I applied for translating the ANN thread into Dutch. I had a problem however validating my account at Valuecash through email: "Invalid Verification Link" The "Resend link" button gives the following error: "Cannot POST /apps/valuecash/resend_verification_email"

Let me know when I can start and how I can validate my profile at Valuecash.

Best regards,

Arvin

I'll pass your concerns to the team and will let you know once this is resolved. Thanks for your patience.
EDIT: Please send a message containing the error to Support and they'll sort this out.

ValueCash is listed on CryptoStills

• Full project presentation
• Full media linking
• Continuous Twitter news updates
• Moderated discussions

Thanks for the publication, we appreciate it.

hey manager. I filled out the  twitter form but there did not ask my wallet. where will you charge rewards?

Your "ValueCash Username" is asked in each and every bounty form, which will be credited once ICO ends and we start distributing stakes.
If you've filled it, you shouldn't worry.

I see only 3 people participating in article and video campaigns, I think to introduce a project requires participants of article and video campaigns because I think they are very influential

This is just the beginning and I believe that more participants will join during the first week. We are trying our best to make it reach everyone at global level.

Okay we shall see. The way some developer run away after ico this days make one even panic to invest too much into ico. Its hard to recognize genuine team.

Managers like us, first try to communicate with the team whether they are genuine or not and then after, we help them launch their ICO and Bounties.
It is said that every finger has its own length, so judging anyone without research is like blaming an innocent for a crime they didn't commit.

P.S.: To those asking about why ETH wallets have not been asked in the forms or applications, it is clearly mentioned in OP that XVL is "NOT BASED ON SMART CONTRACTS", so you will need to register over website to receive your tokens in your back-office.

Hi everyone, a quick update on the bounty:
Yesterday was the last day of our Bounty, and we would like to thank all of you who participated and helped us promote our project and make it reach the expected amount of audience. And then, there were some bad things happened like Facebook's new policy over ICOs which made everyone helpless to promote us there. However, I'll be updating all the stakes from now on (complete sheet) and I give all of you a period of 2 weeks if you have not yet updated your ValueCash Username. Please send me a PM if you wish to update your "ETH address" that you entered in your ValueCash username field.

Thanks to all of you for your participation and great appreciation.
Cheers.

You guys should stop this slavery and shitty pay rates here. Even with the falling price level of bitcoin one would've expected that rates are jerked up. It will be hard getting quality posters here.

For all those joining this or any of the signature campaigns, I want to tell you a few things:
- First of all, a "QUALITY POST" has nothing to do with what are you getting for it. There are people over the forum contributing for free by busting spammers and scammers, making very high quality posts that you can't even match up a 5% of their level.
- Secondly, if you are so butthurt about the rates, you shouldn't be joining any campaigns. And if you believe that you should make quality posts only when you will get paid something in return, GTFO. You are not even needed on the forum itself.

2049  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin + major Alts 13x in 2018? on: December 14, 2017, 08:16:35 PM
The article is well-written and explained by the author about how things end up. But here, as you said that "if those few trillions will come in crypto markets, altcoins will rise" - that's a scenario that will happen for sure. But I think that Bitcoin will hold the majority of funds coming in through sources, and so, Bitcoin may float very higher even if just 1 trillion gets into it and market cap will fly very high once this turns into a reality. What I don't understand here is - Why did you choose a number i.e.; 13x? How can you be so sure? Bitcoin is already 16x this year alone, so if Bitcoin reaches 13x more from current value it will be Hyperbitcoinism.  Wink
2050  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC analysis for this month! on: December 14, 2017, 07:46:43 PM
UPDATE: As you saw, the value went above 8400 but due to some disappointing facts that tether got attacked and hacked, the value plunged back below 7900 as it slipped down >$500 making it to lose up to 6% at a stretch, but the recovery from that level is amazing. We are in the middle of a storm where some stops will possibly be touched over 8500 level and if it continues the breakdown over altcoins, there are two values which are looking really easy to be broken, and they are 9950 and 11600 respectively.

I think that people panicked way too much over the Tether hack.

And right now we're seeing the recovery as quick as the dump itself had occured which is encouraging to see. Again it seems to show that bitcoin's price is pretty much bulletproof and even a $30 million hack did not matter and can't stop BTC from rising. This compared to the Bitfinex hack last year is just so different.

I think that your values(9950 and 11600) are spot on. 9950 being that one last push until $10000, and then the go ahead signal at $11600. Both are crucial.

It was actually for the good of Bitcoins that it stabilized and went down, gave alts a chance to rise back and people made good money in terms of both Bitcoins and fiat as when they made better % over their investment in altcoins, they might have waited by not selling their BTC till now. As market-makers are now creating new records, we are probably heading towards a slight downfall near 14500 after which the rally looks to be continuing and going all-the-way bullish till 18600 and 22560 levels. Let's wait and watch what futures have got in the game as chances are - if the investors over the world decide to hold and not to short, I think those levels will be reached this year itself (maybe Christmas eve).
2051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need help with Bitcoin Gold (snapshot query). on: December 14, 2017, 07:40:12 PM
Guys, there are more than 5 Bitcoin forks and I am seriously stressed out now hearing these announcements as well as the names are so stupendous.
Anyone knows whether I should send my Bitcoins to an exchange like Bittrex or something to get these free coins as well? I am not so well-informed about these forks but a friend told me that such thing is going to happen, can anyone shed some light on this and help me out by telling me that on which dates, these forks will have their snapshots taken? As well, what are the specifics about them? Or is it just a new way of money-making for those who are "forking" them out of Bitcoins? Why don't they come up with their own chain? Why to use the name "Bitcoin" ahead of their crap?
2052  Economy / Speculation / Re: New paradigm! on: December 14, 2017, 07:30:29 PM
We need to create new methods.

As TA is just pseudo-science for speculation, we can trace lines from anywhere and say this is mathematically reasonable, just to provoke bull-runs and push the price even higher. The more people buy, the better. Bitcoin can solve money problems for lots of people. Imagine governments hoarding bitcoins to pay debts to the banksters.

Depending on where the blockchain technology is going, people can even stop working and automate everything, generating money from solar panels, and earning it during leisure time.

But there are some disadvantages too that factorize the whole Bitcoin system to be unsustainable - Problems of blockchain size, problems of higher number of unconfirmed transactions and problem of fees - these were the 3 major things why we decided to support Bitcoins and now these things have become a problem.

Blockchain size - needs to settle down because if you have a PC with just 80 - 120 GB hard disk, you can't even think of downloading the whole blockchain for your desktop-based wallet.

Unconfirmed transactions - I don't understand if miners are intentionally doing this to let the fee be remain raised like nothing for free (or less) any more.

Fees - The above explanation refers to this as well.

But yeah, Bitcoin is not the same any more and I think that the way we used to follow those patterns has nothing to do now with what we are seeing because observations need to change with the change in numbers that are already changing at a higher pace now.
2053  Economy / Speculation / Re: The rocket is coming...Time to Buy BTC $$$ on: December 14, 2017, 07:24:25 PM
After CBOE launched their bitcoin futures trade ww did see a price increase because of the many enthusiasts. But now we also see the price going up and down. Maybe we'll see the same with CME, but it won't be so spectacular as we would like to see. After a week or two the price might even fall back to 14K, which is still okay, but there will be no rocket for sure.

Even I believe the same way that Bitcoin could come down a bit once futures start to trade on exchanges because that way, investors will get profits from both sides' margins which wasn't possible till now. As of now, futures will allow them to make money through shorting too with much higher leverage than what other exchanges provided before. I think 30k is way too far, but if we talk about the end of 2018 then it's still possible considering more than 1600% rise during this year itself taking 1k as starting value. 30k is less than even 2x of the current price and investors are saying that Bitcoin will probably see a 40k price tag next year. Remember, it's not us who's making money on this, but it's them who are making tons over us.
2054  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Cycles on: December 14, 2017, 06:56:21 PM
There were those accumulators and whales who understood the tech and bought in when nobody took it seriously, and those times were different when they had the singularity of being the biggest possessors of Bitcoins and we don't know whether they still hold that number or not. I think the scenario is completely different to that of what we saw after the 1k value crash and watching what's currently going on, I can say that the match is up and people have just started to jump into this. It's not just that Bitcoin is rising, alts are also going to see the real advantage of it sooner as when it will stop at a certain point, everyone will probably use altcoins to cut their losses over fees they are currently paying.
2055  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reach 25,000$ at this year end ?? on: December 14, 2017, 06:49:35 PM
Now the price of bitcoin move towards  16800,so I think the price of bitcoin will move towards 25,000$ at this year end.
The price of bitcoin will reach 20k$ at this year end or 25k$ ??

So what is your opinion about this?

Markets have gone damn crazy after Bitcoin going mainstream. This shows the power of media that anything could happen once you get attention of people and the major source of your attention is media. 20k looks reasonable and possible, but 25k still seems parabolic but nothing is impossible here. I never expected these values to be reached too early, but as we are at 16300, I could say that exchanges are not going to meet the demands that have risen at an exponential level and so, increase in value is acceptable.
2056  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most attractive concept about Bitcoin? on: December 14, 2017, 06:39:53 PM
what makes bitcoin appealing, in other words: what is the "breaking the ice" part about bitcoin that you can tell a newbie in a sentence or two, too pull them into this crypto journey BTC @millzp0

Its Usage: We are gathering a lot of new users that's breaking records by them downloading more than 50k wallets on a daily basis.
Its speed: Nowadays, it feels like a "hangover" happened with Bitcoins, else it holds the capability to get your funds driven from one end to another in a matter of seconds (depends on confirmations).
Its value: No need to say anything on this as you are the witness yourself.
2057  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: computer dying. are my wallets in the Hard Disk Drive? on: December 14, 2017, 06:32:44 PM
I have a Dying computer.  It won't stay on. I bought the exact same computer on  ebay used.  if I change out hard disk drive from my dying computer will that carry my wallets With Coins in then to the ebay computer?

Saving your hard drive could help, but importing and safeguarding your private keys from those wallets is a much better option in order to keep your coins under your possession even after your PC dies (or even your hard drive).

Quote
I tried a thumb drve or memory stick. not sure what it is called.  But it tore all wallets to pieces. tried to burn them to dvd or cd disk. put disk in a laptop I had some wallets but not all of them and no coins in them.

You might be talking about pen-drive if not wrong. Yes, it helps storing the wallet file but in case it goes corrupt, a new wallet gets created when you start the portal, but as said, keeping private key is safer.

Quote
I could not see the the coins anyway. wallets also needed to re sync.

This possibly means that the data you saved needs to get re-validated before (your) newer transactions get started to accept.
