1441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet do you think is the best? on: October 12, 2020, 06:04:04 PM
For cold wallets, I advise using Trezor or Keeper but for hot wallets, there are many available choices mentioned here by other users. The Electrum and Trust wallets have the minimum necessary functions for average crypto users to send/receive the cryptocurrencies. For mobile users, I suggest checking the comparison websites and choose the suitable, easy use one. Checking each wallet and deciding which wallet is suitable is the best method I used before. You can also listen to experienced users who recommend proven and trustable wallet apps for long term use. In all cases, keep the cold wallet and private keys in offline storage in order to prevent the attackers from stealing your valuable crpyot assets.
1442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get moved by fake good news on: October 11, 2020, 09:47:24 PM
I'm the one who also experienced those kind of fake news since last 4 years. Fortunately so many time i safe myself to be victim of those scammer. Nowadays those are become so common issue, known to everyone but i'm just wonder seeing some people who still believe those kind of fake and face big damage from scammers.
Instagram and Twitter should block the fake rich guys who made millions with day trading, newbies simply fall to their traps. The first question should be when the person checks these ads: Will I sell the trading system to other people if I am able to make a $5000 a month with it? If the answer is no, you can ignore this advertisement and report such posts to save the time of other potential victims.
1443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: October 11, 2020, 09:35:41 PM
The skills-based casino games give less R:R for gambler compared to the luck-based casino slots but the winning chance is very high depending on the ability to paly and experience. The Blackajck, Poker, and Esports are well-known skill games in both bookies and casinos, each player has a different level of playing skills which can be crucial during the gameplay. I usually prefer to count cards in Blakcjack if the deck counts are less than 8.
1444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to Invest on: October 11, 2020, 07:14:24 PM
for old altcoin, Eth, tron along with chainlink are best altcoins for investment. Prices are continuously increasing, has sustainability enough to reach high value within this year. Eth has potential to cross up-to $700. Same for tron and chainlink, price around 30cent & $30 respectively. For new altcoins, Defi projects are also consider best for investment but select them carefully prevent scam
Top altcoins like ETH, BNB are always the best choice for investing in. BNB and ETH prices are increasing day by day, no doubt the price will keep increasing. l believe that both of them will reach more than their own ATH price. About exchange, there are really a lot of choices, but it would be better to choose one of them which is most popular among others. BNB, Coinbase can be a good choice, it doesn't matter we are talking about safety or something else. But for me Binance exchange is the best, it depends on your choice. This exchange is already tested by a lot of investors and they are not sad about choosing this exchange.
1445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it now when ethereum is down? on: October 11, 2020, 06:34:28 PM
The market is unstable and maybe it is the reason for the price decreasing, but if we are talking about we realize that ETH is just around 400$ and no doubt this price will be higher than the current price. One more reason can be that gas is also expensive and cause of that people are not interested in performing with ETH. Maybe this makes also ETH price getting down. On the other hand, if we want to choose any coin for investing, it should be ETH. That is why ETH is one of the best altcoins which can get up easily. In my opinion, there is nothing to worry about ETH, this coin has always been profitable as expected.
1446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH still going higher as our anticipatiion on: October 11, 2020, 06:10:25 PM
I think ETH is a good long term hold and have been accumulating for the past year as I believe we'll see ETH continue to grow as DeFi continues to grow. I believe we haven't seen anything yet and that its just getting started. Give it another year and into 2022 which is when I think ETH will be breaking its ATH's. Just look at how many new projects are coming onto the Ethereum blockchain and I think this will continue on into the future.
You are right about that, in my humble opinion, ETH is the best choice for long term investing, on the other hand, if you are short term investor ETH is not a good choice for you. No doubt ETH will continue to grow, it is not hard to see that. However, if we are talking about ATH of ETH, most people think that ETH will reach more than 800-900$, but it is really hard to say something about that so early. ETH is around 350-400$ and no exaggeration to say that ETH can not reach more than 400$.
1447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why alts prices move same as btc price? sample - chainlink price and btc price on: October 10, 2020, 10:25:19 PM
The short answer is correlation and the single price tick in BTC charts can reflect on alt charts as double change. There is a similar correlation between other financial tools, check the BTC and Gold charts for comparison. If you put the Gold chart along with Link vs BTC charts the general view will flash on your mind due to heavy dependence on each other. If the general market is bearish and there are stubborn buyers trying the pump the market, these groups of traders are market makers who wanna make a fake price action which can trap new users. The trapped users will be used for liquidity and the bearish market will continue until the demand/supply equilibrium point on the charts.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will $XRP be safe for long term? on: October 10, 2020, 09:57:18 PM
Ripple aka XRP is good coin. For long term very recommended but you must check bitcoin price too its will be impact to XRP

XRP can be an stable coin I would say it beacuse do not expect the rise to be much of btc had a bull run . Some other coins will rise much better than this and just in case if needed one coin for maintaining the balance in portfolio then can consider XRP.
I don't think XRP will replace the current marketcap of stable altcoins, the use case of XRP is totally different. The new partnerships and the low transaction fees are the big factors for the Ripple team to find their way into the global banking system. From the financial perspective, the XRP blockchain can handle more than 10k transactions per second, IIRC. If the VISA company is the biggest competitor to the XRP project, this carrier a lot of meanings inside for the financial world. The competition comes stronger than ever and the revolutionary finance model will win the traditional finance. It is just a matter of time.
1449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites accepting bets from countries where gambling is illegal. on: October 10, 2020, 09:33:19 PM
Personally, I stay away from the gambling sites which clearly have the rules of banned countries. If the gamblers from the gambling banned countries wanna register, the IP ban shouldn't let the user make a deposit. For example, the Stake site doesn't let the users play the demo games on various providers, even some IP addresses are blocked for restricting the user from all kinds of activities. For third countries, there are Russia-based gambling sites that gladly accept gamblers for fiat deposit methods but let's not forget there are anonymous cryptocurrencies that can help to bypass the ban.
1450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Now Bounty Program totally worth less !! 90% Bounties are scam on: October 10, 2020, 09:02:26 PM
I don't think finding a new bounty campaign will solve the mentioned problems, the problems will be there until the bull market. Standard bounty scams are rare nowadays because bounty hunters are not as uneducated bounty hunters during the last years, scam bounties can't find the participant to continue the promotions here, IMHO.

There are several categories that make you fall into the pit of scam projects.  You do not choose the Bounty project correctly because in the history of projects managed by Bounty Detevtive, many of them end up in a scam because the bounty detevtive team does not select before accepting the project they want to manage.  In the future, you can be careful in choosing Bounty projects so that time is not wasted.
I am not familiar with the mentioned bounty management groups but I know there are really good bounty managers on this forum. If this team has scammed many forum users, opening a scam accusation can solve this case and I doubt the same guys will come back to open another scam bounty campaign. A win-win situation for both forum users and bounty managers.
1451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: October 10, 2020, 08:29:54 PM
What dead? crypto like btc hold its position tightly even we can see the price of bit touched so far $12k during Covid-19. Eth also raised about to $500 when lots of people sold their assist during corona epidemic. So how could anyone say, crypto is going to die? Crypto is upgrading daily and those are going to lead the upcoming future. So be claver & do trust on crypto
The people usually say what they see but the experience in this field is important for having a concrete opinion. The pandemic has changed the behavior of market participants, so it is too early to talk about the dying crypto industry. The market is in a bearish trend and changing the bearish to bullish mode will take a lot of time. BTC price is dancing around $11000 level and breaking this level will increase the spammers on crypto social media.
1452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you find out about new projects? on: October 10, 2020, 04:39:41 PM
From the list, I only use the ICO Analytics telegram channel to track the latest updates from new projects. Sometimes it is hard to check each project one by one but it well worth it at the end if I can found what I am looking for. The Polkadot projects are not successful nowadays, maybe it should be replaced with better alternative sources. Checking each ICO analytics site one by one will not add anything new and my experience let me to filter the potential projects after checking it for 20 minutes. Investing in the new projects has such downsides and we have no other choices except accepting this fact.
1453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: THE MOST PAINFUL DAY IN MY BETTING CAREER on: October 09, 2020, 09:57:57 PM
Yeah, it happens. Unfortunately, similar cases have happened in my betting career too, it is not a good idea to chase losses. Especially if money management is a martingale, the gambler's Fallacy is unavoidable because of human psychology. There are a lot of tempting reasons to double each bet because of falling in the idea of "fairness" if you know what I mean.
During 2017, I have tried to recover my loss by betting the last $100 on balance to US MLS soccer games. In the first half of the match, there are two goals but during the second half of match, teams didn't score a single goal. My bet was Asian total goals(over 3) and I have lost my total balance in that gambling site.
1454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Now Bounty Program totally worth less !! 90% Bounties are scam on: October 09, 2020, 09:38:56 PM
for me, The best years for the bounty program were 2017 and 2018 after that almost all of them were scam projects, and that hasn't changed until now so it is better if you are more careful when you want to join a campaign.

The current bounty reward program is not like before now, there are many projects that do not pay or scam projects, now many people are moving looking for free coin airdrops or bitcoin trading

I see if you manage to get a lot of referrals then the Airdrop is very profitable. and trading will still profitable if you have good skills.
2017 was the golden year for both crypto markets and bounty campaigns, the profitability rate of bounty campaigns is under the question now. Many new members has taken the advantage of popular bounty campaigns but the situation has changed a lot currently. I don't agree about the airdrops part of your opinion, it doesn't make sense of joining the airdrop campaign if the final reward is less than $1. I have read many complaints by new users who got scammed by teams but the first problem is to ignore the golden rules such as DYOR and checking the team. Checking each rule before joining the bounty can increase the potential of getting rewards in time and the delays rarely will occur during the bounty distribution phase.
1455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s next for Libra? on: October 09, 2020, 09:20:48 PM
It is hard to make a correct analysis if there is no update for months. The Libra project is delayed by devs and there is a purpose behind this, in my opinion. The basket cryptocurrency index idea is not possible nowadays, so delaying the launch event is reasonable. Zuckerberg should do something new for increasing the popularity of Libra coin, otherwise, new competitors will squeeze the Libra project in the future.
Instead of going all in like other users said here, I prefer to diversify other potential altcoins and take the profit which will be invested in the next round of another potential ICO-IEO.
1456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC and ETH on their 2 years high on: October 09, 2020, 08:48:09 PM
The market trend of bitcoin is followed by altcoins. Further will be the other cryptocurrencies, so more or less both bitcoin and ethereum seems to have almost same growth ratio. 2020 is a much expected year for the growth of bitcoin. Fortunately the world suffered big, but the growth with cryptocurrencies weren't much affected. The growth isn't that steep, the stabilized growth is the reason for the high price of bitcoin to stay strong.
The current market is bullish but the main market players will not easily pump the Bitcoin price to $20k before making their move. The fake breakouts are expected because the majority of market shares is buy orders, huge demand will collapse if the BTC price touches $9000. Maybe after eliminating the early buyers, the real market trend will take the BTC price to $14k first.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie's guide to avoid ICO Scam on: October 08, 2020, 10:58:49 PM
Newbies is mostly getting scam by the ICO because their knowldge about it is not enough or they are blind because the scammer offer high profit so they still losing their funds and not earning money they need only is guide so they prevent on how to avoid scam project but ICO is obviously is not to trust anymore because a lot of scammer there . This is very informative that will be helpful for us ofcourse to the beginners.
Unrealistic goals have psychological background and the emotional illness drains the energy of investors to make quick bucks. Information is important for educating the new investors in social media and the challenge is to reach the millions of investors in a short time. ICO book is closed by scammers and investors are no more inexperienced to put their money where team members convince them.
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT TYPE OF CRYPTO INVESTOR ARE YOU? on: October 08, 2020, 10:43:13 PM
When it comes to holding crypto for years, it makes sense to keep Bitcoin only. Time shows that even the best-rated altcoins can decline fast, and the hodler will be upside down. For me, altcoins are for faster trading. Ethereum, however, can be exclusion here.
In future Bitcoin profits return will be lower than altcoins. In 1 year Bitcoin, Ethereum and Binance coin profits. New altcoins are more good than altcoins if topics is about profits.
The low marketcap altcoins have a higher ROI, for comparison investing the same amount in the ETH and the low marketcap altcoins will have different investment consequences. The altcoins can go up to x20,x10, or x100 but the stated numbers are not real for ETH or other top altcoins. Logically buying a low marketcap altcoin can give a huge return on the investment but for safety investment, it is advisable to stay away from risky volatile altcoins. The ROI will be high but there is a big chance of losing the investment if the project goes bankrupt.

1460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I 'delete' useless tokens from my wallet? on: October 05, 2020, 07:37:54 PM
As far as I know, it is difficult to delete coins that have no value in a personal wallet moreover ERC 20 or ethereum wallets, I got a lot of shitcoin from dead projects can only see or be such a bad display in my wallet so my suggestion is to just enjoy it
You can donate such tokens to the charity organizations, surely they will hold it until the day listing on the exchange. I have seen such new projects that aim to collect useless tokens. Another alternative option is to send these tokens to the mentioned ETH address: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000

Is it possible to remove tokens from dead projects/tokens that are totally useless and worth $0 from my wallet? Do I just send them to a random address? I don't want to burden anyone else with those shitcoins  Cheesy

You can create an address and send them, but I feel that's not economical considering the fact that the gas fee is quite high and the tokens are worthless. It would be best to abandon the wallet full of worthless tokens and create a new wallet that would be censored against worthless tokens.
The same fee will be paid if the user gets rid of the useless tokens or send the valuable tokens from the old address to the new ETH address. The worthless tokens should stay on the old ETH wallet as a dust and should avoid playing with the mentioned type of altcoins. There is nothing wrong HODL useless tokens even if the list is going to be bigger than yesterday every day.
