how can this be verified?
It's not hard for someone to create a lottery website and show any numbers they want saying they are random.
2013  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 08, 2022, 06:33:23 PM
so anyone can use the fake details to withdraw and one who want to continue the services can do what is supposed to do.
I'm surprised your suggest anyone to fill fake information in case Roobet force their users to complete level 1 KYC, well anyone shouldn't fill fake information because your IP address can be tracked and they can know where your real location. If they're do cross checking and proven the users are lying, I wouldn't surprised if they demand level 2 KYC or level 3 KYC, of course it will make you harder to withdraw your money.

Anyone should know, when you're play on KYC casino, you're have 2 option: submit KYC or leave it.

I just want say that you're right, we shouldn't fill fake information in case of Roobet's level 1 KYC. If you don't want to risk your money that you have on the platform, you must go through the KYC process. It can sometimes be a nuisance, but it is necessary to have a valid KYC information in place to use the platform. If someone suggests you provide false information for KYC purposes, they are giving you the wrong advice.
2014  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🍀 LOTTOCRYPTOS - Multi crypto Lotteries on: September 07, 2022, 10:00:44 PM
So many lottery websites same as this have got into usage, and this is simply hard to believe. For example take it as 100 tickets as a whole, and here if 50 tickets have got sold they'll shuffle the entire 100 tickets and choose the number. If the ticket within 50 gets chosen on the random pick the winning will be the lottery house. So, being transparent is much important and to grab the attention of users with these kind of service trust is more essential.
Plus some often confirm that it is transparent but in fact, it is difficult to prove with a purchased ticket it is quite easy to lose. Buying Lottery tickets which if we look at them online is indeed profitable at home and until now most of the lottery numbers that have been selected may have included one or two real participants to trick other buyers. I've tried a few times and if you think about the fun level the Lottery is definitely not effective. If you have other betting options maybe my advice The Lottery is much less transparent at the moment.

I totally agree.

@Lottocryptos, since there have been so many scam lotteries in the past, I think you should focus on the Provably Fair system in the back end instead of marketing your site. How can we be sure that this lottery site is 100% honest and not running a rigged system? To be honest, I would never participate in any lottery that is not provably fair, especially when the odds of winning are very small.

2017  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 07, 2022, 04:30:49 PM
Look, in this casino do not create an account if you do not want to comply with KYC and before any customer makes a deposit they could ask for KYC and if they also want to change something in the TOS to make everyone comply with KYC level 2 they could inform everyone in advance and give people 30 days to withdraw their money and close their accounts. It doesn't cost anything to have common sense and do this!
Good points. The biggest issue with how they enforced mandatory KYC level-1 is that they never informed their gamblers in advance about it which stunned many of them since it was completely unexpected.

This is definitely something I can support, as it is an appropriate way to introduce KYC requirements. Having new players sign up for the gambling platform and then require KYC verification before withdrawing money will certainly not make the platform popular in the mainstream and might even hamper some users. The least they could do was give a grace period to process the KYC if they want or to refund the money of players who do not meet the KYC requirements within the validity period. That would have been reasonable.
2018  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 04, 2022, 09:03:57 PM
Overall, it's still possible to withdraw your winnings from some crypto gambling sites without providing KYC.

True but I think the trend of Casino will be KYC implementation so it would be just a matter of time before those non-KYC Casinos start requiring their player to submit documents for KYC.
We have to be more ready for this, it is still good for a level 1 KYC with Roobet, but if they will start to ask for some proof or documents, that could be alarming and for sure many will not comply. Well, let’s just hope that they will make an announcement first before they implement this kind of changes, because for sure many are still not ok with KYC, and they will leave right away if the site started to require this.

I doubt that they will announce anything beforehand. They didn't do it last time, when they introduced mandatory KYC Level 1, which caught many players off guard. Not exactly the best business practice, if you ask me but I guess they had their reasons.

I think your evidence is solid, but the mods probably just need time to process all the submissions.
