Pertama, saya tidak menyalahkan warga aceh jika mereka sekarang sampai menolak pengungsi Rohinya, namun yang disayangkan adalah cara-cara yang dilakukan untuk menolak pengungsi tersebut, cara yang tepat adalah menuntut ke pemerintah setempat dan pusat untuk menemukan solusi, kalau memang mau dipindah ke negara lain ya harusnya pemerintah bisa melakukan komunikasi ke negara lain yang dekat untuk menampung mereka.


Sejauh yang saya tahu, tidak ada berita atau artikel yang menyebutkan kalau pengusiran Etnis Rohingnya dari Myanmar berkaitan dengan kelakuan atau tindakan mereka, alasan utamanya adalah karena mereka memang etnis minoritas di myanmar, Warna kulit mereka lebih gelap, (lebih mirip orang India) sedangkan mayoritas myanmar lebih mirip etnis melayu. Dari agama juga mereka adalah minoritas yaitu Islam, sementara mayoritas di Myanmar adalah Buddha. Mereka tidak diusir secara langsung, namun hak-hak mereka di Myanmar tidak terpenuhi, rumah mereka dibakar dan dihancurkan dan anak-anaknya dibunuh, yang masih hidup juga tidak diberi hak hidup yang layak oleh pemerintah Myanmar, karena itu mereka mengungsi ke Negara-negara terdekat, yang paling banyak di Bangladesh, di Asia Tenggara seperti Malaysia dan Indonesia hanya sebagian kecil saja.


Selama pemerintah menjamin kemanan warga lokal, memberi jaminan kebutuhan pengungsi terpenuhi sehingga mereka tidak terdorong melakukan tindakan kriminal dan menimbulkan konflik antara warga lokal dan pengungsi maka saya tidak ada masalah.

I think that's one the main idea of why those country were forming BRIC in the first place, they want end the dependency toward USD. However, in my opinion at the end of the day they will need one currency as commonly accepted. There was a talk about a new BRIC currency, but that will be a very long road, and almost impossible, until then I think they will used each countries own local currency for trading, or they could use RMB which is more widely accepted currency compared to other BRIC Countries' currency.
