2041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Concerning the future of bounty programs on: May 18, 2019, 10:52:03 PM
This is the sad truth behind this, back in 2017 when bitcoins price become stable on$10k-$13k every bounty you join pays off huge amounts because price of bitcoin is way too high that it compensate the low amount of tokem you receive from those bounty.Market price has a huge part contributing why most ico this year died
Way back to 2017, it was a big pleasure for everyone to wait for airdropped or bounty cryptos. It doesn't worth to drain the energy for the ongoing bounty campaigns due to lack of liquidity on the bounty tokens.
2042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you suggest participate in airdrop? why? on: May 18, 2019, 10:47:24 PM
The truth is, before I eagerly joined those airdrops but right now, I don't see anything of value to spend my time with them. It's true, they will require you to complete the KYC thing for few bucks and once it hit the exchanges, you are already too late to catch the peak. Maybe, this is the reason why airdrops are now not an exciting thing for the users here. You will spend your time and effort and risking your identity for few pennies.
I agree with your valid points. Sending the documents for KYC is too risky for me too for the few cents worth tokens. I can count other reasons but some people prefer to participate in the airdrops rather than doing the remote job for as a middleman.
2043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I stopped trading. 3 reasons why. on: May 18, 2019, 10:34:04 PM
I never got interested in trading before but thanks really for the heads-up. I don't do well with stress and straining emotions well,  i'll hands off consideration about trading. I have not really done too much about Blockchain games but i may try it out sometimes
Crypto trading can be boring for the new traders but it becomes more interesting later. Stress if another part of the trading journey and there is no way to eliminate this on trading. Just move on if you don't find yourself in the crypto trading.
2044  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: technical vs strategy on: May 18, 2019, 10:30:15 PM
There is no single technical analysis or strategy that can be said to always work in crypto. Crypto is literally a little thing in the finance. Anyone can shake even Bitcoin.
Technical analysis can help to find the repeated trading patterns with the help of trading experience. Sometimes, it takes years to understand the fundamental reasons behind these patterns. Crypto markets are not appropriate for technical analyse.
2045  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips to actually start earning from Trading & END LOSES on: May 12, 2019, 12:12:31 AM
It's hard not to trade on emotions but you have to remember this is a game and we have to always look forward, don't look backwards once a trade is executed. Little profit is not a bad word my friends, be contented of a the small amounts you gained. It is better  safe +10% than a wannabe +100% of no assurance, people are just greedy sometimes but can't blame them, we are human after all.
Being in greedy will never have a good result but instead, it mostly ended up into losing. Ain't that really bad if we go for emotion trading if we know our mistakes and even recognized our limits. It sometimes I used to have my instinct will play in trading and it is quite some time that it will work well.
Kinda inside voice trading. It is boring to trade with a fixed strategy and money management. Sometimes, for adding more fun to trading I increase the leverage or take margin from trade. Depending on the trade expectation, profit/loss ratio is managed by fixed rules in my personal trading journey.
2046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB time to buy ? on: May 11, 2019, 11:58:20 PM
Current price is good to go but you need to sell if BNB going to hit the 30$. There is no such thing like the perfect time to buy we talk about and everyone should do his homework before investing a single penny to the project.
2047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone who use mobile wallets? on: May 11, 2019, 11:50:55 PM
For Android(above 5.0) it is recommended to use the Electrum for storing the BTC. It is not secure to hold the cryptocurrencies in the desktop, mobile wallets. For shopping, a person can transfer the necessary amount of BTC to mobile wallet and he can use it for making a payment.
2048  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading is unhealthy? on: May 11, 2019, 11:35:17 PM
Trading should be treated as a profession(business) and every business has it's up, down, sideways. Full-time traders usually quit their job if they think it is profitable to start full-time trading than selling the time for a monthly salary. Unhealthy deprivations are possible and every trader should find a gold balance between real life and the online world.
2049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Care of security and don't store your coins on exchanges! on: May 11, 2019, 11:18:21 PM
Since trading in an inherent activity in cryptoverse, sooner or later we will transfer our digital assets to exchanges on which we have no control and one way to minimize risks is to be knowledgeable on the ways that intruders might stole our assets and identify tactics on how to prevent it. These are some of the most common practices most crypto hodlers do namely:

1. Trade on exchanges which prioritizes security and exercises different security mechanisms e.g. 2fa, email verification, ip whitelisting

2. Trade on exchanges which has an emergency insurance fund that can cover the damages from its clients once an attack occurs (e.g. Binance SAFU)

2. Don't store digital assets on exchanges for a longer period of time as OP has suggested

3. Avoid being a victim of phishing sites (check url integrity, bookmarking previous trusted sites, avoid phishing emails - suggesting any unwanted account access)

4. Be vigilant and suspicious always and don't be complacent about security. Always investigate any unusual activity.

5. Secure your computer system (installing antivirus, firewalls, use password manager, use of file encryption, hardware wallet)

Thanks for sharing these tips, very valuable information for new traders.

Having two types of wallet can solve the problem of holding the crypto for the long term duration. Backup wallet for storing the coins and exchange wallet for short term trading. I can't imagine what will happen to the price of BTC if Binance doesn't give back the funds of investors.
2050  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency exchange volume: More fake than real? on: May 11, 2019, 11:10:15 PM
Yes you are right in this situation we are very confused to pick the right exchanges to exchange our investment but in most of the time when you people cannot choose the right one in sometimes for that day experience will play an important role about picking the right one for their exchanges.
It is not tough to detect the fake volume on the small exchange. The giant exchanges like Bitfinex, Bitstamp can use the automated bots for increasing the trading activity and this will help them to push up on coin marketcap listing sites. Fake volumes can attract more investors to the exchanges but it will explode sooner and slower.
2051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum goes to the top! on: May 11, 2019, 11:00:00 PM
Here we go:

The jump happened a while ago. BTC crossed the 7300$ in big exchanges and ETH tries to cross the 200$ level. It will probably try to test the 250$ soon.
The potential of ETH is not measurable considering the current market conditions where price doesn't indicate the value.
2052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIT COINS WILL ALWAYS DISAPPOINT on: May 11, 2019, 10:49:17 PM
If there is no real use case on the project then it is meaningless to buy and hold the token. Shitcoins are very popular on twitter and twitter gurus are busy with shilling their bag coins. Investors never think about investing in the shitcoins and they prefer to invest in the real projects.
2053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacking kills the cryptocurrency market on: May 11, 2019, 08:17:28 PM
It seems to me that the cryptocurrency market will react negatively to hacking exchanges. We need to create more funds to guarantee the return of funds to customers of these hacked exchanges.
Increasing security will make it impossible for hackers to get access to the exchanges. Binance made an announcement to refund the lost funds with the terms of SAFU. Markets don't get affected with the latest hack news and BTC still escalates to the next resistance level.
2054  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to choose Kucoin ??? on: May 11, 2019, 08:00:11 PM
Kucoin is like Poloniex but there is a difference. Kucoin has a smaller volume and some altcoins that only tradable there. Due to the small volume, I hesitate to contijue trading on Kucoin. Kucoin and alike exchanges don't satisfy my trading techniques. Binance and Liquid are more valid for my trading style.
2055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Funds are no more #SAFU! Binance lied? on: May 11, 2019, 07:41:14 PM
I don't agree with your opinion. Binance did all the things that should be done by the hacked exchange. Do you remember Cryptopia and MTgox hacking events? I can't imagine the situation after the hack if there was no investment protection funds.
2056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Phishing myetherwallet site on: May 11, 2019, 07:25:35 PM
The scammers know how to manage the whole manner without raising any questions on the victim's mind. MEW has changed its user interface and wallet access methods, scammers did the same thing too. Now scammers use Google advertising tools for promoting their phishing site and new users have gravitated to this magnet.
2057  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think this BEAR MARKET will LAST? on: May 11, 2019, 02:18:22 PM
While checking around, I came across some write-up of how long this bear market have been and we also get to know that this bear market is the longest.

I found out this: https://www.ccn.com/the-crypto-bear-market-wont-last/amp recently.

So what's your own opinion and say about how soon will the bear market be over?
Today bitcoin has crossed 6000$ mark and it will take 6 months to make it possible. So the market has started recovering after the massive bear. And it might be the great indication of the bull run. As compared to previous year this year might be going good and the market is starting going to the upward direction.

All the market has become green again from the bearish season. I think this is the best time for the investors to make some investment in BTC as well as in altcoins because market showing great indication of bull. So this looks at the best opportunity for everyone to make a profit by doing investment like 2017.
It is not the best time to invest in the BTC and bull run is not confirmed yet. The levels under 4000$ were the best prices to get in the boat which has potentail to test the 7000$ levels through 1 year. A bear market is very close to the end but waiting for confirmation on graphics is sufficient for getting in the next roll of the uptrend.
2058  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My luck is very bad for crypto trading 😞 on: May 11, 2019, 02:07:08 PM
I think as a trader our profit is not depend in our luck. It is depend on how determine and dedicate we have of why We decided to enter in crypto trading. In short, if We want to get profit in the future, the thing We must do is begin with learning about in trading from basic knowledge and etc. too.
Luck also needed to make profits on crypto trading but it is not the only thing will make us to be a successful trader. We need to build our strategy and keep using on different stages of price movements to make profits.
Don't think too much about luck, think of your strategy instead as that would make you survive and eventually successful in trading.
Luck come and go, therefore you don't need that, it only gives extra chances but you need to be consistent in order to succeed in trading.
Your journey wouldn't bee too hard if from the start you are already realistic as you can make the right approach in every situation.
Luck is an important portion and one trader with luck can beat the trader with years of experience from my point of view. The sustainability of strategy should be combined with the skills and education of trader for healthy account grow.
2059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange and Hacks on: May 11, 2019, 02:03:15 PM
I agree with your opinion about the potential threat to the exchanges without taking into consideration the size, volume, reliability of clearinghouse. After the MtGox hack, the market plummeted down hard and every time hacker moves the Bitcoins market reacts. New security breaches will not let the investors hold their funds online.
2060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best coins to invest before bullrun (if happen) on: May 11, 2019, 01:54:42 PM
Ethereum is now shining like a rock start behind BTC. Litecoin has jumped to 200$ from the levels under 50$ on the last bull trend, maybe this time LTC can repeat the same. Depending on the risk management, I prefer to diversify my trades among top cryptocurrencies.
