2101  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaign on: September 06, 2016, 01:12:05 PM
Buying an account does more harm than good to this forum and thats why anyone who explicitly deals with account buying and selling usually gets red negative trust here. I mean its allowed but not recommended. A lot of people buy accounts only to scam in loan section or to join a signature campaign and this way being a farmer of money. That's why this is not recommended at all. Rank up your only account and improve your post quality , people will love honest persons in here and even signature campaigns when you rank up levels. I know a lot of people in the digital goods or auctions section when bidding or asking for account data they only want to see if there is good post quality so they can join a signature. That is really unfair to members who have waited months to rank up levels and to join the signatures. But it happens and we cannot do nothing to stop it here because even if we do, the selling and buying of accounts moves outside of this forum and is even less documented. Here we may have a chance to find what account is sold by watching the token when sellers give it and make our guesses.

You might wanna section your post by having another paragraph next time if you're going to post this long. It's one block of a paragraph that it's very inconvenient to read.

TL;DR of the post above: Buying/selling an account is frowned upon in this forum for it leads to signature spamming and scamming. This idea has been brought up a lot of times and they can't ban it because they know that the sales will just move to another place.

That is really unfair to members who have waited months to rank up levels and to join the signatures.
Yep, but it they didn't want to wait for months then they should have bought an account in the first place, right? But they didn't, it was their choice to wait for months before they join signature campaign. In addition, I see no forum rule that says waiting for months before joining a signature campaign is mandatory.
2102  Economy / Services / Re: Liqui Exchange - Signature campaign on: September 05, 2016, 05:39:55 PM
right still no payment
Is this campaign still has payment problems or nah?

Well, according to the post below the one you quote, it is paying and has no problem, it is also indicated on their spreadsheet. I think, from the silence on this thread, they DO have no problem in payment. Else, their member will gone rage on this thread
You are right. Thanks for the info, guys!
2103  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: September 05, 2016, 05:38:32 PM
i am directly using my btc to change into my country currency and send to own bank . because i think to save and direct spent of btc may be lossfull because when we spent it any site anyone can make fraud and we can't claim .
It's a good thing that you're cautious and don't want to lose any amount of money just because you got scammed. But don't you think you're being too cautious? I think if you're going to stay away from websites that can potential scam you, then you're good to go. If you don't send your Bitcoins to anyone because he promised you of something in return, then you shouldn't lose any money.

Maybe it's time for you to leave some coins in your Bitcoin wallet instead of converting all of them right away. It's a really good time to hold your Bitcoins because we're at the bottom for some time now and today the price has increased a lot. You can actually get some more profit if you'll hold your Bitcoins for a while.
2104  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom, what would you do next? on: September 05, 2016, 05:30:26 PM
I wonder if you would jump into another cryptocurrency in case the Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom. Or what else would you do? Would you leave the game completely? Tell me Smiley

I would wait for sometime so that it might regain its strength and start growing again because there probably be some problem that will cause it a that big drop otherwise it is not like other coins to drop so quickly, but if it could not recover then i would probably find some other thing like another coin or something.
That "problem" is most probably a really really huge force that it made Bitcoin's price drop that hard. If bitcoin's price goes back to the bottom, then that basically means people have lost their faith on Bitcoin. It's either all the Bitcoin users have migrated into a new crypto-currency that is far better than Bitcoin or Bitcoin turned out as a scam (or maybe even blockchain gets hacked).

Plenty of scenarios can happen that will cause bitcoin price to go back to bottom but one thing is for sure, there's no way that Bitcoin will recover again after it has lost people's trust.
2105  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: September 05, 2016, 05:26:24 PM
Not by now, mainly because of the price that is volatile and because of the fact there is no offline store for using it, at least is very rare to find the stores that can accept bitcoins where I live.
Well, it seems to me that you'll never get to accept Bitcoin as your salary. The price of Bitcoin will always be volatile and there will be no offline store to use it since Bitcoin transactions requires an access to blockchain and that requires an Internet connection. If you live in a place where there aren't a lot of people, and the establishments around you aren't that techie, then don't expect to find a store that accepts Bitcoin any time soon.
2106  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: September 05, 2016, 05:19:41 PM
There are very different ways to get BTC of course and some ways are more risky than the other but that will also happen faster, the best thing that you can do is to have a signature campaign and that is also the most used way by people so that is nice.

Signature campaign is a good way to get bitcoin but that is not going to be enough if you are just going to depend with it.

I would highly suggest that you must also try to learn trading, you can invest your earnings with signature campaign so that you are going to grow it.

And if you are going to master it and going to be a good trader for sure you can able to survive a a day of living with it.

yeah it is the best way that I do. raising capital from the signature campaign, then grow with the trade.
when you become an expert in trading, it will get big results and decent.
I think it would be much better if someone has not that much experience in altcoin trading, then maybe he can start trading with an amount just a little above the minimum exchange amount of the exchanging site that he's using. Since he will be trading with the lowest amount possible, his losses will also be the lowest amount possible. Although there wouldn't be that much profit if ever the market rises, it's okay since he's just looking for experience.

If he turns all his money from signature campaign into a capital in trading, then chances are, he'll lose a lot of coins when it's actually possible to avoid that.
2107  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: September 05, 2016, 05:10:30 PM
I think it is possible, only if you have programming skills, know how to write articles, you are an expert in certain topics, basically if you know useful things, for which, people will pay you.
That's basically how everything works. You get paid for something you're good at at the price that you deserve. If you're really good at something and you know how to make money out of it, then you can make a living out of it. Otherwise, you have to step up your skills and do not stop until you reach the level of those that are on top. These are the key steps in making a living out of Bitcoin. Once you're at the top, money will come easy to you. You're not even going to need to look for a customer, the customers themselves will come to you.
2108  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: September 05, 2016, 05:01:44 PM
I think my least favorite thing about Bitcoin is the fact that Bitcoin is supposed to have a really fast transaction. But whenever I'm gambling or when I'm trying to use a service online, it always takes half an hour sometimes even more to process. So if something's urgently needed, don't use bitcoin for Bitcoin isn't actually an instant thing. Better to use other methods of sending/getting money available in your country.
2109  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: September 05, 2016, 04:57:15 PM
I never buy bitcoins and that is because i know that buying bitcoins is never profitable because you make only money with bitcoins as youi trade them buying is not profitable anymore you only make maybe a couple dollar each time.
Yep you only get a couple of dollar if you don't know how to wait and you don't have a decent amount of money to invest in bitcoins. There has been like 40$ upward movement from where we were three days ago. From 560$, we're now at 600$+. If you only have money enough to buy 1BTC, then you just earned 40$. But if you had money to buy 10BTC, then from that small movement, you just earned 400$.

If you have 1BTC today, and you wait for a couple of months, then you'll be very thankful that you left that 1BTC untouched. The only people who are complaining about the "small" profit in trading are only the ones who are too excited to get profit that they get bored after just waiting for days/weeks.
2110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: September 05, 2016, 04:49:32 PM
I also try to understand it, but it is really difficult to find a good reason for that. Maybe the best way to find out is talking with them.
Or maybe try to know that they human's nature is to hate something that they low-key want. People actually wants to be part of this community, people really want to know about bitcoin. They want to use it but they can't understand how to. They can't find a TL;DR of the whole Bitcoin concept. And apparently, no one would spoon feed them every bits of information they need. And so with the help of social media, they start to throw shade on Bitcoin.
2111  Economy / Speculation / Re: What did I tell you? BTC will stay down under $600 on: September 05, 2016, 04:37:01 PM
I have been saying this many times and falls under deaf ears. BTC will stay under $600 until the end of the year. But right now most of the people here are still in denial. Once they realize that it will really stay under $600 they will start getting angry. So expect many bearish threads and "bitcoin is dead" threads to come. Cheesy
Your prediction is wrong. Bitcoin is now above 600$ again. It didn't stay under 600$ until the end of the year. I really hope that this price increase wouldn't give us any false hope in the coming days. On a side note, OP is half correct even we're above 600$ now. If bitcoin is really doomed to stay below 600$, people will be in denial and when faced by reality, we'll get angry.
2112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think bitcoin is one new step for sucess. on: September 05, 2016, 04:28:16 PM
Definitely, yes. Once you fully understand how mining works, altcoin exchange, bitcoin to usd exchange, gambling, HYIP sites, and all the other stuffs about Bitcoin, the only things that you're going to be needing are time, effort, and a decent amount of capital. What I really like about Bitcoin is that it's based on your knowledge and experience, it's not based on some training or some degree on college. Every body has the potential in to be successful in the bitcoin world. On the same note, it's also the same reason why the competition is too much.

2114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting people to use Bitcoin- ideas on: September 03, 2016, 03:56:00 PM
I don't think getting people from Facebook involved in Bitcoin stuffs is a good idea. For sure, the reason why they are spending much time on Facebook is because they are one of the type of people that has been absorbed/eaten by the social media. Even if they see your post, they'll be too lazy to read it and even if they read it, it's very likely that they won't be able to fully understand it. Don't get me wrong but take a look at the society, people that spend time mostly on Facebook are getting dumber and dumber these days.
2115  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: September 03, 2016, 03:50:18 PM
I don't think bitcoin will be used by almost everyone by 2022. There are people that don't even know how to use a computer. Some people can't afford to buy a computer, or a smartphone, or get an Internet provider. Some people aren't interested about crypto-currency. Some people are not into bitcoin, some are even anti-bitcoin. Some people don't want to embrace change and they just like using fiat forever. And the majority of the people mentioned above will stay the same in 2022, 2023, 2024, and so on. They will never change.
2116  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: September 03, 2016, 03:23:40 PM
You can take out the Bit-x signature campaign now. Reading the last few posts of the thread, the campaign seems to be ending on September 1st. Here's the link to the main post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=877765.msg15914727#msg15914727.
They are still waiting for their bonus and I'm waiting for marco's statement regarding the end of their campaign as well. Smiley
2117  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you have to get your bitcoins taxed if you sell like 220 dollars monthly? on: September 03, 2016, 03:17:47 PM
If 220$ is your income from a legit day job, you'll get a big portion of "income" tax and that 220$ will be shorten into like 180$ in my country. But since you get paid with Bitcoins and there's no tax in withdrawing money out of an ATM, then I think you won't get taxed by it. If the government asks for how much you make in a month, then you could just neglect your Bitcoin earnings. They don't know that you're earning bitcoins anyway. If you tell them, they might get interested in putting a tax from that small amount.
2118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just some reassurance for Bitcoin Investors on: September 03, 2016, 03:06:14 PM
What that "guy" is doing is none of your business and same goes to the guy who stole your sister's 1000$ assuming that they aren't the same person. You didn't lose anything, your sister didn't lose anything as well. Only the bank did lose something. Well, there are other crimes out there that are more clever than what you said and we don't even know that it exists.

Also, you can't just claim that the fiat system is a lie just because of what happened. I could only think of a worse reaction from you if your sister didn't get her money back.
2119  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: September 03, 2016, 03:00:16 PM
I think whenever we buy something, then we are using Bitcoin as currency. But when we're just holding on to them and we leave them untouched, then we use Bitcoin as an investment. My answer to this question is both. I use bitcoin as currency and I also use it as an investment. I have bought some stuffs online using Bitcoin and I'm currently holding on as much bitcoin as I could so that after a year or two, I could get my profits.
2120  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: September 02, 2016, 02:01:43 PM
What I really like best in Bitcoin is that the possibility of you getting scammed is lesser than when you use Paypal. You might think that someone paid you in Paypal and everything's good but after a couple of months, he'll dispute his payment. In bitcoin, you can't do that. So basically you can't get scammed in Bitcoin unless you're stupid enough to trust and believe a stranger.
