361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: PIG TOKEN on: March 15, 2021, 06:42:42 AM
Looks like a copy cat of $FEG token they are burned half of the supply on launched and this PIG has also huge supply of 1T? Am I right? sorry that's too many zeros lol or its Quadrillion also just like $FEG, so what is the special of this token compared to other existing yield farming and being a deflationary?

just another crap defi token. nothing more. no sense of giving this huge supply and then burned for what? just to show that they are burning the token? am betting, this is another short lived token screwing those naive buyers.
if you want to save for your future, then better stay away from projects like this and just send your money to the bank. at least you know you have your money no matter what even if it is not earning interest. here, the chance of losing it all is high. just my 2 cents.

Given they were actually online since and didnt answer the reason why they choose such tokenomy (create a massive token and burned hald of them instead of directly created just half the amount burned) or the team, it shows the quality of the project
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Mask Privacy (MASKED) - The most advanced ERC20 Privacy token. Low mcap + supply on: March 14, 2021, 05:50:39 AM
Masked - launched March 2 2021: Privacy token with no minting, low supply and big futures!

Hey bitcointalk,

Today I'm here to write about Mask (ticker: MASKED), a privacy-based ERC20 token with bright futures! It caught my eye while scanning through newly made tokens on etherscan that actually had some content to them. As always, DYOR. Information posted here is what I've managed to research given the project is at it's youth.

--snip--

This part of the post implies that you're not part of the team, found the project by accident, and posted this announcement just out of interest. But you bothered to create a specific account just for posting for the project and closed the post with a signature as the team.

Been wanting to give a comment on this project since I first saw the thread published, but decided to go against it and just gave them a read, thinking a benefit of the doubt is probably good for once in a while. But, their silence seems encouraging doubts, as they don't even care to defend and/or answer queries here.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN][AXPR] aXpire: Creating Fintech SaaS For The Modern Age! ✅✅ on: March 12, 2021, 07:44:53 PM
Don't know what's the truth, but when I read at https://twitter.com/aXpire_official/status/1369682238560870406 they refer the official site is https://www.axpr.io/ not https://www.axpire.com/axpr-2021/index
Also in axpr.io all button is working, while on the site provided by the OP, there are some unworking links.

I think it is safe to assume that both are owned by aXpire and the possibility of a fraud attempt to create a "phising" site is relatively low, their official twitter (the one listed axpire.io as their official page) also "announced" the axpire.com as their site, its on their cover photo.

Hey mike,

you just need to continuously add liquidity for 30 days!
The program will run for at least 90 days - so if you whitelist and add now you are good Smiley

Ok, so basically I can add more and more to gain more (that's a lot of "more) anytime I want if I had whitelisted before 11th, and not bound to the date like a snapshot where I have to have the amount I desired to be locked before 11th  and after that anything I add will not be calculated toward my "stake"?
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN][AXPR] aXpire: Creating Fintech SaaS For The Modern Age! ✅✅ on: March 11, 2021, 07:04:10 PM

This project has been here since 2018. But why only now that they created account and thread?

Wondered about the same thing too, why created an ann so late while the project itself is already working and running. Not that it's bad, late is better than never, it just made me really wanted to know the reason behind the decision.

And for anyone who got curious and (for a second) wondered if this is real, that they're a sister of a company that partnered with giant corporates as listed, here's the link for the ann from LSG's site

368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN] Answerly App 🔥🔥 - PLATFORM LIVE - ⚡Blockchain based Q/A platform.⚡ on: March 10, 2021, 09:04:37 AM
For your information, I asked a question about this project on your telegram group and it's got deleted. I don't even know why. So here's my question.

I've read your website and article and I have a question about Answerly Credit (some points that user should have if they want to do activities in the platform like ask and answer questions) . User will get 30 credits for free each month and if they want more, they need to buy. My question is, why don't you use ANSR token as a tool to buy this credit instead of dollars?. The utility of ANSR token in buying credit will boost the value.

thank you for your kind response.

But they do utilize ANSR to upgrade (or buy credit), as quoted from their explanation on previous page, below. I assume the USD value shown on their website is the rough equivalent of ANSR rate at the time people do the upgrade.

--snip--
So, long story short. In order to seriously scale your earnings, you need to upgrade your user level. For doing that, you need to fulfill 2 requirements:

1. Have enough "best answer" to upgrade
2. Make the payment in ANSR tokens to upgrade (assuming that you've already fulfilled the 1st requirement)

If you followed us really great updates ahead of starting with our APY Program and the KuCoin Campaign!!  Wink

Quote
Hi Constellation and Lattice Community!

Happy Thursday. We are coming off some incredible announcements over the past week - and as promised, we aren’t letting up!

Today we are launching the Lattice APY program and open submissions for staking your LTX. On March 10th individuals that lock up for LTX  for 30 days will receive a portion of 100,000 LTX allocated for that month.

Medium Post for More Info:

https://latticeexchange.medium.com/uniswap-liquidity-incentive-program-40589072584

Additionally, several marketing campaigns will commence tomorrow for both DAG and LTX holders.
The first one will start on Kucoin with the chances to earn LTX (including holding DAG).

LTX will give holders access to governance of Lattice (The Global Liquidity Platform) and access to backing of projects.

KuCoin Campaign:

https://www.kucoin.com/news/en-lattice-ltx-listing-campaign-180000-ltx-prize-to-ltx-trader-and-dag-holder?utm_source=ltx

I wondered if this is the reason why LTX soared to the sky. Anyway, I don't really get the date, the announcement said it's on 10, but the article body said we need to be whitelisted between the published date (around 5 days ago) to 11th?
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN] Answerly App 🔥🔥 - PLATFORM LIVE - ⚡Blockchain based Q/A platform.⚡ on: March 09, 2021, 06:16:17 PM

It's roughly like the case of eos with wombat (wombat allows free eos address creation)? And about the USDC, one question that crossed my mind when reading this was the "trading fee". As withdraw-er basically trade their ANSR to USDC (though backended), will they receive the USDC in full amount or will there be a tx fee for converting them?

And sorry about the confusion, I was not referring to your... website (?) or other media of yours, I was referring to my posting format. I forgot to delete one bbcode when I snipped our conversation, resulting a rather untidy looks because my post were mixed up with the quoted post.

Stellar wallet creation isn't free. You need to activate the wallet by deposition 1 XLM. In addition the wallet creators also need to issue trustlines for another 0.5 XLM. So, this alone is enough to stop any sort of spam up to some extent. Then comes the SMS verification that would eliminate those who somehow managed to bypass the first hurdle. Then we have Lobstr that would look out for any further spam. Oh btw, we're just assuming that the user found some trick (that we're or will always be unaware of) that would allow him to have multiple accounts without spending any more than $10 (or else, he would have bought the Pro-membership).

--snipped to next section--

Auto-trade fees? ANSR -> USDC
Nope! All trades will be executed on Stellar dex. It's feeless. They even refund back the transaction fee. Like I mentioned before, so far we've spent a little more than 2 years on this project and we've calculated everything very carefully. When we started building, this platform was supposed to use the Ethereum blockchain but after planning everything according to our requirements, Stellar seemed to be the best option.

Everything that I'm discussing here is already mentioned in our Whitepaper or our Blog.

Leaving the issue of cheaters and their tricks for a while and focusing on topic about wallet (and its creation fee) How possible/far-fetched is it to develop a payment method where users can auto-convert their ANSR to XLM (instead of USDC) upon withdrawal and withdrawing them directly to an XLM exchange address (that is free)?

Although I think user wouldn't mind throwing 1 XLM and create an XLM wallet for the sake of future use of every XLM token, but let's assume there's someone that didn't want to spent even one penny if they can, it seems this withdrawal method (if possible) will entice them.

Last big challenge, the user still needs to post original and HQ answers on all accounts (or there's no use of having multiple accounts). If he's trying to post copied or low-effort content, it will never get selected as the "best answer" because we've built developed smart algorithms to combat that.

I would suggest a "report" button next to every question or answer like the one this forum have, that'll notify the moderator or admin about some wrongdoings. I think it'll have added benefits other than fighting unoriginal and low quality q/a, like misplaced answer (NSFW content on SFW section), or deliberate misleading answers.

I'm not sure if this is your usual way of questioning, but it seems like you feel challenged (please excuse me if I misunderstood) to somehow degrade our efforts. We're not here for an ICO or IEO, nor we have any sort of plans to go that route. Answerly is fully self-funded to this point and will remain that way. If you think that Answerly is worth trying or checking out, you're welcome.

What? Oh LOL, no. I literally smiled when I typed this due to the irony. Granted, if you check my post history, I usually asked and criticized questionable projects, like ones without clear team, or shady background, or last-minute webpage and social media, but I checked yours and actually find myself quite satisfied, even interested. Hence, the questions, which ironically seen as doubts and scepticism, while other projects that I find myself sceptic about seems rarely confronted me about my horde of questions.

This is umm... like... what? Bumping an old project? Awaking it? Or resurrecting the dead project? I peeked at your telegram and the last update happened on December 2019? What'd you do the past year and why do you decide to resurface now?
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN] Answerly App 🔥🔥 - PLATFORM LIVE - ⚡Blockchain based Q/A platform.⚡ on: March 09, 2021, 12:04:28 PM
Mobile SMS verification upon withdrawal. Even if the users chooses to skip mobile verification upon signing up, they must confirm their mobile number before their first withdrawal.

Secondly, The payment links are forwarded to the user's email which they can use to claim their earnings on Lobstr. We've partnered up with Lobstr.co to prevent any this issue with duplicate accounts (emails, sms verification etc).

We're using Twilio for sms verification which pretty much limits all blacklisted mobile numbers. This would prevent any user to use SMS verification services that allow you to register hundreds of accounts. That being said, there are always ways to somehow do it but it just have to be such a costly and time-consuming method that no-one would actually bother to. Its more cost-efficient to just buy the pro-membership package for $10

I have to say out front that I'm not familiar with Lobstr, so I didn't know how it works (I barely roam around XLM), but I assume (from a brief visit to their site) they're a wallet provider? If I am correct, does it means the one and only withdrawal method is to that platform? Or would the users be able to withdraw to whichever xlm address they want to?

edit: just noticed an untidy posting format

Hey, As of now, the earnings can only be forwarded to your XLM address on Lobstr. However, we're working on allowing the users to add their own Stellar address. If the user chooses to add his own wallet, he will need to activate his wallet address by depositing 1 XLM and another 0.5 XLM for issuing trust for ANSR token. Check the links below.

What is a trustline - Click here

How to activate Stellar wallet - Click here

If the user chooses to go the Lobstr way, he wouldn't need to manually activate his stellar wallet and issue a trustline for ANSR token. The sole reason for partnering up with Lobstr is for user convenience.

Moreover, the user may also choose to receive his earnings in USDC instead of ANSR. As soon as he withdraws his earnings, a trade for an equivalent amount in USDC will be executed on the backend and the user will receive usdc on his Stellar wallet.
For more information, please check path payments on stellar - Click here

The untidy posting format should be fixed by the next week.

374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN] Answerly App 🔥🔥 - PLATFORM LIVE - ⚡Blockchain based Q/A platform.⚡ on: March 08, 2021, 12:50:13 PM
Since i repeatedly see "best answer", is there no "best question" selection? So the user is free to ask anything regardless the quality of the question? There should be an anti-spam filter that will reject repeated questions, or some kind of reduced in reward if asked repeatedly, of course this weakness will be exploited by people later.

Hey, thanks for your question. We thought about this for some time and we believe that it only makes sense to have "Best answer" to any question. Technically, there is no such thing as best question so our only challenge is to prevent the users from asking duplicate and non-sensical questions on answerly. We've planned 2 anti-spam strategies to this problem.

1. As soon as someone posts a question, it will be forwarded to the moderation team of Answerly. Moderation team will either approve the question or reject it. If the team decides to reject the question, they will also list down the reason for doing it. The questioner will be informed about the status of his question in the notification section.

2. If you've signed up to Answerly, you may have noticed something called "Credits". This is basically a limit to how many questions and answers a user can post. As a free user, you will get 30 credits per month, which you can use to post 30 questions, 30 answers, or a combination of both. In order to increase this limit to 100, 500 and 750 credits / month, the user will have to subscribe for the pro-membership that costs $10-30 (respectively). This will ensure safety from spam. So technically, the users cant sign-up and start posting thousands of questions because he will run out of credits after 30 questions. Also, those 30 questions will first be approved by the moderation team.

I hope this answers your query. Smiley

If I may jump in to join the conversion, what'll be the preventive measure for multi account? Even with 30/month limitation, if someone created 100 accounts and (let's say) tweaked posting bots that trash posting on this forum a bit, it'll still be troublesome
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN] Answerly App 🔥🔥 - PLATFORM LIVE - ⚡Blockchain based Q/A platform.⚡ on: March 08, 2021, 01:32:21 AM
Do I get this correctly: user earned fixed token for posting questions, and others also earned some token for answering the question? So who'll buy the token?

--snip--

As for Answerly's revenue - we earn by selling pro-membership packages. These packages range from $10-30 per month. These are optional but can be really helpful for further scaling your earnings and some additional perks that can be useful for promoting your business.

I highly recommend you to check out our whitepaper.

Hope this answers your query Smiley

And ads. I see that the pro packages include a "no ads" benefit, so there is a plan to populate the site with ads. It's not something wrong, though, just pointing out the obvious.

Like @mandor, I am also curious about spam filter. One thing that keeps crossing my mind is how you plan to prevent people from abusing the system by asking "what day is today?" or "what number comes after 1?" to reap the reward.

I don't understand a bit .. Why was such a large total supply of tokens created and now they are burned?
How were they distributed - i.e. who could receive tokens and who now own them?

It will faster the burn rate. The token out of circulation and can't be sell. 0x000...dead is dead address.

So why don't you just create half of the total supply from the start? I mean 5x10^14 (too lazy to think the proper numeral for that many zeros) instead of 1x10^15? Wouldn't it brings you to the same situation? With less works too, since you don't have to send the token to 0xdead

378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: PIG TOKEN on: March 07, 2021, 07:08:28 AM
Okay, the total supply was 1,000,000,000,000,000 token at first, then got burned 50%. Which mean it already halved.

I don't understand a bit .. Why was such a large total supply of tokens created and now they are burned?

It's clearly to reduce their tokens supply, with the hope that it will have a positive effect on prices (basically) and as one of their reason, to make there's no token allocation for the team, so it's pure to community. Right now, even though they had been halved, it still looked enormous.

I had this ghostly memory of a project with same characteristic not so long ago, with enormous total supply which immediately halved, and I think I've never heard of that project again anymore. I can't help buy wonder if the team behind this is the same as that project.
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Savix DeFi Token - Gas-free, Automatic, Predictable Staking Without Lock on: March 06, 2021, 11:58:01 AM

With good liquidity and platform usefulness in mind as the most important matter, wouldn't it further strengthening the argument that they need an adequate exchange with good quality rather than average (or below average) ones with poor performance? If we suppose they goes according to plan, or perhaps adding three more exchange for IEO (a lower tier exchange), and one or two of them create troubles in withdrawal, high fee, lost balance, etc, wouldn't you agree that people will automatically reflect and consider the project as poor and faulty? I would prefer quality over quantity for IEO, and once the project established, they can add more (and perhaps less reputable) exchanges.

I absolutely agree with you. But how to get listing on Binance? I think that it is very difficult for new project. If it was simple all projects would have listing on Binance, because the listing on Binance is the best marking and all investors are waiting new projects with listing on Binance. Savix will start from the listing on Uniswap because it is a DeFi projects. But to have a good price on  Uniswap it is necessary to have a listing on centralize exchanges with good liquidity. I think that they  Exmarket  because it is more simple to get listing on  Exmarket. But it is olny my opinion. I do not know how difficult is to get listing on  Exmarket.

Well, if we traced back, I am not the one suggesting binance, or saying anything about it at all. I am simply suggesting to go with just latoken instead of taking exmarket too. Ask the one bringing binance into the topic, @pintadj

No team token? I wonder what'll persuade people behind this project to keep on working to be able to do the buyback if there were no incentive or benefits they earned to continue on working
what are you talking about mate? no team token?
there are 482 holders based on https://bscscan.com/token/0x4abf1ba412d1ad891e2610a072c3c423fc8deb88#balances before the distribution.
but here you are saying they do not hold anything? that is a big no.
just look at the transaction history, the team keeps moving the token to the exchange nonstop. it is just a garbage token.

I didn't say the team don't hold anything, I asked, there's a huge difference between statement and question. I say or made statement when I know something. I asked because I wanted to know.

If it is not clear enough, here, according to their tokenomy, the total supplies are divided as follows:

Tokenomics:

Airdrop: 20,000 ( 20% ) ✈️
Presale: 50,000 ( 50% ) 📲
Liquidity on Pancakeswap: 20,000 ( 20% ) 💧
Marketing: 10,000 ( 10% ) 🖥

No team, no development allocation. Unless that by "marketing" they meant it "team and development". Hence, I asked if team really didn't allocate anything for them
