It's unlikely that you had problem with your IP. I doubt a specific IP would be blocked by blockchair for any reason. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? I think that would work. I agree about ICO is now dead, but i think Ethereum is still worth to hold, because there will be so many upgrade in future like ETH 2.0 and many more. And for long terms in my opinion ETH is still worthy.
