2121  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: September 02, 2016, 01:49:59 PM
I still believe in Bitcoin, there's no reason not to. Only those who can not wait for Bitcoin's price to move upwards are the ones who don't believe in Bitcoin anymore. They expect that Bitcoin will rise soon, they are not in this for the long haul. Those people from years ago who believed and invested in Bitcoin will enjoy their profits even if they sell it with this relatively low price. Maybe it's our chance to believe in Bitcoin now and wait for years as well to enjoy our profits.
2122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are bitcoin ATMs worth using? on: September 02, 2016, 01:46:39 PM
I can't think of a reason why would a Bitcoin ATM not be worth using. I haven't seen one in my area because I live in the province but I'd really like to try bitcoin ATM someday. There's a service in our Bitcoin wallet (coins.ph) that allows us to do cardless withdrawal but it's only for a certain bank. That way, an ATM will turn into something like a Bitcoin ATM. You can withdraw you Bitcoin from an ATM machine. Apparently, though, that certain bank isn't available in my area.
2123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BITSLER VS PRIMEDICE ? Which more fair ? Which you win more ? on: September 02, 2016, 01:38:01 PM
Nothing really significant difference in the game type, both of them are dice sites. The interface of them are both good. The withdrawals are both fast and I think the chances of you winning are also the same. The upside of Bitsler over primedice is that you're able to do speedbetting and you can roll 300 rolls in one click although it's disabled for now because it takes a lot of server space (I think). The chances of you winning would always depend on how lucky you are. If you're unlucky, then you're unlucky. It does not depend on which site are you playing.
2124  Economy / Services / Re: Bitsler Signature & Avatar Campaign (Earn up to .05/week)Sr member-Staff(FULL) on: September 02, 2016, 01:33:44 PM
Good payment rate + Fast withdrawals + Good campaign manager + Responsive Bitsler admin, hope this campaign last for a long time. Thanks Baryom and yahoo!
2125  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are you doing here? on: September 01, 2016, 04:26:31 PM
I think it's because I found the people especially those in higher positions to be very intelligent. I checked out the Meta board, and people are discussing their ideas and they all sound professional. They all know what they are doing and I thought, maybe one day, I'll be as knowledgeable as them. I'm also working on my English. As you can see, my English isn't flawless. A part of me pushes me to go back here because it wants me to get as much bitcoin as I can get and signature campaign is one of the ways to do that.
2126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: September 01, 2016, 04:03:08 PM
The answer to this question would depend on what religion do you belong. I belong to Christianity and there's nothing about gambling that was mentioned in the 10 commandments. I haven't read the Bible so I don't know if it was mentioned somewhere there. Anyway, the society has accepted gambling and it seems like a normal thing now. I don't think that the majority of people are considering that gambling is a sin.
2127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: September 01, 2016, 03:58:11 PM
I think so, with the earnings that you can get from Bitcoin, a poor person can really climb his way up using Bitcoins. From a third-world country kid into someone that has achieved his goals. There are tons of excellent tutorials on Youtube, all a person would be needing is an Internet connection and a computer. His investments would be his time, effort, and his drive to really become the person he wants to be. To be serious, I can have a greater income than my professor if I would pursue my Bitcoin journey. Apparently, I have no time for that.

Once a huge scale of people are doing Bitcoin in poor countries, then those huge scale of people would have a source of income. They can get out of poverty by doing Bitcoins.

2129  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for captcha job on: August 31, 2016, 02:01:01 PM
Just a quick tip, I used to do all sorts of micro tasks back then, don't expect anything that is not "micro" in return. The earnings is usually 0.0001USD or 0.001USD, just wanna emphasize the USD there. It pays really really low. All the stuffs like captcha job, faucet sites, money making games/apps, all of them will just give you centavos after a whole set of micro tasks. None of them is worth the time and effort.
2130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: August 31, 2016, 12:33:40 PM
I think one of the few reasons why people keeps coming back into the casino is the lights, the sounds, the beautiful people, the liquor and the company of and validation that he can get from his friends. In online casino, what you actually miss is the people, the troll box and how funny the trolls are, doing YOLO bets whenever you get outrageous, and pushing your way up to the leaderboards. You might be able to manage not to deposit anything after losing all of your coins but all that I have mentioned is what you would actually miss the most.
2131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: August 31, 2016, 12:23:51 PM
I think I always discipline myself whenever I gamble. I set limits on how much money should I deposit, I set limits on how much bitcoin do I bet in a round, and do I do YOLO bets. It all depends on my mood but it's just a couple of dollars anyway. I'm really fascinated about the idea of controlling my urges. When I lost all my money, I automatically get the urge to deposit more. What I like is that gambling have pushed me to not satisfy my urges and do the right thing instead.
2132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Worldwide! on: August 31, 2016, 12:20:26 PM
Some people in this thread are claiming that Bitcoin isn't available in their country or it is banned in their country. That's kind of foolish and shameless of their government. It's shameless because it just shows how desperate their government wants to get control on every penny that their country men have. It's foolish because Bitcoin is fully anonymous, you can access the Internet anywhere, and you can hide your IP address anytime. If the use of Bitcoin is considered as a cyber crime in your country, you might wanna use VPN to hide your identity.
2133  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 31, 2016, 12:17:48 PM
If you have the skills, then investing your money would be really better than just hoarding your money. Otherwise, you should just leave your money alone and save them for the future. Investment doesn't always return profit to you but if you're pretty excellent at something and you want to start making money by offering a service but you need a capital, then you should invest on that. You have the power to control if you'll get profit or not since you're the one who's doing the service.
2134  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: August 31, 2016, 11:09:47 AM
Everything has an ups and downs over something. In this case, Bitcoin vs cash. Cash is superior to bitcoin because it's the standard measure of payment. If you want to buy something, you can buy it right away with cash. No more conversion or waiting for a certain number of blocks to mine, you just give your cash to the other person. In bitcoin, you can't buy anything offline. All the transactions that involves Bitcoin has to be done online because Bitcoin is a crypto-currency.

But the thing is, Bitcoin's market is always moving. In cash, it will always be the same unless your country makes a huge leap economically. Storing bitcoins for a while, the value of it in terms of USD is likely to be more than what it was back then.
2135  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the BEST SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN? on: August 31, 2016, 11:06:03 AM
No signature campaign will pay you a lot at that rank. There are only two choices, it's either 777coin or Bitvest. But if you're posting in this forum anyway, then a little pay for your efforts would be fine, isn't it? All you can do at that point is wait until you become a Full member or a Sr. member because at that rank, there would be plenty of signature campaigns you can choose from. When that day comes, then you can finally see for yourself which signature campaign suits you best.
2136  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: August 31, 2016, 11:00:39 AM
i have heard in past there are game 2048 with bitcoin as reward , i think it is good for children because that game can made children to be smart to solve some puzzle
Nope, they will not increase their intelligence by playing that game. 2048 is basically just a game where you slide tiles to add up those that has similar values, you know there's a strategy for that, right? You just have to keep your highest valued tile on the corner.

Anyway, as I'm saying, no knowledge can be acquired from playing that. If you want your kid to be smart, then give them books and motivate them to read it. 2048 wasn't made to increase the puzzle-solving skills of anyone, there are other games out there that is far better than 2048 in terms of making someone become good at solve a puzzle.

The game that you're saying is also not worth the time and effort. It pays you really really low just like other "money making" games out there.
2137  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: August 31, 2016, 10:55:38 AM
how is this?
~Image snip~
it produced this BBCode for one row which you can add to the table (have not yet implemented coloring, *, and x):
Code:
[table]

[td]20/w[/td][td]|[/td]
[td]80/w[/td][td]|[/td]

this is how it looks:
A|777Coin|Post_Weekly|0|0|0|0.00017|0.00012|0.00006|0.000045|20/w|80/w|YesNo|
You might wanna add the colors as well. Instead of 0, you should be able to accept "x", which can be done by making it accept a string instead of a double.

It appears to me that you stepped up your coding game, eh? Smiley The algorithm for that program is easy but it's really helpful. Good work, buddy!
2138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to win gambling with no lose? on: August 31, 2016, 09:57:41 AM
If you want to lose no money, then go keep them all. Don't put them at risk. You might think that gambling is a way of making money, maybe yes, but mostly no. Only few people really make money out of gambling. You can't win a in gambling without having any chance of losing your money. There's no sure win.

In BustaBit, there's this thing we call the "Instabust". You can play there and bet at 1.00x multiplier which is like 99% chance of winning, almost no risk. But the thing is, instabust gives you 0.00x. If you did bet at 1.00x multiplier and it instabusted, then you still lose your money.
2139  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: WHy Gambling Thread on: August 31, 2016, 09:50:25 AM
Why do "campaign signature" give more bonus to those who posts in gambling thread?
Not all of them, just some of them. If the signature campaign is about gambling, then they might be looking for an audience of gamblers. Some signature campaigns give a priority on which board their participants would post in. To encourage their participants, they give a little bonus to those who would post on their prioritized board. Any board can be prioritized depending on what the campaign owner wants, it's just mostly Gambling board because most campaigns are for gambling sites and casinos.
2140  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your predictions for 2016 on: August 28, 2016, 04:49:38 PM
It still fascinates me how a whale or maybe a group of whales did a pump and dump right before the halving. After the halving, all of the expectations of us wasn't met. We thought that it'll pump after the halving since the difficulty will be doubled, but it didn't pump. My prediction for 2016 is that it will be back to the 700-800$ range again on October since people have more money at this time of year. And then it will increase a little more on December.
