2161  Other / Off-topic / Re: how bitcoin is popular in your country ? on: August 26, 2016, 12:02:34 PM
I think most of us can say that Bitcoin isn't popular in the whole world. So most of us can say that Bitcoin isn't popular in our country. Here in the Philippines, only a few actually uses Bitcoin. Most netizens just read some articles about it so whenever Bitcoin becomes a topic in a conversation, they can pretend as if they know a lot about it.

However, the number of people that are getting informed about bitcoin can only grow. I think after years and after a lot of people have a great experience with bitcoin, it'll be finally popular in most areas.
2162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Texas Holdem Poker?? on: August 26, 2016, 11:32:01 AM
I remember when I was young I used to play on Facebook poker. The company name is Zynga. Here's their website and what I really like about Zynga is that they run on different platforms now. You can play it on your browser using your Facebook account, on Android, on iOS, on Windows phone and on your Windows laptop. There are poker sites out there like Betcoin.ag but I've never tried them before.
2163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: August 25, 2016, 02:05:45 PM
I can't think of a way of finding out the actual number of people that are using Bitcoin. Some people can run some statistics and some mathematical stuffs but the result is probably just an approximation. It'll be really inefficient and useless if somebody would run a census just to determine the number of people using bitcoin.

If we're going to use the data that are available like how many bitcoin wallets are active right now, we still can't find the actual number of people using Bitcoin. Anyone can create multiple bitcoin wallets and in every second, bitcoin wallets are being generated.
2164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 25, 2016, 01:56:47 PM
I don't know about y'all but I would definitely prefer gambling over investing. If you're going to invest on some investment sites out there, it's very likely that you wait for weeks/months and then it will only turn out that the website you've invested in is just a ponzi site.

Gambling, at least, gives a result in almost an instant. You don't have to waste your time waiting for the outcome. The risk is the same, in both cases, you have no control on what's going to happen with your money. All you can do is see if you were lucky or not.
I agree with everything that you have said but you can actually invest on other things, not only on investment sites AKA ponzi sites. For example, if you are an expert in planting crops, you can invest your money on buying a land and you can then plant the crops that are in season. Another example, if you haven't gotten into college, then maybe right now you have enough money or a stable income to support yourself to get that degree that you always wanted.

Do not lock yourself up with what you can do online. Always remember that there are people that have been successful in life even without the existence of the Internet.
2165  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: August 25, 2016, 01:44:40 PM
I didn't put any money on bitcoin, maybe when I was still starting out. But nowadays, I don't put any money on bitcoins, I don't get money out of bitcoins as well. The reason for this is that I'm not able to deposit money to my Bitcoin wallet as I don't have any bank account just yet. And for the same reason, I can't withdraw my bitcoins yet. All I can do at this moment is wait for Bitcoin price to rise and either use it to buy stuffs online or get a bank account at that time.
2166  Economy / Services / Re: I can create gmail accounts for you on: August 25, 2016, 12:56:33 PM
To those people that are claiming they can make 50 accounts on Gmail, it seems like it's an easy to thing to you guys. Please make us all gmail accounts and upload here the 50 username and passwords of those. AFAIK, you can only make 1 account per 1 phone number (in my country, atleast). Gmail accounts are very useful. You can use those gmail accounts in various stuffs like multiple accounts on websites that requires gmail verification. That's why OP is selling them.

I don't know what is OP's method in making those gmail accounts but please, stop bashing him in his own thread. If you can create tons of gmail on your own, then good for you even though I doubt what you guys are claiming is true.
2167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: August 25, 2016, 10:25:24 AM
Hey! Good day i really need some answers because its about gambling in your life and other people are playing for it with heart and i just thought that how can gambling help you with your life? and do you gain something from it? does it help you to be wise or worst your attitude will change.. i need answers please!
In most cases, gambling will not help you with your life. It mostly leads to addiction and losing your money at the same time. People should realize that gambling can only give you a short time instant pleasure. The excitement that you can get from gambling can give you some happiness especially whenever you get lucky in a bet. It can distract you from your problems in real life, but at the end of the day, all of those pleasure and satisfaction are just temporary.
2168  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to manage money? on: August 24, 2016, 05:43:33 AM
I think the best way to manage money is to use the least amount as you can. You should keep a record of every single thing that you buy with your money. In this way, you can track if you're overspending already. People who don't keep track of their expenses are likely to have reactions like "I don't know where did all my money go." simply because all they do is buy this, buy that, pay for this, pay for that. Living with the least expenses doesn't necessarily mean that you have to starve yourself and whatnot. Remember, rich people stay rich by spending money as if they are broke.
2169  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: August 24, 2016, 05:35:53 AM
Bitcoin is worth investing on in terms of money and in terms of time. Posting in this forum and doing some micro tasks online to earn some bitcoins will one day pay off. It's not that hard of a task. It's better than doing some sidelines in the real life, in my case atleast since I live in a third world country. Side jobs take a lot of time and pays much less than what you can get from signature campaign.

So yes, Bitcoin is worth a lot to me. If we wait long enough, Bitcoin price will be much much higher than what it is right now and all our hard work will finally pay off.
2170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: August 24, 2016, 05:30:44 AM
I see no difference between trading and gambling. I think the only difference is the time frame. In gambling, you can get your results in an instant. While in trading, you can wait for days/weeks before you sell your coin. The instant of you selling your coins in trading will decide if you get profit and how much or you get less than what you've invested. Nevertheless, trading would always be better than gambling because you can do tons of research first about a coin before you invest on it.
2171  Other / Off-topic / Re: What can i do with 3 Bitcoin? on: August 24, 2016, 05:23:25 AM
You can do all sorts of stuffs to earn profit, the only problem is that you're not sure if you'll get an ROI from it. For example, you can gamble your way to 4BTC from your 3BTC. 2 months and 7 days is such a long time in the Internet, it's a long time in gambling as well. It will only take you a little while if you bet big amounts, but you don't need to hurry because you were given 2 months anyway.

You can also invest it, you can also use it for trading. Just be careful, some people people can give you some "solid proof" and manipulate you into investing to their website/company. Most of them are just con men though. Trust no one here.
2172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 24, 2016, 04:01:32 AM
Gambling is so addicting because knowing the fact that you can earn money in an instant gives you excitement. Whenever you go to the casino, you automatically get the desire to feel that moment of you winning money in an instant. There's also people in the casino which makes it fun to hang around and play there. In addition, it is said that the lights and the sounds in casino makes you more and more addicted to it.
2173  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 23, 2016, 06:10:43 AM
Probably i will start my own 3-4 faucets  Tongue
though if you invested that much money into faucets you would surely not get the return of your investment so i would definitely not do that in order not to lose money

For sure with that amount you can start out your 3-4 faucets and that is going to be a good business for sure but maybe it is going to take a year before you are going to get the returns of your investment. But it doesn't matter as long you are going to do some good promotion to your website to get a lot of advertisers.
With this large amount of money, why would you invest it on faucets? Faucets are lame, tbh. The only people that are doing faucets are the people who have no knowledge about other ways of earning BTC. This means that nowadays, there's a low amount of audience in faucet sites compared to what it was. It will take years before you get your 10 BTC back if you put it all in faucet sites.

Invest your 10 BTC ~ 6K USD into something else. Something that will make you earn more money faster. Something in demand.
2174  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 23, 2016, 06:04:51 AM
if you have very cheap electricity you can build a small farm of few rig and be very profitable and leave your job i think, the earning would be something like 3-4k usd per month, i would be very surprised if anyone is earning that much in real life job now lol
Yes that would be really surprising because apparently, electricity costs a lot every where. There's no place that gives you low-cost electricity which makes your plan a little too far fetched. Your plan would also need a large amount of capital considering the fact that you're targeting a profit of 3-4K USD and it would be extremely boring since there would be not much effort that has to be done once the setup is done.

Well why not try to build up your small farm of mining rig by using solar panel if you are getting expensive bill to your electricity bill then you need to invest also for solar power. But I'm pretty sure you are going to get the return of your investment for few months and you are going to have no problem with your electricity consumption.
Having a solar panel instead of having electricity from an electricity company will cost you a lot. I don't wanna stress this that much but it will really cost you tons of money. Knowing that your "small farm" will be having mining rigs that should be able to generate 3-4K USD a month (in profits, other stuffs aren't counted yet in this price), then that means that you're gonna be needing an electricity that is sufficient to power these rigs every day and every night. With the additional electricity consumption for the ventilation of the mining rigs.

The mining rigs alone will cost you a lot, the land and the materials that will be used in building the room for the farm will cost you a lot, the solar panels will cost you a lot = This is some serious large amount of money.
2175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I want to buy Galaxy Note7 with Bitcoin on: August 23, 2016, 05:57:53 AM
I don't have bank account/credit card/debit card but i do have bitcoin.
i want to pre order Galaxy note7 from https://shop.samsung.com/in/mobiles-wearables/mobiles/galaxy-note7/galaxy-note-7.html

This site only accepts Credit card/debit card.
Please suggest me of possible way i can buy this with bitcoin? like bitcoin debit card or something?
I only have bitcoin and need to order this ASAP! Any help?

Find a trusted person to buy it for you, and send them the bitcoin.
what if after i send the bitcoin, that trusted person ask his bank to issue a chargeback?
Use an escrow for the assurance of both parties.
Still i can't share my shipping information with someone.I want like virtual private debit card that can work on that site.
Well, considering the fact that you're a newbie, I doubt that somebody would trust you in here. Even if you put your personal details here, no one will trust you. It's either you use an escrow and then have him send your bitcoin to the other party once you've got your item or you send Bitcoins first.
I never said that i am interested in dealing with anyone here otherwise this thread would have been posted in marketplace section (use common sense)
I am just looking for advice on ways if i can use bitcoin debit card to buy this or not. May be some people who know which bitcoin debit card providers are actually good so that can advice me.
You never said that but the fact that you replied Vod's post proves that the quote above is about you looking for a trusted user in this forum. In addition, it's a good alternative if you can't find a different way.
2176  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: August 23, 2016, 05:54:48 AM
I feed my family with my salary and if my boss paid me with bitcoin then I need to convert it to my local currency first before I can use it since there is no offline store that accept bitcoin as a payment in my area. So, I wont accept bitcoin as my salary nowadays. Idk in the future...just wait and see!
That's quite unfortunate. Don't you have any credit card or an ATM card? You can easily convert your bitcoins into your local currency if you do have one. Otherwise, you should check if the wallet that you're using supports a cardless withdrawal. In my country, the Philippines, you can withdraw your bitcoin directly from the ATM machine. There's only a certain bank company though where you can withdraw it.

2180  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: SIGNS OF SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN on: August 23, 2016, 05:12:58 AM
If you take a look at the signature campaign table, a lot of campaigns has been using an escrow now. Usually, the escrow is also the campaign manager. This does not only prove that they will and they are able to pay you, but it proves that their company is well-funded too. On the other hand, absence of escrow doesn't necessarily mean that the website will not pay you.

Hahaha, I just looked at the list and most of the campaigns DON'T use escrow!

What's your next reason or tip for selecting a signature campaign?
Laugh as much as you can but that's actually a lot more campaigns that use escrow compared to what it was month/s ago. On a side note, using escrow isn't mandatory in this forum.
