Meaning that any price increase would result in them selling and the token will be subject to price manipulation. This isn't optimal when considering a utility token.
Well, what make you so sure that ICO-based holders won't just dump too? I find it interesting that there are a lot of project bear this small misconception that investor won't dump their token at the slightest profit, that they'll hold it with their life. I've been watching a lot of ICO and I saw that some (if not most) will dump and quit once they make profit. Presale and rounds sale mostly have a lower price than what'll be put on the market as the official starting price, and some ico investors will think this is enough profit for them and leave for new projects. Crypto wasn't on 2016 anymore where ICO is calculated carefull, it's more of a stepping stone now. |

their mission is great, dedicating their purpose on addressing the mental health aspect, and this is actually very important during this pandemic. but don't think one of their apps, this motitext will indeed address this situation. i hope they will release better services that can truly connect their users and make a difference in this field. many people are actually needing this service across the globe. this should be easy to reach by regular users. so i don't know what kind of promotional activities they are going to hold here to be successful in spreading the use case of their platform. sometimes you will see noble concept but they failed in actual implementation, hope this one not. Their mission, if honest, is indeed great. But I don't think crypto suits them and their goal nicely. I have a lot of things I wanted to ask to the dev in hope they can clear some points of their project, but they seems to prefer to pop up with trivia like one above instead of informing us details about motitext like I asked on my previous post |

The properties are in the name of a trust that places R223, this trust is conformed by small parts or participation, this participation is digitally represented in the blockchain with the R223 tokens that have been destined by the holder.
The end user does NOT appear as the owner of the properties, he appears as the owner of a participation of a trust that is the real owner of the properties, therefore, the taxes to be paid by the person is more for the profit generated at the time of converting the tokens valued back to FIAT (If so desired and depends on where to convert them into FIAT).
The returns generated by the properties will be injected in the form of liquidity in the exchanges where R223 is traded.
