Not sure about your and my idea of 'quietness' is, but even with fan changes and downclocking to sub 1TH, my S5's were still too loud and annoying to use in my office or anywhere near people. LOL.
Hopefully these new chips run cooler so they don't need a jet engine to fracking cool them off.
My SP20's at the same speeds were 1/2 as loud as my S5's..

Also i forgot to mention. I added one highly requested feature in v2. A user blocking feature. If you visit a user's profile you have the ability to block that user from renting your rigs. This will allow rig owners to block repeat poor renters.

To all the people reading this thread and posting feedback.
Let's give them a little lack or leadway as it is a new system redesign. There are always growing pains on new systems and that's understandable.
The wallets and payments system seems to be fixed and working just like other Rented-Hash systems. Nothing new there. At least now we won't have to worry about a renter paying with ZERO fees and expecting to have his BTC confirm at BETARIGS before the time-out period.
Now it's instant.
The system is getting faster, yes there are some issues with the display, the graphs, mobile version of the site is very poor and almost unusable, but let's give them our help by reporting issues instead of just complaints and demands / accusations.
If anyone needs help with the system, message me and I'll try to help out however I can.
About their support : Ahmed is VERY much on the ball. Since I have been bugging him with issues when they arose for months now, he's always been taking care of it and he is very active on this board to help our complaints. Most other places do NOT do this.
Yes, the other tech support people are not even near as good and professional as he is, but hopefully he'll snap the whip and make them improve or find new talent. That's what has to be done in business as they are the face of a business.
I do it in my business, so does everyone else.
Overall, the system is functional again with just some little issues, so let's help them whip it into shape..

Yup, in the Northeast, I pay $0.148 per KwH, but my colo is at $0.10KwH and I have free power available also at a few places if it's not annoyingly loud. Sad part is, 50% of the price of electricity is all BS fees and taxes. UGH |

What's the 25% tax for??
Import taxes is 20% (at custom office) and around 5% for handling fee, spacing cost etc... Import taxes can be reduced if I have import right (usually for enterprise), but for individual import it goes for 20%. Did bought a ~$400 antminer S5 months ago. With shipment $40+ , tax $100 and PSU bought at local $50 so total almost $600. At that time I get around $60-70 after electricity so without DIFF inc I can ROI for 9 months and hoping I can ROI in 12 months. But in REALITY right now I only got a mere $30 after electricity and you can guess how much I can get after all S7 online around the world. Actually for ROI I can sells S5 in my country for more than $500, but how could I do that ? Especially for my long-term customers, they are good people and juicy. Yes they so juicy, and I dont want bad people suck on them. Again I can says antminer S7 is the BEST product right now and so bitmain services. Its just to expensive for home miner. I wish they create under $500 products... ***All my calculated with $0.1 per kwh and I know some of you have more than $0.15 per kwh, and its sucks Not in the USA. |

Well, you can follow insider info before a coin is about to be hitting high or pumped (nobody is going to give you their sources. LOL) You can rent them at 0.25BTC/GH/Day average now. 6 weeks or so ago, I was renting at 0.82BTC/GH/Day. It was SICK!! MONA has been very good in the past when LTC was lower if you play the japanese exchanges. Coinwarz has a profitability calculator, but IMO it's way behind and incorrect most of the time. |

lets hope i will be next with my 1TH rig  At 5ph on the pool side that's a mighty small chance. Lol. I'm on there with 1.5Th myself though for a lottery. i'm still here with my 450G from 3 S1s - i have already got a block once its a 'luck' thing size doesn't matter if you have luck on your side Yeah but statistically that luck is like 0.01% chance. Highly improbable when there is 5ph mining on the pool.  |

Actually scrypt rentals are still around 0.23BTC per GH/Day, so it can still earn just under 0.07BTC per day, or 2.1BTC per month. A week ago that would have been 25% higher, a month ago 300% higher. Not everyone mines minimum-wage LTC. |
