All along, I thought it was Roobet.io instead of Roobet.com.
I visited Roobet.io and it seems to be listed on Park.io (could probably be up for sale)
My question is;
1. Was Roobet.io ever used by Roobet casino before the decided to settle for Roobet.com?
2. If not, why not buy off that other domain (roobet.io) so that phishing scammers don't buy it and take advantage?

I remember this case back then. The mistake you made was to keep in denial about some issues until you got the negative feedback. Had you acted proactively in removing all the copied content or even contacting the owners of bustadice about permission to use the code, maybe things could have gone differently.
Right now, the only people who can remove the negative feedback are those that left it to your profile. Some forgive, others don't.
I don't know if you had apologized to them right after the incident, but if you did, and they didn't respond. Then you are going to have to focus on your casino and give them time to see if they can have a change in their opinion about your business in the future.

They are different sites but both casinos are connected, and there's a lot of evidence pointing to their connection though they have tried always way to hide the connection, but archives don't lie. I even tried to post a few connections, but I think you missed it. Just research about 1xcorp. N.V. You will see a string of scammy sites just like 1xbit, 1xslots etc, and 1xbet is one of those sites. |

But some says they are sister site. 1x trademark is owned by the owner of Crex24 and according to this post, 1xbit = 1xbet = crex24. This is very much possible though the proof to link 1xbit with 1xbet and crex24 are too weak. On the other hand, crex24 = 1xbet is somewhat clear and the guy got some good proof, reasoning. Even crex24 has stated they have partnership with 1xbet. And we all know that crex24 is a shady business and if managed by same owner, 1xbet is also a shady casino. Here is more proof to show that the 2 casino are related. Even wayback machine gives as a clue or two. Not forgetting that on that very Trustpilot page, there are a couple of 5 star positive reviews which were made on the same day just 2 minutes a part The first review was made at 10:49 PM The second review was made at 10:51 PM on the same day  I'm giving Op a couple of days before i flag and tag his profile. This is where you find a flaw in the trust system, which ofcourse should be countered and set to 0. That still doesn't help if the account was hacked or sold and the person is lying that they handed over the account to one of their relatives. Not sure if you noticed but there's a box in your profile where you can set your addy from which you sign. How many people stake their addresses anyway? If I am selling my account to a stranger over the internet, what would stop me from giving the person I sold my account private keys to the addy I signed and then later make claims that I handed the account to one of my relatives? Also a funny note, there's a lot of bullshit on the forum. It's really easy to silence newbies.

Glad to see this case getting resolved. OP should perhaps mark the title of this scam accusation as solved after withdrawing his money. This strategy is called arbitrage betting, or arbing. Although bookmakers often react ambiguously to arbing, many take action to detect and restrict it because they consider it a risk to their business. While multiple bookmakers might use the same security company to detect unwanted gamblers, I don't believe it matters if he uses the same username on multiple platforms because they use special algorithms that analyze a number of parameters to detect whether a player is arbing or not.
I though maybe this strategy is prohibited by some gambling sites if one was using the same sports book. If one is using different sportsbooks, how would they know that the person is arbing? |

If I die and I want a family member to use the account next AND we make public the change of hands, i don't see why there should be any red tag, there's a long history of cuntism in this forum where logic and common sense aren't used lack, this is one of the cases in my opinion.

You did a good job but it's rare for someone to buy mining hardware without digging a site search, and other details, and I also didn't think scammers were stupid and lazy because they made scams so much easier to spot.
Right now, mining gear related scams are low, perhaps due to low mining profitability, but wait when the profits are up again and almost all the official stores don't have stock due to high demand. That's when you will be shock by the way people/newbies get scammed by those fake mining sites that you can see from a mile away. |

Why don't you write about scam to other users in the exchange section? Some sell their empty token, which is never even listed. Report them in the scam accusations board if they tried to scam you. Members will make judgement and tag them where necessary. All information on the price of UST is in the public domain and is not hidden by anyone.
