2121  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to raise funding for trading? on: August 30, 2022, 11:59:02 PM
Compounding your profits is the best option for me for a bigger trade setups. You are trading for a long time and you said you are earning good, I think it is wise to bring back all your profit and add to your trading positions since you are pretty confident yourself. The most recommended is loaning and most of us don't really recommend it because of the pressure that it can give you on your trades. Just stick with gathering profits and bringing it all back to your trades, There will be no additional risk incase you messed up.
2122  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: August 30, 2022, 11:25:47 PM
So I just got scammed by Roobet
For over $2,000 and my account got locked

Full information in my Scam accusation thread

They're forcing me to verify, and I did that too, and after verification they still didn't let me withdraw my funds

Please, don't play on Roobet until they solve the issue, they can do this with whoever they want

By the way, I was pushed to verify for Level 2, I even verified for level 3, and they still don't let me withdraw my money
See if the support team has asked to wait for 2-3 days then you need to wait for some time as they need to look into the technical as well wagering slips so don't just blame them bluntly.

There are many players who are wagering over Roobet and it's legit casino and they have thousands of dollars giveaways so do you think they will block your $2k only? The issue will be solved and if you are at wrong then it will be your mistake.

yes, it's weird to think such a big website would lock an account for 2,000 and keep it locked even after the user comply

on the long run they can make much more money if they run the business in an ethical way.

Its not weird for a big casino to lock the funds of a user if they find something strange on his account. Maybe for user who got this issue he should comply what roobet team ask because for this it will make the issue solve. And there's no really needed to mock up here if Roobet ask something for verification because those are important so that they can see if there's a problem with the users end.
Agree to this. There might be a certain problem that result for the locking of account. There are many who did scam accusations here without knowing what they did wrong and if they didn't abide the TOS of the casino. I played gambling for a long time and from different casino but I haven't experienced my account getting locked and have problems like this. I also play on roobet but I luckily I didn't experienced any problem with it beside KYC. We just need to hope that someone in Roobet will solve the case and clarify things and expose their side of story.
2123  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: August 30, 2022, 10:43:03 PM
Not only the gambling sites but all the businesses check their functionality before they go live.
The good business owner do care for their customer and they come up with good solutions for their customer.
So be it gambling or any other business - the testing is important.
This is why there are test should be done first before having that full launch.A business owner will really be thinking up all the ways or possibilities for those things to happen.
Its true that this isnt only for gambling but also in other businesses as well where security do really matters because anything online  could be attacked.
If its really needed to have lots of testing then you should do before making some official launch which all check list should be on green.
Test is a must at full launch and it is the standard. This is why there are beta test and alpha test on applications even on websites. Those possibilities like bugs, errors and vulnerabilities are widely tested on beta and alpha test so they can clear out those problems before the full launch. There are some who are hiring someone for penetration testing and I think it is the most needed for casinos since it involves a massive amount of money. There are also some casino who are doing bug bounty campaigns here in bitcoin talk to help themselves as well as the members here to find bugs and explore for some reward.

2125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's Metaverse projects are looking good now on: August 30, 2022, 04:07:03 AM
I do believe in a few years we will see the real metaverse that will be fully developed by zuckerberg and its company. The trailers of meta metaverse was so good. That looks like very attractive for me to see that. If we can use this to interact with others easily and then this will become the next generation from facebook. I hope that if that can be accessed without complicated device. This will create massive adoption.
I agree to this. I think it's still to early to judge because of what the selfie of Mark Zuckerberg looks like. They invested few billions in it and I think that's not the final result they are offering to us. Our technology is evolving and Metaverse is trying to conquer the space by leading it. Remember what facebook looks like before and what it is now. Facebook is like now all in one platform and I expect to see a revolutionizing evolution from metaverse as time goes on. I also think they have plans to make it available into masses in the future knowing that most of the people have basic devices like smartphone and won't spend on something like Oculus.
2126  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can One Actually Do Crypto Trading As A Living on: August 29, 2022, 08:42:29 PM
I've heard of many people talk about cryptocurrency and its potentials all the time and at a point I begin to wonder if one can just depend fully on cryptocurrency as a means of livelihood.
Yes, crypto is not about trading because there's a lot of ways in cryptomarket where you can actually earn more which I have so many friends who are full time in cryptocurrency activities, they do trading, bounty and even managing a social account and they will get paid by that. You can only achieve this level once you already have good knowledge about cryptocurrency and same thing with trading, experience and trading is the key so if you are a newbie don't rush yourself to do full time, have some experience first and soon if you are already good enough, you can do full time in crypto, this will also depend on your dedication.
Relying alone on crypto trading for your livelihood is very much risky to think as the market won’t always be suitable to trade. However, if you also have skills aside from crypto trading as there are a lot of crypto jobs offered in the crypto world, then I must say that you will really make a good living until cryptocurrency is living its demand. But I suggest if possible, go and get a stable job first so that no matter what happens in crypto, your finances will never be affected completely.
Same thought, Earning everyday by trading to fulfill the needs of your everyday life is just too risky. Having a stable income that at least supports your daily finances is a must. Just by relying on trading would make your life uncertain unless you are a really good trader that used to trade everyday and can support your life depending on it. Doing crypto trading as a living is a hard thing to do but it isn't impossible, There are many who are doing it but those has a good competitive trading skills. But if you are a newbie that just saw the potential of it and thinks that you should do it, Please no.
2127  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: August 29, 2022, 08:12:36 PM

That is the method that I have been using for about 6-7 years. I mean if you could arrange your budget accordingly, you never lose too much money. I have been gambling like a crazy person when you check the amount of bets I have, but when you check "how much" part, it’s not even what I pay for water per month, literally.

That’s the key, you wager small amount, if you lose then you lose but you have a small budget so the tiny amount you wager ends in 2 weeks if you have a bad month, if not and you win something it could go for all month or even more months without depositing again. That’s what people should be doing if they do not have too much money.
I have also set aside separate budget for gambling each month and if i win then I cash out the winning keeping my budget same and if it's lost then next month it's refueled again with the same amount and play various game with same amounts because I don't want to get too much addicted and loose everything.Small bets like crazy players could result in overall low budget because minimum bets wagering concept is cool for us.
Some people is addicted in gambling so someone is not supposed to have a particular budget in gambling because if you continue having a budget personally that you will use to play Gamble automatically you are making contribution of a company without knowing the benefits or I will say the profit on the lost that will attach to it later. It's not good to have budget in gambling
It's always good to have a budget on things you are doing, On our case it's gambling. Trust me, There are many gambler who overspend because they don't have a budget plan. Some people treat gambling as a form of entertainment, It's like allocating some money on your netflix subscription for your own entertainment. Of course, Playing on a casino would make them benefit you because of the money you spent on them, This is why casino has house edge because it is how they earn money from their services. Almost all casino has house edge, even Rollbit has because it's a business.
2128  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Magkakaroon na ng STABLECOIN sa Pilipinas on: August 29, 2022, 07:33:56 PM
As far as I know meron nang existing stable coin dito sa bansa natin na gawa ng Unionbank which is PHX.

You're not the only one pushed a scam accusation about roobet, I've seen some complaints before about it. Roobet has indicated on their website that they have Anti Money laundering policies, it is stated that they are imposing KYC and they have what they called "advance anti money laundering" which I understand that you need to pass different steps.

I also saw your scam accusation, I advise you to add proofs for added credibility.

2130  Economy / Gambling / Re: Some Crazy Fun Facts About Casinos And Gambling You Might Not Know. on: August 29, 2022, 06:12:16 PM
4. Some Gambling Addicts Pee All Over the Gaming Floor.

Some gamblers simply take things too far: addiction counselors say that some problem gamblers are so impaired by their addiction that they simply urinate all over themselves or wear adult diapers rather than step away from the table or slot machine. For instance, in Indiana in 2007, a gambler filed a complaint with the state's Gaming Commission after he sat in a pee-soaked chair at a slot machine. And in 2015, a New Jersey man urinated into a slot machine's coin slot rather than leave the gaming floor.
This is just disgusting, I guess there is a next level on addiction. I hope no one here experienced or tried this one because of their gambling addiction. I wonder how did the casino management take action into scenario, If they make the gambler stop gambling will anyone dare still use the gambler slot machine where he take his piss.

This is a good fact compilation, I haven't heard most of it and I was intrigued with the pee thing.
2131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mt Gox Upcoming release of funds to its creditors vs Btc Price on: August 28, 2022, 08:34:14 PM
These days news about Mt Gox releasing of funds to its creditors is spreading on Twitter and seems very alarming to the BTC price action in coming days, as BTC price has not yet gained any momentum towards 28k which most of the so-called technical analysts predicted. I think we are most likely to hit <15k BTC in the coming days due to the release of almost 140k BTC from Mt gox.

If you search for the #mtgox at Twitter you will see how tense is the situation: https://twitter.com/search?q=%23mtgox&src=typed_query

There is this report by BRL; https://twitter.com/lab_blockchain/status/1557330341139972104
There were 22,560 creditors share total claims of $17 billion with an average claim of ~39btc. Do you think they are going to hold it ?
This is scary not only because so much money is coming into the market but also because most of this money will be immediately realised into fiat because it's of people who have been waiting for it since long. These people would immediately convert all the btc into Fiat in order to use it for their purposes, infact most of the people won't even keep it in btc or central exchanges anymore. So if this supply comes to market at the price point you can easily expect 10-12k btc.
I also think that would be the case. I'm assuming that BTC will dump dive even the claims release is partial and not everyone will get their btc at the same time. The upcoming selling pressure will be big and I think traders are selling out for them to be saved for the expected dump. I personally think that we can hit 15k atleast and 8k at worst if the support can't handle the selling pressure.
2132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My feelings after 11 years with crypto. on: August 28, 2022, 08:04:51 PM
Hello everyone, today i want to tell you about my crypto-depression.
So in 2010 i was working in IT company and my friend from work told me about bitcoin mining.
Next day after this information i register on this forum and start mining coins, everything going perfect but bitcoin price was really low and unstable.
I was investing everything in gpu. Couple times i lost my fund's on scam-exchange but i still had a lot of "mining power".
In 2015 i quited my job and invest my whole savings in bitcoin, in that time i had more than 15 bitcoin's and gpu worth 20k$.
And after 2 or 3 week's everything fucked up, in same time i lost my job and my wife get sicked.
In Nov 2015 i selled everything but still i had -$$$$ to pay, so you probably asking why i made this post?

Now after 6 years i have biggest depression ever, if i only burrow money from somewhere 5 years ago and didnt sell my miners...

I have feelings that i lost my biggest life chance to get really rich and i just want to forget about crypto and work in normal work but it is impossible.
It's hurt much more if you can see that your old crypto-friend's get cars and houses from crypto profit, i wonder if someone have some feeling's as me.

Move on pal! You aren't the only one missed the opportunity and messed everything up. There are many horror crypto stories out there and I can relate to it as well. I moved on a long time ago and I am happy accumulating and earning some bitcoin into my portfolio. This isn't the end and definitely not too late to start over again. You trust cryptocurrency long time ago and why not try to regain that trust again and start over. Time cannot be reversed but opportunities keep coming up.
2133  Economy / Gambling / Re: PF.Guru - The Best Provable Fair Crypto Casinos on: August 28, 2022, 07:16:10 PM
The site looks good and has some potential, It looks clean compared to other crypto casino directory out there. I like how it easy to find the necessary information I'm looking at  this website and I think it has a DNA of your existing website bitpr0, There are some similarities in the design. I supposed to think that the martingale calculator is a feature right? It nice to have it there and after trying it, The result is straight forward nice!
2134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are your favorite dealers ? on: August 28, 2022, 06:25:49 PM
I am not particular on a dealer gender, Most of the dealers are presentable that's why I don't have any problem with that. I most like is the talkativeness and how much he/she can entertain us the gamblers. Entertaining us by socializing and communicating is good just like what a real table experience is. Honestly, A silent type dealer is quite boring and I don't give tips to that. Having a entertaining dealer could put us gamblers into the table for long time and I hope those dealers who put extra efforts on entertaining the table could be rewarded more by the casino.
2135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Meme coins going to make it to the next bull market? on: August 28, 2022, 05:33:30 PM
meme coins wont be the next trend because meme coins were the trend of 2021 bull market. dont stick on old trends. i see no diffrent on NFTs. both are same. NFT s are something valuable but meme coins are not. so following meme coin projetcs in 2022 and beyond will be worthless. next bull market will be depends on something else such as DAO or AI. so do your researchs on those sectors.
Nothing is impossible, I believe that trend could be repeated and I strongly believe that NFT GameFi will do it. There are next generation NFT Games that are on development right now and I can see that it would bloom on the next bull market. About memes, I don't really know since it's community based. The hype of memes will depend on how the community support it and make it a trend again but I doubt it would be a thing next bull market. We all know that the hype of meme coins started from DOGE with the help of Elon Musk until next coins started to appear but there would be a chance that Elon Crypto influence wouldn't be effective as much effective as it is last bull market.
2136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to buy some low cap coins on: August 27, 2022, 07:41:10 PM
low cap coins are indeed a little interesting, but also very risky, because there is very little liquidity in the market so tokens can rugpull easily,
usually happens in new projects, therefore if you want to invest in low cap make sure the coin was born a long time ago
Yes low cap coins are very high risky Token, many low Risk coin has been delisted by Binance. My friends often take risk in low cap coins . Sometimes Binance Delist coin because it not meet Binance liquidity rules and token price dumped so hard
For low term profit if any one want risk then I think Auction,Wabi,Btcst, wing and bind is good because they have very low supply and many time these token did 2x in one hour.
Choosing a low cap coin from a reputable exchange might be a great help. You can easily filter out low cap coins that are listed on reputable exchange and choose on what to invest. Though it's not bad to choose a coins outside centralized exchange, There are many good low cap coins that is only available at DEX and  I believe that you can make more profit from those coins especially if they have plans to list it on Centralized exchanges. Just pick the good low cap coins, There are so many trust me!
2137  Economy / Gambling / Re: I Have a Question ~ Are 1xbit Campaigners Playing on 1xbit? on: August 27, 2022, 07:00:53 PM
That's what they claimed a year ago or so: that old management was changed and the new one was going to solve the pending problems with many users. I don't follow the case every day, but it seems that the number of complaints remains the same. Whether they are about old problems or about the same ones but in the present, I haven't looked into it yet.
Their efforts to change management haven't improved anything even the reputation is still with bad trust, I also didn't follow the news from this casino site but some new users complained the same thing with the previous case, they should restore the reputation to solve the old case but it won't be easy because they have a lot of cases about gambler funds. So they just released a signature campaign to spread the casino link promotion in various threads and campaign participants don't care about account trust even they just to get paid from bad reputation casino.
Sadly they don't want to improve their current reputation. They haven't solve previous scam accusation on their casino and it just keep piling up day by day. I really do think the move that they do on having a signature campaign won't help them in promoting here in the forum. They are one of the hottest active scam casino that is well known in this forum and having a signature campaign will just spread the awareness that it is a scam because most of signature campaign members are red tagged. It's good that we have forum members actively red tagging these users who are participants of signature campaign. Special thanks to JollyGood for actively tagging those accounts.
2138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: In your opinion is this the end for Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency? on: August 27, 2022, 05:34:48 PM
So we have seen Cryptocurrency hit with many huge scams, come under increased scrutiny and regulation, as well as being the subject of environmental concerns.

As of late, Bitcoin is trading at the lowest levels I've seen it trade in quite some time.

So I made this poll to gage the latest opinions of the users here.

The question is, due to any of these issues, or a combination of them, are we finally going to see the end of Bitcoin and
Cryptocurrency or is it still a safe haven?
Seems you are new to cryptocurrency. Scams are everywhere, you can't avoid to see it so just be knowledgeable about what you are doing. I believe that regulation is good for cryptocurrency since it will increase on it's adoption. I've seen so many bitcoin is dead headlines and this kind of headline mostly show during the market downfall where almost everyone are getting smashed by the market. There are more environmental concerns aside from crypto mining and surprise until now those concerns aren't resolved and even if mining stop, The crypto market won't be stopped.
2139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on Gambling Business on: August 27, 2022, 05:05:09 PM
Most crypto casinos don't ask for KYC when you deposit so you can throw the license excuse out the window. The only reason they ask for KYC is a reason to confiscate your money when you go to withdraw.
This is very true and I experienced it mostly after withdrawing a large amount of money from most of the casino. I think they base on the amount of winnings you have before they ask for KYC since whenever I withdraw with just small amount, They don't bother asking for KYC. They can easily throw the license excuse to you whenever you object or their TOS.
2140  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Philippine Universities Team Up With Binance To Offer Bitcoin Courses on: August 27, 2022, 01:42:39 PM

It will take time I think para ma implement nila ito just like nung gaming course na inempliment ng tier 1 before. I I think pwede ito maging subject sa isang related course like financial course and IT course. If sa university yan iiintroduce is magiging consitent naman siguro yan knowing that it is a paid course.
