1601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / VPN companies accept altcoins. on: March 17, 2020, 10:40:35 PM

1602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Game Over? on: March 17, 2020, 09:29:24 PM
And... we are back below 60 billion...

However, the point I am making, is not about the prospect of massive negative gains to be posted within a broad specter of Altcoins.

The point is, there is totally no connection between what happens to crypto right now and COVID-19. There are no essential ties between traditional markets, DJI etc. and crypto.

Whats next?

There is no direct connection between the Coronavirus and crypto markets but there is a correlation among all parts of global financial markets. If one hand the OIL markets crash-->it affects--->Stock shares--->turn of forex market--->Welcome to manipulated crypto market.
1603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Fed’s QE Program and altcoins on: March 17, 2020, 07:03:32 PM
The FED is a private institution and this fact is confirmed several times by independent economists. The last enormous program of quantitative easing decision will affect the BTC prices positively and the market will have a recovery chance with this push. The correlation factor let me to think about the same effective rate over the BTC correlated markets. So speculators prefer to wait for settled dust and buy the dip on the altcoins along with BTC. What is your approach?
1604  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bounty hunters will never learn on: March 16, 2020, 11:00:45 PM
I am impressed with the simple but strong research, at least you decrypted the hidden information behind the bounty campaign. The project doesn't look like promising but there is another reason why bounty hunters join this camping. The exchange promises make the project attractive compared to the alternative projects with no idea about the listing on exchanges.
1605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will blockchain able to fight against COVID-19 on: March 16, 2020, 03:49:39 PM
Even if the blockchain technology can maintain the medical data, it is useless for the current quarantine mode. The most infected countries are in trouble to supply the necessary medicine and essential equipment. Maybe, in future controlling the data through blockchain technology will make the process more transparent but I doubt there is a specific need for this technology now.
1606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when price is dump?? on: March 14, 2020, 01:59:23 PM
The price goes down because of the selling pressure but the flash crash happens when the traders rush to dumb whatever they have. The general crypto market is correlated with the other financial markets and the problems start when there is no demand because of the worldwide pandemic which is the current case now. The accumulation points should be watched closely and buy back the dirty cheap altcoins for dumping on another side of the trade.
1607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best t in me to fill the bag? on: March 12, 2020, 09:05:35 PM
Personally, I wait for the double digits on ETH and will add more if the price touches the $60. There is a room for the more price swing in the bear trend and the broken wedge pattern suggests waiting for the settled dust. We can not expect to trade stable markets while other financial markets are in a bloodbath.

There is an almost disturbing downward change in the market price of cryptocurrency, and this is a general problem. Bitcoin as biggest cryptocurrency is taking a huge hit and it is spreading over to even major altcoins like BCH, stellar, litecoin and other promising ones such as Matic, Elrond, Vite etc.

Regardless of the negatives that people have about crypto in general, there has been many bears like this and the market has come back up. I strongly believe that the market will definitely come back green and that now is the time to fill the bag and acquire these coins on the low.

I'm loading up HARD on XSN currently.

This project is SO undervalued that I'm blown away.

1) Invented cold staking - Trustless Proof Of Stake
2) Helped the Litecoin team with Lightning Network integration on the LTC main chain and formed a partnership
3) 3rd project next to BTC and LTC to implement Lightning on mainnet.
4) First project worldwide to release a multi currency wallet with Lightning Swaps support + an integrated Lightning DEX, which is handled by a layer of masternodes, meaning anyone will be able to download it, and trade without syncing to any networks. All the chains is hosted by masternodes.

These masternodes will profit from a TON of upcoming dApps.

Buying ETH, and BTC as well. Got a wire transfer coming in tomorrow morning.

I have analyzed this project and bought a small bag. Only 2 exchanges(Livecoin and Coinall) supports the XNS/BTC pairs, I will buy more if the price goes under $0.02. Its potential is undervalued like all other promising projects.
1608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Classic for margin trading? on: March 11, 2020, 11:55:04 PM
Why on earth use ETC for this? Just save it my friend and hold on till the price goes up (it will for sure when others do). ETC is a really old giant and sleeping as they say,,, the time will come because a lot of strong silent supporters. Stick to bitcoin or at least ETH to margin trade. Maybe even stablecoins if there is such a thing (I think there is!).
If you check the price chart of ETC you will get an idea of why trading the ETC will be more profitable compared to the flat line charts. The volatility is the power for day traders and patient traders prefer to trade the traditional financial markets. Forex is more suitable for the low volatile margin day trades and single ETC margin trade win can be bigger than hundreds of small trades in other financial markets.
1609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Reverse Martingale strategy for trading altcoins in bull market on: March 11, 2020, 11:35:46 PM
Suppose the trader has $10k and he wants to buy an LTC. After the negative news, the price of LTC drops and 20% of the initial balance melts. The trader will have revenge emotions and will want to add more LTC position on leveraged altcoins trading platforms. For the first chain of the loss cycle, 1:2 leverage is enough to cover the loss with a first winning trade. What if the market goes against the new trade and hits stop loss? The trader loses 40% of the balance. The best idea is to avoid the martingale strategy in the bear market but the leverage tool with smart money management can be the best tool for increasing ROI. For example, the same trader opens reverse trades in parallel space and for whatever reason, the price goes up. In this case, the trader will have $12k worth of LTC and opening a new trade with borrowing from the broker($2k profit=margin), the sequence will bring the max profitability.

P.S: The margin trading is dangerous for inexperienced traders and stay away if you have no idea what you are doing. Not everyone can handle such expensive lessons. Please do your own research and calculate the risks in case of being another side of the trend.
1610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / [WTS] INS for XNS on: March 11, 2020, 10:52:02 PM
Have around 1039 INS but I don't have time to wait for the swap(+1). If someone has a good offer, you can pm me. There are a lot of online article sources(information) for understanding the terms and conditions of the INS swap to XNS, everything is crystal clear for the average crypto user. The swap rate and other details can be found here, pls read before asking the same questions. For the negotiation, you can send me your offer.
1611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY THE BLAME ON BOUNTY HUNTERS FOR SHITCOINS? on: March 11, 2020, 09:56:31 PM
I can't see any constructive argument for defending the rights of bounty hunters, The situation changes to worse every day. The shitcoins have no value for the both investors and bounty hunters and blaming only the last group of people will not be fair. If markets are down and projects die, all participants will suffer from this loss.
1612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Stolen recovery seeds by malicious Chrome extensions. on: March 10, 2020, 11:58:53 PM
Malicious Ledger Live app is used for stealing the recovery seed after connecting the hardware wallet device. The well-designed Chrome extension tries to trick users into thinking this is the original version of the Ledger Live app while the app, in reality, collects and sends the user's Ledger seed phrase to a Google Form. The google ADS are heavily used for advertising the extension and 120 users have downloaded it. Be careful with third-party apps and never try the risky apps from unknown sources. Source for rest of research.
1613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with XRP now? on: March 10, 2020, 11:20:54 PM
I agree because all prices of Altcoins fall when there is a decline and there is nothing to worry about. maybe not only XRP followed this trend but many others coins also suffered the same fate. of course that's normal and I think this is a golden opportunity to buy XRP for long-term investment until years 2020.

The decline in XRP is much better than other tokens, proving that XRP remains in demand and let's look at its position in coinmarketcap always at number 3
There is no such thing as better or not when it comes to declining in price Wink All of them having the same situation and there is no wonder xrp will hold its position, it is considered as one of the best coins even though there are some who really hates it.

yes maybe because they hate it, because XRP still exists and continues to develop itself to increase the use of its platform in the banking world, this proves XRP is still worth holding
Fast and cheap transactions provide more solutions for traditional banking and money transfers. The increasing interest towards the offered solutions by the blockchain DE_FI companies leads the price soar in the volatile markets and XRP is not an exception here after looking at the transactions table:

1614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: be careful with projects that offer you great prizes, that is not a guarantee of on: March 10, 2020, 10:25:18 PM
yes the fact is like that, in this crypto industry there is no full guarantee for you. Even in traditional investment, nothing guarantees you profit. There will be no certainty in future income, and if a project claims their tokens will become more and more expensive over time, it is very likely that they are lying. Of course, that does not mean that they are wrong, however, ensuring that everyone in the inevitable benefit is not responsible, to say the least. If you see a project that claims that your profits will grow tenfold in just six months, it's far more likely to be a good old Ponzi scheme than it really is, as seen in BitConnect.
So, no matter how this promise actually looks, if you see that the project offers you sky-high profits for literally no effort, it probably means that they want to make that profit out of you.

Absolutely right, I have seen a lot of projects with great hype, at the end of the day it's more of a scam than real project.  Some will even lie about the amount of dollars they have made, so that they can attract some investors, get their money and disappear.  We should be extra careful in jumping into offer of exorbitant returns within a little time that looks impossible.
Extended ICOs and the delayed bounty distributions serve for the one purpose. The more time they took from the investors, the bounty participants they will be able to solve the upcoming problems, handling the chain reaction problems is not easy. The bounty hunting shouldn't only be about the benefits of free promotion, the both parties have to look at the background image for getting an idea of what's going on.
1615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DAMMIT, I missed another profit opportunity!!! on: March 10, 2020, 09:32:45 PM
The time and price. These two main dominants are essential for predicting the next move in volatile crypto markets but don't worry there will other opportunities in the next correction mood of the market. The LTC will touch $100 in 5-6 months, so it is still cheap for buying and holding 20% of the affordable altcoin portfolio.
1616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Advantage of MyCrytpo app compared to MyEtherWallet on: March 10, 2020, 08:46:14 PM
About MyCrypto:
Quote
MyCrypto is an open-source, client-side tool for generating ether wallets, handling ERC-20 tokens, and interacting with the blockchain more easily. Developed by and for the community since 2015, we’re focused on building awesome products that put the power in people’s hands.

About MEW:
Quote
MyEtherWallet - please, call us MEW - puts the Ethereum blockchain at your fingertips. We are a team of crypto-enthusiasts dedicated to bring you the most secure, most intuitive, and dare we say prettiest way to manage your ETH and ERC20 tokens. We're always here to help, and we're never giving away ETH.

Way back to 2018, MyCrypto was nothing more than a fork of the existing MyEtherWallet, many things had been changed since the mentioned time. Both wallets are well-known wallets for storing ETH and ERC20 tokens. I prefer to use the MyCrypto desktop app after the latest updates on Myetherwallet site, there is no option to create a new temporary ETH wallet with the private key. The whole process can go up to 5-minute per single ETH address because of verifying seed or mnemonic phrase. The Mycrypto app made it simple and the KISS(keep it simple stupid) rule is my first criteria for saving time. Just using a random password without downloading the JSON file, it is simply easy to copy and save the private key of the new ETH wallet address.
1617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum going back to under 200$? on: March 10, 2020, 08:22:23 PM
Does anyone know what is actually driving the price down? Is it the terrible economic situation in general with Covid19 or what is it.
It is obvious that crypto isn't seen as a safe haven when the stock markets are tumbling. I'm being killed on both sides at the moment...
The safe heaven is the Gold and other alternative stable assets, there is no need to risk more in the uncertain market conditions. The silent market is more dangerous than over-reacting markets but the correlation should be the main reason for the whole breakdown.
1618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not blame it on Corona outbreak on: March 09, 2020, 11:41:26 PM
The butterfly or domino effect, whatever you name the process the bear trend still dominates in the crypto market. Probably the correlation between the US index shares and risky financial markets has put its weight on the temporary catalyst. The BTC market price can go up to $15000 without correction but another excuse will pop-up for destroying this illusion. Harmony of the market depends on the time and price, all other factors are temporary, IMHO.
1619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run top 5 Alts for 2020. on: March 09, 2020, 11:22:53 PM
Bull run for 2020 ? Would be nice but its all depend to what Bitcoin will do this year after halv happens and then we can look towards an altcoin pump. For now altcoins are keep dropping in price or struggle to sustain their current ones but sure I would love to have a bull run on altcoins this year. Regarding your list, I'm sure of it that there are a lot of altcoins with more value and potential that those.
The potential altcoins have lost confidence by the big investors due to the recent bear market and the destination where we want to reach is far from this point. The halving is not going to be priced in the market after the event, the market manipulators calculate all possibilities without emergency cases and they choose the best possible scenario. The dropped prices are an opportunity for the professional traders and the rest will be forced to buy the dumped tokens by the experienced investors.
1620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sometimes hunters are to be blame on: March 09, 2020, 02:57:40 PM
It's a shame asking a bounty Hunter about a project he is promoting and can't say why he choose the project, some bounty hunters are still promoting projects blindly, they don't do research, mainly when a bounty campaign offers 1 million tokens they think it's huge money whereas the total value is around 3000$ for all campaigns 🤪 and after getting paid complains takes place, who is at fault here?
It is quite a common tactic for the bounty hunters, they jump to the first available bounty campaign with many participants. Doing research and understanding the terms is the job of a smart bounty hunter, others prefer to follow the leaders. The 1 million token have no value but the given tasks are easy for the average person. This is the fault of both parties, everyone has a different interest in this chain.
